  More Than Day-of Coordination

  We booked Tanya’s wedding day management services. She includes so much more than just day-of coordination. Tanya had several templates to capture key information about the big day beyond basic vendor information. We met in person a few times, had a few phone calls, and Tanya was always available via text or email for the million questions I had. She was always cheerful, easy to work with, and just as excited about our day as we were. On the wedding day Tanya and her assistant coordinated vendors upon arrival, ensured proper setup for our ceremony and reception, and checked in on the bridal party getting ready on site. We even had two issues pop up that she was able to handle within minutes. If you need peace of mind for your wedding day we highly recommend Tanya!

  Best officiant we could have asked for!

  She provides a beautiful script for the ceremony that you can add to or take away, as you see fit for your day. She works with you through the whole process to make sure it will be exactly what you want!

  Definitely recommend!

  We couldn’t have asked for a better officiant! She took the time to meet with us in advance, getting to know our story and weaving personal touches into a heartfelt ceremony that felt uniquely ours. As our day-of coordinator as well, she managed both roles seamlessly, keeping everything running smoothly so we could fully enjoy the moment.

  Our lifeline!

  Tanya was truly a lifeline the closer we got to our wedding! She grounded me and took every worry away. She is so confident and professional in her work. The final product of our wedding really showed how talented she is! She understood our vision and executed it perfectly! Her excitement for her brides is radiating as she really does everything in her power to make sure you have the best day. Tanya is a great wedding planner and friend in one role! I could not recommend her enough!

  Highly recommend!

  Tanya made our day absolutely perfect and I'm certain we could not have done it without her. Both Tanya and her assistant were extra attentive and kind. Not only did we really enjoy working with Tanya, but we received so many compliments from our guests that interacted with her. We highly recommend her to anyone needing a coordinator!

  Wedding 9/23/22

  Tanya was absolutely amazing to have as our wedding coordinator, she was always very responsive to emails and any questions we had. The rehearsal went very smooth, she was amazing with helping with the decor, and our day of the wedding was absolutely perfect. Tanya made the transitions so unnoticeable. & she’s an amazing dancer on the dance floor lol. I highly recommend her :)

  Best Wedding Planner Ever!

  Working with Tanya made wedding planning less stressful. She was always there when I had any questions or need help figuring things out. She is one of the best wedding planners and will help with anything and the day of if we didn't have her we would of been a mess trying to figure out everything. 100% would recommend her!

  Really excellent

  We hired Tanya for day of coordination of our backyard wedding but she started helping us out months in advance. She answered all our questions and held meetings to discuss our vision for the wedding. She had lots of great tips and ideas that we didn't even consider before discussing with her. She arrived on time on the day of the wedding and helped manage the entire event. Overall we were very pleased and couldn't have done it without her.

  Life saver

  I could not have made it down the aisle without Tanya, I was hesitant because I put so much work in and thought I could handle it by myself but I was totally wrong. Tanya is organized, helpful, and understands that every detail counts. She helped me pull together a wonderful amazing wedding I will never forget. She wasn’t even phased when I told her I was having a rescue bring puppies she put it in the itinerary and everything went perfectly.

  Tanya was amazing!

  Tanya really made it easier for my wife and I to have a special night. She definitely helped remove all the stress off our shoulders and helped us enjoy our day. Definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a planner.
