We had a PERFECT wedding because of Neve. We are so grateful to her and her team. We had a wedding of 70 people that involved certain logistics because my parents are disabled. Neve arranged all the transportation for them from start to finish (and even a bus to get to the planned cruise after!). She is very detail oriented and we really appreciated her honesty on what we should/shouldn't do. Planning a destination wedding in Italy from New Jersey was much less stressful with Neve. On the day of, she came to our hotel when we were getting ready to make sure we were running on schedule. She even called the hotel several times when our lunch room service was running late. We can't thank her enough for a fantastic, perfect day that we and our loved ones had :) Everyone was saying how great she was and I highly recommend her to plan your Tuscany wedding! -

Montano Wedding 2025 - Florence
We got married at Villa Il Garofolo in Florence this past August. We could not have done it without Neve and her team. Neve helped and supported us throughout our entire journey, from helping us pick out a perfect venue to providing guidance and recommendations on decorations. Our wedding was better than we could have even expected. Everything about the day was wonderful. All the vendors that Neve recommended were perfect as well. From the wonderful photographers and videographers to the caterer. We would highly recommend Neve to any couple who plans on getting married in the Florence area. The value is second to none! -

Our Magical Dream Wedding
We knew we wanted an intimate Tuscan wedding and Neve truly made our dreams come true! The wedding planning process was smooth - Neve patiently explained to us how the planning process worked, communicated promptly and effectively, and consistently provided recommendations that were realistic yet cognizant of our vision. Neve made selecting vendors easy by sharing a few options for each vendor (photographer, florals, etc) at different price ranges - this allowed us to evaluate a few good options without being overwhelmed by choice. Neve understood our wedding vision and we appreciated the little details she suggested to make our day magical, unique, and intimate. When the wedding day arrived, I knew we’d be in good hands with Neve and I was right! Neve worked tirelessly all day (including solving minor problems here and there) to ensure the wedding was beautiful and relaxing for myself, my husband, and all of the guests. Our wedding was a day we can’t wait to relive over and over again…and we couldn’t have done it without Neve! -

The wedding of our dreams with Neve!
Our first conversation with Neve left us with no doubt that we wanted her to be the planner for our wedding. She made no assumptions as to what style of wedding we would want, asking detailed, thoughtful questions, and listening carefully to our answers. It soon became clear that she was incredibly organised - something which was top of our priority list - but also incredibly warm and caring.
Neve recommended the venue of our dreams. From the pictures of the venue online, we weren’t initially blown away - in fact we almost didn’t go and visit it during site inspections. But Neve was sure that we would like it, and she was spot on!
Neve gave us multiple options for the various different vendors, all of which were excellent. From meeting and speaking with these vendors, such as our caterer, florist and photographer, it was clear that they all really enjoyed working with her.
Throughout the process of organising our wedding, Neve was extremely responsive, and sought to accommodate our many, detailed inquiries and requests. Her English is impeccable, and her patience truly admirable. She also has a great sense of humour!
Many people have asked me if I found the wedding day itself stressful, dealing with vendors and tiny details - but I can honestly say that Neve took all of that stress away. Her vast experience meant that she made excellent executive decisions - but she did sense check some things with me where needed. Just before I was to walk down the aisle, Neve pointed out that I was shaking - an incredible reminder for me to relax and enjoy - and for that I am truly grateful.
Neve - thank you so much for everything - you rock. It was without a doubt the best weekend of our lives. And incredibly, so many of our guests said it was the best weekend of THEIR lives too. It was a pleasure to work with you. -

Magical Florence Wedding
We got the pleasure of working with Neve and her team for our wedding in Florence in Italy and it was genuinely the most incredible wedding we ever could have imagined. We started planning in November 2022 and worked with Neve for nearly two years up until our wedding in September 2024. The entire time, it was an absolute pleasure. Neve is super responsive and really listens and cares about what the couple would love for their wedding day. She searched for the right vendors making sure it was the right style we wanted and within our budget and also gave great advice along the way. For the 3 days of our wedding, Neve and her team were present to make sure everything went smoothly and she made sure it was set up beautifully. Neve also made sure to create a very calm and relaxing atmosphere on the day which I really appreciated as a bride. She is also such an amazing person in general and we will really miss all the video calls and in person meetings to plan our wedding now that it’s over! If we could give more than five stars for Rebecca at Wed in Florence, we absolutely would. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but planning a destination wedding from the US seemed like a daunting task—until we found Rebecca. Words truly cannot capture how incredible she was throughout the entire process. She is, without a doubt, the best wedding planner we could have ever hoped for.
From day one, Rebecca went above and beyond every single expectation we had. Her responsiveness and attention to detail were second to none. She kept us impeccably organized with timelines, followed up on every single item, and was always several steps ahead, ensuring that no detail, big or small, was overlooked. Her thoughtfulness, combined with her taste in decoration, vision for the whole event and expert knowledge of the Tuscan region, made everything feel effortless on our end.

