Renee was our lead planner and absolutely knocked it out of the park - she was organized, calm, detail oriented and professional. Renee took on all of the stress leading up to and the day of the wedding so that we could relax and enjoy our wedding weekend to the fullest. Renee helped us find all of the best vendors and helped turn our dream venue into the wedding of our dreams! It was super beneficial to have someone on our side when working with all of the vendors - Renee was able to work efficiently with our vendors knowing what we would need, timeline of the whole day and what would work best based on prior experience. I knew before I even got engaged that I wanted to work with Ali from Wanderlust Weddings and Events. It was clear from her social media how much she cared about her clients and ensuring each had the experience they wanted. Within a week of being engaged, I reached out to her and immediately signed the contract. With a 7-month engagement and a specific vibe we wanted to achieve, we had to get to work fast, and Ali did just that. She took the time to understand the experience I wanted for my guests and what was important to me. From there, she gave recommendations on vendors, and I booked every single one, which made my life so much easier!
Ali was an absolute gem throughout the entire process. Her dedication, passion, and attention to detail were evident in every interaction. She was always there to calm the crazy as the months went on, providing reassurance and keeping everything in order and on track. On the day of the event, she orchestrated everything with such grace and efficiency that it felt like a dream. Everything ran smoothly, and I could truly enjoy the day without any worries.
Her ability to transform my vision into reality was nothing short of magical. Ali's expertise and experience shone through in every aspect of the planning and execution. I cannot imagine having done all of that without a planner, and without an experienced one like her. There is no need to look beyond Wanderlust; just book with them and everything will be so much better. Oh my where do I even start!!! I began planning my wedding on 9/28/24 in Pittsburgh while my now husband and I live in Philly. I knew it wouldn't be easy to plan a wedding that far from my home, and I decided to book Wanderlust Weddings to help us through the planning. WOW, the entire Wanderlust team has been absolutely amazing. Sydnie was our head wedding planner and coordinator, and boy did she kill it!! She took all the stress and ease off myself during the entire planning process, and truly was a huge comfort to have around the entire weekend as well. She was my eyes and ears when I couldn't be as active in planning, and I truly don't think I could do it without her. We owe it all to her and the rest of the team! Do not hesitate to call Wanderlust Wedding planners. We used them as our day of coordinator. Ali and her team created a day of timeline. This was shared with all of the vendors and it really kept the evening to go on as scheduled. Ali ran the entire ceremony rehearsal the night before. She made sure the reception room was set up exactly how the bride and groom desired.
Ali was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the wedding industry. There are so many last minute and day of details that she took care of. We really enjoyed ourselves and knew Ali was taking care of everything. She even handed out out tips to vendors, ran the card box up to our room, also took my daughter’s gown and veil up to the room once she changed.
Hiring Wanderlust was the best decision!!! -

On behalf of Strong Women Strong Girls, Wanderlust was a dream to work with. They helped us for day-of coordination for our annual fundraiser that hosted more than 350 people at the Westin Hotel. Renee was always available for help, questions and getting things done leading up to the day. One huge thing that Wanderlust did for us, was get all the florals donated to our event from a wedding that weekend. Sam and Ali worked their magic on the table set ups and it was the best our event has ever looked.
We will most certainly be using them again for our next fundaiser, just all around really helpful that day, easy to work with and constant open communication. Would highly recommend for your next event! -

I cannot express the impact that Wanderlust had on my wedding day! From initial city searching, to venue searching, finding the right vendors, to day-of issue management, we certainly could not have done it without them!! Planning a destination wedding, in a city the planners were not familiar with, was a BREEZE! It shouldn't have gone this flawlessly. That is largely a credit to Renee, she was so organized (keeping this busy bride on track!), she was proactive with all communication and is just generally SO kind. Fast forward to the wedding weekend, I didn't have to think or worry about anything on the wedding day. From getting the venue ready, to ushering the key family members around, plus anticipating our needs - Renee and Sydnie were the A-Team for sure! As a type A bride, I wondered at first if I'd need a wedding planner or coordinator... but after seeing all that Wanderlust had to offer, and throughout our time together in the last year and a half, I can say without a DOUBT hiring Wanderlust was the best decision we could've made!
Kristen was our lead, and she went above and beyond to make sure every question was answered, suggestion was provided, and the ultimate care was given. She created our dream timeline, took care of communicating with all of our vendors (which was a whole other level of work I had no idea even existed!!!), and put everyone at ease. Simply put, she was a dream to work with!
I couldn't believe how far our investment took us, and we would do it all over again tomorrow if we could with Wanderlust's guidance. There is truly no better team than these ladies, and we can't thank them enough for their attention to detail, care and genuine support from start to finish!

