Amazing Organized
Vicki and her team are incredible. They’re attentive, patient and always on top of things. Vicki helped us create a unique design and overall experience that our guests are still raving about a month later. Her team of vendors were just as professional and organized as her team. Even our venue was impressed and they see a lot of planners and vendors! We’re so grateful for our experience.-

Every Bride's DREAM Wedding Planner!
Before my initial call with Victoria, my fiance and I had already been engaged for about 18 months, had already hired a planner, and had already paid for that planner in full. However, circumstances led us to discontinue our planning relationship with our original planner. Although I wasn't sure if we could afford to hire another planner, I'd heard so many great things about Victoria and her team, and I wanted to at least have a consultation with her before making a decision.
After my initial call with her, I realized that we couldn't afford not to hire Victoria. From our very first conversation, I could tell that Victoria was the missing piece of my wedding planning puzzle! My wedding was at the Greenpoint Loft in Brooklyn. NY, and while I love the space, the venue is a raw space that required us to bring in everything (tables, chairs, lighting, catering, etc). As a type-A personality, I had spreadsheets and tabs and Pinterest boards and many things to keep me organized, on track, and flowing with ideas to make our reception fun. I'd already hired vendors that I considered to be at the top of the wedding industry game and I felt like I was in a good place.
And then?
Victoria and her team swooped in and upgraded, literally... EVERYTHING! All of my ideas. All of my designs. All of my little details. My mind was blown by the fact that, no matter how much research I'd done and how much I *thought* I'd learned about wedding planning, a professional planner, like Victoria, who knows the game will always be the way to go! When Victoria listens, she really LISTENS! She created a vision board based off of our conversation and I was amazed at how she picked up on so many little parts of my personality! Victoria is a true visionary who is equal parts creative, practical, and organized. She has a bulletproof pre-wedding system that not only helps brides stay on track, but also ensures that we don't leave any part of the planner process -- even the smallest things -- out!
I forwarded her all of my contracts, connected her with all of the vendors that I hired so far, and she (1) made sure that I had everything that I needed in my contracts, (2) told me which contracts needed to be amended based off of my vision and things that were most important to me, (3) reached out to vendors on my behalf and advocated for me vision while keeping my in the loop the entire time, (4) gave me recommendations when I felt stuck, and (5) connected me with amazing vendors that I still needed. And... so much more!
There are wedding pros. And then there's Victoria. She's truly in a league of her own. She KNOWS the wedding industry and has great relationships with so many vendors and, after every scheduled call, after every email, after every text message, I felt so calm because I was SURE that my fiance and I -- and our wedding -- were in great hands! I couldn't believe how cohesive everything was and how things were just falling into place.
The icing on the cake came about a month or so before my actual wedding date. Every bride knows that the month of the wedding is the most hectic month of the planning process, and that there are a million little things that need to be done before the big day. Victoria's month-of questionnaires are GOLDEN! She gets in your head! She makes sure that she leaves no stone unturned, and let's you know that everything is taken cared of. My friends kept telling me that I was the most calm bride-to-be that they'd seen, and I know it's because I felt incredibly at-ease because of the behind-the-scenes work Victoria was doing.
On the day of my wedding, Victoria assigned her Lady-in-Waiting to be with me the entire day! From helping me to get dressed to bringing me a drink of water to calming my nerves to making sure that all my bridesmaids and my entire wedding party was where they needed to be, she was amazing! So many folks talk about the fact that the wedding day goes by so fast and that brides have so much to do on their wedding day, but that was not my experience! I was able to be present and in the moment because I trusted Victoria and her team completely! Based off of how she'd shown up for me throughout the planning process, I KNEW that I had nothing to worry about -- I just focused on my husband, my family, and having FUN with my friends! Nothing felt rushed because Victoria and her team had the timeline down pat, and she made sure that there was no downtime during the reception. Six months later and all of our guests are still saying how our wedding was one of the best weddings they went to. I KNOW this is largely in part due to the fact that I hired Victoria.
Do yourself a favor and hire Victoria. After working with her and seeing how great my wedding turned out, I have absolutely no regrets! Actually, I do. I wish I hired her A LOT sooner. -

