Juliet goes above and beyond for the couples she works with. She photographed my cousins wedding which is where we got to witness her style and professionalism from an outside perspective. Choosing her to capture our wedding was a no brainer. She is thoughtful, creative, and takes leadership in making the wedding day as seamless as possible. She brings a fun and attuned energy, will help with buttoning dresses, pinning boutonnières, and getting you from point A to B with little hassle, and collaborates with the other vendor’s flawlessly. We received our photos less than a month after our wedding and they capture our day beautifully!! HIRE HER!! -

I feel so lucky that Juliet from West on Jade was our wedding photographer! My sister-in-law/brother-in-law hired her for their wedding, and when I saw their amazing photos, I knew I had to use the same photographer for mine.
Juliet was great with communication and flexibility during the entire planning phase. She arrived early on the day of the wedding and immediately starting snapping shots. She worked independently to get photos of the venue/decor while I was busy getting ready, and made sure to capture all the special shots I requested. She was very patient and efficient, (we had a lot of family photos), and was very understanding when some of the kids at the reception got a little rowdy.
I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly she got our photos out to us after the event - based on what I'd heard from other friends, I was not expecting photos for several weeks, but she had already sent a digital gallery and hardcopy flash drive to me before I was even back from my honeymoon!
And most importantly - the photos were STUNNING. Definitely worth every penny! I can't recommend West on Jade enough! -

Juliet of West on Jade Photography is incredibly talented, professional, and down-to-earth. When looking for a photographer for our August 2025 wedding, Juliet was recommended to me by a colleague. I reached out, and Juliet suggested we meet up for coffee to discuss details and see if we were a good fit for one another. I appreciate her willingness to see how we'd connect before moving in to any conversations about service hours and pricing. It made me feel like she was genuinely interested in knowing my now husband and I as people and not just as clients! The wedding has now come and gone, but the memories and moments Juliet captured through her lens? Those will be cherished family heirlooms for decades to come. Her style is exactly what we were looking for: "fly on the wall" with a few staged portraits throughout the night. Juliet went above and beyond our expectations, even assisting the groom and groomsmen with placement of their boutineers. We look forward to working with Juliet again someday! -

Juliet was fantastic in every way – she was easy to work with and her photos were done with the perfect touch. We did both engagement and wedding photos with her, and we can’t stop looking at all of them. She traveled out to where we met (quite a drive!) so we could have photos done in our own hometown, with an urban touch. We deeply appreciated how enthusiastic she was to capture an Indian-fusion wedding and for learning about and photographing all the traditions and events– the baraat, choreographed dances, and the various parts of our ceremony. She did a particularly wonderful job highlighting a lot of subtle details in our photos- including the bridal mehndi, and the vibrant colors and glitter/details of all of our Indian outfits.. She helped us navigate the whole wedding day process and her knowledge of the Boylston Rooms venue and staff was a key part of making our wedding so special.

Juliet was incredible to work with from beginning to end. She helped gather the items for the detail pictures (ring, bouquet, invite) when I was too disorganized/busy to do so. She was super organized taking group shots with two big families. She tactfully pulled us aside for shots that couldn’t be timed perfectly in advance like cake cutting and sunset shots. We just send photos out with our thank you’s and people loved seeing them!! -

Absolutely amazing!
Juliet was fantastic to work with. My husband and I eloped at the Boylston Rooms and she was the photographer to shoot our day. She captured everything so perfect from the walk down the aisle with my dad, to my husband’s look when he saw me for the first time when the doors opened, to even the posed family pictures! I told her this later on but I have always hated the way I look in pictures (my own insecurities) but when I got the pictures back for the first time, I actually cried from how much I loved them. I haven’t been able to say that in a long, long time. I look at them every single day to relive our special day! We can’t thank her enough!! -