The seamless execution and planning of our event were made possible by the invaluable contributions of Ali, Renee, and Sam. Ordinarily, we plan all club events internally, but the magnitude of this two-day festivity, comprising three distinct events, necessitated external assistance. Despite initial reservations about hiring external support for the first time, the outcome surpassed our expectations, providing the necessary support and coordination.
The entire Wanderlust team demonstrated exceptional organization and professionalism in their interactions with members, guests, and vendors. Ali and her team brought a sense of calm and efficiency, alleviating the day's pressures.
Ali and Renee remained consistently accessible via text, calls, emails, and meetings, promptly addressing any questions that arose throughout the process. Bringing them on board was hands down one of the best decisions made.

The best 🤍
I worked with Sam and Lauren for our day of wedding coordination and I cannot speak highly enough of them! From the moment we booked we had access to a google drive with so much information and provided a place for us to keep all our documents organized. I graduated dental school a month before the wedding and was wildly stressed with that by itself so Sam really stepped up and took care of so many of the details that I would have likely overlooked or gotten overwhelmed trying to do. I don’t know how I would have gotten through that last month without her help, truly. I felt like I could finally relax a little and see everything starting to come together because I knew I had a team I could trust and are great at what they do.
Sam and Lauren were present for our rehearsal to make sure we were all on the same page the day before and were absolutely amazing the day of! They set up and tore down all of the personal decorations that we brought and helped make the reception my literal dream! They were always popping in while we got ready to see if we needed anything and were by my side the whole ceremony/reception for anything we might have needed, I did not have to worry about anything. My personal favorite was, right before our reception entrance, a part of my dress underneath kept popping out of the bustle and I just wanted to cut it off. Sam and Lauren dug through their bags and had scissors and safety pins and they took care of it seconds before we walked in! It might have been a small detail but it was driving me crazy and I would have hated to see it in pictures later so I was super thankful!
I cannot recommend this team enough, I would pick them again, every time. You can rest assured if you hire Wanderlust you will be able to relax and enjoy your day knowing that you have an amazing team of professionals taking care of you! 💖 -

From the moment my (NOW) husband and I met Ali, there was an instant connection and vibe between the three of us. Justin and I got in the car after meeting her at Panera and both simultaneously were like, "so, we don't have to meet with any other wedding planners, right!?" And, we agree on things, but as Ali now knows us so well, not all the time! I knew right away that I could be myself with Ali and that is arguably one of the most important and comforting things as a bride to be.
One of the things I love about Wanderlust and Ali was their ability to communicate (deal with me, calm me down, become a best friend for life.. the list goes on and on!..) and produce such positive results while Justin and I reside 8 hours away in Chicago! Their flexibility around our schedule and when we would be in Pittsburgh and quickness to respond whether it was one of my silly questions or urgent matters that need taken care of. (which, honestly, there never was because Ali was always on it or there to calm any nervousness I felt!) I 1000% mean that our wedding day wouldn't have been nearly as close to as perfect as it was without Ali by my side and the truly talented team at Wanderlust Weddings and Events. I will forever be thankful and I will never forget all of the work Wanderlust put in to make us feel the most special and literally create my dream wedding that I didn't even know I had.

