Ray & Eileen with Weddings To Go Key West were amazing! They made everything so simple from that start! They also helped us plan other aspects of our vacation by giving us tips on where to stay and what to eat. We are vegan so they recommended The Cafe, which was absolutely amazing! They were personable and friendly, I felt like I had known them for years! Our wedding was beautiful and perfect! I wouldn't change a thing!

Ray and Eilene provide an excellent beach wedding experience, which is tailored to the individuals expectations. The price is a steal for the professionalism and extraordinary memories that are provided at minimal expense. I would recommend Ray and Eilene to anyone looking for a company to perform a destination wedding: professional photography, professional officiant, and beautiful accommodations!!

I read great reviews on this company and am so glad I went with them. It was a private simple ceremony with our two kids that was performed perfectly. I went with one of the cheaper packages and didn't feel like I was any less important than someone that would have went with a more expensive package. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Ray and Eileen were consummate professionals who clearly know their business. Pre-wedding - every emailed question and phone call was answered quickly and patiently. WTG provided detailed information for obtaining our wedding license prior to arriving ( it was easy and painless). The ala-carte service offerings were perfect for our private on-beach wedding. We purchased the number 25 flower bouquet and it was stunning we had many, many complements). WTG referred us to Lorri at Key West hair and makeup who picked up the bride from the dock, brought to her salon and applied flawless makeup and perfectly styled hair. Sondra was our officiant. We really liked her from viewing other wedding videos and we were very very happy that she performed our ceremony. The photographer and subsequent photos are excellent, the CD with photos arrived at our house before we did. We purchased the live video-streaming and all of our relatives, friends, co-workers were very happy that they could watch the ceremony live. We arrived via cruise ship, Ray and Eileen picked us up, brought us to the wedding site on Smather's beach ( 10 minute ride ) and then dropped us back off at the cruise dock after the ceremony. At our request, they even took a slight detour back to the cruise dock to recommend the best Key Lime pie, Kermits on Greene street. Ray and Eileen and the entire WTG team really took care of everything. All we had to do was show up. Highly recommended on all fronts!

Our wedding was absolutely beautiful. Weddings to go did everything I asked for with such ease. Down to the colors of the arch, the cake, the flowers, etc. My bouquet was absolutely gorgeous. And it smelled so good. I had compliments from people at the hotel when they walked by me how great my flowers looked and smelled. The cake was beautiful and tasted so good as well. We got married at sunset and have some very beautiful photographs too. I am very happy with my wedding as I have.always wanted a beach wedding. We got married on Smathers beach and the weather and setup was perfect. Thank you all so much for making my wedding on the beach come true. Being that it was a destination wedding, I was worried that some thing would go wrong, but Ray & Eileen were phenomenal. Everything went exactly as planned- decorations, flowers, and every detail was spot on to the description provided on the website. I would 100% recommend this company to any one of my family or friends. I couldn't have been happier with the way things turned out and here's to a HUGE thanks to Ray & Eileen! You guys were wonderful!

I contacted this vendor and it was so easy to plan my wedding with them. Easy on-line brochure to follow! Everything was perfect! Our 1 yr. anniversary was yesterday (4/1/16) and we still talk about the perfect wedding.

The Point Package

Our wedding was exactly what we were wanting! We wanted to escape to the beach and have an intimate stress free wedding with our immediate family. This company had everything taken care of for us and we just had to show up! Everything turned out beautiful from the decor and ceremony to the wonderful photography. 10/10 would recommend!

Everything worked out beautifully! All the planning was straightforward and simple, very affordable, and a relief for brides who want as little anxiety as possible! The decorations were everything the website said it would be and more, the cake included in my package was FANTASTIC, but I think the best part was the photographer. I asked for Eva, and she was amazing! I never felt rushed, she knew exactly how to pose us, and she was incredibly attentive and creative. The package I purchased saved me thousands of dollars to have a wedding in Texas, and I was very very happy with our big day.

Amazing Experience!

Eloped on 11.20.21 - Smathers Beach, Key West, Fl

From day one, we had nothing to worry about. The communication with Ray was awesome! Everything worked out perfectly and it helps not to be a Bridezilla.

The gorgeous flowers arrived a few hours before our ceremony at the hotel. It rained moments before Renata (a phenomenally, whimsical and experienced photographer) showed up at our hotel for pictures. And it stopped the moment she arrived. We wanted fun pictures, with some romance and intimacy throw in. I know we got all that and then some.

