Sarah and her team could not have been more helpful from the very beginning until the very end of our wedding! They made it such a stress-free experience with their planning meetings & day of coordinator! They are so helpful and have the most friendly attitude— across-the-board! The property itself is stunning and the charming house makes it a no-brainer (the bride and bridal party can stay over night!) It could not be more convenient considering you can have your rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception all in one central location! We didn’t even have to use much decor because the property/venue at wasncharming enough! I cannot recommend this place enough to & the bang for your buck is absurd and unmatched with the amount of attention they give to their couples! It was literally the best day of our lives and I give SO much credit to the Waverly Estate staff -

Sarah and her team are AMAZING! The planning process was stress-free. I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. The pricing was incredible for all that is included in the package. The venue is stunning at all times of day. I loved that the bridal party can all stay at the house together during the wedding weekend. Everything was absolutely lovely, I'm beyond happy we chose Waverly Estate to make our day perfect. -

Amazing!
Waverly Estate was an absolute dream! My husband and I had the most perfect wedding day there in March 2026. We decided to do the all-inclusive package. This package was so nice and made for an stress-free planning process and wedding day. All of the vendors included in this package were top notch and so professional! We also loved that Waverly had an amazing and beautiful back up option in case of bad weather. We totally recommend Waverly Estate if you’re looking for a beautiful venue with lots of natural beauty! -

Wedding weekend
I got married here in February of 2026 and had an incredible experience. The venue itself is beautiful, and we used many vendors that the venue highly recommends. Our entire experience was everything I could have wanted. We loved that we could minimize some of the vendor searches by using their included vendors. Sarah was super responsive when any issues did arise and everyone who attended has had amazing things to say about our wedding weekend. We got married in the chapel and it was the perfect spot for us and had so much natural light. Staying the entire weekend in the house with our best friends made this such a fun, memorable experience. -

My husband and I were married at Waverly Estate on January 17, 2026, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. We were incredibly blessed with the weather—51 degrees and sunny—especially considering a massive ice storm hit just six days later!
From the very beginning, Sarah was absolutely incredible to work with. We chose the Estate Package, and it was worth every penny. Everything was so well organized, and having access to the venue from Friday through Sunday made the entire weekend feel relaxed and intentional. The package included breakfast pastries and yogurt the morning of the wedding, plus a hot, plated breakfast on Sunday morning for our bridal party who stayed with us for the weekend. The French toast casserole was amazing and such a thoughtful touch.
The estate itself is full of charm and character. We held our ceremony in the chapel, enjoyed cocktail hour outside on the patio thanks to the beautiful weather, and then moved into the greenhouse for the reception—each space was stunning and flowed perfectly into the next.
The staff was phenomenal, and the entire day ran flawlessly. Sarah and her team truly know what they’re doing, and their experience shows in every detail. We felt completely taken care of and were able to just enjoy our day. I cannot recommend Waverly Estate enough—it is a truly special place. -

The perfect venue!
Being from the DC area, my fiancé and I knew we wanted to get away for our wedding. We loved the idea of having all of our friends and family at a quiet bed and breakfast for the whole weekend. Once we found Waverley estate, we knew it was the perfect place.
Working with Waverley estate was so fun and stress-free. Sarah and the Waverly team helped so much in the planning of our wedding. Having the whole venue and grounds, let us create the wedding we were picturing. From our first visit, we loved the chapel and the gardens and knew we had to have a summer wedding.
Working with the Waverly team was fantastic. Together we created the perfect vendor team from the recommendations and everything on our wedding day went perfect. I wouldn’t have changed a thing. The Waverly team are the pros!
This venue has the amazing opportunity to rent a house and extra rooms in the town next-door. We loved this because it let us keep our grandparents close to the venue so they could step out if they needed to.
Waverly allowed us to create the wedding that we were picturing. We loved having our service in the traditional chapel. Our cocktail hour was beautiful on the patio, and we loved opening up the doors to the greenhouse for the reception. This was the perfect venue. Thank you!!!!

Waverly is hands down the best place to get married!
I honestly couldn’t have picked a better venue than Waverly Estate. There’s no venue like it that gives you the flexibility of coming in on Friday & staying until Sunday. We had no worries about clean up after the reception or scrambling the morning of between a hotel & the venue for getting ready. On top of all of that, the all inclusive package that Waverly has is NEXT LEVEL. I didn’t have to search for vendors because Waverly had them already available & built into my package. It was an absolute dream to have one less thing to stress about. Their coordinator, Rachel, is absolutely amazing too. She answered every question I had & was the best cheerleader for us on wedding day. She had everything completely organized & made my vision come true for our wedding. My wedding was a dream come true, in huge part to the team at Waverly Estate. -

We chose Waverly because of the location along with offering everything we needed in one place. Sarah, the owner, is awesome to work with and super helpful. Rachel the wedding planner was my LIFESAVER. Her smile and upbeat attitude kept me grounded and made our day absolutely perfect. She totally got my vibe of exactly what I was looking for and is just an all around amazing person. I could not have imagined having my "Tropical Storm" wedding any where else. If you are not choosing Waverly, you are truly missing out! -