We booked Wanderlust to help us with the wedding planning process about a year before our big day. Throughout the planning process, they were all so helpful and responsive! Before the day, we were able to share all of our planning digitally so that we were all on the same page. The whole team is very organized! Renee was our lead coordinator and she did an incredible job creating a timeline of events and reaching out to vendors for us ahead of time. She also assisted with everything imaginable on the wedding day and at the rehearsal. She had such a friendly demeanor and made us feel assured that everything would run smoothly! Ashley also did an amazing job setting up at our reception. It was beautiful and executed exactly as we imagined. Additionally, Taylor helped with coordinating the shuttles and ensuring guests were taken to the correct locations at the correct times. Thanks to this team, we had an incredible day! We worked with Wanderlust for a year and a half planning the wedding of our dreams and every aspect of the planning process was smooth and as stress free as possible, all thanks to Wanderlust. Ali, Sam and Renee were very responsive with any questions I had during the process, from vendor recommendations to the random questions and logistics along the way. We also had several in person meetings with the vendor teams and they helped us talk through every detail, even thinking of questions and clarifying topics that I didn’t even think of.
Our day of team included lead planner Renee, Ashley and Kristen and they did an amazing job of setting everything up on site and coordinating with all of the vendors all while making sure we were taken care of the entire day. Renee was amazing at communicating with our entire bridal team and families and remained calm, cool and collected even in the chaotic moments. She did a great job of keeping us as calm and stress free as possible the entire night and I cannot thank her enough.
The Wanderlust Team was amazing from beginning to end! We would have been lost without them and cannot express enough how grateful we are for the entire team. -

If you are considering hiring an event planner, you cannot go wrong with Wanderlust! As the Mother of the Bride, I was both overjoyed and overwhelmed at the thought of planning my daughter's wedding in the city. And because my daughter doesn't live locally, I knew I would need to shoulder a large portion of the planning. Any doubts I had about justifying the cost of hiring a planner were quickly assuaged when we got to work with Ali and Renee. Their connections in the industry made vendor selection a breeze, and with a team of nearly 20 vendors, I don't know how I would have managed it without their help. They scheduled calls, meetings, and created timelines and spreadsheets to keep everything in order. They returned every single call or email in a timely manner and communicated with the bridal party and officiant to keep them in the loop as well. All my daughter and I had to do was tell them what we wanted, and they helped make it happen! Not to mention, the day of the wedding, I was able to take a step back and be fully immersed in all of the celebrations instead of managing the details. There is no doubt that hosting a wedding is a huge investment, but from my perspective, no money was better spent than the money we spent hiring Wanderlust! -

Kristen and Ali were lifesavers throughout the impossibly busy & stressful wedding planning process! We opted for the Day-Of Coordination Package and added a “Design Assistance/Creation” service, since neither of us have an eye for design! Ali was incredibly responsive, and always offered unique design suggestions. They used a Google Drive to house all our contracts & various planning forms, documents, and spreadsheets, which helped keep us organized throughout the entire process! The forms had a lot of detailed questions that I never would have thought to ask our vendors, but the answers provided us with a ton of valuable information.
Kristen was our Day-Of Coordinator, and WOW – she was amazing!! In the weeks leading up to our wedding, she took charge of the last-minute details & logistics, which allowed me to focus on my final To-Dos (and a bit of pampering!). On our wedding day, she was constantly running around, making sure we were following the timeline and in the correct places at the correct times. Kristen & her assistants set up all of our personal décor perfectly and coordinated with our vendors to ensure that they also set everything up perfectly – the venue looked more magical than we ever dreamed! The cherry on top was Kristen’s kind and cheerful personality – she always had a smile on her face, regardless of whatever curveball was thrown her way!
Our wedding day was beautiful, magical, and an absolute dream. Thanks to Wanderlust, Kristen, and Ali, it was also 100% stress free! -

Run, don’t walk, to hire the Wanderlust team for your big day. I had the pleasure of working with Ali for nearly two years prior to my wedding day. I live in NYC, and Ali gave me the confidence in helping me to select my awesome vendor team, designing everything, and overall helping me with decision making since like most, I have never planned a wedding before and I was also not as familiar with Pittsburgh since I hadn’t lived there in over a decade. I am also an indecisive person so having a more educated second opinion was very helpful and helped me keep my sanity. Ali is also very responsive to communications and was always patient with me when I did not respond as quick.
On the day of the wedding, Ali, Taylor, and Lauren made sure that day was well executed and they brought my dream wedding to life. My venue required me to hire a lot of external vendors, which I know takes a lot of coordination.

