Our Wedding MVP: Heather from When Hearts Unite!
I highly recommend hiring Heather from When Hearts Unite for day-of wedding coordination and wedding planning. Heather communicated well, was supportive, and advocated for us throughout the day and planning process. On the wedding day, Heather was instrumental. She made sure our vision was executed and that everything ran smoothly and seamlessly. Her expert oversight allowed us to fully enjoy our day! -

Hiring Heather was hands-down the best decision my husband and I made for our wedding, second only to choosing each other. I interviewed several candidates when searching for a coordinator, and from the start, Heather stood out for her warmth, personableness, and incredible professionalism. I am so grateful that I chose her and got to have her on my side while planning and hosting the biggest event of my life. Leading up to the big day, I was a ball of nerves. But once we hit the rehearsal, I felt completely at ease knowing Heather was in charge.
Throughout our wedding day, we kept saying how we couldn’t have made it without Heather. She was everywhere, handling everything with grace, precision, and calm. When a few vendors hit snags, Heather handled it instantly and flawlessly, ensuring we could be present and enjoy ourselves on our big day. If I so much as tried to lift a finger when issues arose, she’d gently take over and make quick work of it. It’s no exaggeration to say she was the glue that held our entire day together, and here are a few specific examples of where she went above and beyond:
- Had the photography shot list printed and ready to go (when the photographer didn't even do this!)
- Personally brought us a few of each appetizer so we didn't miss any!
- Stepped in to watch the kids for my sister-in-law so she could watch the ceremony
- Recommended us an awesome officiant
- (Probably so many other things we didn't see or will come to learn by talking with guests)
Everyone who interacted with Heather, even briefly, was blown away. So many people shared how impressed they were by her and how she outperformed their own wedding coordinators. After attending several weddings this past year, I can confidently say Heather is in a league of her own. Even now, six months later, Heather’s name still comes up whenever our wedding is mentioned. Friends and family have told us that hiring her is one of the first things they plan to do after getting engaged. That’s the kind of lasting impression she leaves.
Whatever Heather charges, she’s worth double. If you’re on the fence—don’t be. HIRE HEATHER. You’ll be so glad you did. -

I cannot recommend Heather with When Hearts Unite enough! I came to her as a bride who had just battled firing a past planner and Heather was kind, understanding, and honest. Her and I clicked instantly and it was only up from there. She was SO responsive and communicative and even caught issues that I thought had been solved by my past planner. She’s thorough, logistics minded, and has an amazing eye for design and knew exactly how to bring my vision to life. So many of my friends and family came to me after the wedding and talked about how amazing she was the day of too. Heather and I’s paths crossing got me through the last few months of planning with such a peace that I will never be able to thank her for. Do yourself a favor and hire her immediately! -

Words cannot express how much we appreciate Heather!! She made our day run so smoothly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! She used her vendor network to help us get better deals, when she could, in one instance she did this even after we had a signed contract! She met with us several times to get a full sense of what our preferences were and then used that information to coordinate with everyone on our vendor team. She even became intimately familiar with the contract details in order to be able to effectively manage the details in order to support us, and our vendors. On the day of, she handled incidents behind the scenes, so we didn't have to he bothered. She commanded attention and was able to keep our wedding on track and flowing seamlessly. She knew that I was a little wary about decor (I'm just not very creative in that way!), so she went out of her way to send suggestions and then took what we had and decorated the room beautifully. We can't speak highly enough about our experience and HIGHLY recommend Heather with When Hearts Unite! This is probably the best money we spent out of our wedding budget! -

Heather Aaron is the best in the business!
Heather blew us away. Our wedding was a month ago and we are still telling everyone we know how amazing she was.
We hired Heather for Day of coordination and she started a couple months before. I am a type A personality and my wedding planning was no exception to this. I needed every detail to be perfect, I drove myself crazy trying to track items and vendors. The second Heather started all of my stress disappeared. She has a reassurance and charisma that is beyond fit for this business. Her organized spreadsheets, resolving issues and offering ideas before they even arise, and her stern yet bubbly attitude in managing (even drunk!) wedding parties is something out of story books.
She allowed a stressed bride like myself let go of every fear and fully enjoy every moment of not only my wedding, but my wedding week. I have memories of the most beautiful day of my life and all of them have Heather in the background. She’s a personality you hope to know forever and one you will recommend to everyone you know.
Hire her! I beg of you! -

I definitely recommend Heather as a month of coordinator!! She did an amazing job executing the most perfect day we could've asked for. There were so many little details that we had never thought of until she was there to help us plan. She went above and beyond helping us set everything up and taking it all down. Also, our venue had a house on the property and she even helped clean it up. 10/10 recommend!!! -

Wonderful Experience even during the Pandemic
We hired Heather for our December 2020 wedding and we were INCREDIBLY grateful to have her. Heather did an excellent job of keeping up with the ever changing COVID19 rules, working with our vendors to renegotiate, reschedule, and cancel contracts (we didn't lose any money with Heather's help), and re-envision what our ceremony could look like during the pandemic. She was in tough with us very regularly through text and even and always responded on the same day. Her organization was excellent! Heather also took on the majority of our decorating within the church for the ceremony. She has a wonderful eye for design and an even better work ethic. Heather did everything in her power to make our wedding beautiful and memorable even in tough circumstances. We have already hired her again to help us with our "Reception" when it's safe to have a party again. -
