Our destination wedding in Mexico turned out better than expected and we have all the most wonderful memories with our family and friends thanks to Roland's help and outstanding organization and attention to detail. We cannot say enough wonderful things about hiring Ro as our wedding planner! From the very beginning, she truly listened to our vision and was incredibly supportive of us wanting to avoid being overly traditional. Ro worked with us to create a day that felt uniquely ours, and her expertise ensured every detail was executed flawlessly.

One of the things we appreciated most was how she managed to keep us within our budget without compromising on the quality or beauty of the day. Thanks to her careful planning and attention to detail, we were able to relax and truly enjoy our wedding day, knowing everything would be taken care of.

What words can I say about Rolanda and Vision Into Reality Events??? Perfection, Intentional, Organized, Creative, Communicative, Warm, Realistic yet Gentle, and THE BEST IN THS GAME! She truly cares about her couples!

My husband, Nathan, and I loved the attention, communication, professionalism, and over all care that we received working both Ro Hardy at Vision To Reality Events. Our planning process was a joy. She was very focused on supporting our vision and at the same time encamping it with her expertise. Her vendors were exceptional and very professional throughout the process. Rolanda is an incredibly detail oriented, hardworking, communicative and attentive wedding planner. She will work closely with you to fulfill every element of your wedding vision within your budget! Being very detail oriented myself, it was so reassuring to have Rolanda at every step of the planning process. Best experience I could’ve hoped for

Like a lot of couples, my husband and I felt like fish out of water scrambling to find a planner with reasonable rates to help us. Once we decided we would be open to having a destination wedding, I remembered the amazing work Ro did planning for the wedding I was in the year prior and we reached out.

I’m beyond grateful that we went this route because from day one, Ro was so easy to hit it off with! She also was incredibly patient walking us through what to expect and reassuring us how we could take on planning together to make our dream a reality. Her communication was on point every step of the way and she always was a step ahead, making sure to ask all the right questions with our vendors. I believe the way she showed up for us set the standard for how every vendor we needed came through for us as well. We wound up having an amazing wedding in Puerto Rico and there’s just not enough words to capture how much we appreciate her services for making that happen!

Best Wedding Planner!

I first met Ro when I was at a wedding for one of my wife's best friends. Seeing her in action was enough for my wife and I to quickly reach out to her when it was our turn. Ro is an incredible professional who is on her p’s and q’s! Very easygoing and fun to work with also! Our vendors for our wedding were equally impressed by her professionalism. From day one, Ro made us feel like she was a friend that wanted us to have the most amazing wedding possible rather than a coordinator. I had the incredible opportunity to work with Rolanda from Vision Into Reality Events, and I can't praise her enough. She flawlessly planned and executed Jose and Dannette's wedding at the Richard Nixon Library, leaving everyone in awe.

Rolanda's meticulous attention to detail, seamless coordination, and unwavering dedication ensured that every moment of the event was executed flawlessly. From start to finish, she orchestrated a wedding that was a true celebration of love, style, and timeless elegance.

I was particularly impressed by her ability to create a stress-free environment, allowing the couple and their two little angels, Axel and Delilah, to truly enjoy their day. Rolanda's passion for her craft shone through, and her expertise added an extra layer of magic to an already enchanting day.

Destination to Love

Ro did a wonderful job on our destination wedding. We basically asked her to take the few things we cared about and build an entire wedding weekend. Without hesitation, she took the limited ideas we had and blew them up into a beautiful rendition of our love. She was always available to us, I was able to communicate openly and honestly with her. And she was right there every step of the way. Whether it was to take on the many tasks we didn’t want to handle or assist us in the things we did, our wedding weekend went off without a hitch and I’m so glad we hired her.

