Anazing amazing anazing!

Vizcaya Villa was the venue of our dreams and really made our enchanted garden themed wedding come to LIFE! Never had to worry about communication back and forth with them as they were on it and always got back to us as soon as possible! They are the definition of flexible with the amount of scheduled tours we had to make sure our vision came to life! Any questions, conserns, or adjustments we needed THEY WERE SPOT ON! They truly value you and your day and make sure it goes perfectly the way you envision! The venue is beautiful and perfected for Enchanted garden/forest if that is your theme as it was mine! Even saw deer out there that really made it feel enchanting! I recommend Vizcaya to anyone as they provide impeccable service to make sure your day is nothing but special!

Very beautiful place

The place is beautiful! The scenery is so beautiful, there’s an abundance of bushes and greenery all over the place to have your ceremony. And the reception room is beautiful and partially, almost fully decorated. The bridal suite is phenomenally huge, it is very spacious. So much room you can spread your veil across the room as if there’s a 1,000 of them, and plenty of room for bridesmaids hangout. The grooms room is even better, the had a bar. Best venue

I can’t say enough about this venue. Hidden away in Fayetteville, this gem offered a ballroom and beautiful grounds for pictures. I couldn’t have picked a better place to have my special day. Gianni and Justin was so accommodating I couldn’t have asked for better people to be involved in my wedding. I literally can’t believe we only paid $4000 for this place it would doubled that amount.

Beautiful venue

Justin and Gianni were very responsive to our many questions. This venue was absolutely beautiful and they accommodated all of our needs. There’s no other venue I would’ve chosen over Vizcaya. Our day was pretty near perfect.

An Enchanted Dream Come True

VV because it far exceeded our expectations, though we were in love overall there were so many other features that took our breath away: the groom suite, lounge, winding driveway, inclement weather plan, roof top, the entire ground was captivating. An enchanted forest breathing and seeing all of God's creation, from the grass, the water, flowers, the birds chirping to all his humans who came to witness our union.

Beautiful and Perfect

Vizcaya Villa was the perfect venue for our small outdoor wedding. The fall leaves was perfectly captured in the surrounding nature and the venue beautiful. The Villa was helpful from the beginning in accommodating our needs and answering all questions. We definitely recommend Vizcaya Villa for all types of events! A hidden gem in Fayetteville!

Simply amazing!

This venue is a hidden gem in Fayetteville, NC! The grounds are GORGEOUS with all of the beautiful greenery and ceremony location options. Very well kept. They even have a lovely covered pavilion option. The ballroom is beautiful and classy as well as the bridal suite and grooms room. I can't say enough about this place! The staff is AMAZING! They are very professional, prompt, helpful and kind! We highly recommend them for a wedding venue! Simply amazing from start to finish, down to every detail!

Better than my Wedding Dreams

My experience with Vizcaya Villa was better than I could have ever imagined. The venue itself is so incredibly beautiful! From the moment I drove through the gate, I knew this was the perfect venue for our wedding. It was like stepping into another world. Greenery was important to me for our wedding, and there was plenty of it everywhere! It is easy to see that the venue is very well cared for; the entire property was clean and well kept. Having the reception on the property was a huge plus, and the back up covered pavilion is so beautiful that the weather was the last thing on my mind. Wedding planning was a breeze for me, because the venue included just about everything I needed; I just had to say what I liked! The team at Vizcaya Villa is wonderful and they all work so well together, our wedding and reception flowed smoothly without a hitch!

