I honestly don’t have words to describe the wedding Sanya coordinated for us. It was truly a masterpiece. I will admit to having been a pretty involved bride and spending wayyyy too much time on Instagram. Nevertheless, no idea was ever too over the top or detailed. She honestly pulled off our dream wedding down to every last detail above and beyond all of my wildest over the top Instagram dreams. She built out custom platforms and pergolas for us, coordinated with my favorite restaurant so that they could cater and cook everything fresh on site and they let us bring all the decor that I spent a year collecting. I cannot wait to see our wedding pictures! There wasn’t a single picture Iv gotten thus far that I haven't been absolutely in love with! So much of that has to do with the amazing attention to every single detail. My husband and I both work 80+ hours a week so there was no way we could have coordinated everything without Sanya. The entire wedding weekend was a dream and she made it so stress free which at the end of the day is what matters. She thought of every detail down to having staff dedicated to bringing us food and drinks during cocktail hour. We had booked a gelato cart and the vendor cancelled the day before. Without even saying anything to me, Sanya was able to find a replacement in time which was above and beyond. Precovid, our wedding was supposed to be in the amalfi coast but like so many couples, our plans changed. I can honestly say, it was for the best! It was hands down the most incredible wedding we could have dreamed of and I’m so happy we decided on villa como instead. I do not think that anything could have ever compared to our wedding on 12/10/22 at Villa Como. We want to say thank you again to Sanya, all the staff at VIP events and to the owners of Villa Como for sharing their home with us for a day and giving us the most perfect and special night of our lives.

Okay where do i start... first of all, we had an incredible wedding that wouldn't have been possible without the VIP crew. My wife and I looked at many options for our venue, but as we started looking we soon realized that what was really going to make our wedding day special was the crew helping us throughout the day. We met Sanya and the VIP crew and we knew that they would actually go above and beyond to make our vision come true. Not to mention the spectacular setting. This place also has amazing photo ops all over. We made the right call going with a private venue, and having the support from the VIP team was perfect for us.

You dont realize how good VIP is until you go to a wedding that isn't theirs and you see how bad they are
So as a married man I usually just let my wife write these reviews....and how many grooms truly write their own review of their wedding coordinator....but here I am doing this review because there are things that just need to be said about Amanda especially. So most people say "little things will go wrong at your wedding and don't worry about it". So I was fully expected to have little things go wrong. But a few days after the wedding my wife and I were relaxing and reminiscing and realized that not only did not a single little thing go wrong but so many little things went right. From making sure that we had a plate of food before the guests so that we could eat before speech's and dances and allow time to mingle, to getting our officiant and two drunk witnesses to sign the marriage title without us even thinking about it...Amanda truly showed just how effortlessly perfectly she runs a wedding. It became apparent a few weeks later at our friends wedding which was hosted at a different venue with a different coordinator and things just barely held together. The bride and groom never ate. Their certificate wasn't signed until after witnesses had left. And the timing of the whole event was a mess. It was at that moment we realized just how crucial Amanda was to making our special day perfect and effortless for us.

Amazing wedding coordinators for the perfect wedding!
Amanda, Sanya, and VIP Events made our wedding day absolutely perfect. The venue was unique and stunning, the food was delicious and actually warm, the florals were beautiful, and the views were killer. But our wedding coordinator, Amanda, is really what made our experience with VIP Events outstanding. Amanda anticipated every question, was always available over text, helped us decide what options made the most sense for our budget, worked with our large bridal party of 13 couples, told us when to eat, sleep, and breathe, and made the night so we didn't have to worry about a thing. It was seriously better than we imagined and it wouldn't have been possible without Amanda and Sanya. I highly recommend VIP Events whether it is at this venue or one of their others.

I would definitely recommend VIP weddings & events to anyone who has no idea on where to start their wedding planning. Amanda, Sanya and vendors were such a pleasure to work with. My wedding came together so beautifully and I have received nothing but compliments about my beautiful day. Amanda made it so easy to
communicate with and answered all and every question/ problem I had, she truly is amazing! Idk how she multi-tasks all these weddings.
The venue was beautiful and all vendors were professional. The food from Jason’s catering was delicious that guests wished for seconds lol. Our his/her drinks were made PERFECTLY.
Florals were perfection! Henry really put together my vision so beautifully!