Best Wedding Decision

Hiring Ro as our Wedding Coordinator is the best decision we made in planning our wedding. Not only is she professional and knowledgeable in the industry but her fun and comforting personality is the perfect balance to make you feel reassured that you are in great hands. We were late to hire her, about 6 months before our wedding date. Since the get go she was helpful in vendor referrals and planning (technically outside the scope of our contracted services). She also attended our venue details meeting with us and asked questions we didn’t think to ask. In the months leading up to our big day we met (via phone) several times. Our accountability calls were critical in keeping this procrastinating bride and groom on track. In the weeks leading up to the wedding she became the point of contact for our vendors so we could focus on the items on our to do list. The day of, she took care of every detail for the venue and handled all hiccups that came up (which we weren’t even aware of until after the wedding). We truly felt we were able to enjoy our wedding, carefree, because we knew Ro would take care of anything that came up. Her amazing work was evident not only to us but also to our wedding party and guests. We received multiple compliments about Ro and the level of service she was providing throughout the day. If you want to fully focus on enjoying your wedding day, hire Ro! Not only for weddings, she will also help make any event a success! Thank you RO/new bestie!

Organized and Efficient Wedding Planner

My husband and I used Ro as our coordinator for our wedding in early June. As soon as I talked to Ro, I knew she would be a great fit and so easy to work with. She is organized, a strong communicator, and gets everything done. Ro is very confident and capable and helped us to feel calm going into our wedding. Even though we only used her for for coordination and not a full planning service, she was available to support us from the day we hired her! Our wedding day went off without a hitch and I'm sure it's because Ro was handling everything in the background!! I absolutely recommend hiring Vision into Reality Events!

Hiring Rolanda was the best decision we made through our entire wedding experience!

Working with Rolanda while planning our wedding was the absolute best decision! She was truly a life saver in so many aspects of the planning and coordinating process. Being a person who always feels like they need to be in control, I was able to relax the day of the wedding knowing that Rolanda had everything handled. From coordinating the vendors, to making sure they arrived on time, making sure everything was in the place it needed to be, and even staying on top of the wedding party- she had everything running so smoothly. I didn't have to stress over a single detail because I could trust that she had everything under control. I feel like she is responsible for me being able to just enjoy my day. She also made sure the groom and I had water and a drink at all times- which was SO helpful while being busy talking to guests! She also made sure we had food at the cocktail hour. She also ran back and forth to our room for us to get a change of shoes, put away things from the reception, and any other little errands we needed that day. There are so many little details that she made sure came together that ended up making our day absolutely perfect and stress free. I could not emphasize hiring her enough! She is truly an angel and the best at what she does!

When I searched for a wedding coordinator/planner it was so important that I worked with someone that I could trust and be on my team. Best investment!

Rolanda was literally the best investment for our wedding day. She paid for herself at least TWICE. My husband and I got engaged at the beginning of the pandemic when EVERYTHING was uncertain and she made sure that we signed on with vendors who would be fair if we needed to postpone... which we did. But let me tell you, this lady gave me the wedding of my DREAMS within my budget! She made things work, found my dream venue, got all my visions into the room and found the perfect vendors to fit our vibe. Literally vision into reality. My wedding was absolutely stress free from beginning to the end because of Ro. In our first meeting I told her "these are my ideas, I just want to show up" and Ro took that and executed, but also made sure we had input on decisions that would make our wedding ours. Rolanda Hardy in a word is incredible. Her caring and sense of detail was astonishing. Without her, my wedding day would have been plain and maybe looked like so many others. Amazing Planner

The first decision I made for my wedding was to hire a wedding planner, and I made the best decision hiring Rolanda and Vision into Reality Events! With Rolanda, you not only get a planner, you also get a friend. Due to the pandemic, the whole process lasted almost two years and Ro was with us every step of the way, providing valuable advice and direction. She was always calm and resourceful even when we had to move our date, and had last minute vendor cancellations. She understood my vision from the first moment we spoke on the phone, and throughout the whole process she ensured that I never compromised on the things I thought were important for my wedding day. She is a sweetheart who loves her job and you can tell from how involved and dedicated she is to her clients. Ro ensured my wedding day was perfect and well executed. I literally was not worried at all throughout the day because I trusted Ro had everything under control, which she did! The One & Only Rolanda!!