Gianni, the wedding coordinator, is truly heaven sent. I cannot say enough amazing things about her! She always emailed me back quickly, she is always so kind and never made me feel like a crazy soon to be bride no matter how many times I changed my mind or the amount of questions I asked :) Gianni is organized, professional, and level headed. From the first meeting, I knew I could trust her to make our wedding amazing! If anything went wrong during the wedding, I had no idea about it and would have never been able to tell. She was attentive to what we wanted our wedding to look like and made it even better than I had imagined. Gianni was present during the ceremony, ensuring the timing was going well. We even had some late attendants that she was able to keep back so they wouldn't be awkwardly walking down the aisle to their seats with the bridal party! During the reception, Gianni was so attentive and thoughtful. By the time my new husband and I had sat down, she was right there with our plates of food - she even grabbed seconds for us! I had always heard stories of newly weds not having enough time to eat during the reception, so we were both so thankful that she managed to get us our plates while everyone else was waiting in line so we could eat. None of her efforts, even the ones unseen have gone unnoticed or unappreciated by us. Our wedding would not have been as amazing and perfect as it was without her, the gorgeous venue, and the rest of the team. I would choose this venue over and over again!

The Vizcaya Villa Venue (6 April 2019)

We just held my daughter’s wedding at this venue on 6 April 2019; the entire experience was amazing! Gianni coordinated the entire event in less than 90 days (start to finish). The entire property (grounds, buildings, reception hall, dressing suites) are simply stunning. The food was delicious. The cupcakes were so large, they are more like mini cakes! They were so moist and yummy. We chose to not serve alcohol, and provided all of our own drinks which were still served by a bartender. The DJs rocked the party all night long! The DJs were so great that we didn’t even need alcohol to have a super fun time. The day was one of the BEST days of my life. So, if you live in or around the Fayetteville, NC area...this is your place to hold a beautiful event. I am the mother of the bride & retired from the military....my standards are very high, and the Vizcaya Villa staff did not disappoint. They are all amazing!! Thanks Gianni!!!!

A Fairytale!

My husband and I just had our wedding at Vizcaya Villa in March 29th, 2019 and the only way I can think to describe it is magical! The venue was beyond perfect and the people we worked with throughout our entire planning process were amazing!!

Best choice ever!

Having our wedding at Vizcaya Villa was the best decision we could have made. Simply put, the venue is beautiful, the process is organized making it stress free, and Gianni is there every step of the way! We have no complaints. My experience was great with this vendor. Everything was truly lovely. The only thing I would have changed would be being able to get a refund for guest that did not show up. Other than that slight change, I would highly recommend this wedding venu to future prospects.

I love love love love this venue! I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone. Gianni was such an amazing person to work with, it’s rare to find someone whom you mesh with so well when you’re under pressure. She is a literally a lifesaver and made sure my day went perfect even with all the issues going on outside of the venue. This venue is such a hidden gem and I am so glad I decided to go with this venue!

I can’t say enough good things about Vizcaya Villa!! The all inclusive set up is genius and it took away all of the stress of having to do everything myself. The bridal binder is SO easy to follow, and you get reminder emails and calls anytime something major is happening. The day of, all of the staff was so helpful and you could definitely tell that they were pro’s at their job! Gianni is also a great person to work with. She is so organized and level headed with every little detail that goes into your day. I would recommend Vizcaya Villa to anyone!

From our first meeting to the send off on the day of our wedding, Gianni and her team definitely made the wedding planning process stress free. Whenever we needed something or had a question, she was responsive and quick. She even met with us on a holiday to accommodate our schedule. Gianni was always professional. We received so many compliments on our wedding. Our table decor, DJ music, lighting, food and especially the cupcake tower was just what we had selected and it was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner and venue. I would highly recommend Vizcaya Villa to anyone in need of a wedding venue.