We would absolutely not have had the wedding of our dreams without Wed in Florence, and specifically Neve! If you are considering having a destination wedding in the Florence or surrounding area, you NEED to hire Wed in Florence. They make wedding dreams come true! From our very first virtual meeting from halfway across the world, she was fabulous, warm, professional, honest, helpful, resourceful, everything you want in a wedding planner. She was always attentive to our asks and would always try to accomplish our requests and come up with alternatives if they were not possible. She has many great contacts, and every vendor she found for our wedding was just perfect. Pricing was always straightforward and competitive, excellent value and products for the cost. Everything was planned out to a tee, months in advance, so that the weeks leading up, and the day of, were executed perfectly without a single hitch. We had pretty high expectations, but our venue, ceremony, services, everything exceeded any expectations we had. Our guests said they felt like they were in a fairytale! From the start, Irene was incredible. She calmed my nerves and reassured me that all would be perfect on our wedding day. Of course, planning a wedding in a different timezone is tricky and we sometimes missed each other - she was wonderful about responding to my messages and emails. When the wedding day came, everything was even better than I could have imagined. She is a true professional and really went above and beyond in so many ways for us to make everything go well. Not only is she an incredible planner, but an incredible human being. She is kind and considerate and I feel like she is now a friend. Incredible experience with Irene from Wed in Florence
We hired Irene to help us plan our destination wedding. Being from half way around the world and not speaking Italian we decided that a planner was the best way to go. That turned out to be so correct. Irene made our wedding absolutely no hassle, she provided us with great options for venue and worked hard to make sure everything suited us as a couple and how we wanted our wedding to be. The venue she recommended for us was beyond anything we could have imagined having and we loved every minute of our event. On the day Irene made sure everything ran smoothly, which was wonderful because there wasn’t a single moment of stress for either of us. We can’t thank her enough for everything she did to make our wedding incredible and would recommend her to anybody who is wanting to get married in Florence or the Tuscan region. -

Smooth sailing!
Neve and Irene were absolutely amazing! Living in the US, we were worried about all the coordination amongst vendors for a destination wedding in Tuscany. Thankfully, Neve and the team handled every detail wonderfully. The planning was so smooth, and the day was even smoother! All the vendors she works with were so kind and caring. I always envisioned having a small destination wedding. When I got engaged, I interviewed many wedding planners before deciding on Wed in Florence. Hiring them was the single best decision I made. I initially spoke with Neve and liked how organized she was with her materials and process and how transparent she was with me about cost, timeline, etc. She gave me a lot to think about after our meet & greet! I signed the contract in November for a September wedding date and began working with Irene from her team. We flew out to Florence in March before the wedding to meet Irene and many of the vendors, but we did most of the planning remotely. Not only did she pull off the most amazing wedding day, she also planned a beautiful welcome dinner for all of our guests. Our guests were blown away by every little detail and are still talking about our wedding months later! Irene is connected to many wonderful vendors throughout Tuscany, and what I really liked is that we were presented multiple price points for every need we had. We also had some last minute requests of Irene that she executed flawlessly. Needless to say Irene and Wed in Florence were amazing from start to finish, and I feel I gained a friend in the process! I highly recommend them! -

Perfect wedding day execution
We had to reschedule our wedding three times due to Covid. Neve was there every step of the way to help us through. Our wedding day was beyond perfect! Neve has immaculate taste and an eye for detail. Everything was on time, the ceremony was beautifully decorated, the cocktail hour was magical with amazing food and the dining hall looked out of this world and decorated exactly the way I envisioned. Where do we even start!! Neve Made all of our dreams come true and beyond. She made planning a destination wedding so easy even with an 8 hour time difference. She was incredibly attentive and detail oriented throughout the whole process, has incredible vendor relationships and was truly a miracle worker. She is very transparent with budgets and somehow created an event that looked like it was far beyond our budget - the value was unbelievable.
She takes such pride in her work that you can completely trust her to pull off a great event because she deeply cares about each of her clients. We got married in June 2022 (a very busy time) but Neve made us feel like we were her only clients. Throughout working with Neve and during the wedding weekend I never had to worry about anything and could be very present because Neve had flawlessly taken care of everything.
Neve helped us create the best weekend of our lives and unforgettable memories with all our loved ones.