My wife and I had changed our wedding date 3x before finally settling on 12-12-21. When knew regardless of what was going on in the world we were going to make that day our day. We were nervous about the many hurdles and challenges that laid ahead of us but it all subsided once we hired Rolanda! From Day 1 we truly knew Rolanda made OUR day, her day as well. Ro, she's one of a kind

Ro is an absolute dream to work with. She was heaven sent and completely instrumental in seeing my wedding planning through to fruition. We met Ro after our engagement in 2019 and planned for a 2020 wedding. Ro not only stood by us through 3 pandemic scheduling dates but genuinely supported, cheered, and cared for us through this experience until October 2021; when we were finally able to have our ceremony. The only thing grander than the service and support that Ro provides is her heart. My wife and I are beyond grateful for having had the absolute privilege of having met Ro. She is professional, incredibly detailed and thorough, a fearless advocate for the wedding couple, and an incredibly resourceful problem solver. Very creative, and she will go above and beyond for your special day

We hired Rolanda to be our day of coordinator through a recommendation from a friend who got married the same year. She was amazing and went above and beyond for us. She connected us to our amazing photographer and DJ and she even helped me troubleshoot a number of vendor logistics issues and proposed solutions that worked. On our wedding day we felt truly relaxed because we knew Ro had everything well under control and our wedding was on time and everything moved smoothly on schedule. Even though she has a large book of clients and events we always felt like a priority. My only regret is not hiring Rolanda for the full planning package because she is worth it!!!

Bride in the Wedding Industry

As Bride who is also in the event industry- I honestly had plenty of options of who to use as my wedding coordinator. I never had to give it thought though- I knew (before I was even with my husband) I was going to use Rolanda! Our wedding day was by the far the most special day of our lives. Vision into Reality Events (Rolanda), literally made our dreams come true. Easy, Professional and Super Helpful

Rolanda was absolutely fantastic. She helped us plan our wedding in 6 months during COVID when restrictions were still all over the place. Originally we planned an outdoor mirco-wedding (since that was the only thing allowed at the time). But as restrictions got lifted, we were then able to expand our wedding! She scheduled my dress, venue and vendor appointments quickly and efficiently and helped manage my stress throughout the process. She was very honest about what was realistic with our budget and would tell us what price range was reasonable for various wedding items. Rolanda also recommended the most amazing photographer, florist and bridal shop. Additionally, she handled the coordination and details with the DJ, photo booth, and other vendors. I can honestly say that I could not and would not have planned a wedding without Rolanda. My husband absolutely loved her too and she helped made our day absolutely perfect and stress-free. Would highly recommend her to anyone for an event!

Rolanda is amazing!!

Rolanda was amazing!!! She helped plan, coordinate our wedding and rehearsal dinner in Malibu this past June 2021. I don’t know what we would have done without her. She went above and beyond making everything stress free even with all the Covid restrictions we were dealing with. When we were having an issue with the venue, or special request that we wanted she always said “let me see what I can do” and miraculously the problem was solved Thank You So Much Ro!!!

Top Notch Wedding Planner

I cannot say enough good things about Vision into Reality Events and its owner Rolanda Hardy. She made my daughter’s wedding day perfect. She made the wedding planning stress free for me. She kept me in the loop with the planning details, but her help allowed me to avoid micromanaging the event. She listens and works cooperatively with the bride and groom to ensure that she understand their ideas and helps them transform them into a memorable wedding.

She thought of everything. No detail was too small and she solved issues before they could become problems. Rolanda and her team are the consummate professionals. She provides the highest level of organization and customer service. Her list of preferred vendors is excellent.

Amazing!

The most amazing soul and supportive planner

Rolanda has been an incredibly support to me and my husband since we got engaged. I am someone with lots of anxiety when it comes to planning, and I'm usually very independent. Rolanda had my full trust since day one. She has made this process very seamless for my husband and I. She truly cares about her couples. This is not just a job for her, it is her passion. Wedding Coordinator Perfection

Ro was a dream come true! Being a 2020 couple definitely presented some unique challenges. 4 booked venues, 2 caterers, last second guest list changes and global uncertainty just to name a few. She guided us through each one flawlessly. She is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and will take a huge weight off your shoulders. Seriously the best wedding coordinator

Vision Into Reality Events has the best team a bride could ask for when it comes to planning and handling your dream wedding. During all the craziness of COVID, Vision Into Reality Events has been the MOST attentive, compassionate, understanding and helpful coordinating team I have ever dealt with (I have dealt with a lot of coordinators through other weddings I have been a part of as a bridesmaid). Rolanda specifically would constantly check in, help wrangle all of the vendors, contracts, etc. when it came to postponing. Trying to navigate getting married during COVID has been an absolute nightmare, however Vision Into Reality Events made it so stress-free and I am forever greatful. If you want someone who cares about your big day as much as you do, you cannot go wrong or find better than Vision Into Reality Events.

