Erin Sent on 01/01/2018Wedding Bells & Seashells were absolutely incredible! Every person that I contacted was so accommodating and friendly and really went out of their way to help me. Even though our wedding was only an intimate wedding of around 25 guests, Wedding Bells & Seashells went out of their way to make it magical. They ordered the cake for me, got a hairpiece made for me, organized a flower girl basket with petals, and so much more. I was nervous about planning a destination wedding without seeing a venue or meeting any of the planners in person, but honestly it was an absolute breeze & I had no pressure at all! Also, the photographer & pastor were both amazing & made it so easy. I would recommend Wedding Bells & Seashells to anyone who wants a magical wedding that is completely stress free. I truly cannot express how amazing they were! Thank you SO much Wedding Bells & Seashells, I could not have done it without you!!

Wedding Bells & Seashells did the most amazing job planning our wedding. We decided very last minute to have a wedding and I reached out to WB&S 37 days before the actual wedding day. Lori, Megan & Micah organized everything to a tee. I was living in a different state and working 75 hrs a week at the time of the planning process and they took control of absolutely everything. After hurricane Dorian i changed the venue from the beach to a farm and it was no trouble at all for them. They were so flexible. On the day, Megan was an absolute dream!! She made me feel so at ease. We had to delay the wedding for an extra couple of minutes and she was so accommodating as was Harriet the officiant. Mark the photographer was amazing. He made sure to get every little detail captured before the ceremony and after. The few sneak peek pics we have already are amazing. We are both so happy we hired WB&S and would highly recommend them to anyone planning their big day. Megan, Micah & Lori are just the absolute best.

My husband is disabled so we had to make a lot of adjustments to accommodate him, even some last minute ones, and Lori had no problem making it work. During the photo session she knew exactly how to make it work (without us telling her) so he was not uncomfortable and we still made the most efficient use of our time. Can’t imagine it flowing so smoothly with anyone else. Thank you so much!
Also the now & forever package was so beautiful, we received so many compliments. -

I cannot say enough great things about Wedding Bells & Seashells. Their motto, “Relax… We’ll take care of everything” is 100% truth. My now husband and I decided we wanted to do a small destination wedding with about 20 of our family members. We are from Indiana and planned the whole thing from 1,000 miles away from our wedding locations. It had the potential to be incredibly stressful but the WB&S team made it a breeze. Through e-mail and phone conversations, the team helped me to find the best location for us (which ended up being Cherie Down Park in Cape Canaveral). They were so flexible as our wedding party changed many times, including a change only 2-3 weeks out. They extensively went through options with us until we were fully satisfied with our choices. Honestly, the whole team bent over backwards for us as we planned the wedding.
Now the day before and day of the wedding, the WB&S team were superheroes. Our point person was Lori, who has such a wealth of experience and knowledge. She was so kind and helpful- I was floored by the hospitality. At the rehearsal, Lori helped us decide parts of our ceremony and let us run through everything MANY times to make sure we were comfortable. The set up was everything (and more) I could have dreamed of. The day of was full of thoughtful gestures. They even had someone rake the red algae from the beach because I hated how it looked! Also, my family realized we forgot to buy plates and silverware for the finger foods we brought. Lori sent someone from the WB&S team to get some before any of the guests could notice! They did so many things that day but these little things stand out to me the most because of how thoughtful they were. They genuinely cared that the day went perfectly. To quote my aunt, “I've been to lots and lots of weddings and this wedding was, without a doubt, the most well-organized and put together wedding I've ever seen.”
Our photographer was Mark. While we haven’t gotten our photos back yet, he showed us a few on the camera and WOW. I can’t wait to see how they look fully edited. He was so creative and got a lot of unique and fun shots. Not only is he a great artist, he also was so fun to work with.
Our officiant was Kim. She really personalized our ceremony to fit us as a couple. I don’t think there was a dry eye at the wedding! I loved how eloquent and thoughtful she was. Several people came up to us after the ceremony and told us it was the most beautiful ceremony they’d seen. I could not agree more!
I can’t thank WB&S for giving us the most perfect wedding day ever. To anyone that is planning a destination wedding to Florida, I cannot recommend this team enough.