Truly amazing!
We absolutely LOVED working with VIP for our wedding! We got married at the Palazzo Mansion last month and it was truly such a streamlined process from start to finish with our amaaazing planner Amanda. We really liked that we were able to have an all-inclusive package with catering/florals/cake/DJ vendors that VIP is accustomed to working with (all the vendors are also amazing, btw). Also, the mansion is so beautiful. After our wedding so many of our guests were raving about the mansion and asking us how we came across such an amazing venue. As far as the wedding planning process - it felt so easy and stress-free for us because Amanda is truly an expert at what she does and made everything seem so simple (although I know that she was doing a ton for us!) The day of the wedding was literally perfect - not a single thing went wrong and I know that is solely because of all the many things that Amanda and the VIP team were doing for us behind the scenes. VIP Events has planning down to a science, while also putting so much heart into it. They made all of our goals and dreams for what our wedding day would be like come true. We could not be more grateful for the incredible and talented VIP team. It was the happiest day of our lives. We love you Amanda & Sanya!

Best wedding planning team in the business
My Husband Chris and I were so grateful to have such an impeccable team like VIP Weddings (Sanya/Amanda) and their vendors! Our hearts were overjoyed, and blown away by how lovely everything turned out. We were blessed to have a bonus year (Covid) to spend with this team and in hindsight it was the best decision we could have made.
The additional walkthroughs, touch base calls, recap emails, and doing it all again for an entire year with postponement took some work but this team made it seamless. Their patience and kindness with us meant the world. The emotional tie with this group (for us) will always be there. Amanda and Sanya's hearts are so big and radiate to every person they come in contact with. The sense of ease and peace having them with me on the wedding day is an experience I may never be able to fully put into words because I knew I was being taken care of. My friends and family have complimented this team and staff on how fantastic everything was. The food (AMAZING), the cake (OF MY DREAMS), the service and security (Everyone felt like royalty.) The best wedding they've ever been to is what I've heard since the big day from the age range of (30-85). That's all because of the VIP Team! Every detail was made (Yes, I was an overly detailed bride), the vision came to life in ways we couldn't even imagine in our heads, the reception dream and my love for my husband Chris was spread across the room. Every one of our guests could feel the love we wanted to share through our personal aesthetic. It was pure magic!
The VIP team and business are absolute DREAM makers, and make moments to last a lifetime! From the bottom of our hearts along with our Parents. Thank you! God’s spirit was surrounding the venue space, and Sanya/Amanda both are the wedding planner angels. Thank you, Ladies and team. Gorgeous Venue, Perfect Planning, Villa Contempo
We got married at Villa Contempo in Orange with the backdrop of Santiago Canyon and it was the most gorgeous, beautiful, stress-less experience we could have asked for. The wedding exceeded all expectations in both look and planning. We worked with Amanda throughout the whole experience, a full 1 year in advance, and she did so much work for us, especially on the day of the wedding. She was always responsive via email and text, she would let us know if she was too busy to answer right that moment but always got back to us with our answers. She arranged for us to meet with Jason's Catering, Sweet Traders, Tustin Florist, DJ Julian Miranda, and even accompanied us to the floral appointment where we got tons of planning done face to face. She contacted my photographer, videographer, hair & makeup team for us to create a timeline and make sure everyone was on the same page. On the day of the wedding, we had 192 guests, so she had 2 assistants Sara and Sanya that were also so sweet, friendly, and helpful. She took care of all the boxes we brought of decorations, place cards, party favors, kids toys; we just left them in her hands and everything ended up exactly where they needed to go. All of the hiccups that happened on the wedding day were taken care of by her team without worrying us and she only brought up a couple things to us that were easily taken care of. The venue itself is gorgeous; we mostly stayed in the lower section with the guest house, our ceremony and reception were outside around the pool, it was a warm night in June, and everyone had a view of the sunset in the canyon. We extended our party until 11pm and the indoor dance floor was packed all night, especially because the bar was right next to it. The guest house was the perfect place to get ready for our 30 people, the girls all had plenty of space to get ready upstairs, the guys had the entire downstairs, and the full kitchen made it easy to lay out snacks and food for getting ready. Overall, we had the perfect experience for our wedding thanks to Amanda and her team and we highly recommend VIP for anyone needing that stress-free experience.

