I honestly don’t have words to describe the wedding Sanya coordinated for us. It was truly a masterpiece. I will admit to having been a pretty involved bride and spending wayyyy too much time on Instagram. Nevertheless, no idea was ever too over the top or detailed. She honestly pulled off our dream wedding down to every last detail above and beyond all of my wildest over the top Instagram dreams. She built out custom platforms and pergolas for us, coordinated with my favorite restaurant so that they could cater and cook everything fresh on site and they let us bring all the decor that I spent a year collecting. I cannot wait to see our wedding pictures! There wasn’t a single picture Iv gotten thus far that I haven't been absolutely in love with! So much of that has to do with the amazing attention to every single detail. My husband and I both work 80+ hours a week so there was no way we could have coordinated everything without Sanya. The entire wedding weekend was a dream and she made it so stress free which at the end of the day is what matters. She thought of every detail down to having staff dedicated to bringing us food and drinks during cocktail hour. We had booked a gelato cart and the vendor cancelled the day before. Without even saying anything to me, Sanya was able to find a replacement in time which was above and beyond. Precovid, our wedding was supposed to be in the amalfi coast but like so many couples, our plans changed. I can honestly say, it was for the best! It was hands down the most incredible wedding we could have dreamed of and I’m so happy we decided on villa como instead. I do not think that anything could have ever compared to our wedding on 12/10/22 at Villa Como. We want to say thank you again to Sanya, all the staff at VIP events and to the owners of Villa Como for sharing their home with us for a day and giving us the most perfect and special night of our lives.VIP Mansion's reply:

From start to finish, they were everything we could have hoped for in a planning team, warm, professional, and always available to talk through even the smallest details. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure our vision came to life, and her attention to detail was incredible.
On the wedding day, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Every element was flawlessly handled, which allowed me to be completely present and soak in every moment. It truly felt like magic watching everything unfold so seamlessly.

We recently celebrated our daughter’s wedding at the breathtaking Villa Coma Mansion in Laguna Beach, and thanks to Amanda and Sonya from VIP Masons, it was everything she dreamed of — and more.
Our daughter has been envisioning a Laguna Beach wedding since she was a little girl. She’s extremely detail-oriented and had a very specific vision for her big day. Amanda and Sonya not only respected that vision, but embraced it fully, bringing it to life with care, creativity, and professionalism.
From our first meeting, communication with VIP Masons was excellent. They were responsive, organized, and completely on top of every detail. Amanda led the rehearsal with grace and precision, making sure everyone was confident and comfortable before the big day. That level of preparation truly made a difference.
It was a truly magical day—every detail our daughter had dreamed of was beautifully brought to life, creating a celebration that flowed effortlessly from start to finish.. The venue was stunning, the décor was elegant and personalized, and the food and catering were outstanding — our guests are still talking about it!
What really stood out to us was the personal touch Amanda brought to the entire experience. She cared deeply about making the day special not just for our daughter and her new husband, but for our entire family.

Where to begin with this amazing group... My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams in the heavenly Villa Como Estate this past year. After searching for venues that did not match the vision I had for our wedding, I almost gave up on the whole idea. But then we made a trip to Villa Como and met the one who made it all happen, Amanda. From the moment we met Amanda for our first tour, we walked out knowing - okay this is the venue and this is her who will make it happen. We already had a sense of trust & ease and were blown away at her genuine kindness and personable demeanor. Not only is she amazing at what she does, she is so friendly and easy going. She is the best wedding coordinator anyone can ask for, not one detail was missed throughout the entire process. We met Sanya and Sophia later on in the process, and we just thought - can this team get any nicer?! VIP Weddings and Events is truly the most professional, kindest, hard working, and accommodating service we were so lucky to have had for our wedding. They even made sure to take care of my disabled father the day of making sure everything was seamless, stress-free and to the exact vision I had. All our guests raved about the service, venue, and decor to this day. Communication was excellent throughout the whole team and made the wedding process so calm and enjoyable. Our wedding vision truly would not have been carried out had it not been for this wonderful respectful team. I also want to address the vendors who were just as amazing - Tustin Florist, Lotus Events, Jason's Catering, DJ Julian, Pacific Patisserie, and Security Team - all vendors that work with VIP. (sorry if I missed anyone). Best decision was going with VIP Events and Weddings. They really took care of us and both our families, and it was honestly the best night of my life. Everything was so beautiful and enjoyable, and the venue is just breathtaking. Truly wonderful group and recommend 10/10. -

