Vinyl Jam Made Our Night
Vinyl Jam was unbelievable. I truly cannot say that enough. From the start, we knew music was a huge priority for our wedding, and they absolutely nailed it. Our first dance was to “Birds of a Feather,” and they took the time to learn it just for us. It was beautiful and emotional, and I had chills the entire time.
The vocalists were insane. Every single one of them brought something special. The energy during the dance sets was amazing and fun. I don’t think anyone sat down once the party started. They opened with timeless classics that got everyone moving and later in the night threw in some early 2000s hits that had all our friends screaming the lyrics.
If you’re thinking about hiring them. do it. You will never forget the way they make your night feel. We definitely won’t. -

Best Energy and Music
We hired Vinyl Project completely blew us away at our annual Soultenders Customer Appreciation Party! I’ve been to this event for years, but having Vinyl Project perform for the first time made it a whole new experience. The energy in the room was amazing, and the music was beyond incredible. Guests couldn’t stop talking about how much fun they had—both during and long after the event! They brought the perfect vibe, so much talent, and just the right amount of energy. I’m already looking forward to having them back next year! -

We hired Vinyl Project and they absolutely crushed it at our Christmas party! I was blown away by their talent and the energy they brought to the room. Even though Christmas music isn’t in their typical show, they went above and beyond by learning a bunch of holiday songs for us, while still delivering all the big hits we love. The vocals were just insane – seriously next-level. It was easily the most fun I’ve ever had at a party. If you’re looking for a band that knows how to bring the house down, you HAVE to book them! -

We had Soul Dynamic (from Vinyl Jam Entertainment) at our wedding in Sonoma, California. They were a standout hit and made our wedding the best night of our lives.
From a band quality standpoint - this band means business! They do a sound check before and are extremely professional. They have a very long list of songs they play. I am very picky with music, and they made sure to follow the strict list I asked for. In addition to that, they learned 7 new songs just for our wedding (!!!!)
They knew how to play the crowd. Not only that, one of our attendees recognized one of the singers from Instagram - turns out she's lowkey famous. Wild!
From an administrative standpoint - Will Makar was the easiest vendor to work with. We managed the whole process via email, and he was always prompt to reply and clear with his communication. Planning a wedding is already a huge hassle, and he made the whole process easy.
I wish I was planning another big event, so I could hire this band again. You won't go wrong with them. -

I can't recommend Vinyl Jams enough! If you're looking for more than a band, but a true partner in your event planning, Will Makar and Vinyl Jams are it! I reached out to every top-rated band in LA and researched for weeks. I did my homework and my honest feedback is that Vinyl Jam is the best out there. Besides the important requirements of being reliable and communicative, they are also the nicest and most talented people. We booked Vinyl Jam for our wedding reception and from the very beginning, Will was so easy to work with. He offered advice on every aspect of the planning process and was open to my ideas as well.
Above all else, this team knows how to put on a show!! They got everyone on the dance floor, including themselves! The number one piece of feedback that I received from all guests was how much they loved their performance. They truly MADE the entire night! Hiring Vinyl Jam Entertainment for our wedding was an absolute game-changer, AND YOU MUST DO THE SAME FOR YOURS!!!
From the get-go, Will understood our vision for our wedding. We wanted live music for our ceremony, cocktail Hour, and reception. However, we had some rock focused taste, and were concerned this might not sound good for the ceremony. He helped make beautiful arrangements of our favorite rock songs, including, "I Believe In A Thing Called Love" by the Darkness! The acoustic Trio during the cocktail hour set a fun vibe that transitioned perfectly into the full band for the reception. The dance floor, from this point on, was alive, and their versatile repertoire kept everyone, from the youngest to the oldest guest, grooving throughout the night.
The vocalists were nothing short of sensational. Their ability to engage the crowd was simply outstanding. The chemistry between the performers was palpable, and their enthusiasm was infectious. They sang classic hits like “I Wanna Dance With Somebody” to modern hits like “Cuff It”, which they KILLED!
Vinyl Jam Entertainment transformed our wedding into an unforgettable celebration. They made every effort to ensure our big day was as magical as we had imagined. Our guests are still raving about the incredible party they created weeks later, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice.

Simply amazing is the best way to describe Soul Dynamic! They made our wedding feel like the BEST concert and our guests couldn’t stop dancing all night! My friends kept asking me how I found this band. On top of all this, they learned 3 songs for the first dance, mother/son dance, and father/daughter dance. They played these songs beautifully, making our special moments last. If you want a dream wedding, you need to hire Soul Dynamic!Vinyl Jam Entertainment's reply:

For our wedding on June 4th, this band made our night! We hired Vinyl Jam for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The Ceremony was beautiful! They learned all the songs we needed learned, and created a really cool vibe for our cocktail hour. All I can say is there was no better feeling than when they started their performance for our reception. Everyone was dancing and it was a party! You can go ahead and stop searching for any other performers. Seriously, if you’re looking for a lot of fun and seriously good music then look no further than Vinyl Project. I’ve heard these singers/performers multiple times and prefer and look forward to their show more than any other company. Super professional group while showing all guests how to have serious fun… I have been to a lot of events while living in LA and can honestly say that the Vinyl Project singers/performers put in the hard work to make sure your experience in positivity unforgettable! -

Choosing Vinyl Jam is one the best things you can do for your wedding day! When I first started looking at live music options, I felt as though I was just hitting a wall with the options that were out there. There were so many groups, but none of them had the aesthetic I had envisioned in my mind. I first heard Vinyl Jam through a friend showing me one of their performance videos online. Before those 3 minutes were over, I knew without a doubt that they were exactly who I had been looking for!
They are incredible to work with — they bring the expertise to transform any wedding worries into relaxation and fun, and those are two words I did not envision using to describe planning a wedding. Their professionalism, care, classy look, and EXCEPTIONAL talent transformed the reception from an afterthought into the best celebration possible. Their band Soul Dynamic had everyone singing and dancing along with them, all the while smiling and making us feel like they were close friends celebrating with us. Their expertise is unmatched and the quality of experience that they provide exceeded my expectations.
If you’re considering hiring Vinyl Jam for your wedding - don’t think about it anymore, do it now! They are absolutely AMAZING and worth every penny. OK!!! SOUL DYNAMIC WAS AMAZING!!! From start to finish, they were incredible. We initially reached out to Vinyl Jam before COVID and they were super accommodating once the pandemic hit. They understood the issues in front of us and were quick to respond when we needed to make changes. Once we found a spot to have our wedding, the band was able to help create the best wedding EVER! They provided music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and were incredible at the reception. I had multiple people come up to me asking for Soul Dynamic’s contact information because they want to hire them. The singers were the best I’ve ever heard, and soooooo much fun!!! When my husband and I got married, we knew we had to find an incredible band. We went with Vinyl Project and MY GOD DID THEY DELIVER!!! It's been a little over 2 weeks and my friends that attended the wedding won’t stop talking about how fun the band was. The singers in Vinyl Project were INSANELY talented too. The energy was nuts and we later found out that some of the singers were on American Idol and The Voice! They got people dancing immediately and never looked back!