Just Amazing!!
Words cannot describe how happy and satisfied I am that I hired Neve and her team to help me plan my wedding.
She was amazing from start to finish. My wedding had been postponed multiple times due to Covid and Neve never hesitated in rescheduling and coordinating different dates. She is so flexible, she always made an effort to meet up with me while I was in Italy. The planning did not only consist of the wedding, Neve and her team also helped me plan a pizza party and a wonderful wine tour.
All the vendors that Neve recommended were of the highest quality and extremely professional. The food was to die for, the venue and decor was beautiful and the party was AMAZING! She knows all the best vendors in Tuscany and can make any budget work!!
Not only is Neve an amazing person, she is very good at what she does. She’s able to listen but also provide recommendations. I highly recommend to all future brides to put your trust in Neve and her team because you won’t be disappointed.

Neve made my wedding dreams a reality!
If you are getting married in Tuscany/Florence, you need to work with Neve! Neve and her team planned a 4 day wedding event for us including a welcome dinner pizza party, rehearsal dinner, wedding, and wine tour of Tuscany.
For a short moment I thought I could maybe plan a wedding without a planner. Trust me, you cannot.
I started working with Neve over a year before the wedding and we had all the major vendors confirmed within a couple months, allowing me ample time to plan for the other details.
I sent Neve a Pinterest board for inspiration and she made it all come to life. Neve gives you several options at different price points for each vendor. She manages all of the communications with the vendors and makes it as easy as possible for you. She keeps an organized budget with the all the details for your selections, the amount paid and due dates for each.
We booked a villa sight unseen and traveled 6 months before the wedding to tour the villa, do a hair and makeup trial, and catering tasting, all organized by Neve. She coordinated the day and provided us with the timeline.
I highly recommend choosing hair and makeup as soon as possible as that can book out many months in advance.
Neve made my wedding dreams a reality. All of the details surpassed my expectations. Highly recommend working with Neve if you are getting married near Florence! -

She was available at any stage to answer our emails and arranged everything for us perfectly. She put us in touch with the best photographers, caterers, venues, makeup artists and musicians. She arranged a venue visit with full trial of hair & makeup, food and wine tasting and table setting. The Elopement Fairy God Mother You Didn't Know You Needed!
Neve was an absolute God send in planning our wedding in Italy. Not only did she recommend stellar vendors for us to partner with (photographer, hair & make-up, etc.) she herself was responsive, knowledgable and a joy to work with. Her expertise and guidance put our minds at ease and made the process of planning a wedding abroad (especially in the middle of a pandemic) as worry free as possible. On top of helping with all the fun/beautiful details for a wedding, she also was instrumental in acting as a liaison between us and the Italian government as we were having a legal civil ceremony and not just a symbolic ceremony. Seriously, we cannot say enough good things about Neve. She is a MUST if you are planning your wedding in Italy. -

