Wedding photography
My husband and I have nothing but amazing things to say about Vicky! She captured the joy of our wedding day! Vicky is personable, wonderful at communicating, and all around does amazing work. We are so pleased to have chosen Vicky to capture our special day and even happier about the pictures we will now have for a life time! -

Vicky photographed my wedding on 10/16/2021 and she was AMAZING! She was so fun to work with and helped make sure the day went smoothly and that we got as many amazing photos as possible! The photos she took are absolutely beautiful and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a photographer! -

Vicky was not only a wonderful photographer but my saving grace. My curls fell out right before the wedding and she jumped right in to curl them back up. She made sure I smelled great because I forgot my perfume and lastly made sure I stayed calm. Our photos with her were amazing like always! We had so many compliments on how great our photographer was not only with the photos they seen but her upbeat and silly personality! We love her and would recommend 100% -

I'm not sure where to even start with how happy we are that we chose Vicky Gilson to be our photographer for our wedding day. Let's start with our engagement photos. We planned them for May 5th, 2021. The weather turned out to be a little colder than expected. We both thought there was no way our photos could turn out good with both of us shivering and I was sure my face would be red in all of the photos. We could not have been more wrong! Our photos turned out AMAZING! I was seriously in awe at what she provided! Fast forward to our wedding day. Not only did she capture all of the moments we asked for but she went above and beyond. During dinner she had noticed that our sheet cakes were out but not cut. I had COMPLETELY forgotten to ask someone to cut our cakes. When she saw the panic on my face when I realized what I had forgotten to delegate, she said "Don't worry I will cut it for you." This was huge! Not only that but she captured amazing photos of our guests. Because of this we were able to see what had happened at our wedding that we otherwise would have missed. On top of that we had a situation similar to our engagement photos. We weren't sure that half of our pictures would turn out. Not only were we being swarmed by bees but the gnats were out in full force. Somehow she managed to take group photos of 30+ people all while making sure you could see everyone's faces. There wasn't a bee or gnat in site in any of our photos. We can't thank her enough for the memories she captured (or kept hidden away) from the biggest day of our lives! -

Vicky Gilson Photography Green Bay and WI Wedding & Senior Photographer was our wedding photographer and Vicky's personality and her work are more than we could have ever asked for. She is such an outgoing person and makes it fun and relaxing to take the millions of pictures that a wedding entails. She captured moments that we dreamed of and got our photos back to us very quickly as well. She is truly the most wonderful photographer that we could have imagined to capture our day! -

Vicky was such a great find for our wedding! With all the craziness of COVID19 and the sudden changes with the weather this past saturday she did such a great job rolling with the punches and keeping everyone in line to stay on schedule! She has got to be the most fun photographer I have ever experienced! we had lots of laughs and she even played a part in knocking down my stress and anxiety that's always in the background for me! everyone loved her! we cant wait for our reception next year with you!! -

She is amazing
So many absolutely perfect photos from Vickey her are just a couple for proof of her excellent work 😍 She made our day so wonderful I can’t thank her enough! It started when we met her at our engagement session and she told us everything we can expect from her. I knew she was going to be great! She kept us on our timeline all day and made sure to capture every moment that was important to us and more. We are not picture taking people but that’s not how it feels when Vicky is behind the camera. So fun so easy going and we couldn’t be more happy 😍 ❗️ -

Getting my husband to sit still and take a decent picture is a struggle....my cat behaves/poses better for pictures. He is so uncomfortable in front of a camera...which causes him to either channel his inner 4 year old and smile with the goal of showing all 32 teeth while closing his eyes.....OR.....he will not smile at all and look like he's contemplating crimes. He is the most sweet, hilarious, silly person, but the guy can't come up with a natural smile for the camera if you paid him Needless to say, I was a little anxious about finding the perfect photographer to keep it fun and relaxed so the pictures could capture our silly, laid back personalities and the amazing love we have for eachother.
Vicky effortlessly did exactly what I hoped for! She had us laughing and relaxed the ENTIRE time which made for so many genuine, beautiful moments that she was able to capture...and now we have these amazing memories to look back on forever! The pictures are beyond anything I could've ever dreamed of. Vicky got tons of pictures of everything I asked for....and then went beyond that to capture other breathtaking, creative shots that only someone with her experience and talent could come up with.
Vicky got back to me right away anytime I had a question....she was always in communication with me and on top of her game. The day before our wedding, she called me to firm up the timeline and other details for our big day......which is good because my brain was in a million other places so I appreciated her taking the lead and keeping me organized. That phone call still sticks out to me because she made me feel like I was on the phone with a close friend giggling and squealing with excitement about my wedding day happening in less than 24 hours. -

Nicole Sent on 11/20/2018Amazing Photos and a Fun Personality
Vicky was our photographer for our wedding this year in October and was absolutely amazing. Everything from making sure that we had the types of photos we wanted to meeting us during a very cold and wintery day right before the super bowl so that we could get our winter engagement photos that we wanted. We didn't know exactly what kind of photos we wanted a lot of the time and Vicky was amazing at helping us get comfortable and magically figuring out the best photos for us.
The best way I could describe her photo style is very natural, colorful and comfortable. You feel like you really see people at their...natural best, if that makes sense! She's great at both posed and candid photos and we have some amazing low-light photos from our reception as well as from our ceremony which was outdoors.
Would definitely recommend and am looking forward to asking Vicky to help us with our family photos in the future! -

It was a blast to work with her! She fun, creative and made us feel comfortable from our first conversation!! Nathan and I can't thank her enough for the beautiful memories she captured for us! ♡

She is always willing to help with more than expected, she worked with our dj, a friend video taping our wedding and our venues. She has a way of making stressful situations a lot less stressful and is always smiling!! Thank you for our engagement and wedding pictures I couldn’t be happier with the results. I also received my pictures on a USB via mail, the jump drive was also wedding themed which was a cute touch!