Wedding in the was....amazing!
Our daughter's beach wedding was scheduled for 6:30 on June 18th, but rain and lightning delayed our start. Micah and his team did everything possible to get the wedding under way. We were finally able to get started around 7, under the concrete pavillion at Laura Ward park. After the ceremony, the rain and lightning subsided to where we able to get back on the beach. Micah and Sean, the photographer, went above and beyond to get the photos done. We were so impressed at their willingness to put in the extra time to pull this off. We have seen some of the photos and they are extraordinary! Rain or not, I dont believe we could have had a better experience! Thanks so much to Micah and his team!

WBSS exceeded our expectations to say the least. Every detail of our wedding was taken care of by the coordinator from bouquet to photographer. Highly recommend hiring this service if you’re planning a beach wedding no matter the size. Ours was small (3 persons) and we couldn’t have been happier. The WBSS business model is spot-on; the paperwork was clearly explained and handled with filing at the clerk of court (which we recommend). Communication from the coordinator was persistent and punctual all the way down to the day of the wedding. If you’re considering a beach wedding on Jupiter Beach, we highly recommend having it at beach access #58. We looked at Blowing Rocks on Jupiter Island but decided on #58 due to feedback from the photographer. WBSS made our memorable day very, very special. WELL DONE!! -

The entire team was wonderful, but I mostly corresponded with Lori, who made everything so easy! She was responsive and always helpful. It was just my husband and me, so she held my phone during the ceremony so our parents could watch! The ceremony was meaningful, but not cliche or over the top. The decor was beautiful, and I couldn't believe how beautiful my rose bouquet was! Our officiant and photographer were also great! Truly, we were just so pleased with the entire experience, and I would recommend Wedding Bells and Sea Shells to anyone looking for a beach wedding of any size. -

I was in touch with Megan and Micah Kossove from January 2019 for my 20th Anniversary Vow Renewal scheduled to take place in Miami in October 2019. I was constantly updated with information and request for information by Micah and his representative, Lori Major. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and dedication to making my day joyous and quite successful. The Vow Renewal day was beautiful with Micah officiating....he did a wonderful job. My experience with Wedding Bells and SeaShells was the best. The planners were exceptional and so professional. They handled everything for us, I did nothing (which is what I needed). You can do as little or as much as you want. What we got for the price was priceless. My bouquet was stunning, the pictures were just amazing and my planner was spectacular. Because it was on during Spring Break, we were running late due to traffic and she kept me calm so no need for Bridezilla to appear. Outstanding does cover our experience. From our very first contact to the end. Unfortunately, due to frequent changes in our weather here in Florida, we were not able to get married on the beach as planned. Once confirmed that the beach was not an option, they then started to collaborate with the restaurant where we having our reception and setup there as they would have on the beach! We had a great experience working with Wedding Bells and Seashells for our same sex wedding on the beach. Lori and her team were excellent throughout. We really appreciated the wedding day itinerary she put together and especially how well the team coordinated the day and evening -- keeping us all on time! Lori also coordinated our reception which went off without a hitch with attention to every detail. Throughout the evening, any time we thought we needed anything Lori would appear ready to jump into action. We also really appreciated the photographer who interacted well with the guests and captured some great photos. Overall we received great feedback from all our guests who were impressed with our reception and Lori’s (and team) hard work. Absolutely Amazing!
I am absolutely grateful and thankful that I chose Wedding Bells and Seashells to help make my wedding a dream come true! I came from Michigan to Florida to get married on Jetty Park beach. So planning an out of state wedding seemed scary and almost unmanageable, until I found WBSS! From the first email to the final hug at the end of a perfect day, they were amazing. All emails were responded to in a timely manner. All questions were answered with great explanation. Every little thing that I asked for was taken care of, and even some that I didn’t ask for! They were AMAZING! Lori was my coordinator and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to deal with. She was truly AWESOME and took care of every little concern or idea I had. I was so relaxed after meeting her the day before, I just knew she’d make sure everything was perfect, and it was!! Thank you so much for helping make our wedding day absolutely amazing! -

I can't say enough good things about Wedding Bells and Seashells! Lori was prompt, knowledgeable and professional with all of her correspondence. We chose the Simple Elegance package which was ideal for our small wedding of 2! The flowers were a perfect match for my dress. We added bubbly, flower petals and my husband’s boutonnière.

