Great Bridal Shop!

Super cute store and great selection! Victoria's was the first place I went and I ended up finding my dress the first day! I was nervous to dress shop because I was afraid they would only have sample sizes but they had a great size selection!

Perfect Dress

They didn’t have the dress I wanted but were able to order it and it came in perfect time! They also recommended a tailor to help make it perfect. I felt really important the whole time I was at Victoria’s Bridal

Great Selection

Victorias was where I found my perfect dress! I tried on so many dresses during my appointment in all different styles as I had no idea going in what I wanted. Once I found my dress, the attendant gave me time to decide if it was truly the one. Additionally, the attendant was intelligent on the dress itself. My wedding was 8 months away and she knew my dress wouldn't come in on time so allowed me to buy my dress off the rack. The dress was in pristine condition and I would highly recommend doing that to anyone who has the option to do so!

Wonderful Experience

My mother and grandmother both purchased their dresses from Victoria's Bridal Shop many years ago, so of course I had to look for my dress there as well. Victoria's was great to work with, they made me feel so comfortable and they helped me to find my dream dress! My dress and my veil were absolutely stunning and were exactly what I had always imagined wearing when I thought about my wedding day.

The absolute best

I did my fair share of dress shopping at different bridal shops and Victoria’s bridal shop was the best!!! I actually found my dress at two different bridal shops and I chose Victoria’s to come back to, to say yes to my dress because of how wonderful they were! Nikki was my bridal consultant and she is also the manager and I can’t say enough about how amazing she was and accommodating. I absolutely loved her!

I LOVED my dress and experience with Victoria's!

What an amazing bridal experience at Victoria's Bridal Shoppe. Not only did I find the dress of my dreams, but I felt so special while shopping for my wedding dress. The team at Victoria's were wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend they're your first stop (if you're like me it will be your first and only stop!)

Bridesmaid dresses

While I did not end up getting my wedding dress at Victoria's I do plan to use them for all of my bridesmaids' dresses. I went there twice and the girls on the floor have always been helpful, professional, and receptive to my wants/style. I'm excited to keep working with them over the coming months.

Amazing, modern selection of dresses at great prices

After some really bad dress shopping experiences, Victoria's was like a breath of fresh air. They had so many unique and modern styles - definitely something for everyone. They also have (not sure if they still do) a wonderful deal that was $150 off your dress if you purchase it on your first visit. I knew what I wanted and I was at the point that I was deciding between multiple dresses I loved - always a great problem to have. My dress was so affordable (I think I paid around $700/$750 after taxes and the $150 off) but it looks like an expensive gown. We had Courtney and it was great that we also had her when my dress came in and I went to try it on. We were between two sizes so she advised us and let us choose - I went to the slightly smaller size and it fit completely perfectly (aside from height of course). I LOVE my dress and I am not the easiest bride. Highly suggest all brides to check this place out! Best part is, the inventory changes so frequently, so you'll get a unique dress. A few months after I ordered my dress and it came in, they told me that they didn't even carry that one anymore. It is nice to see so many options.

So lovely and helpful!

I cannot thank the ladies at Victoria's enough. I was very unsure about what style of dress would suite me, and had vague ideas that a fit and flare was what I liked, but not right for my body. I was so pleasantly surprised, and felt so encouraged by their enthusiasm and support to find the right (fit and flare) dress for me! Great selection, beautiful new location and so sweet to the guests I brought with me, including them in the process! Thank you!

Buying my wedding dress

All of the ladies working there are fabulous! The woman I was working with was amazing, and knew what I wanted before I did! They let me go crazy and pick a bunch of dresses to try on, & when what i *thought* i wanted wasnt what looked good on me, she knew exactly what to suggest. I found the dress of my dreams and I'm so happy & so grateful for all their help!

best day ever

I had the absolute best time at Victoria's. Dress shopping was a difficult experience, having just lost my mother a few weeks ago. But all the staff gave me the best experience I could have possibly had. I felt at home and genuinely important during my time. Not only did they accommodate the large group I needed to bring for support, but they were all so thoughtful and kind. My stylist picked out a dress I would have never thought to try on and it ended up being the dress I bought! The staff helped to make that moment special and it was absolutely one of the best moments of my life.
They were also able to squeeze on a spontaneous bridesmaids dress fitting! I got so much done!
They also just moved and redid the entire shop. It is absolutely stunning.
They also have a great package you can purchase for storage of everything you buy before the wedding, preserving the dress after the wedding, and 15% off any accessories you buy in the store.
Plus, all they gave me some little gifts at the end were so thoughtful and kind. I will cherish them forever.
I could not have had a better day at Victoria's and I will recommend them to everyone I know!

I bought my wedding dress from this vendor. It was gorgeous! I knew this was the shop for me when I walked in and saw they had a variety of options. They stood out from all of the other shops I visited because they had multiple styles with colors other than white. I met with one of their consultants and she listened to exactly what I wanted. Within three dresses that I tried on, I found the perfect one thanks to the help of their amazing staff!

My experience here was amazing! The ladies who work here are fantastic. They make you feel so comfortable while in the shop and they take their time and really help you to find the perfect dress. I went in just to look at some dresses to get an idea of the type and shape of dresses I would want to look at, and I ended up finding my dress, for my wedding that was on June 10 2017, that same night!