Amazing Day of Coordinators!
Wanderlust Weddings and Events are SPECTACULAR! From day one, Ali made me feel like I was not alone in the process (I found it pretty daunting) and she gave me so many recommendations and places to start that I started to find the fun in it! Closer to the wedding, Ali and Rachel went to walk throughs with me and had so many phone calls/emails with me, and could not have been more gracious and helpful throughout it all. By the time the wedding came around, I trusted Wanderlust completely to bring my vision to life. They are so professional and pay attention to all of the details you could think of!! Ali worked with me on rentals and coordinating things that felt like it matched our colors and aesthetic, and watching Rachel work at putting it all together the day of was amazing - she is so focused and loves what she does! Lauren and Ashley completed Rachel's team and were so dedicated to making sure our day was perfect. By far the best decision I made during the planning process was hiring Wanderlust Wedding and Events!! -

In the early stages of wedding planning, we knew that a day of coordinator was a must. After reaching out to Wanderlust, I knew they would be a perfect match. Right away, Ali made me feel comfortable working with her and her team. She reassured me that there isn't really such a thing as "day of" coordination and that put things into perspective with me as far as what I was getting with the Champagne package.
A few weeks out from our big day, I was put in touch with Taylor and Abby. Taylor was incredible with her communication and determination to make sure our day went off without a hitch. We were unable to rehearse at our venue but that didn't keep her from coming to our rehearsal dinner and helping us run through our ceremony in an unconventional space.
Throughout our day she kept tabs on how Collin and I were doing and ensured that we were happy and having a good time. It was so much more than a good time, it was truly the best day of our lives!
I am not the type to be able to envision what a space could look like, so trying to plan how our table settings and decor should look was tough. I let Ali know of my concerns months before the wedding, and she pledged that her team would work with us, and holy smokes she delivered! Taylor and Abby put together our reception space and it was more beautiful than I could have ever dreamed! It was absolutely stunning. They worked pure magic from start to finish and I can't say thank you to them and Wanderlust enough! -

Excellent - Crucial to my perfect wedding day!
I would pick Wanderlust 100 times over. Ali and her team were instrumental in the vendor relationships, coordination, and execution from months prior to the very end. Without Ali and Wanderlust's resources, my husband and I would have been lost in the process. Even with a hotel fire the day of the wedding, Ali and her team ensured that the timeline and logistics ran smoothly, giving me and my family/friends peace of mind the entire time. A team that understands the creative & business side of wedding planning
From the initial phone call, I immediately connected with Ali. It was clear that she loved what she does, and she enjoyed creating memorable events.
My husband and I had a clear vision of the aesthetics and the experience we wanted for our guests. We needed a wedding planner that could help us with the planning process, coordinate the vendors and the final details in the months and weeks leading up to the event, and execute our vision during the day of the wedding.
Ali enhanced the planning process and was not afraid to take the lead and make recommendations and suggestions to us, as she brings a breath of industry knowledge, based on years of planning and executing successful events. She is well-versed in the latest trends and innovations in the wedding industry.
The weekend of the wedding was absolutely perfect. We were able to enjoy every moment of the weekend without any worry or stress. People commented that I was the calmest bride they ever saw, and that is a testament to why investing in a wedding planner was the best decision in our planning process. Ali and Sydnie handled every aspect of the wedding coordination and ensure that all the details (and there were ALOT of details and coordination) were executed flawlessly.

Wanderlust brings wedding dreams to life
We just received the sneak peek photos from my daughter’s wedding last weekend, and I’m in complete awe of what a perfect day it was, thanks in very large part to Renee, Ali, Taylor and Ashley. If you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, I’m here to say DO IT! I was able to be completely present for the day, which was so joyous, so beautiful, so FUN! Both my husband and I felt Wanderlust was 100% worth the cost, and they will be the first vendor we hire when my younger daughter is engaged. What do you get when working with these ladies? We went with the full scale Gold package because my daughter was living in Virginia. They collaborated with her to bring her vision to life, they arranged and were present for vendor meetings, which was often tricky due to her need to travel back and take time off work, and always were very quick to answer our never-ending questions. I especially appreciated their expertise in finding the right vendors who could provide those special touches she wanted. And if that weren’t enough….the wedding day coordination was impeccable. I don’t think there’s any way everything would’ve been done if we relied solely on the on-site coordinator–there were just so many things to set up. Renee was such a calming organized presence that I had no worries the entire day. Flower fell off my corsage–no problem, she pulls out a pin and fixes it in 30 seconds! And the most magical thing was how they quietly cleaned up as we danced the night away–we literally did nothing. These ladies work hard, and clearly love what they do. Words can’t begin to express how grateful I am for the help of the Wanderlust team. I should probably start by saying I’m a VERY organized person and I insisted on doing everything myself for our wedding. Sure I could have done the last 45 days on my own but I decided, especially for the day of, that I didn’t want to. I reached out to Wanderlust on a whim for a day of coordinator never expecting them to have availability this late. Lucky for me one of the girls had some last minute availability.
The Wanderlust team hit the ground running with me right away and already I felt so much relief. I knew instantly it was the right decision. The team was there for me every step of the way. Helping me get our final venue walkthrough scheduled, helping take notes at the walkthrough, building me a timeline, coordinating with my vendors, etc. The team was always quick to respond to my messages, professional, and kind.
As for the rehearsal and day of coordination, I don’t know how I ever would have enjoyed our day the way I did if it weren’t for Abby, Rachela, and Taylor. They kept things running smoothly and organized. Having someone to help you set up and bring your vision to life, someone to coordinate with vendors and give them their tips, someone to make sure things are working as intended, etc. Little things maybe but little things that would have kept me from truly being present and enjoying the best day of our lives.
I will end with saying if you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator, DO IT. You won’t regret it. To the Wanderlust team and Abby especially, THANK YOU SO MUCH. I’m forever grateful for all of your help! -

Sam, Ali, and Wanderlust are literally life savers when it comes to planning and implementing your wedding!! We could not have possibly asked for a better partner to help make our day perfect. We booked them almost a year and a half in advance after being recommended by multiple friends. They were responsive and had a full Google Drive of information and recommendations and trackers to make sure every major item and fine detail were absolutely perfect!!
Come wedding day is really when Sam shined, and the day made her earn it I think! Our wedding was a little different from a usual Oglebay wedding & we rented a large tent (which Sam helped us find), used some local stores and restaurants as our vendors rather than usual catering companies, and of course day-of, it decided to rain! Sam and her team worked tirelessly and kept us in the loop all day and as we pulled up, She was wearing knee-high, muddy, muck boots - just proving how hard they had worked to make things perfect!
I think the highest compliment is that even though the situation wasn’t perfect, my wife and I never once had to worry if something wasn’t going to work - Sam, Jennie, and Sydnie had everything absolutely under control and it all went off without a hitch! They are and will be one of our first recommendations to any friends and family getting married! -

The best planning angels.
I just got married in March of 2023 and hiring Ali and the Wanderlust team was the best vendor decision I made in planning my wedding! My (now) husband and I live in CA, and we discovered after months of planning from afar that we would need to hire a partial planner in Pittsburgh to help us. From our first call, I knew Ali was the one! She took over all communication with my vendors (she is crazy fast at replying to emails), solidified the design aspects, and provided documents/schedules/timelines to keep us on track. On the day of, all I had to do was wake up and get ready. Ali and the team took care of everything... I had absolutely no worries on the day of and Ali executed the most perfect, organized, beautiful wedding. Not to mention, she is just the greatest human and so well respected in Pittsburgh. The Waunderlust team was absolutely incredible from every point of view, every detail, the big things the small things. The peace of mind. They are seasoned pros who know what they are doing and can help steer the ship towards the vision you are looking for.
Excellent recommendations for every vendor which made it easy to get the team assembled. Logistics all handled by Waunderlust, both setting up, DAY OF (1000% recommend getting DAY OF help at the MINIMUM) and clean up. It allowed us to enjoy as much of our wedding day as possible and not worry about picking up centerpieces after it was over.
Ali and the team are seriously great, they really care about your experience and making it as smooth and perfect as possible. Would 10/10 recommend and could not imagine trying to plan our wedding without them!!! -

Cannot recommend enough
We decided to bring Wanderlust into our long engagement pretty early on. Their help with finding some vendors and putting together a vision for our special day was so helpful from the start- I can honestly say as a person with high anxiety they really kept me from ever feeling overwhelmed. These lovely sisters are so easy to talk to or go to with questions, they never made me feel like I was an annoyance (and I truly am a very annoying person 🤣). My only complaint is that they are so popular, they had another wedding on NYE so Ali tended to that one. I selfishly wanted both of them!! Sam went so above and beyond to make the day go so smoothly and checked in with me so much as we neared our special day. I also met Taylor on the day of the wedding and her assistance was so appreciated, she was so so sweet. This team spent a holiday working and spending their time away from family to make sure we had the most memorable start to our marriage and I will forever be grateful for that! Truly cannot recommend them enough!
My husband did not really understand how having a wedding planner works and he said after the wedding that he could not have imagined it without Sam's help and he was also so thankful. Maybe future business with more party planning if I can talk him into it LOL -

We decided to hire a day of wedding planner because we realized the planning was a little too much to do on our own. Hiring Wanderlust was one of the best decisions we made while picking vendors. Ali was super responsive all the time, so so helpful with all aspects of planning, knowledgeable, and just kind! The whole team/company is great! If you are second guessing spending the money on a day of planner, IT IS WORTH IT! My wedding was so much less stressful because of Ali and her team. Highly recommended!! -

I cannot recommend Wanderlust enough! This entire team made sure our day was everything we dreamed of and more. We worked with Taylor, Rachel and Abby as our day-of team. They kept everything running seamlessly and were so much more than just vendors to us on our wedding day. They dealt with any and all hiccups we had (because they are inevitable) and did the job of literally 10 people that day. Taylor was with me the most as our ceremony and reception were at two different locations, and I seriously don’t know what I would have done without her. Even though our ceremony venue AND reception venue both came with their own sets of coordinators, the Wanderlust team 100% did more than all of them combined. For me, what made this team so special is that they were there for us, from start to finish… like, literally pulling upwards of 12 hour workdays during weddings. They joined every touch base call I had with other vendors, handled all of the communications, made all timelines, did the overwhelming majority of tear down at the end of the night, and so much more. If you are in search of wedding coordinators, Wanderlust is the way to go. I feel like I could write so much more to this review, but I’m going to leave it at 10/10 absolutely worth it! -

Wanderful Weddings!
Let me simply start by saying that — getting Wanderlust onboard as our wedding planners was one of the best decisions of our entire wedding journey! Ali and Sam actively played an important role in our wedding planning process from the get-go — from helping us selecting the vendors, accompanying us to the vendor meeting for designs / setup / food tastings to just always being there for any and all the wedding help we ever needed. The entire Wanderlust team was truly professional throughout. We 100% relied on them for effectively communicating with our vendors, resolving logistical issues and representing our client needs, which unsaid was always on top of their priority list. Wedding planning is a stressful process, much more amplified by the ongoing covid crisis. It was absolutely worth to have planners as committed as Wanderlust on our team. Their experience in the industry, vendor contacts and practical tricks and tips simplified a lot of decisions for us prior to the big day, especially when we had to deal with the reduced guest count. All of our hard work culminated into a even bigger success with a smooth wedding reception and ceremony. We could enjoy our key moments the day-of because the Wanderlust team (Ali, Sam and Taylor) was diligently working behind the scenes through the setup and teardown!!! If you’ve just started with your wedding planning or plan to get into one soon, Wanderlust is the way to go!!! It’s a value for money investment to make sure you’re only making memories and nothing else. As the mother of the brides (2 daughters, 2 different dates, 1 summer), I knew I wanted to enjoy the day and days leading up to their weddings. I was not spending all this money to be exhausted and never get to engage in the wedding so hiring a planner was a must. Then when I saw that this company was made up of two sisters, I knew they would do a good job. The main part of a wedding is families coming together. So an obvious choice to hire 2 family members that work closely together. I've never worked with anyone in my life as responsive as Ali. Many times, the service they provided wasn't the planning and executing, it was talking me down. The stress of 2 weddings with less than 9 months engagement was a lot! Sometimes I just needed Ali and Renee to know what I was going through and tell me it was going to be alright. Can't recommend them enough!!!!! -

