I work in live events, and I'm a meticulous planner. Leading up to my wedding day, I was full of nerves. Would the dessert arrive on time? Would the band know where to go? I had a million questions- And Rahea had an answer for each and every one. Not only was she on top of *everything*, but she also took the time to check in with my wife and I and make sure we were comfortable, happy, and had everything we needed each step of the way.
Rahea's hospitality extended past us and to our guests, too! From our wedding party and families to guests who'd flown for hours to be there - everyone was taken care of!

If you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further than Alisha (ANA Trio). If you aren’t sure you need a wedding planner…you do! And it should be Alisha. As the mother of the bride, I consider myself to be very organized, and truly loved every minute of planning with my daughter (the bride). However, when it came down to the final stretch, it was great to hand over the responsibility to Alisha. She was there to answer any questions, fix any problems and assure us that she would handle anything that might come up. She did all this with professionalism, tremendous organization, and a calmness that gave me and my daughter a great deal of confidence in her. I can’t even begin to count how many times over the weekend we all looked at each other and said “thank goodness for Alisha”. Beyond that, she’s fun, engaging and a great person. I highly recommend hiring ANA Trio (Alisha) for your event. -

Embarrassed it took so long to review!
Alisha was absolutely fantastic. We were married in CO but live in California. Obviously, this added stress to my wife and my planning. Having Alisha to be our local presence with perfect recommendations based on our budget and preferences was invaluable. But even more so, the level of organization and preparation all the way through our day-after brunch. I would highly, highly recommend Ana Trio Solutions. -

Alisha does it all! We hired her for our day of wedding decor set up and coordination and she nailed it. She brought my vision to life with the decor for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. It rained the day of our wedding so she made sure everything ran smoothly and on time. After we booked our band and venue, we were struggling and emotionally drained trying to plan the rest of our wedding - we knew it was time to call in a wedding planner. Alisha came with high recommendations from a friend, and as soon as we talked to her I knew we made the right choice! I am floored how she is able to juggle and stay on top of so much, but she does it all! She gave us so many ideas for our wedding, and seriously helped us execute when things were coming down to the wire and getting overwhelming. We had a beautiful wedding that our friends and family have RAVED about and could not have done it without her!!!!! -

Absolute rockstar
ABSOLUTE ROCK STAR! 2020 has been a complete dumpster fire and with all of the extra hurdles the pandemic threw at us, the only thing I can say is I wish I would have hired Alisha and her team at ANA Trio Solutions sooner. As soon as Alisha and her team came on board everything became seamless. I knew from the moment I spoke to her over the phone, that she was no BS and the real deal. Alisha has an amazing background as a project manager and she absolutely brought that approach -- mining every detail, flagging decisions that needed to be made well before I thought they needed to be made, and frankly, I didn't realize how utterly clueless I was about planning events until she came on board. Her team is on top of their game and always bring new and fresh ideas, and have an eye for style. I'm sure that there were several firedrills that reared their ugly heads the day of, but even now I don't know anything about them. That's what every bride should be on the hunt for in a planner. -