Our beach wedding turned out absolutely beautiful, definitely beyond our expectations. They really take care of everything! The coordinators are amazing. Words cannot express how happy I am with my experience with Wedding Bells and Seashells. When I decided on a destination wedding and saw they serviced the Cape Canaveral area it just felt like fate. We planned the entire thing in about 5 months- they make it easy by sending you questionnaires to get down to every exact detail you want (we did the build your own package). They were quick with responses, helpful with any questions, etc. When it came to wedding time, we had to make a last minute location change (due to some mother nature issues out of our control) and I called Micah panicking but they were extremely accommodating and reassured me that changing the location was no issue and worked with me! We ended up getting married right behind the resort we were staying at which in hindsight, seems more sentimental now anyway. The day of was a whirlwind but they kept in contact with me, made sure we knew exactly where to be at what time and made sure everything was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and helped beyond what I could have imagined. They did everything for us- we didn’t have to do a thing and it made the day so much more relaxed for everyone involved. They set it up, took it down, helped keep me cool in the air conditioning, were great at making sure my nephews would cooperate as ring bearers, held anything I needed them to, and provided water throughout the whole process. Our ceremony was nothing short of perfection. Everything went smooth, looked beautiful and felt very natural. Our photographer was great, he made sure to get any specific shots I requested and threw in his own work and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. When we were all done, we had our guests and even random strangers come up and tell us that it was the most beautiful wedding that they had ever seen. They even file the marriage license for you- so when they say: “Relax... We’ll take care of everything” they really uphold to their words. We are eternally grateful for making our special day so amazing. Thank you to the entire Wedding Bells and Seashells Team! -
Kelsey Sent on 05/05/2018What a blessing it was to find Wedding Bells and Sea Shells! I knew I wanted to get married in Fort Lauderdale but had no idea where to even start. I found Weddingbellsandseashells.com. The website was easy to navigate with the option of choosing a package or creating your own down to every little detail. I had a few questions, so I called them. Lori picked up the phone and answered all my questions. We chose a ceremony with the seaside soirée. They did EVERYTHING from decor, to drinks, food, cake, tables and seating. All I did was show up. No stress, no anxiety. Everything was perfect down to every little detail. All of my family and friends were blown away at how beautiful everything was. My (now) husband and I decided to get married a month before the actual date. When I reached out to Wedding Bells and Seashells I immediately felt at ease with their fast communication back and forth via email. Coming from MA to FL for only a few short hours (got married while on a cruise in Port Canaveral for only a day!) we just showed up to the beach and everything was ready! Our officiant and photographer were experienced and professional. Lori was great! Overall it was a perfect and stress free day and they still made it feel very special even though it was an elopement. Lori’s help with the marriage license made the whole process even easier. Nothing I would change about the day. -

She even ran out right after our rehearsal to get a new sand ceremony since ours broke in transit! They helped with all the questions along the way, set up, break down, photography. It was like I didn't have to do anything! I was very impressed with their services and would recommend them to anyone that wants to get married on a public beach but doesn't know where to start. The cost was also great, right in our price range and we got more than I would've imagined. Megan's staff was also great, the officiant was funny and helped us know what to do while we were up there. The rest of them were invisible. The photographer seemed to know what he was doing and I can't wait to see the pics! -

Couldn't have been more perfect is an understatement! Such an easy process. We live clear across the country and ended up not having to worry about anything. Micah and the group were so fun and easy to work with. All we did was tell them our preference and show up. That was it. Stress free is the way to go.
Major weather changes 3 days prior to the wedding and they were on it. We were in constant contact leading up the the day, and they made making changes a breeze. 10/10 I would recommend them to everyone. -

I have to say this company is top notch. We had some changes to the wedding location due to my father's health and not being able to go to the original wedding destination. So we ended up planning it just over a month out. Everyone was super easy to get along with. Even though there was a short time to plan, I never felt rushed in any of the process. The simple suggestions Lori made never changed my idea of the wedding at all, but enhanced it. It was all reasonably priced. Communication was had when it was needed, but never overburdened. The day of... WOW! It could not have been more perfect. The entire staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful, always smiling. I had stargazers as one of my flowers, and their floral company had some of the most beautiful and big ones I had ever seen! It was so simple but so elegant at the same time. The ceremony, we chose to use their officiant. My husband had some neveres going in, and he said he calmed him down a little. We didn't have anyone besides ourselves in the ceremony as it was small. So it was really nice to hear that he wanted to make sure our day was perfect as well. It wasn't just a job for him. Once the ceremony was over, we did the small tent reception on the beach. They were constantly making sure not only I had everything I needed, but my husband as well. That was very important to me that they took care of him as well as me. After all.... he is my other half. The cake tasted amazing. We added the sangria bar. Totally worth it! Plus they always made sure you had a drink when you needed it, and held it when you didn't for pictures or other things gong on. The photographer was amazing as well. Super charismatic and made sure we had all the poses and places we wanted. He was amazing. I have not got the pictures quite yet, but I'm sure they will be as amazing as everything else. I truly could not have asked for more for my day. They made everything they did perfect in every way. I can't thank them enough! I truly could not have had a better experience than I had with them. -