I am so ecstatic that we chose Vizcaya Villa as our wedding ceremony & reception venue. The staff is top notch, professional, accommodating, helpful, and just overall amazing. First of all, I have been dreaming of getting married at this place since they began the business! Gianni was the person who was in charge of helping us with the wedding and she was absolutely wonderful! We planned a year out which gave us enough time to plan every little detail that I ever wanted for my wedding. Gianni was always quick to respond to our messages and always had an answer to our questions! She is so friendly and really helps with the wedding process! Vizcaya offers a plan b option for when the weather goes bad which is another reason why I wanted this place. On the day of my wedding we actually had to go with the lakeside pavilion option because it was raining pretty badly. Gianni and the grounds team were quick to get all the chairs moved from the outside area to the under shelter area and it was just as perfect as it could be! We still had the option to take our wedding portraits outside after the ceremony (which we did and the pictures are amazing!) I honestly did not have to worry about anything because Gianni and the whole team there were able to take care of it all! The food was delicious and so was the cupcakes. We had the French toast cupcakes and cookies and cream. We also had some leftovers to take back to the hotel with us after the wedding. Everyone had an amazing time and it couldn't have been more perfect.

Vizcaya is the most beautiful venue. Everything leading up to the wedding was so delicately planned and thought out. I had no worries about planning. Of course there were hiccups the day of the wedding but Gianni tackled every problem for me! Ladies! If you have a long veil and are walking over the bridges make sure your veil lays on top of your dress or else it will get stuck to the wood and fall off like mine did! I definitely would recommend Vizcaya to anyone interested in having a classy, stress free, and adorable wedding.

I was married at VV last April 2016 and I truly believe it was the best day ever. The staff always went above and beyond to make our dreams a reality. I believe that there will always be things we wish we would have would have changed but the fact of the matter was that our wedding day was perfect on the whole and I relieve it all the time in my mind. :)
The venue looked incredible on our wedding day. The indoor/outdoor decorations, table settings, gift/cake tables, signage, bridal/groom suites, etc. were nothing short of what we had hoped after working with Justin, Jessica and Amanda. We were married in April on a Friday evening and as luck would have it, it rained...hard, sideways rain that makes it hard to find a safe place to stand. The sudden downpour coincided with our first look which made it interesting but still achievable. One of the reasons that we chose VV was there was an option to have the ceremony under the pavilion in the event of rain. The staff had all the chairs and sound equipment set up under their gazebo structure and waited until the last possible minute for us to make the call about the ceremony. An hour before our guests were to arrive, the entire staff was running in the rain to move the chairs, dry them off and get the new location set up. We also chose the venue because of the gazebo structure, I dreamed of having wedding photos done under it with the drapery, chandelier and ivy and that is one of my biggest regrets, the rain made it impossible to even go out later to try and get those photos. The rain also hindered our photos after the ceremony because our guests were in the only available space for us to them. We wish VV had opened the ballroom early to give our guests an alternate place to go while we took our photos. Once in the ballroom though, everything was great. The DJ's were phenomenal, as well as the bartenders and staff. It was an amazing night.

The staff at Vizcaya is so accommodating and flexible! Every detail I wanted to add to my decor, menu, etc. they made it work in order to make my vision come to life. They were so attentive throughout the entire process and answered all questions willingly. They even made suggestions that I had not thought of myself. The experience overall was amazing and truly one of a kind.

My only suggestion to future couples is related to the DJ services. I would strongly suggest meeting with the DJ in person before hand and asking for some sample work, or using an outside DJ familiar with the couple.

From the very beginning I knew this was the venue for us. Amanda worked with us day and night to make sure that we got what we wanted. I would email her sometimes 3 times a day and I always got a response back. When I didn't know what I wanted for flowers Amanda pieced together the perfect bouquet for me based on elements I liked in different bouquets. Being 3.5 hours away made meeting difficult but Amanda and the team worked hard to make sure that we were able to make all of our decisions through a phone meeting or an in person meeting that best fit my schedule. My family is large and my mother had specific requests about the wedding that they completely met. Day of everything was perfect!!! As we were getting ready there were snacks and drinks for us in the bridal sweet as well in the grooms room. The music was perfect and could be heard by everyone. Since both my officiant and husband were miked (provided by Vizcaya) I knew that everyone could hear me.

Honestly planning a wedding with these guys was so easy. Since it is an all inclusive venue I only had to make decisions about what I wanted, not specific vendors. And all vendors included did a fantastic job! The florist gave us some incredible bouquets and centerpieces, the DJ had everyone dancing the entire night, and the food was awesome (especially the cupcakes and cheesecake).

