Perfect Wedding Day!
Our experience with Vintage Oaks Ranch (VOR) was extraordinary. From the very beginning, the staff was communicative and responsive to our questions to help us bring our dream to life. VOR was extremely flexible with vendors, allowing us to incorporate the gifts of our friends into our wedding day for photography, videography, audio, florals, hair, cake, cocktail hour, and much more. VOR also worked with us to utilize Baris and Heritage Creamery for our dinner and dessert at the wedding- and it was great!
Our ceremony was originally supposed to be outdoors, and when I storm rolled in we were heartbroken. However, VOR staff blew us away by jumping in to help decorate the indoor aisle and bring our vision and dreams to life. I felt that the 'outdoors' were brought 'indoors' and it is all thanks to Renee and Megan!
VOR has a large decor inventory and Renee went above and beyond decorating tables for us prior to our big day. Renee and Megan also offered their creative input and creative eye to help improve our vision! My mother was concerned about how to fold napkins, and when we walked in the next day, Renee had tied and fluffed them all for us.
The VOR staff was so present, intentional, and adaptable to help us have the perfect day, which it certainly was! They understood what was important to us (such as me wanting my flower girl to drop flowers, even if the ceremony was inside) and helped us make it happen!

We truly had the most incredible wedding and we owe it all to Vintage Oaks! It was absolutely beautiful and turned out to be a perfect day so we had the wedding outside, but they had a back up plan for us that was just as beautiful in case the weather changed, which I was so thankful for! Amber made sure everything was PERFECT. She coordinated the whole event so we did not have to worry about anything besides enjoying our special day! Mrs. Joy is the sweetest lady and cooked us some of the best home style cooking we have ever had. Our guests RAVED about her cooking for weeks and my Husband's family is from Louisiana so they know what good cooking is! Lauren took our pictures, which were beautiful and she did an amazing job rallying all the families for pictures and capturing the energy that was in the room through her lense (WHICH IS VERY HARD TO DO.) Most importantly, everyone involved showed us kindness and understanding throughout the entire process and they brought so much joy and laughter to the process which as many brides know doesn't usually happen. The Vintage Oaks family is one of a kind. We are eternally grateful to the Vintage Oaks staff for making our day PERFECT! 100/10 recommend having your wedding here! -

This place doesn’t disappoint! It’s a gorgeous venue. Amber and Joy were a pleasure to work with! Answered all our questions and communication was great. One thing I must add is get the catering package! Their food is so good!!!! At the end of the night we were told there was extra to get another plate, but instead we asked if we could take two plates home. It was just as good the next day as the night of our wedding. Our guest are still complementing on it. Love... Love... Love! Thank you VOR Family for everything! -

My husband and I got married at Vintage Oaks Ranch in March of 2020. Joy, Amber, and the rest of the VOR team did the most AMAZING job making sure our wedding was beautiful. They were so helpful every step of the way, and constantly in contact throughout our engagement. They answered every question, helped with vendor recommendations/booking, and were present for the entire wedding day to make sure everything ran smoothly. We chose to add in-house catering and every one of our gusts loved the food. Make sure to try the corn dip! The members of the Vintage Oaks Ranch team were all professional, attentive, kind, and thoughtful. It was so clear that truly cared about our big day. I cannot recommend this venue enough for your wedding or gathering!! -

Our wedding could not have been more perfect. I looked and looked in the Waco area for a venue with an outdoor ceremony site with beautiful views. From the moment that I seen Vintage Oaks I knew that it would be perfect! I can not say enough about Amber and Joy they both made sure that my special day ran super smooth and that everything was just perfect. Amber was so awesome at getting back with me and answering what I know was a million questions. They truly made us feel like we were part our their own family. This Venue truly has tons of experience and knows what they are doing, from catering to decor, they have all of your tables and chairs that they even set up for you. I cant tell you how much stress it took off of me and out of the planning portion. This place really has it all together it was amazing from start to finish. -

My husband and I got married at Vintage Oaks Ranch in June. The venue was perfect - it was the perfect size for our group (about 110) - it didn't feel to big or too small. It is so charming on the inside and out. We were worried that our outside ceremony in June would be a little hot, but the trees provided more than enough shade. At 6pm, the ceremony site was all shaded and our guests commented that they were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it was outside. Just an example of how the owners have thought of everything to make this the perfect venue. They were great to work with, communicated quickly and efficiently, and were so helpful with any last minute changes. I would definitely recommend this venue!! Thank you for helping make our dreams come true for our Big Day! -

We loved everything that VOR had to offer. They made us feel as if we were family. Amber and Kayln were always there when we needed anything or had a question. On the week of, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Kayln made sure all vendors were there at the correct times and knew exactly what to do. They also did an amazing job decorating for us and took the stress out of wedding planning. I highly recommend giving Vintage Oaks Ranch a chance to make you wedding dreams a reality! -

Our wedding could not have been more perfect, from the first visit to the wedding day. All our guests loved the venue and raved about how beautiful and how professionally every detail was taken care of. Ashley Sent on 03/27/2018Vintage Oaks is truly an amazing venue! From our first visit we were shocked by how beautiful the area was. It’s not too big and not too small and has a great outdoor area for the ceremony and entertainment. But the one thing that sold us immediately was Vintage Oaks’ customer service. They do so much and are involved in every aspect of your special day from catering to ceremony setup. Being able to trust them to make the ceremony beautiful and go smoothly really helped us especially since we planned our wedding out of state. They were able to take our suggestions and ideas and steer us into a final product that was nearly perfect. Vintage Oaks is worth every penny and more. If we had to do it over again we wouldn’t change a single thing. An amazing experience from start to end!

The venue was gorgeous and a perfect size and the Vintage Oaks Crew went above and beyond to make my wedding dreams come true. As an event planner myself, I was so amazed with how the owners and crew were so attentive, paid attention to every detail and did whatever they had to do to make my wedding dreams and visions a reality. I truly didn't have to worry about a thing because the Vintage Oaks Crew had every detail covered. This wedding venue is unlike any other and I will recommended Vintage Oaks Ranch to anyone I know. I also suggest you listen to Amber and the crew when they recommend vendors. All the vendors we chose were Vintage Oaks Ranch recommendations and saying I was pleased would be an understatement. I know for a fact that my wedding day would have never been as perfect and beautiful as it was if it wasn't for Vintage Oaks Ranch and their gorgeous venue and awesome crew!

The minute we walked through their doors, we knew it was meant to be the place for us! Amber was the first person to be real and honest with us and they were the only venue to offer a complete package for a reasonable price. The Vintage Oaks ranch staff absolutely delivered on our wedding last month! It was so nice to not worry about the little details and to have their guidance every step of the way. Everyone at our wedding was so impressed with their service and hospitality and were in awe of how smoothly the day went. We truly appreciated them going above and beyond to ensure a successful day for us. Amber, Joy, and Kalyn absolutely know what they are doing and ultimately have your best interest at heart. If you want a stress free wedding, definitely look no further than Vintage Oaks!