Vanessa, our officiant was lovely. I swear at one point during the ceremony, I thought we all were going to cry. I remembered to take deep breaths and enjoy the moment. Ray was there the entire time, making sure everything went smoothly. I cannot thank Ray, Eileen, Renata and Vanessa enough for making our day the best ever!!

From start to finish, planning our intimate ceremony was a breeze with Weddings to Go Key West. Eileen was able to make me feel reassured that everything would go off without a hitch---even in the event of inclement weather. As an out of town bride, I found her particularly helpful because she was able to suggest other vendors as well. I can't say enough positive things about her and her husband....they orchestrated and photographed the best day of my life and I was able to share it with everyone the next morning due to the ease of viewing the online album. They even made sure that we had our hard copy disk of photos to have within two weeks! Thank you so much!

We had our wedding in April. We booked a year in advance. Any questions we had were always answered in good time. Everyone was very nice and our pictures came out beautiful. I did read some bad reviews after booking which made me super nervous but I didn't experience anything close to that. Everything is in the contract and they hold up their part! We really enjoyed having Weddings To Go Key West perform our wedding services! They offer many different services that are extremely affordable. Our pictures they had up the next morning, which we were very pleased with. They went above and beyond anything we expected from a wedding service. They called A&B lobster house for us and made us a reservation in which we had an amazing table overlooking the Marina. We would recommend them to any one getting married in key west. They were outstanding!

Eileen with Weddings to Go was easy to work and communicate with regarding our wedding ceremony. We planned this wedding long distance from WV.

My husband and I were very pleased with the quality and beauty of the flowers, the wedding arch and the photography that was provided. The florist and wedding planner went out of their way to create a beautiful ceremony site for us.

Our photographer Eva was patient and kind. She never made us feel rushed. The photos she took are breathtaking.

Amazing Experience! Definitely Recommend!

Our wedding was postponed due to Covid, but we still wanted to commemorate the day and Ray helped to make that happen! We absolutely love our pictures. The sunrise time Ray suggested made for perfect lighting and before it got too hot out. Highly recommend if you're in the Keys!

Perfect beach wedding

Ray and Eileen are amazing. Planning our intimate wedding from out of state couldn’t have been easier. They were quick to respond to calls and emails and so easy to talk to. A few days before our wedding the weather forecast wasn’t looking too promising. We asked to change the date and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. Our new day was perfect. Eileen even got people on the beach to move so we had the area pretty much to ourselves. They have so many package options to choose from and are so reasonably priced. The wedding ceremony site was decorated beautifully and the pictures were amazing. We didn’t even have to worry about the ride to and from the location. They really do it all. I can’t say enough great things about Weddings to Go. Highly recommend them for anyone planning a beautiful Key West wedding!!

Our beach wedding was rained out by a sudden torrential downpour and lightning storm. Such is life in Key West in July. Eileen and Ray were able to guide us through that and amazingly flexible enough to immediately relocate the beach service to our rental house! Thank you.

I don't know why there is so many negative reviews. Why used this company May 3, 2010 and everything was perfect. I e-mailed and called them several times and they responded in a very timely manner. I was very specific about where I wanted the ceremony to be and sure enough they got me the very spot I asked for. The pictures were great, the ceremony was not to short but not to long. We highly recommend Weddings To Go.

Such an amazing job!!! LOVED everything about our wedding! The set up was absolutely beautiful and matched our color perfectly! The flowers and cake were gorgeous!
Everyone was extremely nice to us and everything was very well organized. Such a simple and easy, and BEAUTIFUL wedding. Had so many compliments on how beautiful everything was. Eileen and Ray were Hilarious! They made our special day more than just intimate and special but a very fun experience. They really took the time to customize our pictures To suit our personality. They also gave us a great recommendation for our wedding dinner. Overall....amazing!! Weddings To Go was absolutely fabulous! I was a little nervous in the beginning that this was a long distance destination wedding and I couldn't see the selected items before the wedding. However, Ray and Eileen walked me through all of the package selections and were so responsive to my many questions, concerns, emails and calls. The entire team (Design Coordinator, Diane, ceremony Officiant Sandra and photographer Eva) were wonderful. All I had to do was show up on the beach and be beautiful!

Appreciated Ray and Eileen so much. Our cruise ship was and hour different on time and this could have been bad. I believe we were one of three weddings scheduled that day. They rolled with it and despite us arriving late everything went beautifully.

