I worked with Renata from WI and without ever being in Key West, they were amazing!!! I had a lot of issues outside of wedding planning that made things difficult but had the most beautiful wedding I could never imagine. Our dog was able to be an active part of our wedding, decisions were easy to make, when I found out most of my family couldn’t make it, she worked with me on last minute changes. I’m not a princess, never did prom or graduation but for a moment felt like a princess. We forgot the easel for his mom’s picture, she was prepared and had a beautiful stand for his mom’s picture. Diane was great too! Worked with me and understood the chaos that I had been dealing with, her words really did fit us and though she just met us made the ceremony feel tailored to us. Can’t wait to see the official pictures and have been bragging about weddings to go the whole road trip back from the keys to WI. According to my husband, I usually don’t say anything good and it’s on our video, he asked if it met my expectations, I said no and the video ends. They exceeded my expectations, made our wedding beautiful and made me forget about the chaos, drama, hurt just during the past year. I could not have imagined our wedding this amazing!!! Thank you so very much for such an amazing wedding!!!
Another tourist took some pics and asked to send them to us, they thought it was “too beautiful to not too!” So this isn’t from Renata but I couldn’t wait to post, if you’re looking at them, just do it, it will be amazing and the most easiest part of getting married! -

I would recommend this vendor over and over and over again. Renata and her team are absolutely amazing and extremely helpful throughout the process of planning an elopement in Key West. Our wedding was beautiful. It was as close to perfect as it could be! We went with the Key West Havana Package which includes transportation for guests and a reception at El Siboney after the ceremony.
Renata was amazing. She was very communicative throughout the entire process, answering all my many questions involving planning over email since I work nights. She handled transportation for all my guests (spread out all over the island!) like a pro. Even when last minute changes were made and people weren’t where they should’ve been for pickup, everyone was taken care of. She’s very personable and easy to talk to. She made me feel at ease from the planning, to the rehearsal, and through the ceremony. I felt a sense of calm through interaction with her. She’s a bride whisperer! She has a gift for what she does and she does it all! She thinks of all the little details and is very organized. She was also very patient with my large wedding party.
Everyone loved the food buffet at El Siboney and they were very attentive and quick with all the drink orders. The reception area was spacious and private, perfect for our 40+ guests.
Would recommend this company and the Havana package. It felt like it was worth so much more than we paid, especially when you compare it with resort venue prices! It was a once in a lifetime experience that me, my spouse, and our family/friends will never forget. -

Elopement on the Beach
We came from Cleveland Ohio for our Key West Elopement. All details were taken care of before we came down. Weddings To Go was amazing with our Elopement ceremony and photos. Did not expect to get all the photos they took. They were amazing! I would highly recommend it. -

I can’t begin to describe what a beautiful experience we had using Renata and her team for our 25th wedding anniversary vow renewal. Planning anything from so far away, sight unseen can be so stressful. Renata was a consummate professional the entire process. Extremely responsive and thorough! It was incredibly easy, straightforward and hassle free from start to finish.
Our arch, florals, aisle…stunning! Location, JAW DROPPING! Transportation, seamless, prompt and incredibly delightful driver. But the best part of the experience was Renatas eye w her camera. I’m just blown away by the images. I literally hate about 90% of photos of if I’m in them and I was almost in tears over how beautiful the photographs were!
Do not hesitate thinking of using Key West Weddings to go! Her reasonable pricing does not effect the quality you will receive. I cannot say enough about Renata and the entire team! THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY DREAM COME TRUE -

Eloped on 11.20.21 - Smathers Beach, Key West, Fl
From day one, we had nothing to worry about. The communication with Ray was awesome! Everything worked out perfectly and it helps not to be a Bridezilla.
The gorgeous flowers arrived a few hours before our ceremony at the hotel. It rained moments before Renata (a phenomenally, whimsical and experienced photographer) showed up at our hotel for pictures. And it stopped the moment she arrived. We wanted fun pictures, with some romance and intimacy throw in. I know we got all that and then some.
Vanessa, our officiant was lovely. I swear at one point during the ceremony, I thought we all were going to cry. I remembered to take deep breaths and enjoy the moment. Ray was there the entire time, making sure everything went smoothly. I cannot thank Ray, Eileen, Renata and Vanessa enough for making our day the best ever!!

