Beautiful place to get married
Very good service excellent food and the maitre'd rocks her name is Kim and she is awesome making sure that you got everything you need for you and your groom me and my husband got married in the grotto room and it was absolutely gorgeous and their very affordable I highly recommend you check them out! They absolutely made my day beautiful -

The best venue in the business

I went to several other venues before finally deciding to go with villa Russo. The best I choice I have made. I had both my wedding ceremony/reception there and both rooms were absolutely gorgeous, that is in the grotto/ palace room. I love the gorgeous antique look that it has. All my guests loved the place, service, food, and just everything about it. I had an awesome day and would host other events here in the future. -

We had our ceremony and reception. At The Grotto Room. It all went according to plan. The food was good, very organized and in order. We had such a great time. I def recommend this venue. -

A dream come true! Jennifer was our planner and she goes above and beyond to make you happy. I never felt I was bothering her, nor did I ever have to "remind her" of who I was. We got the real one on one attention. People are still raving about the hall, the food, the service and the cake!!! Lol. Can't wait to have our next party here. -

Villa Russo- what more can I say than Perfection? We booked this venue as soon as we walked in. Almost a year and a half out too and I am so so grateful we trusted our gut. From the moment Jennifer began helping us plan we were treated SO well with so much professionalism and open communication. I could email stupid questions any time of day and it was as if we'd become friends. The food is amazing they are willing to work with your budget and advise so nicely as to what will truly make your dreams come true. This place is gorgeous and we received so many compliments from guests on just the fairytale aspect of the decor alone. Kim was the best Maitre'd I could have possibly hoped for. She was by my side the entire night and was always five steps ahead of me. I literally felt like a queen all night. The staff are so cordial and polite and set up was so seamless. The food is amazing and beware- you get A LOT of it. All in all I could not have imagined my wedding anywhere else. From our ceremony downstairs in the Grotto Room to the bridal suite upstairs, we were taken care of. Mr. George- thank you so much for being at our event. It meant so much to us that you personally came over to say hello. Now that's how you run a business folks! Being from the Midwest I was nervous that I would not have the "big city" mentality or hardness when it comes to planning such a big event. I literally had no worries in the world and it was absolutely perfect from top to bottom. Thank you so so much Villa Russo and all of your staff. You literally made our dreams come true and we are indebted to you forever! -

My fiancée and I toured Villa Russo after it was recommended to us. The hall itself is gorgeous, with lots of stone and brickwork that give the venue a real old-world charm. Jennifer was our planner and could not have been nicer or more helpful. We ended up getting their Sunday all-inclusive package, which simplified things greatly – the DJ, photographer, video, photo booth, and limo were all included. We had our whole wedding on-site at Villa Russo, holding our ceremony in the Grotto and our reception in the Palace Room. The event went very smoothly, with tasty food and lovely décor. All the choices we made with Jennifer’s help were realized perfectly on the day itself. The maître d’ and his team took excellent care of us all day. Villa Russo gets highest marks from us, and we would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone else. A+++ -

My husband and I were married on October 15, 2016 and we used Villa Russo for our wedding reception. We started planning our wedding a year ago and Villa Russo made the experience easy. Our Banquet manager Jennifer was absolutely AMAZING!!! She responded to every single email, and phone call and provided fantastic input. The best thing was her understanding of the needs of our son who has Austism and providing the attention to those details. Jennifer made sure very single detail that we talked was taken care of such as; color scheme, reserved seat of honor for my deceased father, to special food for our son with autism. From the napkins to the smallest detail, everything was accommodated. The hall looked amazing and everyone of our guests complimented how beautiful the place was. The food was amazing!!! We choose the sit down dinner style and all I can say is Come hungry!!!! Now I have to sing the praises of our Maitre D, Kim. No words can express our appreciation for all that she did for us from the beginning to end. She coordinated with our vendors to make sure everything ran smoothly, and always made sure we had anything we needed. My husband and I were never without our preferred drink at our table, my guests had no complaints on service, and everyone was happy. She did everything to make our day very memorable. THANK YOU for making our wedding fabulous and giving us and our guest’s memories that we can still talk about today!!! -