I would never get married any other way!!!!!!!!!!! This was the lowest stress wedding I have ever been involved in, and everything was seamless! I could not have asked for more. Ray and Eileen were the epitome of prompt with answering questions, and they were very flexible. Extremely affordable, especially considering everything that was included with the white glove premier package (photography alone usually costs an arm and a leg). I took a huge risk by choosing a destination wedding company without ever having been to Key West or seeing the venues. I was blown away by how efficient, professional, and friendly Ray and Eileen were. I never even really saw them on my wedding day because they directed the whole event from behind the scenes. They made it all about my husband and me. If you can't decide which company to choose for your destination wedding, Weddings to go Key West is the absolute best choice you can make.

I am a very skeptical person so when I had to plan a wedding 1400 miles away from Maryland, I was very nervous. The package we picked was very inexpensive so it fit our budget. When we had questions, we called and they were always available for an answer. We had initially scheduled the wedding for April but had to reschedule for September. That was not a problem for them. When we arrived in Key Westt we called them and they gave us instuctions for the big day. After a couple of days in Key West we weren't happy with our hotel accomodations that we had chosen. We called them and they suggested the Inn at Key West. We went there and we loved it. We checked in on our wedding day. It's the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. I wanted my hair and make up professionally done and they suggested Casa Salon. The owner came to my hotel and fixed my hair and make up and it was perfect. The wedding day was perfect. The officiant was very personable and made the event less stressful. The photographer was great, we were really pleased with her photos. The pictures were available the next day on their website. Without a doubt if you want to plan a wedding in Key West without any stress at all contact Weddings to Go!!

The entire process was extremely easy. The only thing that I would recommend for couples is to make sure you ask for the complimentary shuttle. Fantastic--perfect wedding day and planning! Ray & Eileen were fantastic. Flexible at the beginning with allowing us to change our wedding date from 10-10-15 to New Years Day due to unforeseen work conflict. They picked us up promptly at the Casa Marina Resort and drove us down to the beach with our gorgeous floral bouquets waiting for us in the air conditioned car. We had a gorgeous beach sunset --Sondra our officiant was wonderful--and the most beautiful photos and video by Jamie and photos by Debi. See their website (Alisa Marie & David 1-1-16) for the incredible coverage! Then they whisked us away to the Westin where they delivered us to the ferry boat--where they arranged for a romantic candlelit dinner over on Sunset Key at Latitudes for us Our gorgeous cake (and delicious) was waiting at our dinner table--as well as a bucket of chilled bubbles to begin our dinner. We feasted on local Caribbean lobster, local stone crab claws and and our gorgeous wedding cake. All prearranged by them to perfection. We just literally showed up in my gown and his suit with the rings. Our photography and video were so tremendously cherished--beautiful images and video captured with the blessing of a perfect Key West sunset. This wedding was worthy of any Key West tourism board commercial or billboard. What a fantastic day from start to finish---and we would happily book it all over again with them. We look very forward to renewing our vows with them in the future! Thank you Ray & Eileen. I was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews, and nervous about having to put my trust in someone out of town that I had never met. HOWEVER, aside from marrying my very best friend, choosing Weddings To Go was one of the best decisions I have ever made! They made everything so easy, and were extremely responsive. They answered all of my questions and when there was a little hiccup with our cake and it was rectified within minutes. They added exactly what I wanted to my flowers, and my photos were incredible! My mother was late arriving and they were so understanding. They were very relaxed and made me feel at ease. I've gotten so many compliments on the entire wedding. It was honestly more than I could have ever dreamed! Thanks Ray and Eileen for making my wedding day the best day of my life!!

We had the most beautiful wedding we could ever have imagined, thanks to Weddings-to-Go Key West. We really wanted a no-fuss special day, and they saw to it that we were able to just show up. We live in Colorado and had never been to Key West, but Ray and Eileen were excellent at providing us with helpful information at a distance. The day of, the flowers, cake and ceremony was set up better than we ever could have imagined. When it came to activities, the gave us great recommendations. We had a question about our marriage license months after the ceremony and they responded very promptly. I work with special needs children and they donate a portion of every wedding to research Autism. We loved this company and would highly recommend their services to anyone we know!