Absolutely the BEST planner
In full transparency, the owner of Victorious Events had known one of us for about 15 years. That being said, we had a substantial list of potential planners we were interested in working with and Victorious Events was one of them. We met with several wedding planners but ultimately decided to move forward with Victorious Events as it was important that vendors we worked with would be Black-owned and she cultivated a list of Black peers. Additionally, the wedding designs she created for other couples were stunning.
From the moment we hired her, Victoria showed us that we had selected the right planner. She helped us make our goal of having mostly Black vendors a reality by connecting us with other amazing, talented people. Nowhere was this more on display than in the two weeks leading up to our wedding. Both my fiancée and I got COVID and while our symptoms were thankfully mild we worried it wouldn’t be safe for us to have our wedding and were in total freak-out mode. After postponing our wedding due to COVID-19, us catching it right before the wedding was a huge blow. Victoria never wavered from her positive, optimistic self and even when we wanted to scream at her to stop being so darn cheerful, it helped calm our nerves…somewhat. But more than her ridiculously calm and optimistic nature she made sure things got DONE and that we’d be as safe as possible. Due to last-minute alterations, Kayla still didn’t have her wedding dress or second dress in the days leading up to the wedding. Guess who called us at midnight, the day before the wedding to say come downstairs? Yes, you guessed it. Victoria! Somehow, Kristin, one of the wonderful associates who work for Victorious Events was able to get Kayla’s wedding dress and it was lovingly delivered by Victoria. We could go on and on about how clutch the team was in those last few days before the wedding, but then this review would be 5+ pages. In short, let’s just say that COVID brain is real, and we forgot multiple items crucial to our wedding. For example, the team went above and beyond by going to our apartment the day before the wedding to pick up the marriage license we forgot. How we forgot that of all things, we still don’t know, but we’ll say the COVID brain fog got us good. If it wasn’t for Victoria being willing to run to our apartment to pick up our license, we literally wouldn’t be married right now.
Wedding planning is HARD and you need to work with someone who you want to get through those hard times with. That person is 1000% Victoria. Her constantly upbeat and positive attitude was invaluable as we navigated through a pandemic, inflation, and general wedding mishaps. If we had to do it all over again, we’d still hire Victoria. Hands down.

Exceptional!
I was a Covid bride… I will never forget the day I called Vicky; it was the day I was suppose to be getting married in St. Lucia. I remembered calling her crying on what was suppose to be the happiest day of my life but my husband and I had Covid. Our guests went to St Lucia and we had to quarantine. Victoria on that same day scheduled a phone call with me and told me she would be with me through the process of planning. On the day she changed my life… she gave me hope. She is my saving grace!! I did not have to worry about ANYTHING.. she handled EVERYTHING… my husband and I both have demanding careers and her and her team worked around our schedule. Trust me there were days that she had to hunt me down but she made it work…. Our wedding day was beyond our wildest dreams… from our invitations to flowers to venue… I would not have had the mind to do anything …. Her vendor recommendations are phenomenal.:: work ethic unmatched and team is beyond amazing. Thank you for blessing us with the wedding of our dreams!!! -

I had the pleasure of working with Victoria and her amazing team not once but twice! My original wedding date was impacted by the global pandemic, Victoria played a fundamental role in helping to execute the mini-mony in September 2021 and the actual wedding reception in July 2022 from beginning to end. I really could not imagine both events without Victoria; her attention to detail and organizational skills are phenomenal. If you have any doubt in your mind don’t hesitate, be sure to get Victoria on your bridal team! It will be worth it so you can truly enjoy your memories for a lifetime. -

Victorious Events planned and design our vow renewal and we are forever grateful for their exceptional talent, attention to detail and seamless execution. Our event was intimate but had quite a few moving parts; the logistics of the day were so thoughtfully and carefully planned and we truly had a worry free beautiful event -