If you are considering a venue in Fayetteville, you would be crazy not to check out this place.

We cannot say enough good things about Vizcaya Villa and their staff! Of all the days for winter weather to hit Fayetteville, our wedding was it. With a lot of faith, prayers, and dedication, the weather held off and the Vizcaya staff helped make our day more amazing than even our wildest dreams could have imagined! We were truly able to celebrate our big day with our family and friends and not have to worry about all of the details and work it takes to have a wedding. We are so very thankful for each and every person who was there to make sure our day went off without a hitch!

I had my daughter's wedding at Vizcaya Villa on Oct. 15, 2016 and I cannot tell you how wonderful the staff is and how beautiful this venue is.
From start to finish the whole experience was wonderful! They will go the extra mile to make sure everything is PERFECT for your wedding day. I do Event Planning on the side and very organized so I had high expectations and they did not fail me on any aspect. Kuddo's to the Vizcaya Villa Team especially Amanda who is the sweetest person you will ever meet.
I highly recommend this Wedding Venue for a beautiful day you will never forget. My daughter was very happy!

This has been by far the best wedding reception I have been too. They do everything for you!!!the price is great and the people are wonderful. You will be satisfied if you had a wedding or even some sort of party here! This people will work with you and the less stressed you will be. You just show up, get dressed have your ceremony and reception and you are good to go! Everyone worries about the dj, not in the case. We gave him a list of music and he played exactly what was on the sheet. They have a good tasting, which is awesome by the way so you know what you will be eating before your big day! All my guests were satisfied with the food and the cake! I enjoyed the cake, which is going to be something that you will always remember. The price is do-able and it works when you are as busy as my husband and myself. All of our guest were from out of town, and I can say that they were impressed at the venue. Your guests will be happy you chose this awesome venue. Amanda was my girl!!!!! If I could have her for all my children's events she would make my life easier!!! But they do respond fast through email they won't leave you hanging. I promise!!! I have no complaints about this venue and I would reccommend it to anyone that wants a night to remember. ??

Each and everyone of them are kind, and as helpful as they can be to everyone they come in contact with, including the vendors such as myself. I have recommended many of the couples I meet, who have not yet found a Venue to have their wedding, to contact Vizcaya Villa. It has everything any wedding couple couple possibly want from a Wedding Venue. They have a beautiful outdoors with a romantic lake to accent the scenery or if the weather is inclement, they can always accommodate by moving the wedding into their beautiful inside. Not even lying when I say Vizcaya Villa is really what made our wedding happen! I'd originally thought I wanted a venue where I could get my DIY party on, but in the end that all inclusive package VV offers is just 100% worth it! You are literally given the opportunity to show up to your wedding and not worry about a single detail - it's all taken care of. Even day-of mini disasters like bustle snaps not working or running late to show up in the first place don't even matter because they take care of it all. From snacks for the bridal party when you arrive to full service catering, the decorations and floral, to their DJ they're partnered with, I would 10 out of 10 recommend Vizcaya to other people. Couldn't have asked for anything more, they're the best!

Everything went so smoothly from the beginning, with signing our contract to making big decisions.

They were amazing. My husband and I got married on a Friday in April and the plants and landscape were absolutely beautiful and well kept. Our pictures outside look amazing, even from our guests' smart phones. The indoor lighting and decor that we were able to pick/rent was gorgeous and very us. We absolutely loved how they were so willing to help us and answer our questions, especially the week before the wedding. I never felt like I was bothering them, especially when I has so many little questions. Also, they use this awesome website for you to make the seating chart and that helped me out tremendously. If you want an outdoor/indoor wedding and want the best of both worlds, then you need to book them. Right now.