This venue is misleading on the outside from the location, but it look absolutely divine on the inside. I had to cancel my wedding due to military commitments, however, working with Villa Russo's was a great experience. They were very helpful and accomodating with our requests. I would recommend them and will definitely use them to renew my vows. -

My husband and I got married at Villa Russo in March. I was sold after the first appointment with Nicolette. She was accommodating and flexible to fit our needs. My husband was stationed overseas at the time so it was little overwhelming thinking of all the details without him but she made it very easy and was always responsive. I also met with Sue and Jennifer for later appointments finalizing details and they were just as helpful and kind.
Now, words couldn't even begin to express our gratitude and appreciation for our Maitre D, Kim. From the second my husband and I arrived at the venue on our wedding day, she was simply AMAZING!. My husband arrived first with our favors and some decorations. He told me that as he was about to begin explaining to Kim where/how I'd like them set up she simply stopped him and replied with "don't worry, I got it". By the time I arrived, she certainly did have it all under control - there wasn't a single thing out of place. She coordinated with our vendors to make sure everything ran smoothly, and always made sure we had anything we needed. My husband and I were never without our preferred drink at our table, my guests had no complaints on service, and everyone was happy. We'd like to thank Kim once again for making our wedding even better than I could have hoped for.
Lastly, the food was outstanding! We chose to have family style appetizers, a salad course, pasta course and main entree. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the fried calamari and shell steak. We used the house bakery for our cake(we choose the Opera style) it was delicious! And, the HUGE selection of AMAZING cookies, pastries, coffee, tea and cappuccino's was outstanding.
In conclusion, our wedding could have not been any more perfect! Thank you, Villa Russo! -

I can’t say enough good things about this place. This place is beautiful. It is so nicely decorated, you really don’t need to add much at all. The entire venue has a very warm and inviting feel to it. If you like the pictures they have on the website, it looks even better in person. It has an elegant and vintage look, and it is unlike any other venue I have visited. We absolutely loved the Venetian inspired décor and felt like we stepped into a little place in Italy. The food is delicious here. First of all, they give you a lot of food and a lot of choices. We upgraded our package to include a hot buffet for our cocktail hour. It was so worth it. Everyone loved the food. We also decided to get the Venetian hour. Our guests were very happy to leave with goody bags of sweets that they just couldn’t wait to enjoy later. Lastly, I have to commend the Staff. I cannot express how grateful I am to them for helping us plan and carry out every detail of this wedding. Jennifer was managing our wedding. She is amazing and was such a sweetheart. We had a unique request for our wedding cake and she made sure we were able to get what we wanted. Thank you to Danielle, who made our cake. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. Our Maître d’ was Kim. She was awesome. She has so much experience and it shows. She had everything moving along effortlessly and with such control. I felt so confident with our event in her hands. The rest of the staff that we dealt with was also so nice and accommodating. Thank you to Jennifer, Susan, Betsy, Kim, and the rest of the staff at Villa Russo for making our event so special. My guests are still talking about how much fun they had, how good the food was, how great the service was, and how beautiful the place was. We will definitely host future events here.

You guys did and exemplary job: so kind, thoughtful, professional – always there for us. You were a joy to work with. We were not one bit nervous or worried because you guys were on top of everything and had it all under control. My sisters wedding reception and ceremony was absolutely beautiful, smooth, worry free (even though you were late) and we were able to focus on the bride , the groom and our loved ones because of your hard work. we had so many compliments made about our reception: from the food, to the service, the decor. Its simply beautiful and elegant. All of the employees work with you every step. They make sure you don't forget anything. The place is decorated so beautiful. It's very stress free. All you need is centerpieces basically. Everyone at my wedding was floored with the beauty of this venue. I had the palace room. It has a balcony for the bridal party. Simply great. Now the food!!!! Everything was exceptionally fabulous. The staff made sure everyone was taken care of.They even catered to my nephew as soon as they heard he was allergic to certain kinds of food. My guest they can't seem to stop talking about the food and the service they received. I must also say that working with Jennifer Folgerie was a pleasure. I felt as though I was working with a family member. She is great. I would recommend Villa Russo to anyone who has an occassion to celebrate. -