Worth the Wait
First let me start by saying it took me so long to write this review because I still cannot put into words what Victoria means to myself and my family. I got married January 2022 and I’m still sitting here months later reflecting on how amazing my wedding was all because of Victoria. As a little girl growing up; one of my favorite shows on TV was Bridezillas. My mom would have to watch this show every Sunday with me.; so let’s just say when it came to my wedding I knew what I wanted and how I wanted it to look. I also knew a wedding planner was needed, a good one to make the day transition smoothly.
After becoming engaged; I tasked myself to find the perfect wedding planner. I had a top 3 list and in that list Victoria was one of them; I even commented on her IG page before I was even engaged letting her know she would one day be planning mine. So when the time came for the process of elimination let’s just say one phone call with Victoria and I was sold. Her personality is perfect for a planner, she was filled with joy, I can tell she cared, she listened. I would later find out one of the things I love most about her was her patiences. My wedding got postponed once, follow by multiple date changes and location changes, something that can drive a planner crazy or I would think would but Victoria never changed on me, she was always understanding and one thing she always said was, “what do you want Chere, its your day” this always made me feel like she cared about me as client personally and not just financially.
Fast forward to my wedding, I always knew I wanted a beach wedding but not on the sand since my husband and I were from the Caribbean. Barbados was our first choice before we had to postpone. The pandemic hit and COVID rules became a handful for anyone planning a wedding especially in the Caribbean. After a quick vacation to Mexico in 2021 and loving Cancun I called Victoria and said let’s do Cancun; without hesitation she agreed and told me all the pros of doing it there during COVID times. Victoria did an amazing job picking locations for us until we selected the perfect one. She worked on every detail of the wedding with me from picking location, budget, invitations, setting up travel agency, vendors, flights etc. I also love how realistic she is as a planner especially with the budget. This is what every bride needs, honesty.
My mom and I have a story we say, we woke up the morning of my wedding and just chilled, got ready with hair and makeup and didn’t even know how the wedding got put together. LOL. That’s because I hired the best in the game. I was at peace that day; I didn’t worry about anything and let’s just say my wedding was “worth the wait” . I was blown away by the details from welcome dinner to taking pictures, ceremony decor, cocktail hour to reception. My day was perfect because of Victoria and Mike her husband who was my DJ. My friends and family still to this day say hands down one of the best destination weddings they have ever been to. Our guest love that it was so detailed for them, easy hotel booking to transportation. The hotel was amazing and customer service A+. Some of my male cousins are planning weddings and said I set the bar so high for them they were scared to plan theirs. I have Victoria to thank for that. My vendors always raved about their experience with Victoria as a planner and how efficient she was. My makeup artist is recommending her to everyone now.LOL
My wedding was Boho sheek wedding style. Victoria did a good job of helping me pick my flower, to my floating flowers in the air at the reception. My arch was epic and to die for. My ceremony designed with the curtain back drop was epic in pictures. The details from napkins, to signature drinks during cocktail hour. Reception was facing the beach with a moon light. The tables arrangement had guest in aww, to the personalized name tags on each plate setting. The hotel even stole my seating chart mirror idea and had it in their office days after the wedding was over. My guest enjoyed the fire dancers on the beach at the end of the night, why choose fireworks when I can get real fire dancers; thanks to my wedding planner suggesting this. I also had a welcome party the night my guest all arrived that help set the tone for the wedding. The decor was spot on and the food was amazing. Thanks to Victoria for suggesting we pick buffet style giving our guest amazing food. Welcome party was an amazing touch to help welcome our guest but also a time to open the floor for long speeches. Great idea! Our guest was also able to get acquainted.
Last but not least; let me talk about Victoria team. Kristen and Alexis. Kristen was assigned to me and listen I didn’t have to worry about how will I get in my dress (this was a stress) but she zip that thing up like nothing. Kristen was there to fix me for pictures so every thing was perfect to taking my shoes off, dress changes, and even offering me water or food. My friend who all were already married raved about the girl with the knee pads at my wedding and how on it she was on top of it. I’m going to end this by saying picking Victoria and her team was the best decision ever and I wouldn’t change it for the world. I honestly do not know if anyone else would have been as patience as she was with us during or plan, postpone, reschedule , book again time. Ps: my husband did not see the need for a planner since he knows I know a lot of what I want and how I like things so he was more down for the day of coordinator. I always said you wouldn’t see Victoria worth until the day of. Let just say the night after the wedding he said to me how much she cost again LOL, he goes with her team and what she did today she deserve more. Also my mother in law who had a lot to say was speechless at the end…priceless !!! -

Victoria went above and Beyond!
I was referred to Victorious Events via a close friend/family member who used her services for her wedding pre-pandemic. I must say, Victoria and her team went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had the wedding of our dreams! We were originally supposed to tie the knot in 2020, but the pandemic pushed it back to 2021. Throughout it all, Victoria was kind, flexible, and available to walk us through all our planning uncertainties while providing the utmost quality of service. We're beyond satisfied - her work really emphasizes her attention to detail and overall mastery of her craft. We would refer her to anyone looking to plan a wedding of any size, without hesitation! -

Our Vision Brought To Life!!
From the very beginning of our quest for a wedding planner, we knew we wanted someone who had the experience and creativity to bring our vision to life. With Victorious Events we found just that and more!! Victoria is the most amazing wedding planner you could ever have for your special day! Victoria loves weddings and is passionate about what she does, and that is what makes her exceptional and her team so wonderful!! We hired Victorious Events NYC for partial wedding planning and experienced a connection and trust throughout every detail of the planning process. Due to the pandemic, our original venue closed their doors which left us without a reception venue. Our hearts sank upon reading that email!! Many couples were experiencing the same issue, so available wedding dates and venues were not easily attainable. Victoria eased our minds and found the most beautiful venue that surpassed all of our hopes and dreams. It was spectacular and added to the elegance of our entire day. This is only one of many reasons why Victoria is the ultimate wedding planner. Her expertise and ability to focus on even the smallest detail is in my opinion, what sets her apart from the rest. There are just so many incredible aspects of our wonderful wedding journey we shared with Victoria. The day we received our wedding design board was EXHILARATING!! It was a beautiful display showcasing every step of our special day from start to finish. Victoria and her team are professionals that give their all to making their client’s day a magical one. My husband and I were just blown away when Victoria escorted us to the main banquet hall for the room reveal on our wedding day. The space was more beautiful than anything I had ever seen. Each style detail that we’d finalized was beautifully displayed in front of us. Nothing could have prepared us for that moment.... it was truly breathtaking!! I’m tearing up as I write this!! Amazing Planner = Amazing Wedding
Victoria and her team were truly a wonder to work with! From my very first initial phone consultation with her, I knew she was the perfect person to make the my dream wedding come true. As you can imagine planning a wedding during a pandemic with all the uncertainty there is is very difficult, however Victoria ensured no matter what the day was going to be exactly how my husband and I wanted it. Victoria was always so proactive, super responsive and kept it real all the time! She was able to hear my ideas and make it all come to life and then more! I never really had to stress a thing because if Plan A didn't work, she always had a Plan B or C to follow up with. For an example, the week of the wedding unfortunately the saxophonist we hired had something come up so he was unable to play out at the wedding at the last minute. Victoria quickly sprung into action, had back up saxophonists for me to look at and we had one hired the very next day. On the day of the wedding, I didn't feel one ounce of stress. Victoria and her team ensure everything went as smooth as possible, had amazing energy around us and was there for us every step of the way. I couldn't have a picked a better planner! -

