If I could give Jina and White Dress Black Tie more than five stars, I would.
This was the fourth wedding our family has planned, and I can honestly say that Jina was the best wedding coordinator we have ever worked with.
From the very beginning, she was responsive, organized, professional, and incredibly easy to communicate with. No question was too small, and she consistently made us feel supported throughout the planning process. As the mother of the groom, I appreciated how quickly she responded to emails and how willing she was to help navigate the countless details that come with planning a wedding.
What impressed me most was how she handled challenges on the wedding day. When unexpected weather created complications during cocktail hour, Jina immediately stepped in to help. She remained calm, solution-oriented, and focused on making the best possible experience for the bride, groom, and guests. While others were reacting to changing circumstances, Jina was actively helping find solutions and keeping things moving forward.
Throughout the entire day, she was professional, reassuring, and completely in control. Knowing she was there allowed our family to focus on celebrating rather than worrying about logistics.
A great coordinator often works behind the scenes, and guests may never realize how much they are doing. I can assure you that Jina was instrumental in keeping the day running smoothly.
If you are looking for a wedding coordinator who is organized, responsive, calm under pressure, and genuinely invested in the success of your event, I highly recommend Jina and White Dress Black Tie. She was one of the best vendor decisions we made for the entire wedding.

Sonia was great to work with and really on top of everything from start to finish! She kept me informed throughout the whole process, and she’s a great listener who actually takes what you want and makes sure it gets done.
On the wedding day, she executed everything smoothly and stayed one step ahead the entire time. I did not have to worry about anything because she was already handling it. Everything flowed the way it was supposed to, and that made a big difference.

We had an incredible experience with White Dress Black Tie, and Darcey was the planner we worked with. I absolutely loved her. We got married at Birkby House in January 2026, and from start to finish, she executed every detail of our vision flawlessly and made the entire day feel effortless because of her.
She answered every question and always made herself available, no matter the time of day. I never once had to worry about a thing because she was always one step ahead.
She worked seamlessly with the Birkby House team, and together they ran like a well-oiled machine. Everything flowed perfectly and the entire day felt smooth and stress-free because of her.

I have dreamed of my wedding ever since I was a little girl and have always wanted things to be a certain way and some may say I was overly particular on the detials. Darcey Generazio was an amazing planner because she let me take control in the early stages and was there to support me when I asked for opinions or advice, but then stepped in and ran our wedding day like a true pro.
The best part about having her as a planner was on wedding day and her completely understanding my vision. She knew I wanted to control things, but also knew that wasn't possible with the million things happening behind the scenes as we got ready for the big day. She took every detail into heart and completely ran the day. She made sure all the vendors were organized, pushed back on our venue for trying to call a rain plan too early and just overall allowed my husband and I to focus on each other and our guests the entire day. I had multiple people come up to me after the event saying how attentive and perfect Darcey was and how she ran the whole day beautifully. We couldn't have asked for a better day and she was the perfect mix of both hands on and hands off we were looking for! She also cherished our dog Finn on the day and helped make the Diet Coke bar of my dreams. Thank you Darcey -

If you’re wondering whether you need a wedding planner, the answer is yes. And you need Kristen!
I planned my wedding in less than three months, and she is the reason it came together the way it did. There were so many moments when I felt overwhelmed or behind, and every single time, she was the one who grounded me. She kept me on track when I started to spiral, stayed calm when I wasn’t, and always seemed to think three steps ahead of anything I could have imagined.
She took on things I didn’t even know needed to be done, and caught details I never would have thought about. Because of her, the final stretch didn’t feel like a chaotic sprint. It felt organized, supported, and surprisingly manageable.
The part that meant the most was the wedding day itself. She took care of everything. I didn’t feel stressed for even a second. I actually got to be fully present and enjoy every moment because she was quietly handling every detail before I even noticed it. She intentionally checked on me throughout the day and brought a calming, reassuring energy that made it impossible to feel stressed. Even at 8:30pm, when anyone else would have been done, she came over and asked, “What do you need?” I half-joked that I wanted a full plate of food, and minutes later it was in my hands.
That moment summed up who she is: thoughtful, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond without being asked.
This wedding would not have happened without Kristen. Truly. She made it possible, she made it beautiful, and she made it the happiest day of my life. If you want someone who will show up for you 100%, you want her. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made. -