There are not enough words to express how magical the Villa Russo and their staff made our wedding day. I had the pleasure of working with Victoria and Jennifer and they were both absolutely wonderful. Everything the day of the wedding was perfect, Kim was by our side from the moment we walked in. The staff was polite, courteous, and attentive. There is nothing I would of changed. The decor was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the cake was so good!! Everything you need is literally under one roof!! People are still talking about the wedding and the venue, and my husband and I are so happy with the way the wedding turned out. It is affordable venue with top class service!!! -

We used Villa Russo for our wedding yesterday. From the time that we started planning our wedding a year ago (May of 2013), Villa Russo made the experience easy. Our Banquet manager Betsy was absolutely unbelievable. She responded to every single email, phone call, "emergency", or whatever we needed. Her attention to detail was second to no one. She was incredible. We cannot stress enough how important she was to this special day (even coming in the day of the wedding to hug me and my fiance and wish us the best). The hall itself was incredible. Every single detail that we talked about with the staff was taken care of. From the napkins to the smallest detail, everything was accommodated. The hall looked amazing and everyone of our guests complimented how beautiful the place was. The food was NOT "catering hall" food. The food tasted amazing. We worked with Kim as our maitre d. Kim never left our side. She was with us for everything. Absolutely nothing went wrong and if it did, we would have never noticed because Kim and the entire Villa Russo staff was on point. They did everything to make our day very memorable. Keep Villa Russo on your list of places to have your reception. We saw so many different halls and our choice in having our wedding reception at Villa Russo was one that we were completely happy with. When you go, ask to speak with Betsy or Jen. They were both incredible in every sense.

We had our wedding there few weeks back and it was perfect !!! Our banquet Manager Jen was outstanding she helped me put the whole event together and was always there for every little question or concern we had !! Our maitre D Kim was fantastic as well she was by my side the whole day and was so helpful organizing wedding party as we did not have rehearsel due to so many out of state friends..Jen assured me we wouldn't need one and she was sooo right !!
Everything was amazing the decorations and food...and even there room we had the ceremony looks like a real chapel with beautiful stained glass windows ...Our day was beautiful and we cannot wait to get our pics back from photographer !! I would most def recommend this venue =) -

I will say.... this place is above and superb. From the moment I walked in to the door, the staff made this wedding a pleasant experience for me. Victoria C. was my coordinator. She made sure she went out her way to make this the best day any woman can ever have!!! My husband and I truly loved her. She was supportive, professional and truly an amazing person. The same for Betsy H. who filled in when Victoria when she was not there. Betsy’s level of professionalism is beyond anyone I have ever met. These girls were wonderful in every way. This was just planning and preparing for the wedding day.
I shopped around before this place and they were truly the most reasonable place! I had a package deal of $10000.00 for 100 guest and all vendors were included. (DJ, Florist, Videographer, Photographer, Limousine, Etc.) Amazing Value for an amazing place!!!
Now the day of my wedding was a dream come true. I left notes on all the little things I had and asked them to set up the tables a certain way and they were excellent! My maître’d was one hell of a woman.. she made sure that our wedding day went smooth and seamlessly as possible. She came up to service us without us having to call her. She even helped my Disabled mother & mother-in-law with anything they needed.
I can go on and on about this place so I will wrap this up. The waiting staff was beyond superb and extremely professional. White Glove service all the way. The food was above and beyond. The hall is well up kept and most of all, my guest claim our wedding was the best they have ever went to( and that is important)!
I could have not done it without the help of villa Russo and their elite choices of Vendors!!!