Absolutely Amazing Experience!
I cannot say enough good things about Neve and her team at Wed In Florence. I had a couple of different calls with planners before I met Neve, I knew from the moment we spoke that she was going to be my planner. You can instantly tell she genuinely cares about making sure your wedding is everything you want it to be and more. She went above and beyond to make sure our day was absolutely perfect and exactly how we envisioned it. Not only did Neve help us reschedule our wedding without a hitch it was even more magical than we could have imagined. Her expertise in the industry is second to none, she helped us pick each vendor and every single one was amazing to work with. I thought planning a wedding in Florence from the US was going to be extremely difficult and stressful but Neve made sure we stayed on track on our timeline, stayed within our budget, and reassured us constantly everything would be amazing. We flew out to meet Neve twice, once to venue search and the second time to do the food tasting, vendor meetings, explore the venue and more. She was extremely organized and respectful of our time. Neve always made sure we were kept in the loop with the vendors since many only spoke Italian and she always made sure our wants and needs were clearly communicated. Throughout the entire planning process and the whole week we were in Italy for the wedding Neve was organized, responsive, professional, kind and unbelievably attentive. No ask was too big or small, she even helped with all the last minute changes and additions without missing a beat. The day of the wedding was beyond compare. Neve and her team made sure the day went seamlessly. I did not have to worry about one thing but having the time of my life. We began planning our destination wedding in Tuscany (we are from the U.S.) with Neve over a year and a half in advance. Throughout that time, Neve and her team were extremely helpful, responsive, and put together an entire wedding for us + activities for us to do with our families that week. Fast forward to just 3-4 months before our wedding, the COVID-19 pandemic hits Italy and the U.S. hard. We tried to hold on to our dream wedding in Italy, but had to make the sad and difficult decision to cancel. Neve was so supportive, understanding, and such an instrumental part in dealing with all of our vendors to cancel everything and help us recover as much of our financial investment as possible. Without her, I am convinced the cancelation process would have been so much more stressful and the outcome would not have been as great. Although we are still very sad we never got to have our dream wedding in Tuscany and see the beautiful week Neve spent over a year and a half planning for us, we are eternally thankful to have crossed paths with Neve. We would recommend her 1,000% to anyone looking to get married in Italy. -

My husband and I wanted to plan an elopement in Italy for just the two of us, and I knew right away I needed a planner! Part of our reason for eloping was to keep things as stress-free as possible, and having Neve and her team to help us was amazing. They handled everything on their end, were great with communication and very easy to work with. We chose to get legally married in Italy which meant navigating a lot of bureaucracy, and I don't think we would have managed it without them. Our day went perfectly, I would highly recommend this service in particular to those trying to plan a wedding from abroad! -

Amazing experience for our dream wedding
We absolutely loved working with Neve and the Wed in Florence team. Neve was an extremely professional planner for us and had the perfect balance of offering her expertise and advise while also allowing us to make our wedding unique and special to us. She was able to act as the central communicator between us and all vendors which was very helpful as we are based in NYC and all Vendors were Florence based. The best help you can get

We had a dream Tuscan wedding!
We are a couple from Las Vegas and we wanted to have a destination wedding in Italy. We knew that we needed a wedding planner who is from Italy to make planning easier. We contacted a lot of wedding planners but we chose Wed In Florence because we felt comfortable and at ease with Neve after talking to her for the first time.
We are so happy to have Neve as our wedding planner. From the first time talking to her on the phone to our wedding day and even after our wedding, she was always there for us to answer our questions and concerns. Throughout the whole wedding planning, Neve showed her patience and professionalism. She was accommodating of our availability when it came to calls (our time difference didn’t make it easy) and our meetings before the wedding. We really enjoyed working with her.
We are very picky on the dream venue for our wedding. We told her all the requirements we wanted for our venue, and within days, she came back with a list of venues that are very good. She took our feedback and provided more choices.
Neve also gave us wonderful choices for all our wedding vendors. She took care of all the logistics such as flowers, makeup and hair, food vendor, accommodation, photographer, videographer, DJ, transportation, etc. She even helped us with our welcome dinner and after-wedding transportation for our guests. We are very happy with all the vendors we worked with, all found with the help of Neve. She had wonderful suggestions and recommendations that made our wedding more beautiful and special.
Fast forward to the wedding day, the weather forecast went against our wish. Chance of rain was 100%.. it was unfortunate, but Neve had it all planned out. She was able to get a marquee for us 3 days before the wedding. Less than an hour before the ceremony started, the rain stopped. It was magical. Neve instructed people to move things around swiftly and set up outside. Because of that, we were able to proceed with the original plan - to have our dream wedding ceremony in the terrace outdoor, with the beautiful vineyard and green San Gimignano landscape as our backdrop. Rain started falling right after. The timing couldn’t have been more perfect. The rain didn’t stop because of Neve, but the wedding continued seamlessly because of Neve’s help.
Our guests were gushing about how perfect and beautiful our wedding was. Our families were so impressed with how Neve planned and set up our wedding. They said Neve is a fantastic wedding planner and we couldn’t agree more!
We still can’t stop reminiscing about our beautiful Tuscan wedding. It was truly our dream wedding! We sincerely appreciate Neve’s help. Thank you very much, Neve!! -

We are very grateful for the team that made planning our destination wedding a pleasure. Neve and Elena saw our vision and brought it to life, the wedding day turned out to be even more beautiful than we imagined!
The venue, catering, setup, makeup and hair artists, photographer and videographer they recommended were professional and we are very happy with all of the results. On the wedding day, the team attended to all the details, they managed everything on the day giving us the opportunity to really enjoy our time and not worry about anything.