I live in the keys and weddings to go had been highly recommended to me by numerous friends when we finally set a wedding date, I am so glad I listened! Our plnned marriage in Key West became a fiasco due to the ice storms across the Southeast on Jan 28th. My bride had fights cancelled or disrupted for 3 straight days ntil she finally got here on Saturday Feb 1st. Through it all the WTG team changed our prospective date 3 TIMES and still got us the sunset ceremony at Smathers Beach that we had wanted. We are truly appreciative of their flexibility and professionalism. Our Officiant Diane and Photographer Eva were GREAT!

This vendor was above and far beyond all expectations. We got rained out, bride was beyond hysterical, vendor and groom with help of Uncle, worked out the details, the wedding happened on its expected date, with small change in location. Day after, wedding occurred on beach with beautiful blue skies and dreamy clouds. Vendor was professional, helpful and saved the day.

I used Weddings To Go Key West for my son's wedding. This vendor was amazing. They were so flexible. We had bumps in the road, as do all couples trying to pull a wedding off, and Weddings To Go smoothed out all of the wrinkles. I don't know what I would have done without them. The decorations, bouquet and cake were beautiful. The photos fantastic and the officiate did a wonderful ceremony. I highly recommend Weddings To Go for anyone's wedding!

Our ceremony was also on the novelty date of 11/12/13. I can honestly say the only complaint I had was that silly wind! (that time of year). We purchased the Biggest little package for $599. The reason we chose WTG was they're about the only ones I could find who's website spelled everything out in black and white. I knew what to expect and what I'd be charged. Based on the website I could tell they were "down to earth" people which seemed even better. The ol saying "you get what you pay for" was true. We chose a middle package and got a middle ceremony. Nothing fancy yet still memorable. Despite the many other weddings that same day, we were treated as if we were the only ones, not an assembly line. I liked all the random wedding shots that weren't planned/expected. It makes it more "real" as opposed to all posed shots.

I've read TONS of the reviews on this company. Based on any negative reviews it seems they come from either very picky unrealistic brides or people who didn't read all the "rules" and information on WTG website. And sometimes things happen. Nothing happened with us but if a simple small mishap happens that doesn't make WTG a bad company. Tell me ONE that doesn't have mishaps sometimes. Get over it! And if you're that picky go get yourself a $20,000. wedding!

If I ever know of anyone wanting to get married there, I'll definately recommend Weddings To Go. Couldn't ask for more for the price!!

As you know….we warn every couple….on "novelty" days like 11/12/13 or Valentine's day…..about what to expect on the beach in regard to lots of other weddings and the total lack of privacy on that kind of date. MOST…..get it….and think that it's fun. BUT….every single time one of these dates come around…..THERE WILL ALWAYS BE ONE……that has to complain….about everything. Almost always….it's someone who booked one of our least expensive…..BUDGET….packages…designed specifically for couples on a strict budget…who can't really afford anything more….or a second marriage.
YOU….hit the nail right on the head. TV….is a Wedding Planner's WORST ENEMY these days! SOME, NOT ALL Brides…..watch these moronic wedding shows….and believe that they are real. They believe that they can do whatever they want ,say whatever they want, complain about everything for attention….and treat staff….like they are their "hired hands".
NOTHING….could be further from the truth.
THANK YOU again for your review! Hopefully, future brides will understand that if you WANT a more basic wedding package, that's the one to select and go with. BUT…if you are EXPECTING a "$20,000.00 wedding" as you put it……PAY FOR IT. Don't "pretend" that a $599 budget minded package…..is really a "Kardashian" wedding. IT'S NOT…and it's not meant to be. WE…offer choices! If a bride wants an elaborate wedding……PAY FOR IT. AND STOP WATCHING THOSE RIDICULOUS, FICTIONAL TV WEDDING SHOWS!

I don't even know where to begin. Our experience with Ray and Eileen has left us feeling like we worked with a top notch wedding planner that only movie stars use. Their attention to detail was above and beyond. I was not an easy Bride to deal with but every response felt like they were happy to answer my million and one questions. My beach wedding was decorated exactly how I pictured it. Even random people came up to us and told us how beautiful our set up was. It was important for me to pick a company that would make this easy. After my first phone call with Ray and Eileen I knew we had to use them. They both knew my family and Ray even shared some wonderful stories about my grandfather on the way to my ceremony that even I didn't know about. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone for anything. There was some difficulty with the transportation that was out of their control but they handled it the best they could. Ray focused on keeping me calm and laughing and did a phenomenal job on our photos. I wish we could've spent more time in key west with them. I hope to meet Eileen in person so I can give her the biggest hug. Seriously couldn't praise them enough for all their hard work and dedication to making this day so wonderful. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

Nicole.....Your Grandpa....in our opinion....is not only an American hero...he's also an American legend. 12 years ago when I went to my first Key West Poker Run...I was pretty amazed to see that your dad and uncle....made it "all about" Phil. It's still that way. It says a lot...about your family. We have nothing but the utmost respect for your dad and mom....for allowing you....to be ...you. They , like so many other parents try to do.....didn't try to change what you wanted for YOUR wedding. Over and above that......what they did from the beginning.....is pretty damn amazing. I cannot say enough good things about the folks at Weddings to Go Key West. Eileen & company saved my special day.