When I tell you my wedding day could not have happened without Darcey from WDBT, I mean it. She truly is the best in the business. It was so nice to not have to worry about literally anything on the most important day of my life, Darcey handled it all. We booked White Dress Black tie as one of our first vendors. From the moment we inquired, they met us with patience, kindness and answered every question that we could have possibly had. We were paired with Lucy Donnelly - and we seriously cannot recommend WDBT or Lucy enough. She was extremely helpful from the second that she got assigned to us, and was kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She truly is the reason that our vision for our wedding came to life. Not only was she helpful on the day of and the day before, but she curated a perfect timeline that captured all of the moments that we wanted. She was flexible with us as we changed our minds in the weeks leading up to the wedding as well. Lucy and WDBT are by far the best vendors that we had at our wedding and we simply could not imagine our day without them.
If we were to get married again, we would without a doubt, 100% go through White Dress Black Tie again. -

We hired White Dress Black Tie for day-of coordination, but what we got was so much more than that. From the very beginning, the WDBT team went above and beyond - especially our incredible coordinator, Nicole.
Nicole began helping us months in advance, always available to answer our questions and help us navigate decisions. She took over communication with our vendors, created our full timeline, and brought a level of organization and calm that made us feel completely taken care of. The planning tools and checklists WDBT provides are incredibly helpful. Using them, we were able to think through and prepare for so many little details we wouldn’t have considered on our own.
Nicole’s attention to detail and organization truly kept us on track, and even though we only met in person a few times before the wedding, it genuinely felt like she knew us and our vision so well. On the day itself, she was present for everything, executing our plans perfectly and making sure everything aligned beautifully with what we had envisioned.
From the lovely owners Veronica and Bryan to the support staff, everyone we interacted with at WDBT was kind, thoughtful, and a joy to work with. We worked with WDBT for our May 2025 wedding for a day of coordinator ant Morais and couldn’t be happier that we did! Abigail K. was amazing. You’ll get much more than you think for a day of coordinator too. She really helped keep us on track for the final few months of our wedding planning and helped make our reception decor and setup visions come true. Abigail helped control the chaos the day of and we didn’t even know when anything went wrong or off plan because she just handled it. Would highly recommend working with them! We wanted to thank WDBT and specifically our planner, Veronica, for everything she did to make our wedding the most magical day!
We can’t believe how fast it went, but everything was absolutely perfect. She gave great advice on our vendors, she was so communicative and timely with updates and staying on top of our to do list, and she worked so seamlessly with our venue.
And on the day of, she pivoted with very windy weather to make sure we could still have our ceremony outside and got everything settled and packed up at the end of the night so that we could just enjoy the day and be present. We felt calm the whole day knowing WDBT was on it! -

Oh how I can’t thank Kristen Chandler (or the White Dress Black Tie Events team) enough! My wedding day was a dream-come-true to say the least. This is not an exaggeration. The below review is for the future brides who want a very thorough review of my experience. For those who want a quick “yay” or “nay” review, in my experience, it is an absolute “yay.”
For future brides:
Pre-wedding day: Kristen provided consistent communication prior to the event. She sent an in-depth google sheet that consisted of a long questionnaire that hits all the important areas (name of wedding party, very thorough timeline of events, seating chart, and a decor list that breaks down the who/what/where). She was quick in responding to emails which as the bride the days leading up you feel more panic, but she was very helpful and RESPONSIVE!. You can also expect one in-person 1.5hr wedding walk through where details will be discussed. She will provide a final call with a list of any last minute to-do’s, questions regarding the decor list, answer any unanswered questions, and a final timeline review prior to the vendors receiving it roughly two weeks before the wedding. Lastly, she will meet you at your rehearsal, even if it’s not at the wedding location itself.
Wedding day: She was so attentive, detail-oriented, and present throughout the entire event!! I didn’t realize how much the bride and groom are pulled all over the place and how lost you get, but she keeps the timeline together and makes sure to keep you ahead of what is next. For example, she knew when the photographer left, so she ensured we were in place prior to her leaving, she already had the bouquet in her hand for the bouquet toss, and she always knew where to find the bride to keep on track. She directed guests where to go and made sure vendors were in place. If anything went wrong, I wouldn’t even know because it went so seamless and I had no worries. Again, Wedding went so so smoothly, and we were even out on time with people set up for the grand exit. Can’t way it enough, she is truly a professional and I highly recommend
to book with this team and specifically ask for her (Kristen Chandler)! -