I got my dress from Victoria’s Bridal and had a wonderful experience! Gina was the lovely girl that was helping me. It was the first place that I went to try on dresses and the last place! She listened to what I “thought” I was looking for, but I really got to try on a variety. I tried on a dress in every type of style (ball gown, a-line, trumpet, etc.). I fell in love with two completely different dresses and Gina was so patient with me as I put on the one and then the other and then the one again and the other again. She also provided honest feedback and offered her opinion if I asked. I picked a beautiful dress that I was obsessed with, and so many people complimented. Everyone wanted to know where I got it from!!

When I went back with bridesmaids to get their dresses, the friendly girls that worked there let me put on my dress again for my best friends! They also let me take as much time as I needed when my actual dress came in for me to try on.

I had such a great experience at Victoria’s Bridal, I really hope everyone goes there!!

I loooooved his place!!! I walked in not being able to affird the style wedding dress I wanted -or any, it seemd for that matter-so asked them about possible bridemaids gowns that would look weddingish (with a little mini train even) and Laurie mentioned about some discount dresses that I could look at. I never even knew there was such a thing. She brought all 4 out and the 2nd one I tried on was the actual style I originally had hoped for for an amaaaazing price!!! Laurie was truly special and how she still treated me like I was buying one of the newer dresses! I even came back to have my family help in making mydecision to biy it ans she was amaaazing all over again!! Wow!!! She was so helpful and kind and just made my experience so wonderful!! I looooved my dress and everything about Victoria's and Laurie! She felt like one of the family!!! Thanks, Laurie!!!!!!!

I bought my wedding dress, belt, headpiece and veil here! The staff was absolutely amazing. I visited the shop twice because the first time I found a dress I really liked but wasn't ready to commit, my second visit after trying on a few more dresses before returning to the one I came back for. I ended up saying yes to the dress! The staff were amazing and so helpful and I did not feel like they were pushing for me to buy. Instead I felt like they wanted to ensure that I loved the dress and that it was the one. I would recommend this shop to any and everyone!

I would recommend Victoria's to any bride looking for their perfect dress. I had the pleasure of working with Lori last week. I was anticipating finding a dress to be a very long, tiring process- boy was I wrong. Lori was more then helpful and I never felt pressured to buy a dress or spend more money that I wanted. It was the first shop I went to, and I was the only appointment at the time, so I really felt spoiled with all of the attention! They have a huge selection of gowns, so you are sure to find exactly what you are looking for. I could not be happier with my dress- I can not wait to wear it in May!!! I really had the dream dress shopping experience here! I had an early appointment so I was the only customer in the shop. The woman who worked with me did not rush me at all and let me try on as many dresses as I wanted (and as many times as I wanted!) When I found the dress, I just knew. I had the dress altered there as well and they did a great job with that too. Plus, my dress was at a very reasonable price! Would highly recommend Victoria's to any bride!

So first let me say I’m an extremely indecisive, picky person and I went into the dress buying process knowing I wanted to see every store I possibly could. With that said, I visited about 10 stores, but I 100% could’ve stopped when I visited Victoria’s and found the one dress that had everything I wanted. Upon entering, the store was cute and quaint. They don’t take a ton of appointments all at once, so it wasn’t overcrowded and you felt important. Not to mention their huge variety of absolutely stunning dresses in all shapes and sizes. Nikki was my bridal stylist on my first visit, and she was truly fantastic. She was down to earth, very real and answered every single question. She listened to everything I liked and didn’t like and made me feel comfortable the whole way through. We kept getting closer and closer with every dress until I found the one I ended up with – it only took 45 minutes! That was the best part – in a lot of other salons I visited, I was there 1.5-2 hours without finding a thing and some stylists pulling absolutely nothing like what I wanted. After I left, Victoria's immediately followed up with a thank you note. Like I said, I visited a bunch of other stores after and the experience didn’t even come close (limited variety, old salon, rude, overcrowded, etc.) I’m so glad I went with Victoria’s and met Nikki – she was by far the best consultant I had. Victoria’s was so thoughtful they even gave me a cute little thank you gift bag when I made the purchase. Really sweet touch! Oh and I was even UNDER BUDGET! Do yourself a favor and get to Victoria’s…. best bridal shop in Buffalo!

I felt very comfortable there, and I was so happy to find the perfect dress, that I bought it that day. I highly recommend making an appointment at this shop.

I had my first and only bridal appointment with Gina at Victoria's Bridal Shoppe this past Saturday and I am overwhelmed with how successful it was. Gina was so helpful and so patient with me. I had a vision in mind for what I thought I wanted, and it turned out that another style worked best (she suggested trying a different silhouette than what I originally planned, and it would up being amazing). She was very patient with me as I tried to pick between two beautiful dresses (the choice was easy in the end). The shop is beautiful and I felt completely comfortable the whole time. I also really like that they only schedule two appointments at a time, so you don't feel rushed or claustrophobic. I can't say enough great things about my experience, and highly recommend going there for your dream dress.