Incredible Venue & Incredible Team
Our wedding at the VIP Palazzo Mansion was perfect! From the very beginning, Sanya was so supportive and professional in helping us put together all of the details for the big day.
The venue was immaculate and the logistics of the event were beautifully organized. It was wonderful to have most of the vendors included in the package - Catering, bar, DJ, rentals, florist, bakery, etc. etc. You still personalize all of the services to your liking, but it was so nice having people that were already familiar with the property and the VIP team (think event set-up, timing, etc.).

I always knew I wanted to get married in a mansion! My mom and I did some research and found VIP Weddings and Events. We met the owner, Sanya and toured two mansions in Orange County, CA and immediately knew this is the wedding company we wanted to hire. The professionalism, attention to detail, organization, and care were everything I was looking for. I chose my dream wedding venue at a mansion in San Clemente and it was truly a dream come true. VIP offers an all inclusive package and I didn’t have to worry about anything! I love VIP and I loved my wedding and I would recommended them to anyone!

The best day of my life
We actually got married in 2020! Something we’ll never forget for many obvious reasons. But my gorgeous wedding never could have happened if it wasn’t for all my amazing vendors and wedding planners who made it all happen despite all the challenges. Sanya was pivotal in reassuring my family who was very concerned about our guests safety and she was able to accommodate all our crazy requests without skipping a beat. In the end, it was THE best day of my life and I wouldn’t have changed a thing! I highly, highly recommend this beautiful vineyard estate and Sanya and her vendors!

2020 Life-savers!
Literally life-savers! After we lost our original hotel venue due to COVID, we had only 2 weeks to find a replacement venue and all the major vendors (catering, florist, rentals etc.). After a few days of stress and lots of tears, we got lucky and stumbled upon Sanya and her team. As if waving a magic wand, she took all my worries away and arranged all the vendor meetings and just made it all happen in record time! All the vendors came through and blew us away on the day of our wedding! Everything was perfect and beautiful and made me forget about this crazy year and the pandemic going on. Sanya and her team literally SAVED my wedding day and they were so attentive and incredible on the day of, that my family is still talking about it! Thank you so much!

They helped us navigate the pandemic and a 1.5 year postponement - we literally didn't have to do a thing - Sanya helped navigate the various vendors and figure out a date that mutually worked for everyone. Planning a wedding is stressful, and planning one during a pandemic is 10x more so, but Sanya made this a stress-free experience. We literally feel like after we selected the VIP team, we just made a couple of decisions and then showed up to our wedding day. If you are planning a wedding in the Orange County area - go with VIP! You won't regret it.

Perfect team!
Amanda and Sonya were the best team we could ever ask for in planning our dream wedding. We were forced to postpone our 2020 wedding and left out of a venue 2 months before our new date in March 2021 and by God's grace he led us to VIP Weddings and they truly made the whole year of waiting worth it! They offered us help the whole way and we've now created a relationship beyond our wedding. Book them! Can't stress this enough for any couple out there!

Unbelievable experience - dream wedding!
Amanda and Sanya are some of the most amazing people I have ever met. They went out of their way to help us plan our dream wedding... even though we only gave them 4 weeks notice! They are truly an outstanding company and outstanding people. They helped us through every step of the way, and we got to do the fun parts and skip out on the not-so-fun ones. They were so amazing that two of my friends are both now using them for their weddings! I highly recommend anyone who wants a beautiful, fun wedding work with VIP.

We had the most luxurious wedding. From every flower, plate and detail it was carefully thought of. The team at VIP are all unbelievably passionate about making your wedding special. I was fortunate enough to get Sanya and she is the most amazing and sweetest wedding planner ever. She gets it done and will make whatever you want happen.

If you want to feel like a professional is in charge so you don’t have to stress, Sanja is the most amazing person to work with, hands down. After several different interviews with planners, she stood out. My expectations were far exceeded and I have friends wanting to work with her now, because it was “that” awesome. Above and beyond service!
Amanda was my full time wedding coordinator and she did an outstanding job and impressed my entire family. Having her along the way helped the whole process be a million times less stressful. Amanda has everything organized for you, helps you think and decide of all the little decisions you would normally never think of. She really helped accommodate make my day so personalized and special. She handles everything with such professionalism and manages everything so well, that I did not have to worry or stress about one thing on my wedding day. I could not recommend her and her team enough. Above and beyond service and worth every penny for your special day.