The moment I stepped out of the car in the parking lot, I knew I liked this place. But when I met the staff and toured the venue I was head over heels in love! It doesn't even compare to anything else that I have looked at. There is absolutely nothing I didn't like about Vizcaya. The time and effort that the Vizcaya Villa team put into making this place a wonderful wedding/reception venue, really shows! Everything from the bridal suite and groom room, to the stones in the grass for the bridal party to know exactly where to stand during the ceremony, to the color of your choice up lighting in the ballroom! I could go on and on about how great this place is. When I was doing the tour, this feeling came over me where I wanted to cry. Tears of happiness of course! I can't wait to have my wedding here next August. I'm going to have a magical day and some beautiful pictures!

The best place to have an event in Fayetteville. I'm truly thankful for all the help that I received. The scenery is absolutely beautiful. We feel in love with this place the first visit. The only thing is I feel that if we pay for that day then we should be able to come in at any time of the day. But it is a great place and we will always remember our wedding.

I am in the process of planning a wedding for 9/12/15. I fell in love with this place at first sight. I really like that they had a grooms room and the guys have their own rooom and do not have to change in the bathroom. What won me over was the bridal suite and where the ceremony will take place. the scenery is amazing. Also the Staff is always so nice and answers all the questions i have, no matter how many times i have called! Also they are very flexible and willing to work with you. They also try to make it as easy as possible for the bride so that it is one less thing to stressed about.

Our October 12, 2014 wedding at Vizcaya Villa was absolutely gorgeous and perfect! From the first tour, I was in love with the venue. Pictures do not do it full justice. The staff are extremely helpful, professional, warm, kind, and attentive. Jessica always accommodated my OCD questions with a smile and informative answers and always greeted me with a hug. You truly feel like you have friends there helping to implement your wedding vision. It is also a great one-stop-shop. The set-up, decorations, ceremony director, bar, linens, welcome drink station, and back-up rain plan all make the life of someone planning a wedding much easier. The venue and add-ons are all extremely affordable (and I know, I shopped around before finding Vizcaya). An added bonus...when you book with Vizcaya Villa, you receive an awesome tote with amazing recommended vendors (i.e. caterers, makeup artists, and photographers). I have had so many compliments on our wedding and have already been recommending the venue to others. I fully recommend Vizcaya Villa to any couple wanting a beautiful, organized, and affordable wedding or event!

I loved my wedding at Vizcaya Villa! The staff are always so professional and thoughtful. We LOVED working with Villa Vizcaya in Fayetteville, NC. They were helpful, positive, and enthusiastic, (and the cost was extremely reasonable) every step of the way! There are no words to describe how beautiful this venue is. It is picturesque and there are so many places on the property to take photos. You can take them outside on the bridge, by the lake, by the gazebo, and on the stairs. Inside the venue, you can take pictures in their amazing cocktail lounge, ballroom, bridal suite and groom's rooms. No other venue in town has these options as beautifully set up as Vizcaya's.

We booked Vizcaya Villa for our wedding reception and we made the right choice! This is the nicest venue in town and it is absolutely beautiful! The property is well maintained and the staff takes pride in their work. Before we even signed the contract, the staff kept in contact with us and did not mind having face to face meetings with us so that we could make plans about how to decorate the property. Closer to the time of our wedding, The VV team was there to make plans with us to solidify everything. They are such a fantastic team! They were even accommodating when our vendors needed to meet with her to find out where to set up.

The day of our wedding, we had no one to put the linens on our tables, or decorate them, but the VV Team helped us out and was able to assemble a team to help take care of this. They were even ready with decorations since I had left some of my decorations at home. Throughout our entire reception, the team and their staff were working hard to make sure that everything was in place.

It rained on our wedding day, so we did not have the opportunity to take pictures outside. However, they were nice enough to let us come in on a day that they did not have clients and let us take some pictures on the property. No other venue in town will do this.

If you are debating whether or not to book this property, DO NOT HESITATE!!! Their options are truly affordable. Your guests will be talking about your event for months to come and your wedding, reception, party or event will be absolutely beautiful!