I decided to visit Victoria's well in advance just to see what was out there and start my dress hunting. The second dress I tried on ended up being my dress! I forgot whom I was working with as it was so long ago, but after the first one was put on and struck out, she went back out on the floor, and picked out what ended up being my dress! I tried the other big box bridal shops, but nothing could compare to what I found at Victoria's. Every time I was in the shop, everyone was so nice and helpful. Their seamstress did an amazing job on my dress, and played with every last detail until it was perfect. I got compliments literally all night long. I am so pleased with my dress and my experience at Victoria's!

I am SO happy I went to Victoria's Bridal Shop! I did a lot of research into figuring out which bridal shop I wanted to go too. Victoria's really stood out to me with the large amount of positive reviews and more importantly their instagram page! I loved all the styles of dresses that they posted and I knew by that they would carry something that I was looking for. I had the pleasure of working with Nikki, who was so great every step of the way! It was literally my first time trying on dresses so I didn't think I would find my dress but she knew exactly what to bring me. She listened to everything I liked and didn't like and then brought me a few dresses of exactly the style I was looking for, even a few of the ones I liked on Instagram. Out of the few she brought me I found my dream dress! It was so easy and fun I didn't have to look through thousands of dresses and try on even more because she listened, knew what I was looking for, and brought me just that. I can't wait until my dress comes in, thank you so much!

Victoria's has so many beautiful dresses! When I first arrived I was told to walk around and pick 6 dresses that I liked. Nikki helped me bring all of them into the dressing room and helped me try them on. Each dress she asked me what I liked about it and what I didn't like about it. She would then go and grab more dresses for me based on my likes and dislikes. I actually ended up picking out a dress that she picked for me and honestly, it was one that I probably would not have picked myself. It is such a beautiful dress and I am so happy she picked it out, because it is absolutely perfect for me! I also had my alterations done here and their seamstress is great. I am a perfectionist and not always the easiest person to please and she handled that very well and my dress was perfect. She also is aware of anything time sensitive and is sure to fit you in. I also got my bridesmaid dresses here and SO MANY people complimented how beautiful they were and how we found a dress that could be worn again. Victoria's was inviting, friendly, attentive, flexible and never once made me feel rushed and always made me feel important when being there. I cannot say the same for other bridal boutiques that I went to. I HIGHLY recommend Victoria's for any bridal attire needs.

Best wedding dress shopping experience! I found the exact dress I envisioned!! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Nikki who made me feel so comfortable and I had so much fun with. Nikki went above and beyond to make the day so special and make me feel so special! The shoppe has an amazing selection of beautiful dresses and all employees were just beyond wonderful, kind, and supportive. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at Victoria's Bridal! The experience at Victoria's far outweighed the other stores I went to. Gina is superb and extremely knowledgeable. Victoria's is easy to get in touch with and I applaud them for using social media to keep customers informed - it's amazing how many businesses don't understand how much social media can help them. On top of the service, I felt Victoria's had a better selection of unique and stylish dresses vs. some of the other stores who appeared larger, but had a lot of the same styles. Beautiful store, never felt overcrowded, they always make you feel special. I was torn between a few dresses, and they brought out a dress that was the perfect blend of all three, and something I had never seen before. I'm so in love with my dress and can't wait to wear it in a few months!

I might still be in shock that I found EXACTLY what I invisioned for my wedding dress to be. I am so glad I came to this bridal shoppe. From the moment I walked in Dawn made me feel so incredibly comfortable as if we knew each other for years. There was no pressure or stress. I was able to look at and sift through dresses myself which is huge because everywhere else
I went the tried to capture my vision but were out in left field! I highly recommend Dawn and Victoria's for the most stress free environment. They also have somehow captured the most in style up to date selections and weeded out the crap!

To All brides ask for nikki!!!! Feb. 29th was my first day looking at dresses and i didnt know where to start or what i really wanted i was very unsure what was going to look best on me for my special day. Nikki was there for me every step of the way giving me every style to try on to eliminate what i didnt like and to find what i loved?? she helped me so much and made me feel so comfortable and she was a very honest person! She helped me stay under my budget which was awesome i thought i would be spending double what i did she found me the best deal!!! She was there and willing to spend the time with me she let me try on the same dress multiple times to make sure it was really the one... i will be recommending anyone i know to her she was amazing and we will deff be going back for my bridesmaid dresses!! Shes amazing at her job when you call ask for nikki you wont regret it????? thank you so much nikki for helping me find the perfect dress for my special dayy!

I am in love with this place. I bought I wedding dress from a different store that I realized a couple months later I wasn't actually in love with the dress but of course all sales were final. I stumbled upon this shop online and went to just look at bridesmaids dresses. The second I walked in I fell in love with all the of wedding dresses there. I made an appointment to come back and look at wedding dresses and found one that I absolutely love. Everyone who worked there was super nice and made me feel beautiful in the dress. I am so glad I found this shop because now i have the wedding dress of my dreams

After reading many differing reviews for a variety of bridal shoppes in the WNY area, I felt lost at deciding on where to start to look for a wedding dress. Victoria's seemed to be the only shop with consistent positive reviews. I was able to schedule an appointment with no issues, but then panicked that I was running out of time and scheduled another appointment with a different local shop for earlier in the week. My first appointment with this other local shop was lackluster. I started to feel anxious that I wasn't going to find what I was looking for or have any emotions about a dress at all.