She has made my life so much easier.

I'm going to start by saying that I haven't even had my wedding yet but I am more than confident that it will go smoothly with Ro at the reigns. I wish I could put into words how great she has been. From the beginning she has been fantastic. She started with a lot of communication and has been consistent throughout the experience thus far. I honestly had a hard time giving her any control but I'm glad I did. Especially when I had to postpone my wedding with only 3 weeks before the date due to COVID-19. I was so stressed out and as soon as I let Ro know she handled it. She took the biggest weight off my shoulders and made the process of changing my date so easy. I am so glad we met her. If you're thinking about hiring her, just do it, you won't regret it.

Invaluable Services!

Ro is an amazing wedding coordinator and made an invaluable addition to our wedding party. She is detailed oriented and she asks all the right questions, some we forgot and some we didn’t know we needed to ask. Ro coordinated with our venue, our vendors, hair and makeup. Because of her professionalism and expertise the weeks and days leading up to our special day were carefree. A few weeks before the wedding I Ro made sure all vendors communicated with her only. Mother of the Bride - Forever grateful!

I'm the Mother of the bride and I can honestly say that hiring Ro (Rolanda) was one of the best decisions we made! So precise and detailed, Ro knew every vendors name and number. What time they were arriving and what they were delivering. She knew who was getting their make up and hair done and how long it would take to ensure no one would delay the photographer. I'm serious!! She is that detailed! Ro had a timeline for every detail of the wedding from the photography, church ceremony and what guest would be doing when the bridal party was taking pictures etc. Ro is so easy going too! Everyone at the Mission Inn knows and loves her. Any request Ro had they were so kind and attentive to oblige. No one said no to Ro! i.e during the wedding rehearsal it was important for us to have a communion table up front. There wasn't one in the chapel. Ro immediately worked with staff and before we new it we had a perfect round table with a nice covering. Ro even stood late on the night of the rehearsal because she wanted to make sure everything my daughter envisioned for her wedding ceremony would be done. Needless to say everything ran seamless. I think my husband and I danced to every song played that night. We enjoyed every moment of the wedding because we didn't have to worry about a thing. Ro had everything under control! For my daughter and son in law, their wedding day truly was their dream come true. Thank you Ro, we will forever be grateful.

Best Decision Ever!

Technically, we hired Rolanda for day-off coordinating. However, she did above and beyond that title. From day one, Rolanda kept in constant contact with us. She even helped with finding some of the remaining vendors that we needed. I would send over quotes or contracts, and Rolanda immediately responded with her recommendations and additional questions to ask the vendors. I loved that whenever we had a question, Rolanda was a call or text away. She is very knowledgeable about the ENTIRE wedding process. When Rolanda went on our venue walkthrough, she asked questions that we didn't even realize needed to be asked! Having her with us definitely made the process and wedding day such a breeze. She is awesome at what she does, and is highly recommended!

After interviewing several wedding coordinators ( I think we interviewed a total of 7) when we felt all was lost, we came across Rolanda Hardy, she was heaven sent, literally. We felt such a great connection, good vibe and peace as soon as we had our first conversation over the phone. She was one of the best investments we made for our special day.

She is attentive, quick in replying ( this was important to us) very helpful, and she has great vendor referrals, just as amazing as her.

Her attention to detail, organizational skills, knowledge and great personality helped bring everything together and in our eyes, it was perfection!

Great to work with, day of coordination went smoothly!

We hired Ro for day of coordination and she was great to work with. She drove out to meet us at our venue which was not close to where she normally coordinates to meet face to face, which is an example of how she goes above and beyond. Throughout the process she kept everything in check with our vendors so that things would go smoothly day of and was super responsive with any questions we had. Rolanda was simply THE BEST!

My husband & I hired Rolanda to help plan our wedding this past August and we're still grateful for everything she did for us. We got so many compliments from our guests and they're still talking about everything! Such a great feeling. Rolanda was very patient, detailed and organized. I was able to let go (just a little bit lol) and just let her do her thing. We went with the day-of services because of our budget, but would definitely recommend going with the full package. Planning a wedding is not easy and she'll make it a piece of cake.