Okay so I didn't want to seem like a bot and give 5 stars to everything but I couldn't think of any area that was not 5 stars for WDBT! We had Taylor for our December 2024 wedding and she was so on top of everything, detail oriented, and overall an awesome person to work with. She was incredibly responsive to every question and concern, no matter how small. She took the plans and ideas I gave her and worked with my florist and other vendors to create such a beautiful space for our wedding. Her schedule was flawless, I didn't feel rushed or stressed all day, as I knew Taylor/WDBT was on site making sure everything was handled. I originally wasn't planning to get any sort of planner for my wedding but WDBT was recommended to me and I went with the event coordinating option, and I am so so glad I did. I highly recommend this service and this vendor, especially if you are unsure of getting a planner and are maybe a bit of a control freak like me, as you still get to pick and book all your vendors and handle most of your wedding, but when it comes to the months leading up to it, coordinating your vendors, figuring out the schedule and logistics, and then actually running the wedding, WDBT will have you totally covered so that you can just enjoy your big day!
Really cannot recommend enough. -

We worked with Darcey through WDBT, and couldn't be happier with the support she provided us. We were supposed to have a month of coordinator through our venue, but due to unforeseen circumstances we were assigned to work with Darcey - and man did she kill it. Darcey answered a million texts from me, promptly, at all hours of the day, she helped me figure out some of the finer details on where to place things throughout the venue, and she made everything move seamlessly and on schedule on our wedding day. On top of Darcey's professionalism, she is incredibly friendly and laid back. If you're looking for someone to help ensure your day goes off without a hitch, Darcey is your girl! -

I do not know how to properly thank Veronica and Taylor enough for making my wedding day run so smoothly. The only thing I can do is try and make sure you all know that you should RUN and book WDBT for your wedding planning needs.
Let's start at the top - my initial consult meeting with Veronica was incredible. I was only booking for a day of coordinator, but she explained their process really started about 6 months before the wedding. They set me up with their preferred vendor list and a wonderful spreadsheet that had EVERYTHING. A huge questionnaire about the day, who was in charge of what, a decorations list, a table count for the catering team, a vendor meal count, tip recommendations, checklists upon checklist for when I should have something done and booked or thought through. It was EXTREMELY HELPFUL.
At the 6 month ish mark, I was informed I was going to be working with Veronica directly which really made my day. And she had Taylor helping her through the whole thing.
I had some really unfortunate issues with my Venue that Veronica and Taylor helped me conquer. I genuinely do not believe my wedding day would have gone as smoothly if I ended booking with another Planner due to the fact that Veronica and Taylor were SO professional that these huge issues I had ended up not impacting my day because they were managing it all.
Overall, I really wanted someone I could trust to be my wedding planner after hearing some horror stories from others about their planners dropping the balls on their day. I honestly believe I could have through a boulder at Veronica and she would have added it to all the other things she was juggling smoothly and effortlessly. -

WDBT was a joy to work with. We chose the day of coordinator package but Darcey went above and beyond in helping with the planning process as well, sending over templates to help keep us organized and gave us a checklist of things to do. She was attentive and responsive (both with us and when in contact with our vendors) which made something that’s usually stressful for most couple, not! And, of course, she made sure everything ran smoothly the day of so that we had no worries the whole day. We couldn’t recommend Darcey more! -

Kristen at WDBT is an absolute wedding superhero! In the months leading up to the wedding, she was always available to answer our questions, address our concerns, and provide invaluable guidance. She truly gave us the peace of mind we needed during the planning process. No detail was too small for Kristen, and she went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our wedding was accounted for. When we had our venue walkthrough, Kristen was beyond prepared and able to answer every question faster than I could even comprehend! We also rented some of our decor from WDBT and they were very flexible with changes we had to make. The decor was blended seamlessly with the decor from our florist.
On our wedding day itself, all her hard work allowed us and our families to relax, enjoy every moment, and focus on the big day rather than worry about logistics. Her calm and reassuring presence was exactly what we needed!

I recently officiated a wedding for several members of our church, and Abigail was the wedding coordinator for this special occasion. Karen was phenomenal. I literally had the most stress free wedding and I owe a HUGE part of that to Karen. I had booked WDBT for day of coordination and Karen reached out to me six months prior to my wedding date to get things started! She was there at my walkthrough and asked all the important questions- many of which I hadn’t even thought of! She did lots of check ins with me as needed as we got closer to the wedding and was amazing wedding day. From setting up my reception tables and other small decors I had brought on my own and not through my florist, Karen made sure everything was perfect. We had a little hiccup at the end of the night with my shuttle (shuttle company’s fault) and Karen told me to sit back and I watched her take care of it, just like that. I heard back from so many of my other vendors telling me how great Karen was! My bridal party and mom also were amazed by Karen! -