At Victoria's, it was a completely different experience. I was greeted by Gina and I immediately felt at ease. Gina was fantastic and was able to pull several different dresses that fit the criteria of what I liked/was looking for. After trying on several dresses, I knew the first dress she picked for me to try on was the one. I was undecided on the color and Gina was very accommodating. She offered me the opportunity to schedule a second appointment that week to make the final decision on color and I would still be able to receive the discount for ordering the dress at the first appointment.

When I returned for the second appointment, a family issue arose. Gina was so professional and encouraging. She helped guide me to make the best decision during the issue. I could not have asked for a better experience or a better consultant. My only wish was that I would have gone to Victoria's first! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

I was so pleased with Victoria's Bridal. It was the first bridal shop that I went to, and I tried on maybe ten dresses before finding the one! I ended up purchasing a dress which is the complete opposite of what I thought I wanted, but I could not be more thrilled as the dress that I did choose is STUNNING! I was so happy I had the pleasure of working with Nikki. I told her what I liked and didn't like and she NAILED it by bringing in the PERFECT gown for me to try on. She was so patient - I could not have asked for a better consultant to work with. I cannot WAIT to wear my beautiful dress for my wedding this August.

I could not be happier with the service I received from Victoria's. They made a process I was nervous about so relaxing. I am average in size but curvy, and their selection is vast. I have received so many compliments on the unique yet classic style of my wedding gown. Great designers for all tastes and body-types and the staff is fantastic!

Being a plus size bride lends itself to many more challenges when it comes to finding the perfect dress. I went to Victoria's after being very disappointed with another salon in the area and doubt that I would be finding my dress that day; boy was I wrong! Victoria's was wonderful. I had the pleasure of working with Lori and the owner and found the perfect dress for my special day. They had a nice variety for me to try on and it was a great experience. Thank you so much for all your help and I can't wait for my dress to come in.

I purchased my wedding dress from Victoria's back in November 2014. They had an amazing selection of dresses, the salon was clean and beautiful, the customer service was amazing. I got so many compliments on my dress - "It's perfect." "That is a dress a BRIDE should wear." "I've never seen a more beautiful dress." "The detail on that dress is impeccable." These were some of the many compliments I got on my wedding night. Just amazing. I am thoroughly impressed!

I was beyond thrilled with my experience at Victoria's Bridal Shoppe. They are extremely helpful and patient. I stood there in my gown for minutes just staring at it and letting it soak in and I didn't feel rushed at all. Very clean, professional, and discounts are available.

The pricing seemed to range a lot from having relatively inexpensive dresses to very expensive. They have a system on the hangers so you know to stay away from certain colors that are out of your price range.

I can't stress enough how little pressure I felt to make a purchase. This was so relieving to me because I hate feeling like I'm being pressured by salespeople. They understand that this is your wedding dress you're looking for and if they don't have "the one" then that's ok.

I love love love my dress it is gorgeous. I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day.

My Bridesmaids got their dresses here and it was here that we had the most fun shopping and trying on dresses. They had a HUGE selection and they were super helpful in guiding us towards what we were looking for. They are flexible too and can work with their vendors to order even more selections off of their websites. Highly recommended!

I stopped here with my mom one morning - I had seen that they carried a few names I liked when browsing online. Gina helped me find gowns and provided great feedback. She was so helpful in finding dresses in styles that I liked, based on what I was looking for and based on how I looked in dresses I tried on there. She was patient and dedicated her full attention! I found my dream dress and for a reasonable price!

It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely tell any of my newly engaged friends to come here!! :-)

Victoria's Bridal Shoppe was the second and the last bridal shop I visited. I had a good feeling when a few weeks before when I booked my appointment, I was talking and laughing with my consultant Dawn like we were old friends.

Upon arriving to my appointment, I was given the layout of the store and described what I was looking for to Dawn. Myself, mom and grandma browsed the racks for what I had my heart set on: a lace dress with straps and an open back. Dawn gave me a word of advice to keep my mind open and think outside of my comfort zone. I listened and pulled some strapless gowns as well as fuller gowns. After I had rounded up about 10 styles I wanted to try we began. Dawn was very helpful assisting me in and out of the gowns and explaining the styles and details of each. She was even so kind to pull out a dress from the back that was deeply discounted.

After I had 3 dresses that I really liked, Dawn advised that we try all three on again with accesories to match to gauge how I and my family felt about them each back to back, (mind you only one of these three was the style I had thought I wanted). We saved our favorite of the three for last and Dawn dimmed the lights, handed me a bouquet, earrings and a veil and that was it. Between my mom, grandma and I there was not a dry eye in the place.

The dress was affordable, $1,200 after we received the 15% discount for buying my first time there, it was the opposite of what I thought I wanted; it wasn't the flowy open backed trapped gown, it was a fitted strapless, lace trumpet style gown. Dawn joked that as soon as she saw my body type she knew that I would get something different from what I had thought I wanted. Definitely go to Victoria's if you're in search of excellent customer service and gorgeous gowns!

