10/10 Incredible, Amazing
Vivid Details, Anna, was so much more than I ever expected. I wasn't the girl who planned her wedding as a child, so going into the wedding planning stage was daunting to say the least. Anna made sure I was comfortable and never overwhelmed. She knew what she talking about and always had options for me to look at. I knew we were going to need a planner with a backbone, who wasn't afraid of confrontation and getting in the weeds. Anna was the perfect person for the job. She was respectful at all times but also knew when pushback was needed on either my/my mothers ideas or with a vendor to make sure my wedding was perfect. Anna went above and beyond to help my wedding be the best day of my life. She worked overtime and was always willing to meet us randomly throughout the week to talk about the small things. On my wedding day, she was perfect at making sure everyone was where they needed to be on time. She made the experience feel extremely personal, like I was the only client she was working with. She even got her husband to get me a redbull during my reception because I told her I was getting tired! I truly believe my wedding wouldn't have been perfect with anyone else. If you're looking for a wedding planner, or even a day of coordinator, I highly recommend Vivid Details. -

You need Anna for all of the details!
Anna is a professional in every sense of the word and worth every penny! I needed some help planning a rehearsal dinner that was out of town and Anna was a lifesaver. The dinner was at a private residence and she worked with the homeowners with professionalism and respect. She was so helpful and took care of everything, even things that I had not thought of. Leading up to the event she worked behind the scenes and did not overlook even the smallest detail. The day of, she arrived early to work with the vendors, oversaw the set up, and made sure the evening ran smoothly for me and the guests. She helped me give my son and daughter-in-law the perfect evening leading up to their wedding day. I can't say thank you enough! -

Anna with Vivid Details helped us so much with planning my wedding. Not only was she super helpful with nailing down final details, chasing down vendors, and giving us a detailed step-by-step guide on how to plan our perfect wedding, but she also did all of this with a smile and the best professional attitude. Thanks to all her hard work, I got to enjoy this season in my life more, and our wedding day was absolutely perfect. You need someone you can trust on your wedding day, so look no further than Anna. -

Perfect Day with Vivid Details!
After planning a wedding this past December for our daughter, people have asked if we would recommend hiring a wedding planner. My answer is absolutely, and I give them Anna’s contact information. Weddings are much more involved than
we realized, but Anna knows exactly how to handle all the intricate details that are involved in planning the perfect wedding. She helped us with everything to finding the perfect mountain venue during Covid
to providing a detailed wedding day itinerary. She was there every step of the
way for us. If anything went wrong the day of the wedding, we certainly didn’t know about it. She took care of everything. It was a magical day and a huge reason for that was Vivid Details. Thank you, Anna! -

You need Anna for all of the details!

When my husband and I first met Anna, I had a feeling she wasn't going to be "just" our wedding planner- and I was right. I'm so thankful to be able to call Anna a friend.
Through the planning process, she acted as planner, assistant, therapist, friend- all the things. She really listened to our visions and helped us seamlessly blend our of style of traditional and nontraditional, all while quite literally building a venue from the ground up for our "backyard" wedding on family property.
My number one selling point for Anna is communication. She responded to every single text, call, facetime, rant or question I had within a timely manner and ALWAYS found a solution for the impossible. Wedding vendors are unbelievably busy right now and she somehow still found a way to make us and our wedding feel as if we were the top priority. 100/10! -

My husband and I truly cannot say enough good things about Anna at Vivid Details. Throughout our planning process, she made us feel completely at ease and I can honestly say at no point did I feel stressed about things due to the expertise and amazing calm that Anna brings. She went above and beyond to make sure our spectacular day went smoothly. To the little details of asking my coffee order the morning of the wedding, to reviewing all of my vendor contracts in detail, it was clear that Anna was made for this business. One of the things that stood out to me was that by having Anna there with me on my wedding day, it truly felt as if I had another friend there with me. She is an organized, creative, and genuinely kind person and I would highly encourage people to reach out to her for your wedding planning needs. -

The best experience!
It was such an amazing experience working with Anna. Honestly I COULD NOT have done it without her. When we chose to have a wedding planner, I knew it had to be her, one, because I knew her from college and we are sorority sisters, and two, because I knew her work ethic and personality were perfect for the job. She truly listened to our wants and needs, she was honest with us about our expectations, explained things so well and kindly when I had no idea what we were talking about, she made my parents feel involved in the process, and she was so supportive not only in the planning, but emotionally when I needed it, too. She made it such a special day for us, and I felt that I never had to worry about anything because she had it all under control. She’s so personable, she takes control when needed, and she get things done! Overall the whole experience with her was 11/10, would recommend! -

Absolutely amazing!
Absolutely AMAZING! My wife and I always wanted the perfect wedding for our daughter, and Anna made that happen. Every single detail was attended to and every minute was planned and organized immaculately. Anna and her assistant made sure everyone in the wedding party had everything needed at all times. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing! The thought and care given by Vivid Details was evident everywhere you looked. We have received so many compliments from members of the wedding party, family, and guests alike telling us how beautiful, relaxed, and fun the whole day was.
As a parents, we wanted everything to be perfect for our only daughter’s special day. Thank you Vivid Details for being a HUGE part of making that dream come true! -

Anna was the best wedding planner we could have asked for! She helped us create a wedding vision that was uniquely ours, blending traditional and nontraditional. On the day itself, we were not only ahead of schedule, which allowed for my husband and I to actually breathe and enjoy ourselves, but we didn’t hear of any issues that may or may not have arisen. Several of my bridesmaids remarked that it was the chillest and smoothest wedding they had ever seen! We would 100% recommend Anna to anyone, especially people like us that aren’t really detail people that need a guiding hand to create your dream wedding! -

As a bride, I LOVED working with Anna from Vivid Details Events! My mom and I had heard time and time again that a rehearsal/day-of coordinator was a must, and we 100% agree! Anna took my winter-wedding vision and helped execute it into a reality! Her job wasn't to be my best friend on wedding day, but instead, to be my advocate. We had no worries knowing that Anna was working behind the scenes to make sure everything ran smoothly! She even gave each member of the bridal party a day-of timeline that we all LOVED. Never once did we question where we were supposed to be! I would definitely recommend Vivid Details Events to anyone wanting their wedding day to be flawless!
