  Whitney was everything you could ask for in a wedding planner!
  My daughter and her wedding were in Athens, I live in Columbus. Whitney kept us all on track and informed. She answered every call, email, and text promptly. The wedding was everything we could have hoped for and more. Every vendor she recommended was stellar as well!

  We couldn’t have imagined a better wedding planner / day of coordinator than Whitney! Thanks to Whitney + her team, we had a totally stress-free wedding planning process and wedding day. She understands how to get at the heart of what you’re asking for and which vendor to suggest based on that. On top of that, she handles every potential problem with such grace and ease that you just can’t feel stressed when you’re with her!
  
  We wouldn’t change a single detail from our wedding, and truly felt we had a dream team behind us on the day of so that we didn’t have to worry about a single detail. I have received SO many compliments on our wedding—from DJ, to music, to florals, to that it was the most smoothly run wedding they’d attended, etc—and we couldn’t have done it without Whitewood Events and her expertise and solid vendor relationships!

  Whitney and her team were amazing. She was everything that we could have asked for and made our wedding run perfectly. We do not think that our wedding would have been what we wanted without her. She was there through the whole process and was always available to help with any questions that came up through the process.
  We would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a top-notch wedding planner. She really was the best.

  Whitney Downs with Whitewood Events is as professional as she is friendly and accessible. She is a serious class act who truly hears what her clients have in mind for their special day. She is extremely detail-oriented, and incredibly resourceful and knowledgeable in getting those details "taken care of". Our daughter had a very long engagement, but Whitney never wavered in her enthusiasm for the event, answering both my ( MOM) and my daughter's rather constant emails. She truly is interested in the bride, groom, and their families, and works hard with all vendors to make sure the family is relaxed and comfortable on the wedding day. She buzzes around with extreme efficiency, but remains calm, ready to troubleshoot any snags that may arise. Whitney knows so many vendors, in all price ranges, and does a fabulous job keeping the budget in her mind ( and her client's). I can honestly now say that Whitney made our daughter and son-in-law's wedding their, "best day ever"!

  Whitney is seriously fantastic! She is so well respected in the wedding industry and we totally understand why. She is so organized and knowledgeable, while at the same time she is so down the Earth. You meet her for a minute and she already feels like your best friend! I can't recommend her enough.   Whitney and her team at Whitewood Events were so wonderful to work with during the whole wedding planning process and especially on the day of the wedding. She is professional and organized and made me feel so relaxed! My wedding party even commented about how she was so calm and kept things running perfectly! I can't say enough about Whitewood Events-- they made my dream wedding a reality!

  I highly recommend Whitewood events. Whitney was incredibly helpful and so well connected with all the wedding vendors. She literally knows everything and also has very nice taste. If she's involved in your wedding, it will be beautiful!

I am an extremely indecisive person (sorry Whitney), but Whitney made everything SO easy. We shared with her our general preferences and vision for the wedding and she did all the work in creating our dream wedding. Whitney is very organized, detail oriented, and easy to work with. She took care of coordinating with all of our vendors and made sure everything ran smoothly on our big day.   If I could give a higher rating, I would. Whitney was such a pleasure to work with and she made my wedding a beautiful success. She gave us personal, stylish recommendations and was beyond patient. I valued her advice and input and truly lived having her as a big part of my wedding process. Her pricing is very reasonable for the service She provided.

  Whitewood Events did a great job pulling together all of the last-minute details and coordinating the vendors the final weeks before our wedding. We had to bring everything into our venue (food, furniture, alcohol, etc) - couldn't have made it happen without Whitney and her team!