Amazing Experience!!
Our day would not have been as memorable and special without Ray and Eileen! The location and time of day were beautiful. We followed their recommendations to move the day due to the weather and are so happy we listened! This was the most stress-free and intimate way to go for a perfect wedding day! There is nothing more nerve wrecking than planning a destination wedding during a pandemic but we were certain we wanted to get married in Key West no matter what. We stumbled upon Weddings ToGo Key West through wedding wire and after talking with Ray we had to hire this crew. I liked his upfront honest personality in guiding us through what we should and shouldn’t do in regards to dates/times etc. for our wedding. Not ever traveling to Key West I put a lot of trust into this team and they didn’t disappoint. The flexibility was appreciated so much due to the pandemic. We had people dropping and adding last minute. I felt like I was a burden to them but they do this all the time and handled everything so well for us! The Ocean Package was the best for us as we knew we’d have a larger group attending. The piece I loved best was the fact I had a list to choose from for decor, bouquets etc. which made this so much less stressful.

We booked the original biggest littlest package. We loved all the options, and thought it had just enough.
The week of there was a potential storm threatening our beach ceremony. Ray was honest and very open through communicating our options and was very accommodating. We talked multiple times throughout the week and he was very adamant on still trying to make our beach ceremony happen!
It was the morning of and Ray had great news that if we moved the ceremony earlier we could make the beach happen!! Due to the stress of not being sure whether it’d be inside/outside he had chairs put out for our party which was so sweet. Him and Eileen were more than pleasant and so wonderful to work with.
I highly highly recommend them for any ceremony your heart desires because they have it all! -

I was in a real time crunch, hoping we would be able to elope ASAP in Key West. To our surprise the date and time we wanted was available, and it was in less than a week!! Ray and Eileen were so easy to talk to, super down to earth, and you can just tell they're knowledgeable. They were so accommodating, it really took the stress right off our backs. As they say, all their prices are right in the packages, nothing hidden, no small print red flags. I love how many options there were as far as packages as well, there's something for everyone & you can customize to your liking.
With it just being the two of us, they STILL made our wedding day magical and so meaningful. All in all our wedding was just perfect. From the flower deco to how everything just flowed so naturally. Just speechless. Our wedding was affordable, elegant, and so full of joy - regardless if we had 0 or 100 guests. They made us feel so comfortable and guided us through everything, it was really so easy going it was hard to believe!
The photos taken were just stunning, the most priceless - amazing shots with the sunset - I mean, you cant get any better than that! If we have the chance we would re-new our vows time and time again with Weddings To Go - they were just that good. Thank you for everything, you two are a blessing - really. -

The Point Package

Planning a wedding is stressful - planning a destination wedding takes the cake. Weddings To Go made our wedding planning absolutely effortless. Ray and Eileen were so extremely helpful, they answered all of my questions, and put me at ease no matter what happened. We went with the Havana package, and it did not disappoint! The ceremony on Smathers beach was absolutely stunning, the photographer was extremely professional and took amazing photos, the dinner was probably the best Cuban food I ever had (Chef Martin is so so talented), all of the decor and flowers and everything was just beautiful, and for an unbeatable price. My guests were talking about our weddings for weeks after, and could not believe how amazing it was, especially considering we had never even been to Key West before! I would give this company 10 stars if I could. If you are planning a Florida destination wedding, this place cannot be matched. I could not be happier!!!!!

Our wedding was just the two of us, but they made us feel like it was just as important to them as if we had a ton of guests and a big ceremony. Eileen handled the ceremony part and it was so meaningful and romantic. And Ray was the best, coolest photographer I’ve ever met! I usually hate having my picture taken and feel really awkward the whole time. But Ray was so funny and reassuring that I loosened up almost instantly. He made us laugh and feel really good about how the pictures were coming out and we were able to just relax and have a great time while he was snapping away (and the pictures came out AMAZING and were uploaded the next morning, by the way).
We came in really nervous, but left elated after a beautiful ceremony at sunset and a fun photoshoot. It’s a family business and they definitely treated us like family. Ray and Eileen made our special day perfect! Our wedding day was supposed to be on a Friday, but the weather was calling for thunderstorms so they called on Wednesday to see if we would like to cha get our date to Thursday or Saturday. They accommodated us and made the whole process so smooth and seamless. I would highly recommend Weddings To Go to anyone looking for someone to conduct their wedding. Wedding planned in only 2 weeks and looked like we had planned it for months! The owners are excellent at weddings and have more experience than others at a very reasonable price. And they handled everything on the wedding day when storms forced an earlier wedding...6 hours earlier!!!! From limo service, hair and make up to the details of the wedding...they made it perfect. -