Book them immediately if you can!!

My son and daughter-in-law asked me to plan their wedding in Fayetteville with three weeks notice. I live in California, so I used the internet to research locations. The couple wanted to marry outdoors near a water feature. Vizcaya Villa was the perfect venue for them. The venue feels secluded even though it is in town. The lake is impressive and there are ducks and geese in it. At the end of the ceremony, a flock of geese took off from the lake, providing a very dramatic natural celebration of the union. The outdoor area is perfect for a wedding with a structure that is elegant when fabric and a chandelier are added. The grounds are well-maintained and lovely. The building provides areas for the bridal party to get ready: women have a Hollywood-like room and men have a man-cave like bar area. The couple and their friends really enjoyed preparing together and helping each other. There are separate areas for an indoor/outdoor reception and dinner. The staff was particularly helpful. Brianna provided me with a list of caterers, DJs, and bakers. The couple wanted a Moroccan themed reception and dinner. Justin let us choose the colors for our linens and the colors worked well to create the look we wanted. He also suggested having Sherefe do the catering and we were very happy with that choice. On the day of the wedding, Brianna and staff were very helpful and we all felt like Vizcaya was ours to fully enjoy. They met every request. Although a Polar Vortex hit Fayetteville hard the week before the wedding, on the day of the event, we had glorious sunshine and a wedding to rival any Hollywood affair.

A MUST VISIT!! LOVE- Jessica, Justin, and Brianna!!! And of course the Villa! This was the first stop that my fiancé ( now husband!) and I both smiled and glowed the whole appointment. We even lost a deposit at another venue to have our wedding here! ( That should show the impact the Villa made on us!) The flexibility of the ceremony location on the property was very stress free! If there is rain or bad weather before the ceremony- it's not a problem! The staff is ready for any hiccups that may come along and are ready to take action! The Bridal Suite will make any girl feel like a Princess with her bridesmaids; the Groom's Room is an upscale "man cave" for any man to relax with his guys before the main event! I cannot brag enough about the staff and how awesome they were. Not only are they amazing to work with, but they go the extra mile to make your special day relaxing and tie up lose ends- all with a smile on their face and eager to please! We love you guys!!

My wife and I had our wedding at Vizcaya Villa back in March, and we are so thankful we decided to go with them! The outdoor wedding location is beautiful and secluded, and the staff there are very friendly and helpful! We were very please with the elegance of the ballroom that we used as our reception room, too. We enjoyed the professional service that we received from the owners Jessica and her husband Justin, and were pleased with their willingness to accommodate and offer advice when asked for . I recommend this location to any couple looking for a great experience on their wedding day...that's what we got at Vizcaya Villa!

I had my early Spring wedding at Vizcaya Villa, and I am soooo thankful we decided to go with this venue! I would totally recommend Vizcaya Villa to any bride who is looking for a beautiful indoor/outdoor location, friendly and professional service, elegant atmosphere, and peace of mind on their wedding day! :) The people there are so helpful and professional, and Jessica was always available to answer my many questions. She went out of her way several times in the planning process to make herself available and accommodate me and my party any time we needed to view the grounds, arrange and rearrange tables and chairs, help us visualize the layout of the reception, and provide professional feedback about great décor. and set up ideas! I had a GREAT experience through the whole wedding planning process, and I was able to relax the day of my wedding and enjoy the beauty of the location and the overall experience because of the professional and timely help that was offered to me by the staff of Vizcaya Villa :)

This venue is absolutely gorgeous!! The staff is wonderful and was always helpful with whatever we needed. Me and my mother fell in love with this venue as soon as we drove up. It makes you feel like your on your own private island! Our day was truly amazing and would recommend this place to everyone for any occasion.