Words cannot explain how thankful I am to have had Rolanda as our Wedding Coordinator. She was available for us 24/7 and answered texts, emails and got the job done asap. Amazing wedding coordinator!

I hired Ro for the month of for my daughter‘s wedding. Although I hired her for the month of, We were communicating with her at least four months in Advance. She responds quickly to our emails and phone calls; she will never leave you with an unanswered question. On the day of my daughter’s wedding, absolutely no issues, she kept everybody in line and everything went according to the timeline. She’s wonderful, her services are worth more than she charges. Vision into Reality Events is where you can stop your search. Rolanda and crew are outstanding. What mostly stands out to me would be the way they handled themselves. They were on top of everything without making us feel stressed. Made the entire day perfect all while making it look easy. Every one of our vendors commented on how great Rolanda was. She took everything we said and executed it extremely well. As our perfect day progressed she was calm, collected and extremely accommodating.
Easily the best decision was to have Vision into Reality provide our month of coordination. Rolanda also is not like any other coordinator, she wants to be your friend get to know you, have a meal with you (The waffles were amazing at that place Ro.). This is what above and beyond service is and she does it with the greatest smile.

It’s really tough to put into words how amazing Ro truly is! My wife and I recently got married on July 8, 2018. From the day we first spoke to Ro, I knew she would do everything possible to make our day special and she did exactly that! She took all the pressure off of us and if we needed anything at all, she was on top of it immediately. Planning a wedding is hectic. Add this to the fact that we were filming for a Facebook show, Help Us Get Married, and we were literally all over the place. Ro stepped in and it was easy to forget we were supposed to be planning anything because she did such a wonderful job of coordinating schedules, connecting with our vendors and doing the sometimes difficult job of working with management at our venue. Even beyond being easy to work with, Ro really is a wonderful person. My wife and I couldn’t have found a more perfect person to work with. I wish we had another huge event to plan, because she would definitely be our first call. Lol. If you’re reading this and considering anyone else, do yourself a favor and get it together. The questions I should have asked, she already had the answers to! We got married in 5 months, so there was a lot to do and Ro made sure everything was checked off the list that we wanted. She made sure I was happy, even when my mom wanted to bud in with her opinions haha! She wasn't blowing up my phone and only called for important decisions. She has THE BEST suggestions for brides because she has done so many weddings and she sees what makes brides so happy! Ro really goes above and beyond to make sure the bride gets everything she wants on her big day and she is always there for you! There are so many decisions to make when planning a wedding, and you really can't survive without a planner like Ro. It was truly an honor to have her as my wedding planner and I'll miss working with her! I will probably use her for future baby showers;)

Rolanda is hands down the sweetest, hard working, caring person I have met ! I went through a lot of research and looking around until I finally met Ro and instantly knew she was the one. From our very first meeting we just clicked. She made sure to be 100% honest with everything and made the wedding planning process so easy and smooth for us. She found and hired everyone from our photographer, florist to the DJ. Even booked my wedding dress appointents with detailed descriptions of how to get there and the right amount of time to get to and from each one with even some food recommendations for us to go eat. Her attention to detail is just amazing. I wanted very specific things and she helped me find every single one of them ! Ro went above and beyond what I expected a wedding planner to do. I can honestly say I would’ve been so lost without her. I recommend her to anyone looking for a planner. Trust me this is going to be one of the most important decisions regarding your wedding or event and she is going to ensure it goes smoothly. She’s a go getter that has EXCELLENT communication skills. Whatever you need she’s got your back ! She became a good friend that I could call with a problem (wedding related or not). The whole wedding went off without a hitch! Thanks to Ro and her experience we were able to handle the usual snags and show our guests an amazing reception. Where do I begin? Rolanda is hands down THE best coordinator to take care of any wedding or any event. She was there for me literally every step of the way once I hired her. She was accessible, reliable, professional & executed the timeline/plan for my wedding on top and made sure that it ran as planned. If there were any snags, it was taken care of before I even knew about it. She is detailed oriented and really made sure my expectations were met. In this case, my expectations were surpassed. I thought for sure she had her work cut out for herself with this wedding (I had a lot planned!); she rocked it!! She put in hours (15 to be exact) the Day Of to make sure everything went off without a hitch. I can't express my gratitude and appreciation for her services enough. I highly recommend her if you want to relieve the stress that comes along with planning a wedding. She's worth every penny. Our wedding was truly a special and magical day and I owe it ALL to Rolanda. If you’re planning a wedding and don’t think you need an event coordinator- think again! I was so overwhelmed with the entire process prior to hiring Ro. I remember our first conversation she said, “I will handle it all & if anything goes wrong the day of, you will not know about it!”. I hired her right away and it was the best decision I made for our wedding! She definitely kept to her word and our day went so smoothly. I still dream about our wedding day- it was honestly so perfect!!