I've tried writing this review many times but I've struggled to put into words just how perfectly Amanda from VIP executed all of the details of our wedding at Villa Como. It exceeded our expectations beyond belief.
I'll start with the venue...If you're looking for a combination of Italy, Laguna Beach, ocean views, and an elegant dinner party vibe, then Villa Como is the venue for you. The moment my husband and I stepped foot into Villa Como we immediately knew it was the perfect venue and could not stop talking about it. Not only is the property absolutely stunning, but you get panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and it feels like you're above the clouds. We loved that we had privacy (super important for us) and could host all parts of the night in one location - ceremony on the grass, cocktail hour by the pool, dinner on the upper level, and dancing under the stars. I think this estate may be the most beautiful place in Laguna Beach.
As for Amanda and VIP - they are the best people you could ever work with. After the wedding, my husband and I actually felt sad that we wouldn't be communicating with Amanda on a regular basis anymore. She made us feel so calm and taken care of not only leading up to the wedding, but also day of, which is incredibly important. All of the VIP vendors were amazing to work with as well, and it was SO NICE not having to source every single vendor ourselves. Knowing that we had a reputable florist, bakery, catering, and DJ took such a weight off our shoulders. Day of, I had a dress emergency where blue ink was left on my dress from alterations, and Amanda handled it all so calmly, remained poised, and even had one of her staff members run out to get some chalk or whiteout to cover it up. You are truly so taken care of every step of the way. Our wedding was in July and our guests haven't stopped raving about how perfect it was. A beautiful venue, amazing view, and every last detail accounted for. We can't emphasize enough how much we recommend Amanda & VIP. Hiring them is one of the best decisions we made!

Can not recommend Amanda and her team enough! Taking the craziness out of wedding planning VIP Events & Weddings makes you feel at ease with lists, recommendations, venue tours, and meetings/reminders. That was just the planning and organizing before hand! If there was something that needed customizing or tweaking Amanda our planner/coordinator was on it. Really making sure that even though they had options it was our call on how we wanted to do things. When it came time for our special day, we knew we were in good hands, and they delivered. Really taking it up an extra notch, the whole team was on top of it, allowing us to focus on the special moment and enjoy the wedding. Amanda’s professionalism and expertise is someone you need in your corner. If you’re still undecided remember this is one and done, and you want to get it right, this is your girl and this is your team. Thank you VIP Events & Weddings it would not have been the same without you all. We would choose you every time! -

Where do we start? I don't think there is enough space in this review to see all of the wonderful things we want to say about Sanya and the VIP team. From the very first conversation on the phone we can remember how pleasant Sanya was and how inviting and warm she felt on the phone. We knew right away that we wanted her to be our coordinator. What we didn't realize, was how incredible the venues that she offers were. It was like going to a five star Michelin rated restaurant in opening the menu that was pages long and you had no idea where to start. When we eventually did settle on a venue, everything fell into place after that like clockwork. She set the schedule and timeline for everything leading up to the event, and for us it's truly felt like the entire process was easy. I'm not sure how that was possible given the amount of detail and all of the intricacies behind the scenes, but Sanya really made the entire process smooth and flawless. All of our family and friends have been talking about our wedding ever since, and we feel like with Sanya and her team we have met friends for life. Cannot say enough great things but please if you're looking for perfection, call Sanya and her team. -

We had the best experience with Amanda at VIP Events and Venues. She was extremely present and helpful from the day we toured the venue to the minute we left on our wedding night (and beyond). She was organized, communicative, thoughtful, fun and made every details of our wedding planning experience as smooth and easy as possible. She made us feel extremely cared for on our wedding day and I can't image what it would have been like without her help, from small details to finance navigation, and major day-saving tips. Having VIP's expertise over the year plus of planning is something I'd recommend to any friend! They are the behind the scene Rockstars you need for your wedding!! -

All of our families and friends couldn't stop complimenting about the venue, scenery, food, and staff. Amanda, Sanya, and VIP Events made our wedding day absolutely perfect. The venue was unique and stunning, the food was delicious and actually warm, the florals were beautiful, and the views were killer. But our wedding coordinator, Amanda, is really what made our experience with VIP Events outstanding. Amanda anticipated every question, was always available over text, helped us decide what options made the most sense for our budget, worked with our large bridal party of 13 couples, told us when to eat, sleep, and breathe, and made the night so we didn't have to worry about a thing. It was seriously better than we imagined and it wouldn't have been possible without Amanda and Sanya. I highly recommend VIP Events whether it is at this venue or one of their others.VIP Mansion's reply:

Okay where do i start... first of all, we had an incredible wedding that wouldn't have been possible without the VIP crew. My wife and I looked at many options for our venue, but as we started looking we soon realized that what was really going to make our wedding day special was the crew helping us throughout the day. We met Sanya and the VIP crew and we knew that they would actually go above and beyond to make our vision come true. Not to mention the spectacular setting. We absolutely LOVED working with VIP for our wedding! We got married at the Palazzo Mansion last month and it was truly such a streamlined process from start to finish with our amaaazing planner Amanda. We really liked that we were able to have an all-inclusive package with catering/florals/cake/DJ vendors that VIP is accustomed to working with (all the vendors are also amazing, btw). Also, the mansion is so beautiful. After our wedding so many of our guests were raving about the mansion and asking us how we came across such an amazing venue. As far as the wedding planning process - it felt so easy and stress-free for us because Amanda is truly an expert at what she does and made everything seem so simple (although I know that she was doing a ton for us!) The day of the wedding was literally perfect - not a single thing went wrong and I know that is solely because of all the many things that Amanda and the VIP team were doing for us behind the scenes. VIP Events has planning down to a science, while also putting so much heart into it. They made all of our goals and dreams for what our wedding day would be like come true. My Husband Chris and I were so grateful to have such an impeccable team like VIP Weddings (Sanya/Amanda) and their vendors! Our hearts were overjoyed, and blown away by how lovely everything turned out. We were blessed to have a bonus year (Covid) to spend with this team and in hindsight it was the best decision we could have made.
The additional walkthroughs, touch base calls, recap emails, and doing it all again for an entire year with postponement took some work but this team made it seamless. Their patience and kindness with us meant the world. The emotional tie with this group (for us) will always be there. Amanda and Sanya's hearts are so big and radiate to every person they come in contact with. The sense of ease and peace having them with me on the wedding day is an experience I may never be able to fully put into words because I knew I was being taken care of. My friends and family have complimented this team and staff on how fantastic everything was. The food (AMAZING), the cake (OF MY DREAMS), the service and security (Everyone felt like royalty.) The best wedding they've ever been to is what I've heard since the big day from the age range of (30-85). That's all because of the VIP Team! Every detail was made (Yes, I was an overly detailed bride), the vision came to life in ways we couldn't even imagine in our heads, the reception dream and my love for my husband Chris was spread across the room. Every one of our guests could feel the love we wanted to share through our personal aesthetic. It was pure magic!
The VIP team and business are absolute DREAM makers, and make moments to last a lifetime! From the bottom of our hearts along with our Parents. Thank you! God’s spirit was surrounding the venue space, and Sanya/Amanda both are the wedding planner angels. Thank you, Ladies and team. Sanya and her team are SO sweet, kind, and the absolute best executors and planners. They helped make our wedding day better than we could ever have even dreamed of. They helped us navigate the pandemic and a 1.5 year postponement - we literally didn't have to do a thing - Sanya helped navigate the various vendors and figure out a date that mutually worked for everyone. Planning a wedding is stressful, and planning one during a pandemic is 10x more so, but Sanya made this a stress-free experience. We literally feel like after we selected the VIP team, we just made a couple of decisions and then showed up to our wedding day. If you are planning a wedding in the Orange County area - go with VIP! Amanda and Sonya were the best team we could ever ask for in planning our dream wedding. We were forced to postpone our 2020 wedding and left out of a venue 2 months before our new date in March 2021 and by God's grace he led us to VIP Weddings and they truly made the whole year of waiting worth it! They offered us help the whole way and we've now created a relationship beyond our wedding. Book them! Can't stress this enough for any couple out there! -

We got married at Villa Contempo in Orange with the backdrop of Santiago Canyon and it was the most gorgeous, beautiful, stress-less experience we could have asked for. The wedding exceeded all expectations in both look and planning. We worked with Amanda throughout the whole experience, a full 1 year in advance, and she did so much work for us, especially on the day of the wedding. She was always responsive via email and text, she would let us know if she was too busy to answer right that moment but always got back to us with our answers. She arranged for us to meet with Jason's Catering, Sweet Traders, Tustin Florist, DJ Julian Miranda, and even accompanied us to the floral appointment where we got tons of planning done face to face. She contacted my photographer, videographer, hair & makeup team for us to create a timeline and make sure everyone was on the same page. On the day of the wedding, we had 192 guests, so she had 2 assistants Sara and Sanya that were also so sweet, friendly, and helpful. She took care of all the boxes we brought of decorations, place cards, party favors, kids toys; we just left them in her hands and everything ended up exactly where they needed to go. All of the hiccups that happened on the wedding day were taken care of by her team without worrying us and she only brought up a couple things to us that were easily taken care of. The venue itself is gorgeous; we mostly stayed in the lower section with the guest house, our ceremony and reception were outside around the pool, it was a warm night in June, and everyone had a view of the sunset in the canyon. We extended our party until 11pm and the indoor dance floor was packed all night, especially because the bar was right next to it. The guest house was the perfect place to get ready for our 30 people, the girls all had plenty of space to get ready upstairs, the guys had the entire downstairs, and the full kitchen made it easy to lay out snacks and food for getting ready. Overall, we had the perfect experience for our wedding thanks to Amanda and her team and we highly recommend VIP for anyone needing that stress-free experience. -