The staff at Victorias went above and beyond to make the entire dress buying process an easy and fun one. I did not feel pressured or rushed at any moment while at the store and the girls all went the extra mile to ensure that myself, my mom, and my maid of honor all loved our dresses and found the perfect one in the right color, style, etc. I especially want to thank Carol and Nikki who were available at every minute to us. My maid of honor lives in Rochester and has been a brides maid multiple times and plans on returning to Victorias for her wedding dress due to the comfort, care, and excellent customer service that we received. Thank you for making this is a fun and memorable experience!

Victoria's was the 3rd shop I went to and it was by far the best! The staff was very helpful and not overly aggressive about the sale. They allow photography (some shops do not), which was extremely helpful as my mom lives out of town. The consultant asked me how I felt about each dress after I put it on, then left me and my bridesmaid alone to discuss it more in depth. She listened and remembered certain aspects of each dress that I did or did not like. She was very upfront with available discounts, which made things easier on my budget. They were also extremely flexible in scheduling me for another appointment so I could go back to the shop with my mom. I would recommend Victoria's to every future bride!

I said yes to my dress last night at Victoria's Bridal Shoppe. Dawn was helping me out and she was phenomenal. I had been to a few other places before I went to Victoria's. One of the major differences I noticed is that they were not pushy at all. Every other store I went into, they were constantly pushing me to buy the dress that day for whatever deal was going on. Dawn mentioned it briefly in the beginning, and never again. We were able to have our own private room, for my mother, my best friend and myself. I thought that was a nice perk as well. I HIGHLY recommend this vendor for any new brides!

The girls at Victoria's Bridal were all very professional and helpful. Gina worked with me and she was great to work with, very knowledgable and patient. I explained to her what kind of dress I like and showed her a few pictures to give her an idea and she picked out a couple of beautiful dresses for me to try on. She also suggested different belts to go with each dress to give it that little extra sparkle. The third dress I tried on was the one! And actually one that Gina picked out for me. I love it and am very happy with it. I also bought my veil too. I am very pleased with my experience at Victoria's Bridal and would recommend it to anyone.

I went here first to find a dress and walked out an hour later with one in hand. The staff is extremely friendly and there when you need them to answer all of your questions. The dress I chose was mismarked, but they gave me the price that was on the tag anyway. I also received 10% off for trying on/buying the same day. That was awesome. It's friendly, it's affordable, and it's fast service. Everything a bride could want in ordering the dress of her dreams :)

I really made the right choice going to Victoria's Bridal first amongst many other appointments. Nothing compared nor came close to the selection and service I received at Victoria's.

First off Andrea was amazing and within minutes of getting to know me she made me feel comfortable and made a nerve racking experience enjoyable and fun. After briefly describing what I was looking for Andrea was able to clearly identify what would look good on my body type and incorporate my do's/don'ts into her recommendations. Having a good dress consultant

I recently got engaged and am planning a wedding in just 3 months. I randomly noticed this shop on my way home from work one night and stopped in. I was greeted very warmly by three associate's, despite the fact that I did not have an appointment.

I returned two days later to try some dresses on. Lori helped me immediately and worked it out so that I could have access to a dressing room even though I again did not have an appointment. She was incredibly efficient and not pushy at all. After explaining my budget to her, she retrieved some dresses from the back that were older models and on clearance. I found one that fit perfectly. She patiently assisted me as I took on and off about fifty veils and as many belts and other accessories! She literally gave up her afternoon spontaneously for me and I am so appreciative. She is kind and warm and I felt like I have known her for many years. This has not been my experience in other shops. Definitely go to Victoria's Bridal and ask for Lori. She is simply the best!

This was the 4th bridal shop I visited and I ended up finding my dress here in Feb 2013. I had shopped around enough to have a better idea of what I wanted and they actually had just received a dress in that matched my description. It was perfect! I had a great experience with my fittings and alterations here. I also ended up getting my bridesmaids dresses here (by Bill Levkoff), although they were altered elsewhere since Victoria's alterations were booked up already. They received 10% off if they paid in full upon ordering since I got my dress there. I thought everyone was very professional and kind here and I would definitely recommend it!

Victoria's was the 3rd stop on my quest for the perfect dress...and my last stop! The staff are all amazing there, very patient, not pushy at all, very caring. I also bought my veil, earrings, and a hair clip at Victoria's too! It was a great value. I felt all of the ordered items came in earlier than expected. I did end up having 3 fittings, but each time Janet was very reassuring different things could be fixed. After my wedding, I had my gown cleaned and preserved through Victoria's too - a truly one-stop shop for WNY brides! They were so good to me and my "i dont know what to pick!" dilemma. The lady that first attended to me was patient, thoughtful and picked the perfect dress for me. She observed me and my reactions till she picked out a gorgeous A-line jasmine that is just darlin! I loved Victorias! I got my wedding gown and veil there. They dont have a very large selection but I did manage to find my perfect dress there. Mary, the consultant we worked with, was so friendly and sweet. I needed a number of alterations due to weight loss and they were accommdating each time. They didnt charge me for the last alteration in fact. They also changed the comb on my veil since it was too big for my hair at no additional cost. They give each bride at least an hour for her appointment so you dont feel rushed and you feel like they only care about you. I would highly recommend Victorias for your wedding gown!