Wedding Bells and Seashells went above and beyond for our wedding day. We were going to have an elopement ceremony in Miami then sail away on a cruise. Covid-19 changed those plans. Miami Beach closures changed our location to Fort Lauderdale. Then an airshow rescheduled for the same location on the day of our wedding. Those plans made us change to Pompano Beach. We had so many changes, but Lori was on top of it and took care of everything. Lori is awesome and great to work with. I had no worries even with all the changes. We were more than happy with the wedding by Wedding Bells and SeaShells. Lori was very quick to answer any questions and answer phone calls. Lori was very attentive to the bride and groom to make sure everything was perfect. She even wiped sweat from the bride's face and served us Mimosas and cake. The flowers were PHENOMENAL! Covid, beach closures and an airshow can't stop love. I would highly recommend Wedding Bells and SeaShells for your special day! I will definitely look them up for vow renewals/anniversary.

Wedding Bells and Seashells created an amazing ceremony for us on March 22, 2020, despite. beach/park/restaurant closures (COVID). We much looked forward to the date, so instead of cancelling our wedding day, we went with the flow and moved our beach wedding to a rooftop of a private house. Wedding Bells and Seashells set it up beautifully, and Micah’s ceremony was exactly what we had wanted. A violin player and a sand ceremony added special, memorable touches to our day. I highly recommend Wedding Bells and Seashells as an event vendor, and Micah as an officiant. All of the staff were detailed, great communicators, professional, flexible, and reliable. I had an amazing experience with Wedding Bells and Sea Shells. Lori was awesome to work with prior to and during our wedding. We experienced unfortunate weather, so the beach wedding was a no go. Even with that, they were able to still make it the best day ever.

The process was so simple, yet the ceremony on the wedding was priceless and looked gorgeous. They even handled filing our marriage license for us! These folks pick up the phone! Very reasonable prices. They were willing to work with our location- we got married at home. We planned a backyard, morning, garden wedding and were gifted with a lot of good luck on our wedding day... in the form of rain. The team on site, including the coordinators, assistants, officiant, and photographer handled the curve balls (weather, parking & traffic issues, tight spaces) with ease and grace and they led our family (we have 4 kids) through a celebration that was authentic and organic and, yes, a little sprinkly, but umbrellas are a cute photo prop anyways!
They provided good vendor recommendations. Chris officiated a beautiful ceremony tailored to honor our blended family's spiritual values. I was happy to give them just a little guidance and trusted them to write the script. They did a wonderful job.
And Mark, the photographer, nailed some great shots despite low light, rainy weather, and tight spaces. He established a quick rapport with my fam, including four teens, and got everyone smiling. The photos are *lovely* and they felt organic and genuine versus forced and uncomfortable. He caught all the moments, from all the angles.
Carolina and Annie kept this bride calm, despite wet weather, and parking issues, and they helped corral our kids during the celebration and move things along. They kept our guests happy and smiling when we had to move to plans a, b, c, and d due to weather.
Most of all, the team gifted us with a wonderful stress-free day by being flexible and rolling with all the surprises for us, so we didn't have to worry. We are DIYer's at heart, but because we hired Wedding Bells & Seashells? We didn't have to get cranky & sweaty & spend the morning of our wedding moving furniture & yelling at each other while the kids make comments from the peanut gallery! Instead, we spent time laughing with our family before the ceremony, in the air conditioning, trusting the team to handle it-- and they did. Money well spent! -

Lori is the best , she made herself readily available with any concerns I may have had. I was worried about the weather on my big day. Lori was all over it , she knew about the oercentage about the chance of rain during the ceremony and a back up plan just in case it did rain. It was the most beautiful day of my life, -

I had the pleasure of working with Lori and I cannot stress enough how much of an amazing experience it was. Leading up to the wedding I was so nervous with the details but Lori was always there to help me relax and confirm that everything would be great, and great it was. The team at Wedding Bells and Seashells are professional, courteous, responsive and extremely attentive. In the 10 months leading to the wedding, I never had an issue getting a hold of Lori and team.