Dream wedding venue
I always knew I wanted to get married in a mansion! My mom and I did some research and found VIP Weddings and Events. We met the owner, Sanya and toured two mansions in Orange County, CA and immediately knew this is the wedding company we wanted to hire. The professionalism, attention to detail, organization, and care were everything I was looking for. I chose my dream wedding venue at a mansion in San Clemente and it was truly a dream come true. VIP offers an all inclusive package and I didn’t have to worry about anything! I love VIP and I loved my wedding and I would recommended them to anyone! -

How is it possible that one of the most important days of your life that's had countless details planned and communicated across multiple vendors goes off without a hitch? This incredible event company takes so much care, is so capable, and truly listens to make your day go exactly how you want it to. I got married at the VIP Mansion last month, and friends/family still compliment me on how well executed and beautiful our wedding was. My high expectations were honestly blown away and it couldn't have gone better.
To start, Amanda Burke is organized, responsive, and has such a positive attitude toward any request or question. Also, most of the vendors work together often, which makes things go very smoothly. They each did such a great job - florals/decor were so beautiful, and the caterer served amazing food - some of my pickiest guests went out of their way to compliment how delicious it was.
I read other reviews here and really can't believe I wasn't the only well-executed event happening during our six months of planning. Amanda and the team really make you feel like your event is their top priority - and it is. They just have nice relationships built with their vendors and work extremely well together. It makes the whole process easy and efficient.
Even though I worked primarily with Amanda, Sanya was also there for the rehearsal and day of the event and was also amazing. The two of them, along with the rest of the staff, made sure every detail we had planned was executed and they were able to help my guests with any need. I keep hearing stories from my guests that show how attentive the staff was throughout the entire night. It's hard to describe how these little things all sum up to a flawless event that was executed by people who work so hard to be sure you enjoy your day.
The venue itself is worthy of compliments as well. The grounds are extremely well kept and you truly feel like you are in a private resort. The layout is perfect and it felt like we kept surprising our guests with each part of the wedding. From sunset views during our ceremony, to our grand entrance down the double staircase, to our surprise whiskey bar/scotch tasting in the library, our guests were truly in awe - and so were we.

Words cannot adequately express my gratitude to Diana Tran and Sanya Strelec for their friendliness, poise and enthusiasm in the planning of our wedding. They're the ultimate coordinators, handling every detail right down to perfectly straight linens and beautifully folded napkins. As a bride, you tend to ask questions as they occur to you, and therefore become a texting freak! They handled every question thrown their way with the utmost patience and made me feel like a priority no matter how busy they were with their other weddings. They made the entire process feel personal and intimate, like friends planning it together rather than clients and vendors working together. And the venue was to die for! It was elegant, romantic and classy - not an easy combo to achieve! The entire event flowed from start to finish without a single hiccup, and its all due to Diana and Sanya - their organization and professionalism allowed me and my husband to enjoy our wedding stress-free, and for that, we are forever grateful. We are so happy that we chose VIP to help us with our wedding. She works with the most incredible vendors. Our flowers were more beautiful than I ever imagined, and our guests cannot stop talking about our food and pastries. Stacy Sent on 12/31/2013Wowwww! What else can I say? Our venue, a private estate in San Clemente, was breathtaking in every way. At first, my family had trepidations about hosting our wedding in a "non-traditional" setting....as they always envisioned a ballroom or hotel setting. My parents are very old-school Europeans and wanted a church wedding followed by a reception at the St Regis or Ritz. But after some heavy negotiations my fiance and I convinced our parents to come and view the estate after seeing the photos on vipeventsandweddings.com Let's just say it was "love at first sight"...both with the venue, and our coordinator Sanya.
The Estate was beautiful...and spacious enough to host both our Ceremony, Cocktail hour, and Reception in several different areas of the Estate. Talk about one-stop shopping!! And to make it even easier, Sanya handled every aspect of our planning...right up to the Big Day. She was soooo sweet, but business minded and organized at the same time. We were concerned as we had two ceremonies planned...one traditional, and one smaller family-only event, but with Sanyas help, everything down to the last dance went off seamlessly.
We would highly recommend Sanya and any of the VIP locations to anyone wanting a turn-key, stress-free wedding. Thank you VIP!!!