I fell in love with the Vizcaya Villa at first sight! The guests of my wedding can't stop talking about how beautiful the grounds were! The staff was so kind and professional. There attention to detail made us feel as if we were their olny couple. The venue also hosts other events/"expereince" nights where a potential bride/client can come and experience all the Vizcaya Villa has to offer. I would highly recommend Fayetteville and surrounding area brides to book their wedding here. The memories we created here are timeless and will forever hold a special place in our hearts and for that we offer many thanks to the staff of the Vizcaya Villa.

Let me first say that I fell in love with the idea of Vizcaya Villa when my fiancé and I viewed the property during the demolition stage! But having some imagination and hearing the plans that they had in mind, we took a leap of faith and booked.
The VV Event nights we attended were beautiful! What a wonderful idea to showcase how versatile the venue is. If you haven't been to one, what are you waiting for?
Our BIG day finally came, and it was raining all that morning. Of course, there is always the big beautiful back up plan tent, still with a backdrop of the lake. But I was still praying for the rain to stop because that pergola is gorgeous! And JUST in time, the rain stopped. Everything was so lush, green and gorgeous! I cried like a baby the entire time. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. Having the ceremony site and the reception within walking distance of each other is a huge plus for me. To the future brides with out of town family, Vizcaya is an absolute GEM especially for this reason. Out of towners can't get lost between the ceremony and reception!
The Vizcaya staff is wonderful! Extremely accommodating, helpful, friendly and flexible. They were always there for me with any concern or question I had and always super sweet.
The reception room is beautiful without any decor added. I had a "bring the outdoors in", rustic-y feel decor here and it was wonderful!
The bride, groom, and cocktail rooms are tastefully designed and decorated as well. Great for those getting-ready pictures before the ceremony.
To wrap up this review that I could keep going on and on about, I will say that I loved everything about Vizcaya Villa and its staff. If I could relive that day, I wouldn't have changed a thing!

To say the least I was a pretty particular bride. I already had everything planned out in my head of how I wanted things to be. By chance a friend attended a wedding at Vizcaya and told us about it. When we went to see it I knew right away it was the place for MY wedding. It had everything all in one a place outside for the ceremony, the indoor ballroom and even a tent in case of inclimate weather. Everything I wanted and more! On the day of we chose to have them decorate the ceremony site which was a big relief and helped me be able to relax, and it was absolutely gorgeous! Everything is reasonably priced and they offer a variety of services. The staff is very helpful especially on the day of!! My guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful everything was. My day was truly a fairytale!! Thank you Vizcaya for making all our dreams come true!

Wow where do I begin. Gianni was THE BOMB!! She made everything easy and gorgeous. She was very quick to get back to you if you had a question about anything. She thought of every little detail. It rained the day of the wedding. She called me first thing that morning to see if we wanted to still do it outside or under the shelter. We chose under the shelter and it was still just as beautiful. Gianni and her team were awesome. Oh and the food was out of this world. Been to many, many weddings, but got to say, that was the best food I have ever had at a wedding, by far. We were really concerned about that because we didn't get to do a tasting. Gianni assured us it would be great and she was so right. As the Mother of the Bride, it was wonderful to have someone like Gianni to put everything together and let her worry about the details. It was also wonderful to be able to sit back and enjoy everything without worrying about the details and worry about cleaning up afterwards. Would highly recommend this villa. Everyone was talking about it. How professional the staff was, how beautiful everything was, how delicious the appetizers and food was. It was all first class. Thank you so very much to Gianni and her staff!!!

We booked with Vizcaya before you had to use the all inclusive package. They worked well with all of our vendors and our wedding day was great!

This was a over the best place buy far. My wedding was amazing do to the awesome staff and the detail wedding packages . However getting the date u want for services might be hard in less u plan in advance. Because this places is jumping with business, but it is worth it.

I feel that you should charge people right off the full price for 132 there for they aren't suprised with that extra total. Also I feel that the bride should be able to come at whatever time she wants to come to the venue to start getting ready. Y'all have that big beautiful room and don't even let them come till 1hr and half and to me that's ridiculous. I was comepletly stressed when I got there because of time. But overall it was amazing and absoultely perfect. They treat you amazingly.