Piece of mind
Thank you Victoria and your lovely assistants for not allowing the wedding chaos and running around affect my sanity. They went above and beyond to making sure everything was set for my special day. I wish I had hired Victoria from the beginning it would have saved me money, time and headaches. She knows what she is doing. Professional and she will make sure that the couples vision for their wedding is the focal point. It is easy to get lost in the most of planning with many opinions but she will keep you grounded. Best wedding planner in the Business !
Victorious Events NYC is exactly what you need to have a flawless wedding production. Do not let the NYC fool you, Victoria and her team curated my destination wedding in Mexico during COVID. She is the wedding planning G.O.A.T. My husband and I had the full service package and this included Victorious Events handling everything that has to do with the wedding; vendor selection, venue selection, color scheme, decor, food tasting and day of coordination.
Vicky allowed my half of a vision to become a whole vision and brought it to life. My wedding day was perfect ! The ceremony was beautiful and the reception was gorgeous and lit. She provided my husband and I with exactly what we wanted and more.
The vendor team that she put together allowed the wedding to come out so amazing and I thank her for that. She provided quality service and top notch results. All the small perks you receive throughout the process makes the experience so much more worth it. Victorious Events will turn your vision into reality and the dreams of the wedding that I didn't even know I had, came true. -

There are not enough words to express my gratitude for Victoria and her staff members. My wedding was literally a dream come true. It was nothing short of AMAZING and it's all contributed to them. I gave Victoria my vision and she worked her magic and brought it to life. I don't know what I would have done without Victoria and her staff. It made the wedding planning less stressful.
Planning a wedding during a pandemic was very overwhelming to say the least, but there was nothing that Victoria couldn't control. Even down to the wedding day, it started pouring down raining and the ceremony was scheduled to take place outside. I couldn't process the ceremony being moved inside and being everything that I envisioned. After entering the hall where the ceremony took place I was flawed and thought everything happens for a reason. If you don't think you need a wedding planner THINK again. I could not have planned this wedding without the assistance of Victoria and her team!!!! -

Personable and friendly
The Best wedding Planner Ever!!!
Victoria and her staff is the complete package. Also her assistant Niajah and Kristin are amazing
I was suppose to get married last year but due to the pandemic it was postponed. However during that time Victoria still continued to keep in contact and stayed on track with the new wedding date and plans. Now fast forward the day of the wedding May 29th 2021. It rained that whole day I mean poured. Victoria had plans A-Z for any possible issue transpire. She checked the weather consistently a week straight and since my ceremony was outside a tent was definitely needed. We were down to the wire and she was able to get a tent and whatever else that was needed to make this day seamless. I had an idea of how I wanted the wedding but she actually exceeded my expectations. She was very patient, kind and creative. I cannot thank her enough. My wedding was a huge hit and everyone is still talking about that day.

Best Wedding Planner Ever
Victoria was amazing all-around and our wedding would not have happened without her and her amazing husband whom was our DJ. She is very nice, thoughtful, extremely organized, and fun to be around - and she can help with anything. She also seems to know and have a great relationship with other wedding vendors, which was incredibly helpful to coordinate across a bunch of different people. We would highly recommend Victoria to anyone else getting married, and will make sure to work with her if we ever renew our vows!

Sheer Excellence
Every time I reflect on my October 1st wedding and how beautifully everything came together, I gush about the wonderful work of Victoria and her team at Victorious Events NYC.
I was the type to think I’d never need a wedding planner because “I can handle it”, but there is a huge difference between planning another event or even a friend’s wedding, and planning your own wedding.
Victoria is a necessity! I’m so glad I booked her. She knows the industry, and she provides top-notch service! If you’re concerned about being able to afford a planner (like I was), Victoria offers three-tiers of service, each with a different price point, thus making it easier to decide what works for your overall budget.
Victoria was easily accessible for every little (annoying) question I had—whether by phone or by email. One memory I’ll always think on with fondness, was how calm Victoria kept me. Every time I thought the wedding planning was getting out of my control, she calmly reminded me that everything would be just fine—and it was. She always presented with a level-headed approach, which is what just about every anxious bride needs.
The aesthetic of the wedding ceremony and reception had me near speechless (see her Instagram highlights)! Just beautiful! My guests are still talking about the decor two months later!! I loved how she brought my vision to reality!
Victoria handled everything with ease and with care—she really cares about the quality of work she puts forth, and about her brides! I told her, she went from a vendor to a friend! I truly admire her as a person for her calm and kind spirit, but also as a professional for being committed to her work and providing high-quality event planning services with the highest level of excellence.