#1: I recommend the Ft. Zachary Taylor option for your wedding to reduce crowding and risk of seaweed/sargasso issues on the Smathers Beach. It's an extra cost but worth the view.
Next, both Ray and Eileen are a pleasure to work with, they're known around the island, conduct several weddings, and are flexible. They take several photos, have a live video stream for distal relatives, and depending on your package can even have live musicians (our steel drum player was quite talented). We barely had to do anything to plan a beautiful wedding for my sister, everything was very straightforward. We didn't get a grandios package, and still felt important.
They answer the phone any time, they make you feel at ease before the wedding, and their hairdresser Kim is incredible. She's by far the makeup artist you want for your special day. I've never seen my sister more lovely than the moment she walked the ailse. They have great taste in vendors, they're relaxing and just as laid back as Key West, and the prices are unbeatable.
If you're not from Florida, even the local courthouse is a breeze. It took my sister and brother in law 15 minutes before the wedding to get their marriage license. Her online application fell through so they arrived in full garb, just 30 minutes before the ceremony. Everything from start to finish went on without a hiccup - even the severe weather forcast just breezed away.

I found weddings to go after being left hanging by another wedding vendor southernmost weddings. I had spoken to Daniel at that facility and he told me that he was going to get right back to me with information, as we were two weeks away from our wedding and we were eloping. He never returned my call, even after I texted him again asking him if I needed to send him a deposit, figuring that money would make him respond back to me. After not hearing anything from him for a full week with one week left to go before we left on our vacation, I reached out to Eileen at weddings to go and she answered all my questions efficiently and quickly over the phone with a pleasant attitude and shared my excitement for my special day. She returned all my phone calls and emails very quickly, and she even recommended a florist that could do my flowers and a woman to come right to my hotel room and do my hair and makeup for me. When I was thinking of doing the wedding in the afternoon she steered me un rhe right direction and change my time so that we wouldn't be melting on the beach and uncomfortable. They came to our hotel picked us up brought us to the beach and perform the ceremony, and then Ray her husband took beautiful photographs which he sent to us in an email link so that we could share them with all our friends and family. After the wedding was over, they return your marriage license to the courthouse and submit it, and then it gets sent to you in the mail after no muss no fuss. It was simple sweet and exactly what we wanted, and there was no BS involved, we were nervous enough about our trip and getting everything done without our family finding out. I would highly recommend Eileen and Ray at weddings to go for any of your wedding needs, they have many things to offer or the simplest sweetest easiest wedding that you can possibly imagine. Very courteous, down-to-earth, and professional, my husband and I are very happy with everything they did for us and we would highly recommend them to anybody getting married in Key West, especially if you don't know the area, they will help you with everything. -

Went with Key West Weddings to go for our wedding 10 years ago and justh returned for our vowel renewal. Breath taking pictures, outstanding experience. They are very attentive to your wants and needs. :) Go with them! It was worth it! -