We had a 50 Anniversary for my Mom & Dad several years ago at Villa Russo's. Since they are so good we had to return. I must say that I almost thought that my reception was not going to take place because my dad was released from the Hospital the same day. I was truly on an emotional roller coaster that whole week. Susan really reassured me and personally helped me out with my seating arrangements. The staff was so helpful and understanding about everything. It was a GOD sent that my Dad was well enough to dance with me. My maitra Dee was the bestest in the whole world. I was so excited I forgot her name but any little thing I needed she was there to help out with. I couldn't ask for anything more. Everyone made you feel like family. With the family touch and the professionalism I say again, there was nothing else to ask for. Luv You ALL. Thank you -

Villa Russo was the place I fell in love with. It was literally love at first sight. I worked with Jennifer Fulgeri and she was the topping on the cake. She made sure everything was perfect and didn't want us to worry about anything. She was in full control. I was amazed on how beautiful she made the place look and how she set it all up. Villa Russo will definitely see me again. -

We got married in February at Villa Russo's and I couldn't have been more happy. Everything was absolutely beautiful! The food was amazing and everyone that worked there was so nice and helpful! I honestly had the best time ever. We can't wait to have more parties there in the future! Good luck and congrats everyone. -

All I can say is that it my wedding day was the most perfect day of my life!
Jennifer was my banquet manager and from the day I booked with her, she was very attentive with all the details I needed to make my journey smooth and easy. She is very patient and helpful and reassures any nervous bride (Like me!), that everything will turn out o.k and beautiful and believe me: it did.
The night of my wedding, from the moment I stepped out of my limo, the maitre'd Kim greeted me and led me throughout my whole ceremony and reception. She was great! I booked The Palace and it looked amazing, just how I told Jennifer I wanted it to look and more!!!
The staff was super friendly. The food was awesome, my guests loved it and overall, everything was greater than I could've imagined. My experience with Villa Russo was one I will never forget. I will recommend this place to any couple planning a wedding. My husband and I were very happy with how everything turned out. For me it WAS a dream come true. -

This place was beautiful, reasonably priced, and the staff was professional. The food was good, too, and exceeded everyone's expectations! The entire staff helped in organizing the wedding and made it as easy as possible for us and our guests. Jennifer was particularly helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful and affordable wedding and reception. The place is absolutely gorgeous and you won't have to spend your time putting the place together. They already set it up! -

Villa Russo was the reception venue we used for our wedding day. This place will definitely provide the bride and groom with quality service. Our banquet manager was Betsy Hernandez whom handled all our wedding details from the very beginning up until the day of our wedding. Betsy is super friendly and will provide you with her suggestions and recommendations for planning your wedding reception at Villa Russo. She was very helpful at helping us select food options in accordance with our guests preferences and diet restrictions. What I enjoyed the most about Villa Russo was their beautiful rooms as well as the fact that the wedding cake is included in the wedding package. Our guests continued to rave about how delicious the food AND the cake was up until today. Villa Russo will provide quality service at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend Villa Russo to all brides planning their wedding day and whom are searching for a reception venue. -

Because of Villa Russo , my wedding reception was more than my dream come true. I am in Love with every person in their staff! Lol the food,cake, service,decor, planing/finalizing was incredible. Destinee & Kim (our maitre d) were my best friends that night. I can not thank them enough. Jennifer helped me with finalizing everything and she was a pleasure to work with, no matter how many times I called questions she made sure I was left with a calm mind knowing eveything will be more than ok. Amazing! From the moment I walked into the Villa Russo we were treated like old friends. Jennifer Fulgieri
was the Banquet Sales Manager that I spoke with, and booked my party with. Jennifer answered any and all of my questions within 24 hours, was extremely helpful, and along with the wait staff made my Wedding Rehearsal an unforgettable evening. The food was amazing, the staff very professional, and helpful.

