Coralie was an absolute dream to work with! She was quick to respond to emails and texts, easy to talk to, has incredible design ideas, and cares so much. When we communicated our theme ideas and desires for our wedding day, she came into our next call with a beautiful vision laid out, and again when we started talking decoration. She found our dream venue and helped us select wonderful vendors. She flawlessly handled the one vendor that was not responding. Our wedding day ran so smoothly, if there was an issue, I have no idea. My husband worked with her previously on the side of the venue before at his previous job, and everyone he worked with loved working with her for weddings.
Our wedding was a perfect day, and a majority of the reason for that was Coralie. We cannot express our gratitude enough.White Tie Planner's reply:

The Wedding Planner of your DREAMS!
Coralie could not have been a better support system for me through my entire wedding process. She was truly exceptional! She went above and beyond to ensure that everything about our wedding weekend was exactly what we wanted. Coralie was very organized and did a great job communicating with all of our vendors. It really was an absolute blessing to have her with me every step of the way, because I really had no idea just how stressful and overwhelming wedding planning could be.
I promise that you will not be disappointed hiring Coralie to help plan your wedding. I almost want to plan another one just to work with her again haha. Highly recommend! -

Coralie is a very detailed and responsive wedding planner. Her timeline for the day of wedding look amazing and she is so sweet to work with. I’d highly recommend hiring Coralie for full planning or even day of to ease your mind if the stress that comes with planning a wedding.

A wonderful wedding in a cute chapel of Las Vegas
Coralie helped us very well to prepare all the wedding is Las Vegas. She came up with interesting ideas and very helpfull suggestions. Coralie presented various offers with all kind of princings and services. Therefore we could choose the best wedding according to our wishes and budget. She made all the reservation for us at distance and her perfect French helped us a lot because we are french speakers. We highly recommend Coralie of White Tie Planner for her professionalism and kindness. -

We booked White Tie Planner knowing we would not be working with Coralie the day of the wedding as she was already booked for our wedding date. We worked with Coralie and her Lead Planner, Gabriela, to make initial plans, but a month before the wedding we only worked with Gabriela. The first few months working with both of them was great. I felt we were making progress even though we had some fairly major pivots with the wedding venue and other vendors. Once Gabriela took her role as lead planner is when we felt we weren't a priority and there was a lack of communication.
We were promised follow up emails recapping our zoom meetings with a to-do list and what was priority to keep things moving that we rarely received. However, Gabriela and Coralie were good at responsing to texts even if it was 'let me get back to you'. I think the most frustrating part was we were told we would get a final schedule/itinerary at least a week before the wedding and we did not receive it until the Thursday night before a Saturday wedding. I asked multiple times what time the bridesmaids needed to be at the hotel in order to get ready and did not receive a response. I ended up contacting the hair and makeup vendors personally to get their schedule. Since our wedding ceremony was outdoors we had to watch the weather in case of rain. Thursday, before the Friday rehearsal, there was a low chance of rain Friday and Gabriela asked if we could have the rehearsal that day (meaning Thursday) or the day of the wedding. There were three issues with asking this 1. Most of the bridal party was not in town yet 2. I did not have the itinerary for the wedding day so how was I supposed to know if we had the time to do the rehearsal the morning of the wedding (and based on what hair and makeup needed it didn't seem like there would be time) 3. We had already made a plan B with our reception venue to have the rehearsal there in case it rained, which Gabriela should have known about if she was involved in the details of the wedding planning.
Another issue was what happened the day of the wedding. I honestly was along for the ride so I was not privy to the happenings as they were happening in real time but found out after the wedding. We chose a bar as a reception venue since we wanted to have a party until midnight, but apparently Gabriela was trying to shut things down at 10:00pm when we had already paid the bar to rent their space until midnight. I am not sure why and if this is even completely true since again I was not directly involved, but the bar event manager told me the day after the wedding Gabriela was asking him to wrap things up at 10:00pm.
I'm convinced Gabriela did not actually know the details of our wedding and mostly played it by ear. So, I felt like we weren't a priority and we paid over $4k to have someone help us with the details and run point day of.
However, the day was great. I would suggest working exclusively with Coralie though. If Gabriela is part of your wedding planning perhaps lower your expectations and when you need details just reach out to the specific vendors.White Tie Planner's reply:
