I booked Julie & Terri for both coordination and florals - and it was a fabulous decision. Julie, who handles the coordination, was responsive and helpful, and not only did she help me enormously on the lead up to the wedding day, I assume she did tons behind the scenes to make sure the day flowed smoothly - I say assume because from my point of view, the day just unfolded perfectly without me having to DO ANYTHING. It was amazing - there were zero hiccups or problems, just Julie handling everything. And Terri, who did my flowers and decoration was insanely talented. I had one 30 minute phone call with her and shared a few pinterest boards, and VIOLA - she fulfilled all my wildest dreams x10. It was frankly incredible. For brides who have an overall vision but don't want to put in a lot of effort in making it happen, Terri is like a fairy godmother. My florals were STUNNING. And it felt very inexpensive for the overall look and feel. She also made a drab wine cellar come alive and feel warm and cozy. All in all - would hire again, 10/10.Vows and Vines's reply:

Amazing Experience
Working with the Vows and Vines team was an awesome experience! They gave me the most personalized and professional wedding planning experience I could have asked for. It was also very convenient that the planning and florals were together because that was one less point of coordination to worry about. My wedding timeline went seamlessly the day of the wedding and I did not worry for a moment during the entire day. Seeing the florals brought tears to my eyes because they executed my scattered ideas perfectly to make my dream bouquets and decor! I cannot recommend this company more, thank you! -

Julie and Terri from Vows and Vines were great! Julie was our Day-of Coordinator and Terri our Florist. The month leading up to the wedding was filled with lots of back and forth communication with Julie. She was very knowledgable and helpful with decision making. I was busy outside of wedding planning and Julie helped me to get all the last minute details in place with minimal stress. The flowers and greenery were beautiful on the wedding day - exactly what I had envisioned. We highly recommend Vows and Vines for your wedding day!Vows and Vines's reply:

We worked with Julie for day of coordination and she excecuted everything flawlessly. She helped us "turn our brains off" on the big day and enjoy :) Everything looked gorgeous and ran smoothly thanks to her hard work! I would recommend for any wedding!Vows and Vines's reply:

Love them!
My wife and I are so happy we used Vows and Vines for our day of
coordination and floral arrangements. Julie and Terri were a pleasure to work with. They were always available to talk and answer any questions we had
before our wedding (and we had a lot). They coordinated with all our vendors seamlessly. The day of the wedding we were relaxed as Terri and Julie were running the show. Julie kept to our schedule perfectly. She kept in touch
throughout the day to see if we needed anything. Terri did an amazing
job on the flowers. The arrangement for all the tables were beautiful.
I will recommend anyone who goes through planning a wedding to use
Vows and Vines for the day of coordination and floral. They were such
a big part in making our day perfect. -

Amazing Wedding Coordinators and Florist
Terri and Julie, from Vows and Vines Events did a fantastic job for our daughter's wedding. Not only did they offer day-of coordinating services, but their florals were absolutely stunning. As the Mother of the Bride, all I wanted was to make my daughter's and future son in laws wedding dreams come true. Terri, Julie and their team at Vows and Vines made all that possible beyond anything we had ever imagined at Early Mountain Vineyards. From our first phone call about their services, to our planning meeting at the wholesale florist warehouse where we picked out what type of flowers my daughter would like - Terri and Julie were remarkable! They offered great suggestions and we knew the day would be special. What we did not expect is how beautiful, perfect and spectacular the actual day would be. I can’t describe in words the overwhelming emotion we all had that day with the beauty that Vows and Vines delivered. From the bouquets to the center pieces, the flowers and lanterns in front of the fireplaces, all of the greenery that was hung, they just completely nailed it!! Terri, Julie and their team worked so hard the day of the wedding, and it was everything we could dream of! Every single person at our wedding were amazed with transformation of the wedding hall. They added clever touches here and there that we hadn’t even thought to incorporate, leaving us with a wedding that was really special. If you need a top-notch florist and day-of planner, Vows and Vines is the best choice. Thank you Terri and Julie for the magical day you created for Kristen and Jonathan! -

Vows & Vines
Working with Terri and Julie made the wedding planning experience easy and stress free. Our wedding was delayed a year due to COVID and they were extremely flexible and responsive during the delay. Having a month of/day of coordinator helped us enjoy the day because we didn't have to stress or worry about the little details. We got to enjoy the day with our family and friends. Terri also helped keep us on schedule with our timeline, which was critical. They also did our florals, which shifted a bit when our date changed. I gave Terri a few inspiration photos for colors and she did an INCREDIBLE job with the arrangements, bouquet, and table décor. She incorporated the most beautiful textures and colors. I was blown away by the flowers! The celebration was everything we wanted and more and Vows & Vines was a huge part in making that happen. -

You won’t be disappointed
We hired Terri and Julie as the day of wedding coordinators. Julie attended the meeting with our venue and offered so many tips. They coordinated with all of our other vendors and sent out the timeline. The day of the wedding we were relaxed as Terri and Julie we’re running the show. We had an amazing time and we owe it all to Julie and Terri.

I am truly impressed and amazing by Terri and Julie at Vows and Vines. We got a really warm and welcoming sense from both Terri and Julie when we first met for planning, and for the florals, and they were truly awesome when it came right down to making sure everything went smoothly for our wedding. There were a lot of little elements and details that were executed perfectly, and they worked seemlessly with our other vendors - caterer, music, photos, venue, desserts - to make sure we had a truly amazing event!
The planning/coordinator services were incredibly professional and on point. Although it may seem like we had our hands in some things 😊 or had some questions, etc. – we were never in doubt that the event was being run smoothly and our vision was being executed. In fact, we were very very impressed with your seamless rhythm, flow, and organization that allowed for the night to be perfect, and all the “imperfections” that are inherent in everything and everyone seem invisible.
The florals … just incredible! Amazing what you did with what we tried to describe, and your creative vision and execution … could not have been any better. So many people have asked who did the florals, as they were beyond what most have seen before. And beyond what we even imagined. You really captured the image and vision we were looking for!
The services you provided just blew us away!! Vows and Wines handled everything from the pre-ceremony reception coordination all the way through and into every detailed aspect of the night (seating of people, getting us in our places when and where we needed to be, working with the caterer during dinner, keeping us on schedule but flexible when we went off script, making sure we had our special champagne flutes for the toast, etc. etc..) You worked very hard that night!! Thank you! -

There's no other way to say it: sisters Julie and Terri truly are the dream team. As a coordinator, Julie was kind, detail-oriented, and kept us thinking creatively (and practically) about our wedding celebration. She was always willing to chat or meet up to share ideas. She took so much of the planning and execution burden off of us so that we could genuinely relax and enjoy our wedding weekend. We always knew we were in competent and caring hands. Terri, our florist, made putting together our wedding flowers WAY more fun than I had thought it would be! She took the time to get to know our preferences and personalities, which helped her to design unique bouquets and floral arrangements that made us say "WOW". If you are looking for someone to create specialty items like female boutonnieres, Terri is your girl. Julie and Terri worked closely together and made everything look easy. Thank you, ladies! -

Julie was the perfect day of coordinator for my May 2019 wedding at the Barns at Hamilton Station. She made sure that the evening ran smoothly and on schedule, all the while making sure I had everything I needed all night. Vows & Vines also did my wedding flowers, which were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend working with Vows & Vines! -

My favorite vendor and here’s why...
We absolutely LOVED working with Terri and Julie for florals and coordination. Julie was super responsive right off the bat which was important to me since so many coordinators I contacted never responded. I spoke with her about our needs and my lack of vision and she was so helpful and open to giving advice even just as day of coordinator. Terri is AMAZING with the florals. I had no vision and a smallish budget and what she did was amazing. We met at a floral wholesaler and put together colors and flowers I liked until it was the perfect combo. (That takes a lot of patience!) they were so kind, organized, thoughtful and on top of things leading up to the wedding that I had absolutely no worries on the wedding day. I had a great team overall but Julie and Terri were by far my favorite people to work with. Thank you both SO much! -

From start to finish, Terri and Julie were super responsive to my million questions, changing my mind 20 times, and specific requests. They made everything so easy! I had so much fun going to the warehouse a month before the wedding to hand-pick everything I wanted, too. On the day of the wedding, I was BLOWN AWAY with how beautiful everything was and how perfectly they executed my vision. I adored my bouquet and the bridesmaid's bouquets. I could not be happier with our choice! Highly recommend! -