Ali and Renee were available to answer all of my wedding planning questions throughout my almost two-year engagement even though I only had the “day of” wedding package. Although Ali was not able to be present on our wedding day, she personally reached out afterwards to check in and make sure everything went smoothly. I know that my wedding day would not have been the perfect day without Renee. She was such a help at the final walkthrough at the venue and chatting with me one-on-one on more than one occasion as I completed all of the Wanderlust details documents. Renee and Sydnie were amazing the day of the wedding. I am a very detail oriented person and all of the small details were perfectly executed. They also helped to bring my Champagne Tower dreams to life by constructing the perfect tower for our reception. These women truly CARE about your wedding day. I knew Wanderlust was the best of the best, but they still somehow exceeded our expectations. We hired them about a year out from our wedding for day-of coordination, but we were in touch throughout the whole year. Ali quickly responded to any questions we had and hyped us up along the way! Their Google docs alone were so organized and helpful when planning the details of our wedding. We met Ali and Hillary at our venue for a walkthrough with the venue coordinator about a month before our big day. They went over every little detail, some that didn’t even cross my mind (napkin folds, menu placements, etc.). They worked with our vendors and created a timeline down to almost the minute that was perfect for our day. Hillary and Taylor were there for our wedding day, and they were on top of everything!! They transported most of our cookies, handled our dogs (who obviously had to make an appearance at our ceremony for a quick walk down the aisle), and kept things moving along. They were always checking on me to make sure I was good, and they had us take a peek into our reception tent before our guests went in. I literally teared up seeing it – it was everything I had envisioned. From keeping cookies stocked to placing our signs to making sure we had all our belongings at the end of the night, they were just amazing. They kept things fun and professional the entire day and a lot of our other vendors told us they loved getting to work with them. If you’re on the fence about hiring a coordinator, I 10000% recommend you hire Wanderlust. The peace of mind we had knowing they were there to keep things running smoothly was totally worth it. They are truly incredible at what they do and such a pleasure to work with. Our day would not have been the same without them!! -

Wanderlust are Wonderful Gems! We hired Wanderlust for our elopement wedding and they made our full blown wedding for literally 2 (groom & bride) just as AMAZING as if it was a wedding for 200!

Wanderlust correspondence/communication was always prompt and precise; from initial consultation to post wedding!
We hired Wanderlust mainly for day of coordinator services and they went above & beyond our expectations! They assisted & attended most, if not all, of our vendor meetings: florists, photo/video, officiant, venue etc.

I could write a novel on my wedding experience with Wanderlust, but I will try to keep it as concise as possible! My husband and I originally wanted to have a very large local wedding in the Pittsburgh area and after almost planning the entire wedding, changed our mind to a full-scale destination wedding in Chattanooga, TN! Ali, co-owner and lead planner/coordinator, didn't hesitate for a moment to scrap all of our original plans and start from scratch!
They provided countless hours of time in finding and booking our vendors, facilitated all of the logistics for catering, rentals, photo/video etc., they traveled to TN and coordinated all of our day of details and made our rehearsal and wedding day the most seamless, perfect day! We could not have had our dream wedding day without the services that Ali and Renee provided us and their worth is immeasurable! They treated us like family and you can tell that this is a labor of LOVE to them, and they put their entire heart and soul into their business.