I waited a few weeks to write my review because I wanted to come down from my euphoric cloud to look back at the entire process from my first contact with Ray and Eileen to our big day and give a wholeheartedly honest review.
First and foremost, hiring Weddings To Go! Key West, was the absolute best decision. I was very anxious about hiring a planner in a town I didn't reside and without any personal recommendations. I researched Google, multiple wedding websites, checked Facebook reviews, asked other Key West wedding couples that I found through FB pages, and the feedback I received made it a simple decision.
Ray and Eileen are amazing and are extremely knowledgeable! To put it simply, they know exactly what they are doing! They both had great advise, recommendations ad work ethic. The day before our wedding, I had a bit of a meltdown, sent an email and Ray picked up the phone and called me, almost immediately, to help calm my anxiety! He was amazing talking me through my concerns (which had nothing to do with their services, btw.)
I want to point out a few things that were most important to me:
-On our wedding day, Eileen came to our resort to pick my father and I up and take up to the ceremony. She was a spit-fire and very funny and helped my wedding day nerves calm on the way!
-Eileen also preformed my service and she was amazing. They gave me full reign to rewrite my ceremony and she said everything beautifully.
-The florist that they use did a beautiful job on our flowers.
-The setting was perfect. We got married on Smather's and I had requested to be under the palms, if possible. It is first come first service so they cant guarantee it, but they picked the most picture perfect spot!
-Our photographer was great, too! She knew exactly what she was doing and how to get the perfect shots. Since we got married at sunset she knew the limited amount of time we had to get the perfect pictures.
-You are also able to customize just about everything about your wedding so you can feel like it is your own. (although, I stuck with most of the options they offered because they were already perfect)
If you are a destination wedding couple or even a local and aren't sure about hiring an one-stop shop wedding planner, do not let that fear stop you! I want to add that we are from South Carolina and I had already planned our ENTIRE 130 person wedding here and 3 months before our wedding day we decided to, obviously, completely change it and have an intimate destination wedding. So, in just 3 short months we revamped and had the entire wedding planned and I am so glad we did it this way! It was PERFECT!

Beautiful Beach Wedding
Weddings To Go Key West did a phenomenal job with our wedding. Planning a wedding from across the country can be nerve wrecking, but Ray and Eileen planned every detail. They even went above and beyond to accommodate some additional requests. The ceremony venue was beautifully decorated and the brunch was very well coordinated. Ray and Eileen were wonderful to work with. People were great, the decor was beautiful, and our wedding went off without a hitch. In short, the day turned out better than I had hoped for. We upgraded to the Key West Havana Luncheon package and are glad we did. El Siboney is a local favorite for a reason and our family has not stopped talking about the food. They offered a variety of menu choices which met the needs of everyone in our group. Nobody left hungry! Highly recommended if you're thinking of upgrading your package. I promise you won't be disappointed. -

"Key West Speakeasy" Dinner Reception and Beach Wedding
Ray and Eileen and the whole Weddings To Go team did an excellent job with our event. It was EXACTLY as expected and as pictured on their website. We did the Speakeasy ceremony/dinner package, on a Friday in May, and were blessed with excellent weather. We had 25 guests.
For a couple beginning the process with Ray and Eileen, I would keep in mind how experienced they are putting on weddings in Key West. They've seen it all and know what works and what doesn't. They also have no problem sharing this experience with you in a very direct way. We had many questions and were obviously nervous (don't get married that often!), they always answered our questions but had an attitude of "Relax and don't worry, we got this". This was frustrating at times, but when push came to shove they were right...they do "have it". None of this is to dissuade people from using their services, just want people to know what to expect!
In the end we are SO happy we went with WTG. The speakeasy package was awesome, food was amazing and our guests had a great time. The pictures came out great. Thank you Ray and Eileen! -

Excellent 25 year renewal
We had the private sailing experience to renew our vows. We got picked up from where we were staying and were greeted when we were dropped off. The boat was tremendous. Eileen is so professional, knowledgeable and easy going. We saw dolphins, had a great ceremony and awesome sunset. Everything was perfect. -

Ray and Eileen were wonderful to work with. They were extremely responsive and flexible. Our officiant and photographer were extremely friendly and professional. Everything went exactly as planned! In fact, the wedding happened a few minutes early. I called just to let them know we arrived early and make sure we were meeting in the correct location and Ray and Eileen called the officiant and photographer to let them know we arrived. -

We chose W2GoKW because of the packages they offered - we chose the Hot Tin Roof luncheon package as it fit our vision perfectly. Throughout the planning process, Ray and Eileen answered every question (and there were a LOT), made every attempt at accommodating requests, additions and/or changes. They were honest in their opinions, and you could tell they weren't just trying to make an extra buck. They truly care about their business and the couples who hire them. In the end we got everything we wanted and then some! Their staff was amazing on the day of - we couldn't have been more pleased with our officiant Sondra, our photographer Eva and our designer/coordinator Diane. I can't wait for our vow renewal so we can use them again! -