I feel like I cannot articulate in words that feel like they fully encapsulate how important Alisha has been to us in the wedding planning process. When we got engaged, the first vendor we knew we wanted on board was a planner. We spent a lot of time interviewing planners and coordinators, opting to meet a select few in-person. Honestly, when we met Alisha over coffee we knew it was going to be a fantastic fit. She already had such a vested interest in getting to know us as people and as a couple and execute what would be *our* day and not just a cookie-cutter, formulaic wedding that didn’t feel like us. Alisha has guided us along the way, and we really feel like we’ve gotten our monies worth. She’s helped us negotiate contracts, get the vendor dream team we want, and has ensured everything is exactly to our specifications including not paying for things we don’t want or need. She’s this fantastic combination of being kind-hearted and warm, but also tough and a good negotiator when we need her to be. We also love her planning documents. They’ve helped keep us organized and guide us through this complicated process.
We planned our wedding well in advance, and like many couples this year have dealt with the impacts of COVID. She’s asked us the right yet tough questions about contingency planning and helped us deal with the emotional and difficult decisions we’ve had to make this year. I think this speaks volumes about who she is as a professional. Despite the absolute chaos that's happening right now, Alisha has always been calm, organized, and her primary focus is ensuring we have the best day possible, whatever that looks like to us. Despite these unfortunate covid bumps along the way Alisha has made this process fun and ensures every step of the way that we’re planning a day that’s going to be a blast and truly reflective of us as a couple. Hire her!
March 2021 update: We did it! We postponed the big party, but Alisha helped us execute a flawless micro wedding day. I felt so calm the whole day thanks to her. Knowing Alisha had everything under control allowed us to relax, enjoy and just be present in this special moment for each other. Because we had to massively scale back the party this year, a number of our family members and close friends weren't able to be present. She helped coordinate an amazing video chat surprise from our groomsmen, and video chatted in some family members who weren't able to be there that day. Ask about her magical suitcase full of everything you could ever dream of for your wedding day! -

Alisha is truly amazing at what she does. We made the difficult decision to cancel our wedding because we didn't want to put our family and friends at risk by having to travel to Colorado, and with so much uncertainty in when it would be safe to have a large gathering, we also didn't want to wait. I entered a giveaway to win a micro-wedding, and we were lucky enough to win the giveaway. With that, ANA Trio Solutions was our planner, and I can't image ever having a wedding without Alisha as our planner. Every detail was perfect! I always thought I would be a little stressed out on my wedding day but I didn't have to stress about anything knowing that Alisha had everything under control. It truly was stress-free and we were able to enjoy every moment of it. Alisha took the time out of her day multiple times to meet us at our ceremony spot and walk the venue so that we could talk about all of the details leading up to the wedding day. She was so easy to work with and always responsive to our questions. If I ever need to hire a planner for another event, I will absolutely hire Alisha, and will 100% be recommending her to family and friends. Thanks Alisha!!! -

We had to cancel our big ceremony and reception due to COVID, but my fiance and I really wanted to keep the same date. We had no idea where to even begin planning a backyard wedding in a little less than a month. I'm so grateful my friends suggested hiring a wedding coordinator, and I'm so glad we decided on Ana Trio Solutions! From the start, Alisha was extremely responsive and helped us secure everything to guarantee a gorgeous backyard reception. On the day of the wedding, she showed up bright and early to ensure everything was ready to go. When the hairdresser was late and didn't answer the phone, Alisha raced to find a last minute solution. She even ran to the grocery store when I realized I forgot the OJ for our mimosas! Alisha worked so hard to coordinate all the vendors set up. In turn, our reception was flawless, and our guests had a wonderful time. We can't thank her enough for helping us plan the most perfect day! -

Fun + on top of things!
WOW, we truly could not have had such a perfect day without Alisha's guidance! As soon as we got off our initial phone call with her, we knew ANA Trio Solutions was the one for us -- after interviewing several others who just didn't click, we knew Alisha had the right levels of enthusiasm, creativity and super-duper organization to make our event a total hit. And boy, was it ever. We're still getting friends and family members telling us ours was the coolest, most fun wedding they've ever attended - and we may be a little biased, but uh, we agree! Everyone was so impressed with Alisha's organization skills and how she kept the party moving all night. Please, if you want to have the best day of your life with zero stress (for real!!! and I have clinical anxiety!!!), hire Alisha. She's amazing. -