Have your wedding at Waverly Estate! I cannot say enough how grateful we are that we had our wedding at Waverly Estate. We wanted a venue with a natural landscape and a glass house/greenhouse type building and luckily we found Waverly Estate! Not only is the entire grounds GORGEOUS, the Waverly team is professional, easy to work with, and does business in a way I wish most people would, especially in the wedding industry. I can truly say, Waverly Estate will try to save you money unlike some other places/vendors will. You have so many options as to how you hold your ceremony. Waverly Estate works to ensure you have as easy a wedding as possible! I did not realize how having a venue with a house on the grounds for the whole weekend makes everything so much easier for the set up and clean up for the wedding. It also gave us the opportunity to spend a weekend with our closest friends and family, instead of just the wedding day. This all-inclusive venue has an AMAZING in-house caterer (Fuqua School), amazing florist & wedding designer (Hunter and Marigold), cake bakers (Confections of a Cake), DJ (Cluster Entertainment), and an amazing event coordinator, MaryJean. MaryJean really made our wedding planning easy. She was incredibly responsive with all our questions leading up to the wedding. She made sure we were on track to have everything prepped for the wedding (my husband and I did the wedding planning and didn’t hire a wedding planner) and she took care of so much on top of coordinating our wedding day! MaryJean and the Waverly team really helped to slow things down for us on our wedding day. MaryJean is so calm and chill, yet highly organized and proactive, that her demeanor would calm the family/bride (me)/etc too. My husband and I never felt rushed and we felt completely taken care of. Things like making sure we ate and bringing us food, and asking us if we needed a few more minutes for something helped so much. She was actively ensuring we were doing what we want on our wedding day. I want to go on and on about her but you may not read this whole review lol. I honestly don’t know how she coordinates every wedding and rehearsal dinner at Waverly Estate. Waverly made everything easy by booking vendors for us. We were so happy with all the vendors Waverly set us up with as part of our package (the Estate Package). The only thing we got outside of their list of vendors was a Photographer and Officiant. We got the most bang for our buck here! I’m so ecstatic to call myself a Waverly Bride :) -

The type of wedding that you dream about when your a little girl? WELL LOOK NO FURTHER. YOU FOUND IT!!!! Waverly Estate gave me that opportunity. They not only were able to give me the perfect wedding, but Sarah and Collin made me feel apart of the Waverly family in so many ways. I've never been the type to write reviews but Waverly Estate deserves 10 stars. Sarah and Collin (the owners of Waverly Estate) made me feel like a TRUE bride.I talk to a lot of brides whom have been to other venues and I always here about how stressful their day was. Well I can truly say from the bottom of my heart I felt NO stress the day of my wedding or throughout the planning processes. That was all because of Sarah! I could never give enough thanks to Sarah for helping me plan our big day, supporting us, and making our dreams come true! My husband and I will FOREVER cherish & love Waverly Estate in our heart. We have even talked about one day, a long time down the road, if we ever decided to renew our vows it WILL be at Waverly. We not only had the perfect wedding but we made friends for a life time. I cannot say this enough, if you are looking for the perfect wedding, the best memories, and did I mention photos. Then you have found it!

Sarah at waverly estate is an absolute wizard. We chose an all inclusive package where we had access to the grounds from Friday-Sunday. Sarah could not have been more helpful on my big day. Any issue that might have happened i was unaware of, leaving me only to focus on marrying my best friend! Everything was absolutely flawless and i will recommend this place to any couple planning a wedding! -

This venue was the first one I looked at and it was the only one I needed to see. Sarah has so many cost effective options for brides on a budget and brides looking for their dream wedding WEEKEND! I knew immediately after touring the venue that nothing would ever compare. She has indoor options and outdoor options for your ceremony or rehearsal dinner. Sarah even provided me with her own list of recommended vendors upon booking waverly. This list itself is gold! I was able to plan most of my vendors based off this list alone and the day was completely perfect. Sarah is the owner of the estate as well as the day of coordinator. I could not have had a smooth stress free day without Sarah. She is amazing and I will recommend her to everyone from weddings to baby showers! -

I don’t even know where to begin! Waverly was the second venue we toured and afterward we couldn’t bring ourselves to go anywhere else! My husband and I immediately fell in love with the property and with Sarah. From the time we signed our contract on, Sarah was great at communicating with us (which was super important as COVID arrived mid-planning and almost forced us to postpone). She sent updates on how they were following the changing COVID-19 regulations and remained positive & encouraging throughout our planning process.
My husband and I agree that one of the best choices we made for our wedding was choosing the weekend package at Waverly Estate. Having the venue all weekend and staying there the night before the wedding with our wedding party put us at ease and made preparations so much simpler! We had time to start setting up the day before and have our rehearsal dinner on the property. One of my favorite memories from the week was spending time with friends & family in the estate house before our wedding. It was such a lovely atmosphere and such a beautiful house!
Leading up to our wedding, the weather did not look like it was going to be great for the outdoor ceremony we had planned. There was quite a bit of rain forecasted and Sarah helped us come up with a solid plan B. On the day of the wedding Sarah kindly let me hold out on deciding where we would hold the ceremony for as long as possible and we ended up being able to hold it outside under the hackberry tree as we had always dreamed of doing! It was pretty damp and humid but the rain held out until we were safely inside of the reception space dancing the night away! The property looked gorgeous even on an overcast day and looked great in all of our photos and videos!
We really appreciated how hands on Sarah and her team were—helping with last minute decor setup, coordinating the ceremony and even taking her own photos of special moments throughout the day. We really loved how personal & intimate a wedding at Waverly Estate felt and absolutely loved our time there working with Sarah! -

It is so unique and has a beautiful charm to it. I highly recommend this venue for ceremony AND reception -