My wife and I can’t say enough good things about Keeley, our wedding coordinator through White Dress Black Tie. Keeley was impeccably organized, on top of every detail large and small in the months before our wedding last June. She asked us so many smart and important questions we’d never thought to consider and worked with us to nail down a timeline for the day right down to 5-minute increments. She led a team of two other coordinators (including Jane, who was also great!) on the day of, which really worked well given the size of our venue and our number of guests. My wife and I knew coming in how some couples stress on their wedding days, but with Keeley’s cheerful calm and attention to detail we knew we had nothing to worry about. Best Wedding Planning Team!
I am very delayed in writing this review, but my husband and I booked White Dress Black Tie for my wedding back in June 2023 and it was truly one of the best decisions we ever made. Veronica and her WDBT team helped us book 6 of our vendors for our wedding day including the Venue, Caterers, Rentals, Photographer, DJ and Florist. They handled all the communication and coordinate with these vendors and made our lives so much easier during the planning process and on the day of the wedding. In addition, they also provided recommendations and shared suggestions on Hair and Makeup and Transportation even though those weren't apart of the 6 vendors in our contract. Throughout the planning process, Veronica and her team were extremely responsive, and they were able to any and all of the questions I had, which was A LOT! They helped alleviate so much stress for my husband and I during the wedding planning process by keeping us organized and making sure nothing fell through the cracks during planning and on the day of the wedding.
On the day of the wedding, we had Karen and Hannah as our planners who were both absolutely amazing and wonderful to work with. They made sure everything was perfect and they checked on my husband and I constantly. It down poured about 30 minutes before the ceremony and Karen and Hannah put us at ease and helped our vendors move all the chairs and décor for the ceremony inside and then back outside right before 5:00pm so we were able to have our ceremony outside like we always pictured it. I was speechless by everything all of Karen and Hannah did to make sure our day was everything we wanted.
I cannot say enough good things about WDBT! I am so grateful and thankful for everything Veronica, Karen, Hannah and the rest of the WDBT team did to help my husband and I plan our dream wedding. I highly recommend booking WDBT as your wedding planner! -

WDBT was amazing with the whole wedding planning process. They have different options to pick from depending on how much help you need with your wedding. I used the partial planning services and was assigned Darcey as my planner. Darcey was beyond amazing. On my wedding day I was completely stress free because I knew how great Darcey was and how prepared and organized she was. She arrived to the venue early and stayed to the very end to make sure everything was cleaned up and put away. She made me whole wedding vision come to life beautifully and I cannot thank her enough. We worked with Jina for our wedding and she was absolutely amazing. WDBT has the planning process really refined- the spreadsheet we shared was invaluable. All the planning and organizing made everything so stress free for us. We were so confident in trusting our day with Jina. She kept us on track with deadlines and answered all of our many questions. She was so responsive, reassuring, and thoughtful!
On our wedding day, everything went so smoothly. Jina understood our vision for the décor and it turned out perfectly! She was so personable and great with our guests. We didn’t know where to start and Jina guided us along the way. As our day-of coordinator she kept us on track and asked us the questions we wouldn’t have thought about on our own. While onsite she was all over the wedding making sure everything was on point. Not once did we have to worry about her or what she was doing. She even pulled the car up for us for our grand exit because it was a Tesla and she knew how to operate it! Just goes to show how helpful she was even on the fly. I highly recommend the company for their game plan, and I also highly recommend Jina. Our family and party loved her and thought she was so sweet and on top of everything! She blended right in with all of us. So happy for how everything turned out. -

Wedding DJ perspective coming atcha. After years in the industry I’ve worked with dozens and dozens of wedding planners and it’s always interesting to see how each of them do things differently. By now, I’m well aware of my personal preferences when it comes to how these vendors lead and communicate. Katie K absolutely ticks all my boxes and more. She’s professional, organized, friendly, warm, go with the flow, and most of all genuine and personable. Her communication prior to the big day was perfect- concise, informative, but not at all overbearing (as some planners can be). On the big day she continued leading well being the perfect middle man between us (all the vendors) and couple we served together. We had a seamless event that was fun, memorable, and remarkably low stress. Highly recommend her and definitely hope to continue working with her in the future. -