Vizcaya Villa is a wonderful and beautiful venue. The staff are always very pleasant to work with and are constantly trying to accommodate their clients in any way possible. I recommend them for the one stop shop convenience. Everything is in one place and available to you without having a cookie cutter effect. Its the perfect place to be stress free and still input your own personal touches to make your day special.

I loved having my wedding here! They are amazing and it is a beautiful venue. However, as a bride, I feel like I didn't get equal treatment as other brides. It sounds silly but I never got a bride bag and our wedding wasn't recognized on their Facebook page which makes a bride feel like their wedding wasn't worth sharing after all the hard work, sweat and tears! :) Overall though, I am so glad I chose Vizcaya and will recommend it to anyone I know!!! It was so beautiful!!

Vizcaya Villa is a beautiful venue. In my search I visited lots of venues up to 1 hr and more from this venue and couldn't make a decision. When I saw the place in person it immediately won me over. It had options for ceremony and even a rain backup plan that was beautiful! All of the staff were so nice and helpful. Any questions and or concerns I had were answered in a timely manner. At the point of my booking they gave you full descrision in use of outside vendors with only specifics for the caterer which I loved. This gave me more options to personalize my wedding as I desired. I made several trips for planning in regards to decor and they were kind, understanding and helpful each time greeting me with a nice smile and hug. You can tell they love what they do. My only con would be the limited options and times available for wedding rehearsal. I felt my rehearsal was very rushed and alot of import details were not covered leaving wedding party somewhat in limbo. People were sent out too fast on top of each other at rehearsal to speed up the process which in turned carried out somewhat the same in the actual wedding ceremony. Also with the inability to be more flexible with rehearsal time out of town wedding members had a hard time making early morning rehearsal and valueable details were not reviewed day of so it left some confusion. It rained on my wedding day so I didn't get to have my lakeside wedding ceremony but instead used the covered Pavillion area. I was so excited the rain stopped just in time for great pictures though!!. All in all, I would highly recommend Vizcaya Villa for anyone who wants a beautiful outside/indoor everything in one rolled into one style wedding. IT is definitely a Beauty!!

I absolutely fell in love with this place at my first visit. I almost felt like I was walking around in my own fairytale, thats just how gorgeous this place is. Then on my wedding day everything was so beautiful. I was afraid of rain but luckily by the time my wedding started the sun was out and the venue was absolutely breath-taking.

Beautiful venue, but all inclusive needs to include flowers and a photographer familiar with the grounds. Very disappointed in the lack of preparedness for an emergency. We needed a wheelchair and none was found. Also, the venue needs to be more easily accessible to the handicap or grandparents that can't walk that long ways to the ceremony site. Food was great and plenty. I wasn't thrilled with the fact that they started collecting glasses of water and lemonade at 930pm while people were still DANCING. The water dispenser was never refilled and staff were more concerned with cleaning up dishes at 9-930 than attending to the bridal party and guests. We were also disappointed in the lack of coordination. Nobody knew where to hold guests before the ceremony. We also couldn't see the groom during the ceremony because of the large pillar and drape blocking everyone's view of the bride and groom. Same goes for the brides side of the ceremony. This venue needs to revamp and ask for advice from another wonderful venue, like Bella Collina in stokesdale, nc.

Vizcaya Villa is hands down one the most beautiful venue we found while searching for the right place for our big day. The work they have done to create the perfect atmosphere is phenomenal and they just keep making it better and better. On the day of Brianna was outstanding, she is so kind, considerate, and helpful. I also heard she makes for a great bar-keep. Everyone had nothing but good things to say about here. All other staff I had interactions with that day were also friendly and always had on a smiling face! VV offers so many great services that will make planning a breeze. Their client-vendor communications is also great, they are willing to do whatever it takes to ensure your big day goes from beginning to end flawlessly. A must visit for any event you plan on having!