Best Wedding Planner!
My husband and I were able to have our dream wedding because of Victoria and her team! From the first time we met Victoria we knew that she would be amazing as she immediately got our vision. Not only is she the sweetest person but she gets the job done! Her planning and design expertise helped me feel at ease during the planning process. Despite having gone over every detail of the wedding leading up to the day, nothing could have prepared us for how we felt when we saw how everything came together. She knew exactly which vendors would be able to deliver our vision. Everything was absolutely perfect! It still feels like a dream that we had the wedding of our dreams. Victorious Events NYC is the BEST! Victoria is such an amazing wedding planner! She is super sweet, resourceful and her attention to detail is unmatched! Throughout the wedding planning process, Victoria was very responsive and was able to provide us with great vendor recommendations to help bring our wedding day to life! Victoria and her team put together a very detailed agenda of the wedding day, which was super helpful to ensure everyone was at the right place at the right time.

The V is for Victorious Planning!
As a Bride to be I was looking for a wedding planner that would understand the they are working with a Bride that provides Project Manager services to fortune 500 client and therefore my expectations for client service, planning and timelines is very high. I remember the day I decided to hire Victoria; she was not only super nice and super sweet but when she said she always builds contingency in her plans....it was my version of she had me at hello...Victoria had me at Contingency. Victoria event planning, leadership and support was Exceptional! She's was not just a wedding planning but also my sense checker and shoulder to lean on!!! Victoria's skills, design creativity, planning (of course) and management of all our vendors was stellar!!! Planning a wedding at a large venue with a large wedding party is very stressful and working with Victoria allowed my stresses to dwindle. On the day of the wedding I did not have to worry about a thing. I was as cool as a cucumber on our wedding day, and I know that was due to Victoria's leadership. Victoria and her team were on top of everything from keeping my the wedding party and vendors on schedule (which for me was critical), all the little details and ensuring that my husband and I enjoyed the evening. I cannot thank Victoria and her team enough for helping us make our wedding day a most memorable occasion! -

Best Wedding Planner
My husband and I are extremely happy with the services performed by Victorious Events. We were recently married (July 2019) and the day before our wedding our officiant became sick and could not perform at our Wedding. Victoria was professional and was able to provide us with a new officiant within the hour. Our Wedding was SAVED!! During the wedding Victoria and her team were detailed oriented with the decorations of the venue, assisted me with getting dressed, and even walked with my husband and and I while we were taking our wedding photos. They went above and beyond to ensure our Wedding was successful. We are truly grateful to Victoria and her team!!! -

Absolutely amazing!
Victoria is wonderful. From the very beginning, she has been accessible. Before booking Victoria as our wedding planner, she graciously spoke with us on the phone and exchanged emails several times to answer all of our questions. A few months later, we decided that we needed her to make our wedding a success. Throughout our wedding process, Victoria was professional, detail-oriented, and always made suggestions that were within budget and our vision to enhance our day. She had answers to our questions and was always 3 steps ahead. When we were getting anxious, she remained calm and confidently assured us that all would go well. The Best Wedding Planner a Bride and Groom Can Ask For
We love Victoria!!!!
Victoria helped made our dream wedding into a reality. I can't imagine having planned our wedding at The surf Club without Victoria. From the moment we spoke the first time I knew Victoria was qualified and competent, she listened to our vision and helped with every detailed. Victoria coordinated everything perfectly, she was in communication with all our vendors, making sure the whole day flowed smoothly. Victoria is also a great problem solver, the day of the wedding, our mirror seating chart broke on the way to the venue ( I was ready to have a heart attack). However Victoria reassured me everything will be okay and everyone will sit according to plan and she did exactly that!!! My husband and I was completely stress free and had an amazing time. Victoria whole team is so friendly, I truly felt they were like family to me by the end of the day. Our guest still rave about our wedding till this very day. If you want a stress free wedding planning experience, you should hire her now and thank us later.