My husband and I were so lucky to have Katie K. as our wedding coordinator!!! Our venue required us to have a coordinator but we are so glad that we did, because from the beginning Katie made the whole experience WAY less stressful. We started working with her about 6-7 months out and she helped us organize everything from decorations to the order of the processional to the logistics of the day and so much more. She also kept us on track to make sure we were hitting deadlines and in the last few months she took over managing our vendors, which was a huge weight lifted off our chests.
One of the most challenging parts of planning a wedding is the thousands of details and logistics and it is so helpful to have someone like Katie who GETS it and will help you iron out everything. She is incredibly responsive and answered every single one of our many many many questions.
Not only was she incredibly helpful leading up to the wedding - but she was AMAZING on the day. If anything went wrong we had no idea because Katie handled everything!!! She even put up all of our decorations and packed them up at the end of the night. She made sure we always had food and drinks. Hiring WDBT was the best decision we made for our wedding. We hired them for "Day of Coordination" and everything went so smoothly. Their google form was very in depth and had aspects that I had not thought about. They were able to do a lot of the communication with our vendors closer to our wedding day which helped take a lot of stress off of me as I was working full time. If I were to go back, I would've hired them sooner in the wedding process to ease my stress even further.
On the wedding day, Katie and Astoria were good about checking in with myself and my husband to make sure everything was going smoothly. All of my family noted how hard they were working to make everything go perfect. Not only, were they super professional, but they are also very very nice.
Overall, I would recommend them to anyone getting married. Katie was exceptional! -

Booking White Dress Black Tie as our wedding coordinator (and also later for all my flowers) was one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning process. Wedding costs quickly add up, so we decided to do a day of wedding coordinator rather than a wedding planner. Despite this, Veronica was there to answer any/all of the questions I had during my planning (from a year out to months later). She gave the best insight and advice that made the planning process much easier, right from the start. Closer to the wedding we were put in contact with Karen Merchant, who ended up being our coordinator on the day of our wedding. Karen is simply phenomenal! She is very knowledgeable and her experience made her an expert when it came to assisting us with all of the details leading up to our big day. When it came to the details that I wasn’t sure how to execute, she was super helpful and took the reins. Despite intermittent showers on my wedding day, Karen worked so hard to make sure everything went smoothly and I couldn’t have asked for a better day. Their pricing is so reasonable, and they truly go above and beyond. Added bonus, they started providing floral services and Veronica made sure my flowers looked gorgeous (despite me not knowing what exactly I wanted in terms of flowers). Book them now! You will not be disappointed. -

White Dress Black Tie makes dreams come true!!! Veronica and Darcey are amazing to work with. Leading up the wedding, they answer any and every question I had (and trust me I had a lot)! A lot of partial planners will put limits on the amount of emails you can send them, but WDBT sets themselves apart by being so responsive and not having any limitations on communication at all. The excel sheet they share with you is SO helpful and will help you budget, get addresses, check off your to do lists. The day of timeline they create is SO helpful and detailed, all my vendors and our wedding party were so appreciative. The day of the wedding, I truly had no concerns and was able to be so relaxed and really have fun and that’s because Veronica and Darcey were the amazing ringleaders of the wedding circus. They also go the extra mile, Veronica helped me figure out how to bustle my dress and when we thought we lost keys at the end of the night (turns out they were in a groomsmen shoes lol), she was quick to get on a call. I absolutely recommend WDBT - they were one of the best parts of our wedding day! I started first working with Veronica, and then because she wasn't available for our wedding day, Lucy helped us starting one month out from the wedding, and both were stellar.
First, Veronica was so kind in scheduling a call with me to discuss her services, pricing, and any questions I had. I had the day of coordinator option, and I also added the option for them to help me find a venue (by the way, I love that they have add-on options, it really makes it such a useful service). I have to say, I was a bit skeptical of the venue search help at first, but Veronica was indispensable. I found it to be a very frustrating and opaque process, and she just made it a million times easier for us. She also had extremely useful advice and questions for each venue - things I never would have thought to ask on my own. She was also such a great sounding board for making the final decision.
Then throughout the planning, both Veronica and Lucy were extremely professional and responsive. I knew if I reached out (on a non-weekend since that's when they're working), I would get an answer back right away. Then the month before the wedding, Lucy was on top of absolutely everything, which made things so much easier for us.
The best part though was on the actual day itself - Lucy kept everyone on track, she was coordinating with all the vendors, and making sure everything went smoothly. She and her assistant helped set up all the decorations (which all looked beautiful). And then at the end of the night, my husband and I got into the limo and rode away, and she stayed and got everything cleaned up and out of the venue. Honestly, without her I don't know what we would have done - the clean up was the one part of the process that I just forgot to think about, but with Lucy, literally everything was handled.
I cannot recommend WDBT more. -
