Vikwabs was what I needed for my wedding!
Vivian was the perfect person to plan my wedding. We had regular Zoom calls and were constantly in touch about how the wedding decor was going to look. She went out of her to ensure my vision for the wedding was created. She is thorough, resourceful, calm, organized and communicative. It took a lot of stress off of me just because she had all these incredible qualities. I would highly recommend Vivian and her team to anyone who wants a reliable and creative wedding decor professional for their wedding!! -

I got married in Charlotte a few weeks ago, and I was truly blessed to have Auntie Vivian, as I affectionately call her, as my decorator. She was meticulous, a good listener, and paid attention to detail throughout the planning process. She went above and beyond to ensure that she provided everything we asked for and even more. She definitely brought our dreams to life, and we were vowed at our room reveal. Auntie Vivian is very professional and would treat your event just like it was hers. If you ever need decor services in North Carolina and surrounding areas, I 1000% recommend Vikwabs decor. You will thank me later. -

Post Doctoral Party
I utilized Vivian's services for my doctoral graduation, and she literally turned my dream into a reality. I merely gave her my color scheme and asked for class and elegance, and upon my word Vivian delivered! She added personal touches and surprised both myself and my guests beyond belief! It was a very intimate setting and the decor ensemble complimented the venue. -

It took me way too long to write this review, but my experience with Vivian was amazing. She was incredibly helpful and kind from beginning to the end. I knew what I wanted the wedding to look like, but I wasn't sure how to express it or make it happen. She took my bare ideas and turned it into something incredibly beautiful! If I could do it all over again, I would hire her every single time!

Thank you so much to vikwabs and team for such a beautiful decoration on our wedding anniversary. You really did an exceptional job. We wanted a simple yet elegant decoration for the party but you gave us an exception decoration. From the very beginning when I was searching for a decorator, she was so prompt in getting back to me and helpful. As I am someone who stresses about small details, she made everything so easy from the beginning and had my complete trust. The ceremony and reception spaces were more than I could ever imagined. They captured exactly my vision and more. I cannot recommend them enough, they are absolutely amazing! -

I am so excited we chose Vikwabs Decor. Throughout the process, Vivian was responsive and professional. She addressed all of our questions and concerns promptly. She handled almost every component of our wedding, from the cake, decor, and coordination. She communicated with our vendors leading up to our wedding and ensured that all stakeholders were informed of logistics. I love that she toured our Venue before we were able to view the site in person.
From our first consultation to the wedding day, Vivian and her team did not miss a beat. Our guests were impressed by the small details in the decor. One-off request that I, as a bride, requested she honored. As a bride, I can say that I had no worries or stressors on the day of because Vivian handled all matters.

Couldn't be more happier with Vikwabs Decor. From our first consultation to the wedding day, Vivian and her team did not miss a beat. She was very responsive and addressed all our concerns in a timely manner. She practically handled everything for us including making our wedding cake, decorating including floral, recommending a DJ, making a photo hedge wall and serving as our day of coordinator. She contacted all our vendors and handled all our day of logistics. She even toured our venue before we did when we booked the venue because we couldn't travel due to COVID.
We were blown away with her decorations and so were our guests. Our wedding run so smoothly with her as our day of coordinator. We literally had nothing to worry about. She stopped by every table to check on our guests during the reception to make sure everything was going great. We are so grateful we went with Vikwabs Decor and her team. Honestly, if you are looking for wedding decorator or day of coordinator, look no further. Vivian is your gal. You'll not be disappointed. -