Amazingly-talented wedding planner & designer!!
About 7 months before the wedding, I was looking for a wedding designer and planner and soon discovered Victorious Events. I wished that I had found Victoria sooner in my planning process. Nevertheless, I was so glad that I had her expertise for the last 7 months. Victoria is a master of her craft---in both planning and design skills. Our wedding guests are still talking about how our wedding was one of the best that they ever attended. And I believe that it was the attention to detail. In regards to her design, she put together a beautiful aesthetic that captured my wedding vision better than I could have imagined with my pinterest board. She curated vendors that brilliantly executed the vision for the day. In terms of her planning skills, she was always on top of every detail. My husband and I did not have to worry about any detail on the day of the wedding including having a winter storm occur the night before the wedding. Victoria and her team kept everything running smoothly and troubleshooted every detail without breaking a sweat! My groom and I were very well-taken care of by her team on one of the most important days of our lives. We wish we could do our wedding a second time because the day was so beautiful and enjoyable. Surpassed my expectations
Victoria and her team surpassed all my expectations. We had a multi-cultural modern wedding with many moving pieces (different cultures, traditions, languages, dietary needs, music, bridesmen, groomswoman, just to name a few) with great potential for hiccups, but everything went beautifully when I handed the reins to the team. They embraced our ideas and provided professional feedback that reflected our desire to have an event that respected our families/backgrounds while incorporating our own spin. I am sure there were a ton of little things that popped up during the day, but they took care of everything and made sure that my husband and I were not only stress-free, but also had the opportunity to enjoy the evening. -

Now you may think a planner would not be needed but I can honestly say that unless you have been married before you really do not know all the ins and outs. Victoria from Victorious Events NYC
Victoria is awesome! She is incredibly sweet, patient and accomodating. I had a clear idea of the aesthetic I was going for and she nailed it, sourcing the appropriate vendors to meet my decor needs. She took a ton off my hands and was there each and every time I wanted to hop on a call to clarify or add an additional request. She also provided several options for most of the items and was great about staying within my budget. I also appreciated that she was transparent about things I could get away with not having at no dacrifice to the overall look and feel of the event.
Prior to hiring her I did not think that I needed a timeline but found out literally 1-2 days before my big day that I was sorely mistaken. The timeline allows all of your vendors (dj, decor, venue) to be on the same page to ensure that transitions are seamless. Having a real idea of when each part of the reception will start and end is something not to take for granted. Victoria is so on point that even when I came to her last minute about being in over my head and needing the timeline, she again came through and provided one for me (livesafer!). You NEED Victoria for your big day, this is an area that you do not want to be frugal with. -

The final touch
VIC put the wow in our wedding! We had a destination and I had planned everything and as I got to close to the last 30 days I started to doubt myself. I felt uneasy and thinking I was leaving things out. I found Victoria on instagram and from our first conversation I knew I had to have her. She took my ideas and to it to the next echelon! She made my reception and ceremony sooooo beautiful and if I didn’t have her with us I’m sure I would have been a mess!-

Victoria and the Victorious Events staff are amazing. As soon as you let your family and friends know that you’re getting married the next call that you make NEEDS to be to Victoria! A wedding is a production and there are so many moving parts that you’re unaware of until you’re in the thick of it all. You can have a vision, but not know where to start, and looking at the blogs, wedding shows, and magazines can be very intimidating. Victoria possesses a wealth of knowledge and know-how, and she’ll know what to do and who to work with to make YOUR dream wedding a reality. Emphasis on “your,” because a lot of planners are only good at executing one type of vision and I’m definitely not a cookie cutter type of person (and I definitely didn’t have an endless budget). All of my vendors, most of whom I selected with Victoria’s help, loved working with Victoria and her team, and my guests still ask me for my planner’s contact info. I’m a very organized person, but there’s no way that I would have been able to pull off my beautiful, well-organized, stress-free wedding without Victorious Events NYC. -

Hiring Victorious Events as a day-of-coordinator, is the best decision my husband and I could have made! You can spend over a year planning a wedding, but if you'd don't have someone to execute your vision and take care of things for you - it could lead to unnecessary and unwanted stress on your big day. Luckily, we experienced NONE of that, and it is entirely because of Victoria and her team. Not only did they ensure smooth logistics, but they took care of and handled so much more than that. You can tell that she really cares and loves what she does. She's just as invested as you are in making sure your wedding is a successful event. She is meticulous, extremely responsive, and her attention to detail is unparalleled. She is creative, thoughtful, extremely organized, and just has great energy. On the day of our wedding, her team was literally prepared to handle anything and everything under the sun. It was unseasonably humid so my hair fizzed up the second it was exposed to the elements. Her team immediately went into stylist mode and fixed my hair so that I could walk down the isle. Hair was saved, pictures were saved, everything was taken care of and that is just one story of many that depict the value she added. You will not be disappointed having Victoria by your side. I only wish we hired Victorious Events sooner, as the work shes done as a planner looks incredible!! We couldn't recommend her enough!! -

Victoria was amazing. We knew we wanted a very particular vibe, and she helped us execute our vision flawlessly while thinking of all the little details that never crossed our minds. Even though we only booked her for month of coordinating, she was there to answer questions and give advice even before our "month" technically started.
During the month leading up to the wedding she was incredibly well organized, very professional and responsive in terms of communication, had great suggestions and ideas, and was super proactive. She was great at thinking of all the details that nobody warns you to think of and most importantly, helped to ease our stress in the weeks leading up to the big day.
On the actual wedding day, she handled all the logistics smoothly and efficiently. Our reception space looked even better than we envisioned thanks to Victoria and her team. She even added a little surprise to our sweetheart table, which was so thoughtful and sweet!
We truly feel that Victoria was fully invested in making sure our wedding day was perfect, and thanks to her, it was! We can't recommend her enough. -