From the beginning, over a year prior to the actual wedding date we had open communication, I felt I could contact Eileen at anytime with questions or concerns & I always received an answer back quickly, even on weekends. The photography is beautiful, her photographer gave us as much time as we wanted to capture our special day. We have received many compliments from family & friends regarding the picture quality & the creative element.

The day of our wedding we ran into some substantial problems with our venue & even though it was not Weddings responsibily they were ready to jump right in & assist us so that our special day would not be ruined. For this I will be ethernally greatful.

Glad I went this route

Weddings to Go was amazing. They answered all questions very quickly. The price was great. We did an elopement with just the two of us. Diane was our officiant and she was amazing. Eva did photography and our photos were beautiful. If you are considering an elopement or small wedding in KEY west you can't go wrong with Weddings to Go!

Would like to return for Anniversary #25

Went with Key West Weddings to go for our wedding 10 years ago and justh returned for our vowel renewal. Breath taking pictures, outstanding experience. They are very attentive to your wants and needs. :) Go with them! It was worth it!

Eileen and Ray are extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and have a great sense of humor! Any bride, whether new or renewing vows, would be very pleased with the cermony that you receive, decorations, photography,flowers, cake, etc., that you will get from Weddings To Go! Don't even bother checking other places in Key West! Their pricing is very affordable to anyone, no matter what your budget.

My husband and I had never been to Key West so we were clueless on a lot of things! I was constantly emailing for information on random things such as where to go to get emergency alterations on my dress. Eileen always wrote back to me immediately with great information.

We are so happy we chose Weddings to Go as our way of beginning our life together as man and wife. We can't thank Eileen and Ray enough for making this a wonderful time for our families, friends, and us! They made it so easy by offering suggestions and allowing us to make choices on flowers, cake, and setting for this beautiful day. The ceremony, hair stylist, photographer, guitarist, flowers, setting, and officiant were amazing. We were married at Smather's Beach on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at sunset. Our wedding was exactly what we envisioned it to be thanks to Weddings to Go! I was worried about the entire "wedding planning" process, but they made it simple, seamless, and stress-free! Eileen was great, responding quickly to all of my e-mails (and there were a lot of them), and she also gave us great advice about the local restaurants and helped us choose one for our wedding celebration, which had both amazing food and service. The wedding day itself was absolutely perfect. The set-up on the beach was beautiful, the musician playing the flute was great, and our wedding officiant was friendly and sincere. Ray was our photographer, and he took some wonderful pictures...with which we are very happy. Even the driver of our wedding party transportation bus was great (and funny as well). Most importantly, our families had fun and enjoyed not only the wedding, but also their entire stay in Key West. We couldn't be any more pleased with the way everything turned out and are eternally grateful to Eileen, Ray, and the entire Weddings to Go crew for helping us achieve our perfect wedding!!! - Carolyn and Craig

If you're looking for an easy, simple way to get married in a beautiful setting with the friendliest, most professional staff, this is the place! We couldn't have asked for anything more. We could not have been happier with our wedding ceremony. Everything turned out perfectly and I am so happy to have found Weddings to go Key West. Weddings to Go were wonderful from the very beginning to the very end. Any question that I had about arrangements were answered promptly and many recommendations were given to me for other services I needed. Every single recommendation was 100% top quality. I was extremely pleased and glad that I chose Ray and Eileen to help us with our wedding. Eileen was with me every step of the way and assured me each time that I spoke with her that everything was going to be perfect on my wedding day and it surely was. Everything was beautiful in every way. They are the most wonderful people you will ever meet. I was so afraid that something would go wrong because we were coming from out of state and doing a cruise and wanted to do our weddin in our cruise layover in Key West. Weddings to Go made it so easy and so very affordable for us to have the wedding of our dreams on our budget. I can never thank them enough for all that they did for us.