We had the most wonderful day and down to each little detail, everything was perfect.
Neve understood us as a couple and understood what we wanted from our day and delivered on all accounts.
Neve is super organised, found us the perfect, most beautiful venue, amazing hair and beauty, great catering, great photographer, fabulous florist, perfect music and a wonderful celebrant, I must also add that this was done in 6 months for a Saturday wedding at the start of September!
We never felt stressed throughout the planning process, Neve has a large black book of contacts that covers all bases when it comes to organising a wedding.
The best decision we made was choosing Wed in Florence as our wedding planner.

My husband and I started looking for wedding planners for our destination wedding in Italy and Neve was the first person we met with. We loved how friendly, knowledgeable and joyful she was that we knew we didn't need to look any further. Neve was extremely flexible with us as we started with an idea for a 20 person legal, intimate wedding and ended up with a 60+ symbolic wedding/party! Neve was on top of us to make decisions and guided us through the entire process.
We landed on a villa in Lucca and Neve sent us recommendations for many different local vendors... and WOW! The flowers, food, lights, hair/make-up and music were phenomenal. We couldn't have asked for more of a dream wedding that was so well coordinated. We were very open to colors, ideas, etc. and they took what we talked about and turned it into a vision! We were fortunate to come out to Italy 6 months before the wedding to do the beauty trial. food trial, and meet the vendors in person. It was so special to see the communities and meet people at their businesses to see the care they put into their goods/services.
The day of coordination was amazing too. We arrived at the venue and everyone had their tasks and were making sure to check in with us. The event flowed smoothly from one section to the next and didn't feel rushed at all. We had tons of compliments from our friends and family on the wedding and the courteousness of Neve's team.
I cannot thank the Wed in Florence team enough for making our day perfect! -

Highly recommend Wed in Florence
Our wedding day was the most fun and unforgettable day of our lives, and much of that is due to Neve and her team at Wed in Florence. I learned about Wed in Florence through a website and timidly wrote an email, completely overwhelmed at the idea of having to plan a wedding across an ocean (my husband and I live in NYC and the wedding was in Tuscany). Neve responded right away and from our first Skype conversation I knew she would take good care of us.
Neve listened carefully to what we had in mind and was very respectful of our budget, which meant she was very honest about what was feasible and what wasn't. That's not to say she ever made decisions for us, but she just gave us all the information we needed in order to make wise decisions. She took to heart what we said was most important to us and helped us organize our thoughts and priorities. She found the perfect venue for us, the perfect catering, the perfect DJ, and the perfect florist (and so much more). We had several Skype conversations leading up to the wedding and a few in-person meetings as well. She let us take care of the things we wanted to do on our own, for example, we wanted our friends to play the music during the ceremony and made our own placecards, but stayed on top of us to make sure we were getting everything done.
We trusted the Wed in Florence team completely and it paid off. We knew our wedding would be great, but we couldn't have imagined just how wonderful it was. Having Neve and her team there on the day of the wedding meant we didn't have to worry about any of the details and the whole experience was stress-free. From the way it looked to the way it felt, Neve and the rest of the Wed in Florence staff ensured that the wedding exceeded all of our expectations. We could not recommend them more. -

Flawless Wedding Weekend!
Neve and the rest of the Wed in Florence team really played a huge part in supporting our dream wedding in Tuscany. Neve has a wonderful shortlist of vendors across all price points, none of them let us down in any way and had great input during our vendor meetings and trials, really understanding what we wanted and provided a helpful perspective. She was also really helpful to us in managing our vendors and venue, particularly in areas requiring negotiation or a bespoke request outside of the norm. Her experience and lessons learned from other weddings was invaluable to us both when making decisions, we got all of our most preferred vendors given the proactivity in securing the post popular vendors and we also found the master files really helpful to ensure we had all the details covered. Our whole weekend was flawless, the coordination team ensured nothing went array and without any fuss - you could hardly notice they were there. Wed in Florence represent incredible value versus other planners in the area and highly recommend them to other couples, particularly international couples like ourselves.