Victoria is simply the best. I'm honestly going through withdrawal from not speaking with her all the time! She is the most soothing, relaxed, professional human that you would want by your side on your wedding day. She went way beyond what I expected her to do as a day-of coordinator (I only booked her for that but I now wish I had booked her for the whole planning package!) From visiting the venue with me (with her awesome husband who was our DJ!), speaking with vendors who had any questions way before the day of, helping me figure out what made sense in terms of budgeting, I honestly could not have done it without her. Victoria is Amazing! We contracted Victoria in January 2017. When I met Victoria, I already had a vision of how I wanted the wedding to look. She took my ideas and made it much bigger than I could ever imagine. Victoria was not pushy at all. She doesn't push you to vendors or in the direction you do not want to go. My husband and I have very busy work schedules and a little son, so we needed someone who was hands on and someone we could trust. We found that and more in Victoria. She is very professional! She responds in a timely fashion, she is thoughtful and she always searches for the best results for the couple. I loved working with every vendor she introduced us to. I have nothing bad to say. It was like the dream team. I really wanted to use a certain videographer ( Yamean Studios ) but I didn't think we could fit it in our budget but Victoria made it work. Victoria went above and beyond for us, even her husband, (Mike Music) who doesn't even know us helped us with our special day.
Multiple times I would ask her opinion on things and go with her thoughts because I have complete trust in her, her vision and her ability to produce the best outcome. I would get emails at 1am! Always working,she truly is the best!
A few days before our wedding, I received the most efficient and organized timeline. I couldn't believe it. I had to show it to my family and friends. Everything was planned to the minute.
Victoria was always polite and professional. She handled my bride stress like a PRO!
I am forever thankful that our photographers (J&R Photography) recognized our need for a planner and referred us to her.
If you are a bride to be and reading this review. I'm telling you.You will very be pleased with the outcome. It was the best day of my life! I wish I could relive it over and over again.

My now husband and I booked Vicky based on her wonderful skills that were consistently demonstrated when we researched and saw the other weddings that she had planned. If anything was wrong at them, you certainly weren't able to tell! Booking her and her team, turned out to be one of the best decisions we made regarding the wedding. I thought I had everything down pat but when Vicky sat down and went through everything with me to make sure nothing was left behind, I realized I had only done a tiny percentage of the things that needed to get done! It was overwhelming because I thought I had done so much but Vicky kept me grounded and made everything happen in a short amount of time. People are STILL raving about my wedding months later, and honestly, alot of that was thanks to her! -

My advice is just do it! Victoria changed our lives by turning the anxiety producing selection of vendors, the details on the rehearsal dinner, and day of the event into a fun collaboration that was a perfect 10. Every vendor Victoria suggested was easy to work with, made great suggestions, and delivered big time! She was so professional, thorough, and efficient. She ran the show without being intrusive or dramatic. It was such fun to work with her, and we could not recommend anyone as highly as we do her. It was perfection from start to finish, and made the day the moment of a lifetime that we had dreamed of. Victoria made our wedding day stress-free, and everything flowed so smoothly. Hiring her was the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. My husband and I ended up having to change some details of our wedding a few days before the big day, and Victoria coordinated EVERYTHING for us. I also loved that she created a detailed itinerary of not only the wedding but the entire day, and that all of our vendors were given the itinerary beforehand. Victoria of Victorious Events is not only professional but gracious. From the time we booked her services to the end of our event we were consistently pleased. It's always gone out of her way to make sure they were happy content and most importantly organized and aware of what would take place on our wedding day. Victoria never made us comprise what we wanted or bend unwillingly she was always open-minded and understanding and a constant problems solver. The day of the wedding was stress-free and we never once had to worry about what our event would look like or feel like or whether we made the right decisions and how they would be overseen. Amazing then the referral people who know how to work together to create a seamless event. We were able to truly enjoy our wedding as if we were special guests. -

Victoria exudes professionalism and goes the extra mile to ensure that her bride and groom are well accommodated for. My hectic schedule leading up to the wedding did not make it easy for all of the vendors I was working with, but Victoria brought my vision and all of the vendors together seamlessly. Victoria is a such beautiful person and was an integral part of my wedding day. I was planning my wedding from almost 3,000 miles away but Victoria was very on top of our communication. She and her team are so professional and very caring! We had SERIOUS staff and accommodation issues with the venue but it was Victoria and her team who were the calming force that kept me sane so that I was able to walk down the aisle with a smile and enjoy our special day. I don't think I've thanked her enough for that. I would highly recommend Victorious Events for any occasion but especially your wedding day. I'm just waiting for my friends to get engaged so I can introduce them to her ;) -