Rolanda kept in constant communication with all of my vendors, always kept me up to date AND on my toes! I only hired Rolanda for month-of coordination but I felt like she always went above and beyond for me. We were always in communication via text & phone call. She helped me plan all of the fine details that you may not even think about if you don’t have an experienced coordinator.

The day of, I couldn’t BELIEVE how beautiful everything was. She really turned our wedding vision & made it come to life. My husband & I were completely in awe. Rolanda kept all of my vendors on their toes with the detailed timeline she constructed in order to have a smooth day. During the reception, Rolanda was always checking in with my husband & I and kept in communication with my DJ to make sure the activities were happening smoothly. The reception went off without a hitch & we had such a blast! Our whole day was SO beautiful from start to finish. At the end, Rolanda made sure all wedding decor went to the correct person and my husband & I were able to enjoy our wedding night- stress-free!

Rolanda is such an awesome & genuine person; I couldn’t have imagined our day without her! If you’re thinking about hiring a wedding coordinator, do yourself a favor and hire Rolanda! Words cannot express my gratitude for Rolanda. My wedding was everything I had imagined it to be! It was the PERFECT wedding day and it all went so smoothly because of Rolanda.

If you think you don't need a wedding planner , think again and if you think you can go with just any one THINK AGAIN! I was referred to Rolanda by a co-worker, at the time I didn't feel I needed a planner. My fiancé (now husband) and I were planning a small wedding less then 100 people. I met with Ro, at the request of my fiancé, he was urging me to get a planner even if for just the day of stuff. And instantly my mom, my fiancé, and I all fell in love with her!! She was so fun and bubbly. Ro is very straight forward and honest. At that first meeting we went over what I had already completed and what my vision was. She said that based on our conversation she felt confident that we really only needed her for month of planning rather then full detail work. She explained that this would mean that about 30 days before our wedding she would gather all my vendors details and do confirmations etc. But she went above and beyond. She was there to always answer any questions or concerns. And even would call me to check in and make sure I didn't need anything and to insure all I's were dotted and all T's were crossed.

Ro is a top-notch planner and I am incredibly lucky to have had her help. She always made use feel as though she had everything 100% under control. Like last minute finding pedal for my flower girl since the florist forgot them. Trust me, you want this is in a planner!! The day of the wedding ran so smoothly. Everything, every person, every moment... PERFECT!!!! I truly do not think it would have been the same without her!

Rolanda was nothing short of AMAZING! Every little detailed I needed done she did, no questions asked. She touched base with all the vendors a month before, the week before and a day before to make sure that everything was in place. I had ZERO worries the day of my wedding knowing Rolanda was there taking care of everything!! Everyone kept asking me how I was so calm all day and I just told them "Well, I know Rolanda is here, she will take care of everything". My husband and I didn't have much time to eat at the reception so Rolanda had brand new plates of food sent back to our room to eat after the reception. It was the most pleasant surprise after our long night to walk in and have delicious food waiting for us. It's things like that, that set Rolanda apart as being one of the absolute bests! We loved having her a part of our special day!

There were so many aspects of my experience working with Rolanda, and the team at Vision Into Reality Events, I feel need to be spoken about. Ill start with Rolanda aka Roe! It was love at first sight! Her positive bubbly personality was so amazing I knew right away I needed her in my life to help me through the crazy roller coaster that was about to go down! I forewarned her about my crazy family and the magnitude of insane-ness that was in our future together and she was ready to weather the storm with me! (& she did!) Although I had hired Roe to be a "day of" event coordinator she always was there to lend a helping hand through every step of the way! She brought in her assistant to help her out and she was every bit as pleasant as Roe! -FAST FORWARD TO THE NIGHT BEFORE THE WEDDING- She called to check up on me, made sure I was getting to sleep and laugh/crying with me about the insane week I had just endured. The next day I received a calming text reminding me to eat and tinkle;) before I stepped into my gown! Little did I know the madness she was dealing with at my reception venue! My DJ was a disaster but she handled everything perfectly so that I was not under any stress during the reception! Her organization and time management skills were exactly what I needed since I lack in those areas! I would recommend her to everyone! You will not be sorry! Especially if you know you in for a stressful adventure, she wont let you down! I cannot wait until i need to use her again!