Juliet was absolutely fantastic to work with as our photographer for our wedding this June. Leading up to the date, Juliet was always in touch and was easily reachable via email. She even scoped out our wedding location ahead of time so we had several different spots we could take photos on the big day. We were on a SUPER tight schedule as we wanted most, if not all, of our photos taken before our ceremony to allow us to see some guests during cocktail hour. Juliet did an incredible job of running the show and getting all of the photos we needed done beautifully and efficiently. Despite a sudden rainstorm in the middle of our first-look (which ended up making for amazing photos) we were able to capture most of our bridal party and family photos in a few different locations all prior to the ceremony. Juliet had great time management, organization, and was quick thinking on her feet so everything ran extremely smoothly. We got our photos shortly after the wedding and were so pleased with how beautifully they came out. We now have a lovely album of photos that we will cherish forever thanks to Juliet. -

Juliet photographed our wedding on 10/14/2023. She was extremely responsive to our initial inquiry and subsequent emails. She was so easy to work with and made myself and my husband feel very comfortable in front of the camera. She was always on time and very professional while still being so down to earth. We didn't have to spend a long taking photos but she managed to capture a ton of amazing shots. All around 12/10 experience! -

Juliet is a true artist and her photos are STUNNING! We were lucky enough to have Juliet photograph both our engagement session and our wedding and were blown away by how gorgeous the photos all turned out! Not only did Juliet take beautiful photos she was also extremely helpful throughout the wedding planning process. Very early on, before I even officially booked Juliet, she was very kind and gave solid wedding planning advice. She also gave the best recommendations for other vendors in area!
Juliet was also incredibly flexible and easy to work with when it came to putting together a timeline. Our timeline was a little tricky because the ceremony location didn’t have a place to get ready. Because of this, we decided to do both getting ready photos and first look photos at our reception location and then head to the ceremony location afterwards. Juliet was super helpful in giving advice on putting together a timeline and realistic estimates for how much time we’d need to get all the photos we wanted to capture.
All in all, Juliet is an absolute pro and we are so happy we had her as our wedding photographer! -

Absolutely Perfect
Wow, just wow. We were literally floored by our wedding photos. The pictures are all so gorgeous. We had such a great time looking through them and getting to relive it. It was such a pleasure to work with Juliet and get to know her a little bit. We absolutely loved every minute of it. I cannot begin to describe what a joy the process was from start to finish. Juliet is the best there is out there. If you are lucky enough to book her for your wedding - you’ll have the best photos of any bride in the state getting married that day. We had a 200 guest wedding and she managed to get a photo of almost every single one of them, along with every tiny detail we put together, and every amazing moment we could think of. She stuck up for us when our videographers were unprofessional and constantly in the way of key shots, and somehow managed to magically keep them out of the majority of our photos to help us forget the negative experience that they were even there. Juliet made us feel like this was the most important wedding on her plate even though we know she’s one of the busiest and most booked photographers out there. Also, I have never heard of anyone receive their wedding photos so quickly! Amazing. The photos are amazing. If Juliet is unable to book on your wedding date, you should probably change your wedding date. -

From the planning process to our engagement photos and the day of our wedding, Juliet was a joy to work with. She was professional, fun, and made us feel at ease in front of her lens. Her ability to capture those special moments for us was invaluable, and we couldn't have been more happy with our engagement and wedding photos. On the day of our wedding, Juliet was able to bounce around our entire venue, staying on schedule and shooting everything we were looking for. She helped us stay calm and her organization made the photos during our event seamless. She was unobtrusive, yet somehow managed to be everywhere getting memorable shots and candids during our reception. When we received our final photo set, we were blown away. Her photography is high quality and every shot looked amazing; looking back through our photos puts us right back to that special day every time we look at them.