I am seriously considering naming my first born child "Alisha" based on the level of gratitude I owe Alisha with ANA Trio Solutions. BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT: My venue referred her and called her a "logistics queen," and that she was. She's organized, easy to talk to, always available, super responsive, takes charge, and is SO PASSIONATE. I would hire her a thousand times over, she allowed me to have the day of my hopes and dreams. THE DETAILS: My venue required a Day-of-Coordinator, initially I "hired" a friend knowing with my event background I could plan and execute this, and THANKFULLY it fell through. I reached out to Alisha from the recommended vendors of my venue (Walden Hall), and she was SO easy to talk to from the beginning. Needless to say, I hadn't budgeted much, and she kindly worked with me on pricing as well. She even took the time to meet my fiance and me before we decided to hire her. Once booked, she was immediately available to have calls, answer emails & texts, or meet us for a coffee date. She didn't put me on a shelf until closer to my date for which I am forever appreciative. She kept me on track and helped me focus on priorities leading up. Her Run-of-Show spreadsheet is PHENOMENAL. She reached out to ALL my vendors in advance. She ran our rehearsal! On the day of, I wish I could have had her hang out with the girls all day, she didn't feel like a hired vendor, but my partner in crime. She ran EVERYTHING. I mean EVERYTHING. And it was flawless. She even fed me salad while I got my hair done. My other vendors worked well with her too, and it was clear I had a whole team supporting me that day. I can't say enough wonderful things about her, and I recommend her to anyone and everyone! -

Stop reading this and hire Alisha right now. In all seriousness, we hired Alisha for partial planning and coordination, and it was the best decision we made in our planning process. We opted for more than just traditional "day of coordination" because we wanted help with vendor selection. When I asked for recommendations for a DJ, Alisha did research and presented us with options. Same for caterer, florist, photographer, hair & makeup, etc. She became our go-to person to ask for etiquette advice. When the wedding day got closer and we had decision making fatigue, we could turn to Alisha to help us with the little things. She took the pressure off of us to allow us to enjoy our wedding day, and it was so worth it! When a guest had a travel situation, our guest spoke with Alisha directly so that we didn't have to worry the day before our wedding. When the hook and eye ripped off my dress, Alisha came to rescue and sewed me into my dress. From start to finish, Alisha was instrumental in the planning and execution of our wedding. It was a magical day, and I'm so glad she was part of it. -

ANA Trio Solutions was such a perfect fit for our wedding. We have a very fast paced life and Alisha was still able to schedule times (with both of us) to review and plan all areas of the wedding tasks. Her flexibility and organization to have things dealt with helped us finalize ahead of schedule and made the upcoming date an stress free one.
One of the most memorable ideas she had was to have us create a wedding email...so that all of the vendors and wedding details were stored on one platform for easy research and review. This saved SO much time for us and made it so easy to check things off our list.
If there were ever any issues with vendors- we only heard about it once there was a solution and we were asked which way we wanted to proceed. Again- this was such a blessing for us since my husband and I are rarely available at the same time and prefer to keep ourselves “off the grid” in the late evenings.
Alisha is a strong leader and wonderful professional wedding planner to work with. She truly made our day one to remember and will always have our heart as one of the best to work with. -

