Background of Our Wedding: Our wedding was in early April 2024 in San Luis Obispo, CA with a bit less than 40 guests. However, a big challenge was that we had our Ceremony venue at a different location than the Reception venue. We really needed a coordinator that wouldn’t shy from this challenge.
Booking & Before the Month-of: We found Tiffany on Zola & booked her almost right away. Tiffany was very transparent with pricing and expectations of service. She was ready to answer any questions we had. If you feel like you’re unsure what you’re looking for, she has an answer for you or at least help guide you to know what you might want for your big day. It is a big plus that her website with the booking process was easy and straightforward. We got Tiffany for Month-of Coordination but it feels like she was with us along the way of the almost-a-year planning process.
The Month-of: This is when you will be working with Tiffany the most! I enjoyed every single meeting, phone calls, and brief texts with her. Meeting with Tiffany helps me pull together our vision much better day by day. She helped me believe that we could achieve it all. Since we’re from out of town, she made sure that we’d meet up whenever we could to ensure everything would be in place for the big day.
The Rehearsal: Tiffany was indeed the first one to be at the venue with our binder printed out. (I most definitely forgot to print my binder for her.) She greeted all of my wedding party with the most warm welcome, which we appreciated very much and felt very comfortable working with her. We had specific requests on timing of the processional and she made it work! After the rehearsal, we definitely felt that we were very ready for the big day.
The Day-of: It’s time for you to let go. Because I promise you, Tiffany and her awesome team got it! I saw her the morning of & I felt so calm because I knew Tiffany was going to perform her magic for us. Tiffany’s team magically set up our Ceremony Venue in just an hour. By the time I arrived at the venue, things were already in place & neat. It was a great feeling to see your vision coming alive. I remember I was able to just toss my car key to Tiffany’s team member & they immediately understood what I needed. Everything from then on was just very on-schedule and beautiful. Tiffany dealt with our families with the uttermost grace and patience. There was nobody I’d trust more than her to carry out our day. I did not have to worry about anything. We just enjoyed our day the most.
The End: Tiffany somehow packed up everything neatly for us and even some of our vendors - like a fairy godmother. She sent us a long text of where things were and even returned things for us to our vendors. Exactly what we needed! Made our day-after MUCH better.
Tiffany, Sean, & Katie - We cannot thank you enough. We can’t wait to plan our few-year anniversary with you. Keep on shining.

Tiffany was without a doubt the best wedding planner we could have dreamed of. She went above and beyond to make our big day special, and her organizational and people skills are unparalleled. She puts the capital A in “type A,” in the most complimentary and loving way of course. I can truly say any stressors I had on the day, dissipated immediately because Tiffany was always there to solve problems and make everything happen smoothly and discreetly. At first meeting, you may think she is (literally) small, sweet, and quiet, but you quickly learn she is small but oh so mighty! She is the boss lady and every vendor knew it. She truly gave us the wedding of our dreams, and the most seamless, elegant experience. As a new/first time bride I had no idea what working with a good wedding planner was like, but I can safely say this is the experience every bride needs and deserves. Hiring Tiffany to be our wedding planner & coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She was with us for just about every step of the way, and she made us feel more comfortable about the whole process. When we first started wedding planning, we were overwhelmed with all of the details and where to even get started. After many hours spent poring over spreadsheets and cost estimates, we decided it was time for us to bring in a professional. We worked with Tiffany for a few months towards the start of the wedding planning process and in the months leading up to the big day. We are so glad that we were able to start working together early on in the process - Tiffany had great recommendations for ways that we could make our wedding day special for us and helped us to build and execute our vision and make everything happen. She is very detail-oriented, and made sure that all the little details matched our vision for our big day.
Our wedding ran very smoothly with absolutely no hiccups, and it was all thanks to Tiffany’s excellent coordination. It was truly a gift on our wedding day to be able to focus on each other and our family, and not have to worry about minor details and logistics. Tiffany was our Month of Wedding Coordinator, and she did an amazing job! She was able to easily pickup where we left off in wedding planning. She provided us with a wedding checklist and vendor recommendations which was super helpful. It was a pretty smooth transition once the month before the wedding began. One thing that really gave us peace of mind was that she worked on creating multiple backup plans for us in case it rained on the day of our wedding. On the actual day of the wedding, we didn’t have to do or think about anything. Tiffany made sure our venue and ceremony site were set up exactly how we wanted it, and made the day flow pretty much seamlessly. Her process during the month of is also great because she helped us create the timeline of the day, made a personal decor list, and helped us solidify plans with our vendors so everyone was on the same page. We couldn’t thank Tiffany enough for helping make our wedding perfect! -

What an Ease to Work With!
Ease is the best word to describe Tiffany and my experience with her. From the beginning looking for month of coordinator she was truthfully the easiest hire. Since I only had 6 weeks from start of planning to the big day I knew I needed some who was just that. We clicked the second we had our first phone conversation which made again put me at ease. Now, hiring her only for “month of/day of coordinator was something I didn’t even think existed so finding her was fantastic. She customized a wedding package that fit my needs to a tea. Now for the day of she was a god sent. It was so nice not to think of a thing. I mean I had planned everything up to that point so it was her time to shine. She did all that and more. It made for our perfect day to be just that … perfect! I’m a control freak so for me to feel comfortable and at ease allowing someone I just met take over my planned day says a lot. It was easy to do that, Tiffany made it easy. I can’t thank her enough! -