Excellent and beautiful venue. They decorated my tables exactly how I told them to do it and made the place look lovely. The matre d Kim was excellent and Jennifer my banquet manager was very helpful and made my journey towards my wedding reception smooth and easy. I was very happy an satisfied with villa Russo.. The Villa Russo made my wedding a dream come true. I felt like a true princess in there gorgeous castle! My only wish would have been to do it over and over again! The food & service was outstanding. I was married on May 13th, 2017 and everything was perfect! The venue is gorgeous! The staff is extremely professional and attentive. I had thought that I was going to be overwhelmed with everything that had to be done, but I didn't even lift a finger! I have dreamed of getting married at Villa Russo's since I was a little girl and it was everything I could have hoped for! -

This venue is absolutely amazing. Jennifer is the most helpful person and answers any and all questions you have. She's so friendly and laid back, everything I was worried about she immediately squashed with her calming attitude. She made sure everything was perfect, and it was. The food was great, everyone had an amazing time. And the biggest shout out to Kim, the Maitre D. She is so amazing, there aren't enough words to describe her. She was there every step of the way, so helpful, so kind, packed up all of our stuff for us, packed food for us, offered us anything we needed. Kim is a true treasure. -

MY only complaint was I paid for a room that I didnt use , so please don't be late you will lose the room and your money. The staff was awsome the food was great. My wedding was on May 29,2015 and my guest are still talking about it. I think they did a awesome job. It was a elegant fun wedding. I RECOMMEND THEM FOR SURE!! -

Villa Russo did an incredible job in making my ceremony and reception a night to remember.
Everything looked beautiful and the staff was very courteous.
It was also an honor meeting the owner of such a wonderful catering hall.
We will highly recommend them to everyone we know and hopefully will have the pleasure of enjoying their services again.

Villa Russo's was awesome. We couldn't have a better experience if it wasn't for Betsy. Villa Russo's is a beautiful place to have your wedding. The price is very reasonable and the service on the day of our wedding was just amazing. Betsy was kind, helpful and really mad everything beautiful. We had an issue with one of their vendors on the day of our wedding but Villa Russos made up for it by going over the top for us. I would definitely recommend this venue to other people. -

The hall was our number 1 choice. We had both been there for other events and loved the style, the food and the price. We had a lovely planning experience with our banquet manager, Jennifer, and she made the planning process a pleasant one. However, the day of the wedding we had a few snags. We had booked a hospitality hour to take our photos indoors as we got married in winter and they kept me outside without a coat for 15 minutes. When they finally let us in, they didn't have our space ready for pictures so they stuck us in the stairwell for 20 minutes until they finally let us in the room we paid for. To add insult to injury, the food and drink we were promised for the hour of photos, was not given and it took me asking 4 waiters to get 1 glass of water. Luckily, once the maître d' came out, Destini, she was able to fix things and get us all comfortable for the rest of evening. -

We were told that we would have passed appetizers for the entire hour. my guests complained that a half hr through the cocktail hr they were told that the food ran out. I made a special request before my event that most of my wed guests and wed party including my dad only drank Hennessey. I asked that they not run out of it. I was assured that they never run out and if they did they would send someone to the liquor store. the night of my wedding my dad came to me with 1.5 hrs to go in my reception. I went to the bar and asked the bartender how long it would be for more Henny she was EXTREMELY rude and screamed at me . I then went looking for me Maitre'D and took me a half hr to find him. while looking for him I noticed the bartender had disappeared and that my BIL was behind the bar tending to my guests. Once the maitre'D finally appeared I explained my problem and was told that the bartender was downstairs getting the merchandise to restock the bar? What venue doesn't have staff that can bring the bartender the replenishment of liquor? I also expressed how nasty the woman was to me and that my quests had complained about her attitude as well. The maitre'D did nothing so I asked for the manager. A woman comes out and completely ignores that fact that she told me that she wouldn't run out of liquor, the bar had been unattended for so long, my maitre'd was not readily available and the bartender was rude. her response to me "some of your guests are extremely intoxicated" my response "I am not intoxicated and neither is my father so if I am voicing my concerns and requesting a specific liquor that you guaranteed me, you should do something to rectify this" By the time Henny became available the bar was to close in 5 minutes (that was no mistake im sure) Bottom line. Nice looking venue for the price BUT you get what you pay for when it comes to food/drink/ and especially service!