The Best Photographer
My husband and I hired Juliet for our wedding back in late 2018. We were anticipating a 2020 wedding that was pushed to 2021. Juliet did our engagement shoot, elopement and now our big wedding day celebration. We have nothing but good things to say about her. All of her photos were amazing, but our big wedding day really blew me away. She was somehow everywhere she needed to be, but never in the way. She showed up early and I’m pretty sure stayed late. She helped to organize all my family for pictures which wasn’t always an easy task. She treated every guest with patience and kindness. Multiple guests at our wedding commented that they didn’t see her stop for a moment even once. She is absolutely phenomenal and will capture all your special moments and never miss a thing. The style of her pictures is so beautiful. We will use her for all future photo needs. Thank you, Juliet! ❤️ -

absolutely amazing
I cannot express how much I loved working with juliet. Stanley and I were a bit naive and some what nervous about getting professional photos taken. However, she was able to capture us in our most authentic moments. We were not so focused on capturing the perfect shot, but just having fun together as a couple. Not only did she catch our personalities but she got those perfect shots as well. I can't wait to work with juliet in the future. If you are considering west on jade for your professional photos, stop your search, because she will capture exactly what you want as a couple. My only complaint is that covid caused us to postpone our wedding and she was already booked for our new date :( after receiving our engagement pictures we are that much more saddened that someone snagged her up before we could. She was so accommodating and even provided us with recommendations for other photographers in the area. I would give her more than 5 stars if possible.

I am so grateful my husband and I came across and found Juliet. She photographed our engagement photos as well as our wedding and I can’t say enough good things about her and her work. Everyone who has seen our photos have complimented them and all of my bridesmaids who are already married said they wish they had known about her for their own wedding. Juliet is not only extremely talented but very kind. She was always so responsive, prompt and above all patient. Because our wedding happened during covid she was super flexible and went along with our venue change without an issue. During the actual wedding day she was great at directing everyone and we have honestly gotten the most beautiful photos (even with a backyard setting). If you are looking for a photographer I would 100% recommend Juliet. I promise you won’t regret your decision. Juliet was the photographer for our wedding in September 2018. Beyond the incredible photos she produced, her personality and professionalism made her awesome to work with. Juliet was literally EVERYWHERE we wanted her to be, without having to ask her once to be there to capture something. She has an incredible knack for seeing a moment developing and finding the perfect angle to capture a candid moment. She ensured we got all the pictures we wanted (with family, wedding party, etc.), and then we let her creativity take care of the rest. The results are astonishing. We’re four months removed from the wedding and my wife and I still catch ourselves staring at our wedding album almost weekly. Truly amazing! Juliet was very easy to work with and a pleasure to have at our wedding. Our event was super small 32 guests and in a cozy space and Juliet captured moments we didn't even know were happening. We booked Juliet for both our wedding and engagement photos and we could not be happier! When we booked her, my only request was that our wedding would not be posed. She met this 100%. But when we did request posed photos she was knew exactly what would look good. Everything felt so natural and we felt so comfortable with her! Danielle Sent on 01/21/2018Juliet was AMAZING! We got married in December at the Red Barn in Amherst. When snow was in the forecast, we were a bit nervous about everyone traveling to the wedding (we are from out of town) but Juliet emailed us the night before saying how excited she was to get photos in the snow! She made us excited, since we were secretly hoping for snow!
The photos Juliet took of my husband and I in the snow are incredible. People have complimented us over and over and it's all due to Juliet's sense of style, keen eye, and beautiful photos. She also perfectly captured our families, wedding party, and candid photos of people dancing and enjoying the evening. She is enthusiastic and fun, while always professional and easy going. She was so accommodating with any requests of photos of the venue, and also making sure we got all the photos of family members and friends we wanted.
She was also very responsive to emails during the planning process. We talked on the phone (being from out of town) before choosing to hire her and she was professional and kind and made us feel excited about working with her. She also had a few photos available the NEXT day after our wedding, more up several days after, our entire photo gallery ready online a week later and our flash drive with downloadable photos was at our door in less than two weeks.
So many of our friends and family members have raved about Juliet and her work. We honestly cannot do justice with words-- she was amazing and such a good decision (while also being very reasonable rate-wise!) Hire her! You will not be disappointed. We have beautiful photos to treasure for a lifetime. -