Ro has a terrific can-do attitude and made it clear every step of the way that she was here to take care of us. Even though we hired her for just Day Of Coordinator, she was helping us to organize before that day, checking our timeline with us. She was so great the day of the wedding and kept making sure that I (bride) spent time enjoying the day, not trying to do anything else, except be a bride. She was firm (when she had to be) with the vendors but positive and fair. Very cheerful throughout the whole process. Just the right balance of professionalism and friendliness. She helped to make our wedding day as stress free as possible and we love her!

Rolanda was a truly wonderful wedding planner. She was personable and she was very helpful. She was easy to work with and she was also willing to work with my interesting family dynamic. She was very well organized and she calmed me down when I was in the middle of wedding worries. In addition, she was easy to get a hold of when I needed her and she met me a few different times along the way during my wedding planning journey which helped keep me on track. During the few days prior to the wedding, Rolanda helped me with all of the last minute details, went shopping for me, and took all of the small wedding supplies and made sure they were displayed properly. The day of the wedding was beautiful and I was complimented multiple times. My parents also felt that she helped the day run smoothly. I am very grateful to her and I am glad that she was my wedding planner. I highly recommend her!

Vision into Reality Events is the best. We hired Rolanda for our day of coordinator for our wedding this September 2016. Let me tell you that we got so much more than just a day of coordinator. Rolanda really stepped it up and went out of her way to take our stress away help us along the way. We had many things planned by the time we found her but she filled in the rest. She brought up things we hadn't even thought of and handled them for us. Need a vendor? Or just anything relating to your event? Rolanda with Vision into Reality Events is your person.

She stays in constant contact with you and is always there if you need to call, text, email, or even meet up in person. She really did take my stress and worries away once we hired her. I don't feel the wedding day would have gone as smooth without her. We were able to just relax the day of the wedding knowing she had our backs and just focus on getting married. It was a great pleasure planning our wedding with Rolanda. She kept us on track and helped us look like expert wedding planners to our family and friends. Several people commented on how seamlessly everything seemed to flow throughout the wedding and reception, and her planning and flexibility played a big role in making that happen. • Generous-- We felt she went beyond the call of duty relative to the money we paid. Rolanda shared some of her own supplies, bought lights to decorate the boathouse railing, and met, talked, and texted with us multiple times before our wedding day.
• Flexible-- We really appreciated being able to go "off script" to take extra time to connect with our guests during the reception. Rolanda adjusted on the fly and made us feel comfortable to relax and enjoy the celebration.

So I didn't have a traditional wedding and decided to have a Lau reception party. I scanned over a dozen people on thumbtack and ran into one of the most sincere woman I've ever met. Rolanda hardly. I gave her my budget (which wasn't much) and she was able to plan everything I wanted and more for less of my budget. She constantly kept me updated on any changes as well as anything that can save me money. She has an awesome spirt and became like family!!! Unfortunately do to personal reasons on my part I had to postpone my reception, but from this day forth Any event me or my family plan I will always use Rolanda.

What can I say Rolanda truly captured my vision and turned it into a reality. From the first day I contacted Rolanda to the day of my wedding she was on top of everything and Made me feel at ease and stress free. She not only helped keep my vendors on point but also on time which is crucial when planning a wedding. Ro was amazing and the most helpful coordinator I could have asked for! Although I was super organized and had everything planned, she kept me on my P's and Q's the whole time. She was super reliable, so sweet, and easy to work with! Definitely contact Ro for any planning needs :)

Rolanda is very caring and helpful. She truly wants to make the bride happy during your special day. Our wedding went off without any drama. If there was anything that went wrong, I didn't know about. Everything went smoothly and we had a blast. We didn't have to worry about anything during the day.