I got my dress from here and all of the bridal parties dresses also. This place is amazing and don't at all underestimate it. The staff here was absolutely wonderful to work with and very on top of things. My dress looked gorgeous and so did all of the girls. My mom also got her dress from here and she looked stunning. Service and quality were outstanding. The staff was extremely helpful and flexible. I was unsure going into this process, as I am not comfortable trying on dresses, however my concierge made me feel completely comfortable. The lighting in the store was excellent (one of the bridal shops I went to was very dark in the changing rooms. All of my reference pictures were hard to see). The girls there were very nice! It is a small shop, with somewhat limited choices, but they are always adding more dresses. I found my dress at a very reasonable price, ordered it, and then two days later I realized that I didn't like my color choice and wanted to change it (ordered ivory, then wanted white). They were able to call and change it without a problem! They altered the dress to fit me perfectly and fixed the minor imperfections it was sent with. The only problem I had was they made the bustle a little too confusing with their numbering system and possibly a little too low. I had a french bustle and it was dragging behind me the whole night. I had to keep lifting up the bottom of my skirt just so I could dance! The dress was AMAZING, though, and fit me perfectly!

I had the perfect dress-shopping, and buying, experience at Victoria's Bridal Shoppe. From start to finish it was everything I had hoped for. The shoppe greeted me with a personalized welcome sign out front, had plenty of comfortable seating for my mom, future mother-in-law, maid on honor, and one other bridesmaid, and everyone was so helpful and friendly, especially the salesperson who worked with me directly, Lori. I found that they had a wide variety of styles and designers with fairly reasonable prices, and despite not planning on purchasing right away I left the shoppe with my dress in hand as they offered me a discount for taking the floor model that happened to be in my size. I had completely overlooked the dress I chose when searching the racks and would have never even tried it on if it was not for Lori listening to everything I liked and didn't like throughout the day and eventually suggesting this particular dress. I also really liked how spacious the dressing room was, and that it had its own mirrors and pedestal so that I could preview my dresses before showing everyone else. They offered a few incentives to purchase the firest time I was in their shoppe, which I took advantage of, but they did not pressure me into buying - instead they suggested I take some time to think about it if I was not at least 99% sure it was the right one. Finally, I never once felt rushed even though I used up every last minute of my 2 hour block. They even let us hang around to look at bridesmaid dresses after despite not asking to do so when I made the appointment. I love Victoria's Bridal and would recommend them to anyone!

The shop was very responsive to my needs! I had a larger party of people with me to help with the process and they were very accommodating! Andrea helped me and she was very knowledgeable and kind! Over all, the experience was wonderful! Heads up, there is no bathroom on site and the dresses on the rack were all very large, which made it difficult to imagine the dress in my size!!

These ladies did everything to make me feel comfortable and beautiful from start to finish. It is a different type of experience and I am pleased that they were able to assist how they did and the prices were lower than other stores I visited.

I came here after David's Bridal said they put my girls order in, had receipt that monies was paid but not to my surprise THEY DIDN'T. So I found out about Victorias Bridal Shoppe driving around. They have some wonderful selections there and they was so sweet and professional from the beginning to the last time they seen me. PLEASE support them for Brides dresses ( I had mines made by a family friend... R.I.P. Sister Ora Clark), Maid/ Matron of Honor dresses (mines was FIERCE), Bridesmaids (Very Elegant dresses), Prom dresses, Flowergirls, etc. THEY ARE WONDREFUL........

I went in January for a November wedding. I knew what designer I wanted and I even had pictures of a few dresses. They didn't have the exact dresses, but they found a bunch that were close. Within 45 minutes I had my dress. They told me it would take about 5 months to come in, which was reasonable. Imagine my surprise when I got a call in the end of April telling me my dress was in! I went in to look at it and try it on, but they didn't want to hear from me until the end of the summer for alterations. I also thought this was reasonable. At the end of the summer, I called to set up my fittings. Everything was done, no problems and I picked the dress up the Wednesday before my wedding.

Now, the reasons they didn't get a perfect 5... I ordered my veil here also and I never got a call to let me know it was in. I had to call during the summer just to make sure it was there, and it was and had been for a while, but no one called me.

The price for the dress was amazing. However, the alterations cost more then the dress did and I was still stepping on the front the day of and the straps slipped off my shoulders a bit.

The seamstress had horrible availability! I work an hour from my house and the bridal shoppe was almost an hour away from my house in the other direction. She was only available 1 or 2 nights a week. No weekends. Made for some very long days!

But overall, I had a great experience. I loved my dress and I was sad to take it off at the end of the day!

Go to Victoria’s Bridal!

I had such a great experience at Victoria’s. Jamie was an amazing stylist and knew exactly what I was looking for. Very knowledgeable of a variety of dresses and did her best to get my dream dress from my dream designer within my budget. The selection was exactly as described - unique and fun! I can’t say enough great things about Victoria’s 😌

This shop is a must!