Hiring Alisha and ANATrio Solutions was by far the easiest and smartest decision of our wedding process. If you are even starting to think "oh a day-of, or a coordinator would be maybe a good idea" - DO IT. It saves you from having to be the enforcer on the day, and allows you to be present at all times. It is 100000% worth the money - if you are working through a budget, cut down on flowers and allocate to hiring her. She also makes it so that the things that will enevatably go wrong, get RIGHT and quickly. She takes out all the guess work, and allows you to BE THERE. Which is what it is all about, right?
A bit of back story - Bride: a project planner and type A by nature, having planned weddings professionally in the past. Washington DC Wedding in August 2019; Venue and Ceremony all at one location, local hotel as staging grounds. No bridal party; large complicated families. 160 guests.
We hired Alisha in June for our August wedding, having realized that there was no way, in our time limits, to set up at the venue, and no way that we would be able to wrangle our families and vendors without help. I read through reviews online and found Alisha - we set up an intro call, she walked us through the process (her spreadsheets are DIVINE and her Oh Shit Kit was perfection). She is organized, thoughtful, and takes all different things into account - she took over ownership of the vendor relationships, met the vendors day of, ensured everything was set up, that we walked down the isle in time, and that generally everything was on time (in fact, EARLY, which is UNHEARD Of in my world). She was especially good at making families do what we needed them to do, without me having to get involved and mad - with emotions running high, that's not what you want to have happen the day of. She helped us with seating charts, and day of logistics, met with us and made sure we were comfortable and still able to fully enjoy the day. My parents loved her, my family loved her, and our guests are continually telling us how "us" the wedding was, how easy and how well run it was. ANA Trio Solutions and Alisha Rodrigues are the BEST! From our very first phone conversation I knew we wanted Alisha as our wedding coordinator. She is personable, professional and super organized which is exactly what we needed! From the moment we signed the contract she was there for us every step of the way. Her response time to questions and concerns was unparalleled. Her positivity and upbeat personality really helped when things seemed overwhelming on our end. She always made us feel that our daughter’s wedding was going to amazing – and it was! We had quite a few challenges, not the least being our daughter lives in Florida and the wedding was in Northern Virginia. Thank goodness for Alisha to coordinate many emails, texts and phone calls. I am not exaggerating when I say that she was indispensable. On the day of the wedding, Alisha jumped into action when our planned outdoor ceremony became an inside one due to torrential rain. I still do not know how she was able to pull everything together so beautifully. The sun came out for cocktail hour and she again amazed us all by making my daughter’s dream of using the outdoor space for that a reality. The reception was seamless – at least to all who were there. I’m sure Alisha had to put some fires out but luckily we were smart and hired her to take care of all that! No worries for us! We hired ANA Trio for our October wedding and couldn't have been happier! We had 150 guests and a ton of moving pieces between complex flower arrangements, really large grounds at our venue with different locations, lots of coordination between vendors and setup for the day of - Alisha was incredible. She asked a ton of great questions, was always organized and prepared and kept everyone in line. She came and helped with setup a few days beforehand and made sure she understood every single detail for the day. It went off without a hitch! It was amazing knowing I didn't have to worry about a single thing that day because she had everything under control and would ensure that the day was executed without a hitch. We can't recommend her enough! -

We weren’t sure we needed a wedding planner/coordinator because we had secured most of our vendors and attended to many of our wedding details ourselves, but thank goodness we hired Alisha because she made the day flow MUCH more smoothly than it would have otherwise! Family members are still telling us how impressed they were by her and how important it was for the flow of the day and for our sanity that she was there. A couple of weeks before the wedding Alisha took over correspondence with our vendors so we wouldn’t have to worry about what time they were arriving, etc. We had multiple items we wanted to display during our cocktail hour and reception, and she ensured that everything was set up properly without my fiancé or I needing to lift a finger. I couldn’t believe how relaxed everything felt the morning of the wedding, because Alisha had taken care of every last detail. She even helped my sister steam her dress at the last minute! And when I freaked out because my white shoes had gotten muddy during first look pictures, she whisked them away and sent them back to me clean — only later did I find out she'd scrubbed the mud off herself! Our families had planned multiple surprises for us to take place during the wedding, and they told us that Alisha didn’t even bat an eyelash at their requests; she incorporated everything seamlessly. Do yourself a favor and hire Alisha. Not only will she make sure your wedding is perfect, but she’ll do it for a more than reasonable price. -

Alisha was the best money spent out of our wedding budget. My husband and I had a destination wedding, so planning from a distance was a challenge. Alisha listened to every idea and concern, and made our wedding day flawless. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and personality make her the perfect hire for your dream wedding!
Planning from out of town was a nightmare until we hired Alisha, her contacts in the wedding business saved us so much time trying to hunt down the right match for our needs. She took care of every issue that arose on our wedding day so smoothly, that I can not even tell you what issues came up. To my husband and I the day was perfect. She kept us on schedule, ensured all the vendors knew where to be and when, and most importantly she took care of my husband and I. She made sure that we had some private time following the ceremony and photos to enjoy each others company, and to enjoy some of the food we so painstakingly picked. I am so grateful to have found someone as talented in the business as Alisha.