Victoria is very attentive, detail-oriented, and fun to work with. We met over brunch to discuss what I wanted and kept in touch via phone calls, texts, and emails. Because I was indecisive, and didn't care for all the details, she was a great sounding board (telling us what was a good value, what was feasible, how certain décor items worked together, etc.), brought out the best options, and made sure everything went smoothly. She set up our timeline and coordinated with each vendor allowing us to just enjoy our special day. There never was a hiccup and if there was, she took care of it so I didn't even know! She is hands-down amazing, and I would definitely employ her services again! -

Vicky was my super hero during my wedding. It was like she flew in and saved the day with her tips, vendor recommendations and knowledge of wedding planning. I booked her later in my wedding planning process (with three months left!) and wish I had booked her sooner. I would have saved a lot of money and time had I done so!
She is the definition of a professional. In working with her in the months leading up to my wedding she was super responsive, kind, and took initiative on a number of things (linens, table signs, etc.) She was confident and professional enough to advocate for my needs, especially when dealing with difficult vendors. She kept what I wanted at the forefront of her mind when interacting with vendors and made sure every single time I got what I wanted. On the day of the wedding, she and her assistant made sure my husband and I got to enjoy ourselves by working with the photographers to be efficient (while still getting all the shots we wanted) so we could have time for cocktail hour and our reception.
The best thing about working with her was her confidence and reassurance that my day would be perfect because she and her team would make sure of it. My wedding day was truly stress free thanks to Victorious Events NYC. If there were any fires to put out, I didn't know of them because she and her team were swift, present but not intrusive, and simply amazing.
Thanks so much Vicky for your expertise, guidance and kindness. It was an absolute pleasure working with you. It was the best money I spent during this process - I got all that I was promised (and more!)

Victoria is one of the most amazing and awesome person I've ever met! I met her through her fiance at the time, who we were interviewing for our wedding DJ - he just mentioned that she was a planner and my wheels started spinning. I never wanted to hire a planner, but let me tell you, I am GLAD I did! I hired Victoria as my day-of-coordinator, but she made me feel like she was my planner for the entire wedding. I received phone calls and emails from the time I booked her (October, my wedding was the next July) and the tremendous amount of advice and assistance I received was out of this world! From vendors, to design styles to pretty much anything wedding, she was my go to girl. And what's funny is that, I feel like she is my spirit animal! We have a lot in common and we've grown to be great friends since the planning process. My wedding is over, but Victoria will remain a lifelong friend. While unfortunately we weren't able to keep Victoria on for the full service (last minute scheduling conflicts on our end), she was there to help us all the way. She was very understanding and never lost her cool. She was willing to steer us in the right direction, and gave great advice!
She was always a phone call or email away. Victoria isn't only very professional but is one of the kindest women you will ever meet! I mean, she emailed me right after having an injury and checked up on us. Not many people do that.

She attended and ran our rehearsal, connected with all of our vendors, and participated in our final meeting with the venue (asking all of the important questions). Vicky was an absolute JOY to work with. As a bride, I had a very clear vision for my wedding. I knew exactly how I wanted it to look and feel. This can be a blessing or a curse if your planner is not on the same page. During our first conversation, I felt so blessed to be working with Vicky because she GOT IT! This helped to put me at ease because I didn't have 'to do it all'. I was able to explain what I wanted and Vicky got the job done.
Vicky accompanied me to meetings with vendors and helped me make the best decisions for my budget. She was available for phone calls whenever I had a question or was having a nervous breakdown. She even took on some DIY projects that made my wedding reception extra special. I couldn't have asked for more in a wedding planner.

We hired Victoria as our day-of coordinator for our destination wedding that was held 5 hours away from New York City. From our initial meeting to the after party, she is a true professional! We were not able to provide her with the complete list of vendors until just a few days prior to the wedding but she was able to contact all our vendors in record time to create a cohesive schedule. Even though there were a few surprises along the way from our beloved guests and bridal party, she was able to handle everything seamlessly. After our original wedding plans fell apart we were lucky enough to connect with Victoria. Victoria stepped in as the day-of coordinator for my wedding this past April. She arranged everything for the reception including creating a timeline, setting up the table decor, communicating with the limousine service, managing the bridal party introduction, and coordinating with our DJ to make it a night to remember. She really stepped up and didn't mind taking on additional tasks to make our wedding perfect. I don't know what we would have done without her help and superior professionalism. -

My only regret about working with Victoria is that we did not hire her sooner. We engaged her as our day of coordinator a month prior to our wedding and she immediately jumped in to take the load off of my shoulders. She began coordinating with the vendors that we already had in place and found new vendors for some of the last minute items that were needed. Here professionalism throughout the entire process gave me the confidence that I needed to sit back and enjoy my wedding day. Victoria is a joy to work and I highly recommend her to everyone. -