Victoria's was the fifth (and final!) bridal shop I had visited and I certainly saved the best for last! The shop itself is beautiful and the staff were all friendly. Lori was my consultant and she was awesome! After I described what I was looking for, she was able to pull dresses that fit my description and style so well. All the dresses I tried on were gorgeous and I feel like I could have been there trying on dresses all day. However, once I put my dress on, I totally knew it was the one and even had a "bridal moment" which I didn't think I would have! Once I ordered my dress it came in very quickly. The only thing I would have changed about my experience with Victoria's was that after having such a great experience at the shop, I brought my step-mom back to look for her dress for our wedding. She found one that was stunning and ended up purchasing it. However, I was disappointed that there wasn't a slight discount for her purchase as a "mother of the bride" since I had purchased my dress from Victoria's as well. Besides that I would highly recommend that every Buffalo bride needs to check out Victoria's!

The girls were wonderful to work with and we're ready for you the minute you walked in the door. However we needed to find a friend who could keep my dress for the month before the wedding because we did not have an empty room to keep my dress in where it would not wrinkle. They would not keep it for me for the month although it did not prevent me from recommending them to friends

Victoria's is one of the few salons to offer quick ship vendors, even with couture gowns, and gowns for a more sophisticated bride. They are more costly than many of the local vendors, but you will find something different.

My consultant Lori was great! She was sweet, down to earth, and really listened to what I wanted. Lori allowed my girls to look for dresses and I was very excited that my maid of honor picked my final dress! I truly had that personal connection you look for with the dress and consultant when buying a wedding dress! The seamstress was knowledgeable although hours for alteration are a little inconvenient since they're only done on Mondays and Wednesdays. Overall I would highly recommended Lori and Victoria's bridal shoppe!

The ladies in this shop have to be angels! I had a terrible experience with another bridal shop in the area (they forgot to order my dress, when it finally came in it fit nothing like the sample and I hated it) and I ended up at Victoria's two months before my wedding with no plan other than to buy off the rack. They helped me for an hour, we found a dress that I liked but did not fit, then promised me that we could make it work. Long story short, the dress ended up fitting, was hemmed and bustled perfectly and I had great service throughout. The price of alterations was very high, but I suppose for the miracle they performed it was worth the cost.

Victoria's bridal met all my hopes when wedding dress shopping. They didn't rush me in and out of dresses. They also listened to what I was looking for instead of wasting time putting me in dresses that weren't me. The staff was so nice and helpful and seemed very passionate about weddings! It was a wonderful experience!

Victoria's Bridal had a selection like no other. Their gowns are truly one of a kind and absolutely stunning. I had gone to a plethora of other stores and the minute I tried on dress #1 I knew it was it. I tried on several other gorgeous gowns, but none compared!! I would highly recommend going and checking out the amazing selection. Be sure to call ahead though!!

For the most part, I was happy with my time spent at Victoria's Bridal. There was one staff member who was not very "warm" and slightly unfriendly. All the staff were, however, helpful and very accommodating. They were patient and not pushy with sales. I loved my dress and was happy with service. I would recommend Victoria's Bridal.

Victoria's Bridal Shoppe was my fourth (eek) wedding dress shopping excursion. I had had some pretty bad experiences elsewhere but had a good feeling about the place the minute I stepped in the door. Although I wasn't planning to buy off-the-rack, I really appreciate the care they take with the dresses so you don't have to try on a dirty, tattered mess and try to imagine yourself wearing it on your wedding day.

The sales associates were great and really helped me move beyond what I thought I wanted to find what I truly looked good in and felt comfortable wearing. The changing rooms have plenty of space and privacy, unlike a David's Bridal or other large retailer and the whole experience was pleasant and void of any pressure to purchase whatsoever. Although it is a smaller place, the selection seemed quite broad, the dresses were very high quality, and they had the latest styles that many other places did not have in stock yet.

As a bride planning from out of town, my one issue was that they only do alterations/fittings during the week, which resulted in me having to take 3 days off from work solely for this purpose!

PS- They also have some lovely hairpieces and jewelry that I totally missed the first few times I was there, which may have saved me a few (dozen) hours looking for options online and sorting through cheesy and poorly made pieces at other retailers. No bridal shoes though, so save yourself a trip if that is what you're looking for. Good luck!

Great for bridal, not so much for bridesmaids

While I had a lovely experience finding my bridal dress at Victoria’s ( a very nice red head helped me at the time and had just recently been married herself- sorry I can’t remember her name) she made me feel very comfortable and helped me find my dream gown. I was lucky enough to find a gown when they had one of their sales. I felt beautiful on my wedding day.

I also took my bridesmaids there for their dresses and although their dresses were beautiful and Chelsea did a great job helping us, there was one older woman assisting with measurements who made one of my bridesmaids feel incredibly uncomfortable. She commented on the weight of my bridesmaid in a very rude way that made me incredibly unhappy on a day that should’ve been a happy one for all the girls involved. It was enough of an issue to be brought up by other girls in my bridal party. I normally am not one to complain as their dresses are gorgeous, but it is very difficult to look past even one consultant who make their clients feel so lousy.

Very nice place. The staff was equally nice. A lot of different dresses to choose from, including bridesmaid dresses and mother of the bride dresses.

I absolutely loved my dress from Victoria's. When I was trying on dresses I had a great experience but sometimes the service was a little less than I would expect given the amount of money my family spent there. I had my alterations done there and everything turned out perfectly. Despite some small frustrations, I would still recommend Victoria's for bridal gown and also mother of the bride dresses.

I loved my wedding dress and I bought it from Victoria's! It was floor model and i got a little bit of discount as well. I worked with Nicki and she was nice. However, I was not pleased with the bridesmaid's dresses we ordered from there. They had to be ordered and the dresses needed to me be redone. My poor bridesmaids had to pay a lot of money. So be careful if you are ordering a dress. I loved my wedding dress from here and it was a floor model. So i got lucky!

While I absolutely love love love my dress, I would not recommend this shop for the service. I felt pressured to make a decision and just didn't feel special. Having heard about the experiences other girls have had at local bridal salons, I am definitely disappointed in my choice to buy my gown here. Furthermore, they offer no discounts on any veils, bridesmaid dresses or accessories unless you spend more money on packaging they offer. Then my super expensive dress was given to me in a plastic bag. They offered a better quality bag (which come standard at most salons) for an upcharge of $35. As I said, I absolutely love my dress, but overall, I was very disappointed with this salon and would not recommend it to others. I felt as though because I did not have am "entourage" and only brought my mom, they really didn't make it a special experience.

We have used Victoria's 2xs. I bought my mother of the grooms dress there. The women working there were very nice. They let me look when I didn't have an app't and also helped me with my selection since I had no one with me. I couldn't be happier with that part. They took my measurements and ordered the dress. I agreed with the size they ordered because it matched their chart for that designer. When the dress came in and I tried it on, it was way too small. I did not even gain a pound since ordered it, in fact I may have even lost some weight! They told me that it would stretch but I explained that I could hardly breath let alone sit down. They also told me that they could not reorder because I would not get it in time. They let it out as much as they could but it was still tight. I paid a ton of $ for alterations and they never offered any compensation . Next came my daughters wedding, I new for sure that I was not getting my dress there after my previous experience but sure enough my daughter found her wedding gown there. Again, the ladies there were very nice. When she tried on the gown they told her that she could bustle it a certain way and that she could also change the neckline to make it the way she wanted. When the dress came in, my daughter tried to make fitting appts (she lives out of town) and they could never accommodate her. I believe they only do them on Mondays and Wednesdays so if you live out of town and fly in on a Thursday and out by Sunday , you are out of luck. My daughter had to find someone else to do the alterations. That person then told her that they could not change the neckline or bustle it the way that was suggested at Victoria's . To top it all off, my daughter had also ordered her vail there. It was a short vail and looked cute on her but when that came in it was real puffy and not like the one she tried on. They told her that was because the store one had been tried on so much that it became softer. They would not return it.

I loved my dress but my experience with the bridal shop is another story. I bought my dress the first time I went to Victoria's. The workers were friendly but did not seem to know a lot about the dresses they were selling. They were very concerned with up selling accessories even after being told numerous times the were not needed. My problem with them comes after the first alteration, which was just to have a few beads sewed on more tightly. When my mother went to pick it up, as I was out of state, they tried to charge her for the repair. When we left the dress with them they guaranteed the repair would be free as the dress never left the shop and the beads arrived like that. I also bought a garment bag when I left the dress and I was told the dress would be put in that bag when we picked the dress up. Well it wasn't. When my mom asked about the bag, after arguing with the manager and getting the repair for free, they stated she could buy one for $40. My mom tried to explain that I all ready bought one but the workers treated her like she was lying. She finally(loudly) demanded they give her the bag I paid for and the did. I called the business after I found out what happened and the worker actually hung up on me. I called back the next day and take to a really nice worker and then a manger who apologized and offer a nice discount on bride maids dresses but by then I was done and never plan on going back.

I am rating my overall experience in purchasing a bridal gown a 1 out of 5 stars for the following reasons:

Honesty and Openness: The owner of this shop, Lynn, places her own made up names on the tags inside private line dresses, which is fine, but then she tells her employees and brides that it is the actual name of the real private designer (not fine). Private line does not mean lie to the buyer; it means do not post pics. I ordered a private line dress, and when several other shop owners told me that my “designer” does not exist I naturally had questions and felt uneasy. Despite calling Victoria’s three times, and stopping in the store, they continued to give me dishonest answers. Later, I found out my dress’ actual designer logo name from an honest shop in Rochester, whom in hindsight I wish I could have given my business to.

Professionalism: When the owner found out that I knew the real designer name, she called me at home and scolded me for not trusting her. She said that she “could not do business with someone when there is no trust,” and that “when my dress comes in, it will be the end of our transaction together.” This was her fault—I would have trusted her if what she told me was truth.

Communication: When my dress did arrive, it was not the same as the sample gown that I tried on in her store and ordered. The boning inside the gown was 3x longer so that I could not even sit down, and there were changes to the inside brazier. She did not offer to fix these to be like her sample gown. If the designer makes changes to a gown, I would expect that the bridal store would communicate these changes with brides who have ordered the dress.

Bridal Bags: When you pick up your bridal gown, they send it home in a thin, pink type of plastic garbage bag, rather than an actual garment bag—unlike most other bridal shops. I was appalled to watch them place my expensive gown a thin plastic garbage bag. Their lower quality garment bags can be purchased for $15, however.
