Regina and Julia were both excellent to work with! Regina finalized all the detailed planning prior to our wedding day and was very thorough, organized, and efficient. We loved that people from Green Valley Ranch had worked with her and it made us feel so confident as we headed into to wedding day.
Julia was our day-of coordinator and she was amazing! She was so pleasant to work with and kept a smile on her face as she was getting everything set for us. Julia handled all the details to execute the plan for our wedding day even when others didn’t complete things - She was on it and made sure things were done! We are so grateful for Julia!

Couldn’t be happier!!
I can’t begin to say how absolutely AMAZING Regina and her team are. From day one, she made the whole wedding planning process so much easier and way less stressful than I ever thought it could be. Every time I had a question, concern, or random idea, she was there with an answer, a solution, or a way to make it happen!
On the actual wedding day, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Everything ran so smoothly, and I was able to just enjoy the moment knowing Regina had it all handled. Our friends and family even commented on how perfectly everything flowed, and that’s 100% thanks to her.
If you’re looking for someone who’s not only incredibly organized and professional, but also genuinely cares about you and your vision, I couldn’t recommend Regina enough. I had a very particular aesthetic in mind for both my ceremony and my reception and Regina was able to make my whole vision come to life and it was executed so perfectly! Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! -

We just had the most unforgettable wedding at the Little White Wedding Chapel — married by Elvis himself — and it wouldn’t have been possible without Regina and Amber! From start to finish, they were absolute rockstars, making every moment seamless, joyful, and completely stress-free.
They flawlessly organized a party of 20, coordinated dinner, the party bus, all vendors, and handled last-minute changes without missing a beat. Amber was a total pro, making sure everyone was where they needed to be so we could just relax and enjoy the party.
They treated our wedding like it was their own, taking care of every detail so we could be fully present and soak it all in.

The wedding of our dreams! Throughout the entire wedding planning process Regina and her team were helpful and useful. I cannot underscore how professional and experienced they are. They took the time to listen, understand our needs, and answer all our questions as they arose.
We engaged Regina's services a little over a year before our intended wedding date, our correspondence was through Zoom and email. The team was very communicative and booked everything on our behalf. We did not have to interact with vendors beyond food tastings and tours. When we weren't sure what we wanted, they provided options and standards.
Regina and her team were able to help us in practically everything during the wedding planning process: venue selection, food, flowers, day of logistics, website, and much more. They planned everything down to the last detail, we were very impressed with the schedule and itinerary for the ceremony and reception.
On the day of, Regina and her team made sure everything went smoothly. We were able to focus on enjoying the wedding instead of logistics. The ceremony and reception were above and beyond our expectations. They checked all of our boxes, even the ones we didn’t know we wanted! Our guests STILL can’t stop talking about it!
TLDR; if you want to enjoy your wedding day with your guests and reduce planning stress, book Vegas Weddings Planner. They were worth every penny and more.

Tried to plan a Vegas wedding from Kansas on our own and it quickly discovered it was impossible! Found and hired Regina and she planned the whole thing for June 11th at Planet Hollywood and everything was perfect. All we had to do was show up! Highest praise for her services. Couldn't have pulled this off without her! -

I cannot recommend Regina highly enough. We eloped from Ireland and Regina made everything so effortless through zoom meetings and emails. We were married on top of the Strat at the end of April 2022. Regina sourced a variety of locations for us to choose between for the ceremony and our wedding meal afterwards. Regina was excellent to work with and so were all her vendors, from hair and makeup to flowers, tux rental and photographer etc. The wedding day was perfect and I certainly couldn't have organised the wedding so efficiently or flawlessly from Ireland. I would like to sincerely thank Regina for all her help and assistance. Our wedding would not have been the same without her! -

Do not hesitate
From the beginning of wedding planning I was always told to get a planner/coordinator. I thought that if I was DIYing my wedding I would take on everything myself and just enlist of family and friends to help. With the changes that came due to COVID and our 100+ guest list down to just 25 my only concern was to have the best time. Regina made this possible and I don't think my day would have been what it was without her. I think I booked her just a couple of months before the wedding and she didn't miss a beat. She made us feel so comfortable after our initial consultation my fiancé asked me to take her services from partial day to full day. I would not hesitate booking Regina if you want the most stress free day of your life. She will listen to you and your dream and work effortlessly to make sure you get just that. -

Regina was amazing and key to our big day!
Regina was great to work with and was key to making our big day the wedding we dreamed of! Regina was very responsive and organized. We planned everything for the wedding before COVID19 and Regina really helped us understand what restrictions there were and all the alternatives we had. One specific example is we wanted a champagne wall so Regina built one to use at our reception. The venue had restrictions around guests grabbing their own drinks so I thought we had to give up on the champagne wall but Regina really understood what was and wasn't allowed and suggested we had a hired attendant to pass the glasses to the guests. The venue was good with this and we got our champagne wall! Regina also has a great network of vendors in Las Vegas and she found us an Elvis impersonator that was a huge hit with the guests! She made the planning process easy for us and in the days leading up to the wedding I wasn't stressed at all because Regina was so on top of everything. I had such a great experience working with her and I highly recommend her to anyone getting married in Las Vegas. -

Jan is our wedding planner that we were assigned once we reserved our venue. The deposit would have been $100, but we are having our reception there too, so it was $250.
From the even before we paid our deposit Jan has been outstanding and super responsive to my first time planning a wedding jitters. Jan has been right on top of every request no matter how big or how small. We have just started the planning process and I am beyond happy. I cannot wait for the rest of the process with Jan, it is bound to be amazing. -

Regina is GREAT. As our consultant/coordinator, she helped us:
1. Identify recommended local vendors who helped execute our vision within our budget.
2. Consistently reviewed our plans and schedules to make sure they were logical and REALISTIC.
3. Provided expert guidance and answered all our questions to the best of her ability. If there was a topic she was not familiar with, she would help us do research.
4. Identified potential concerns/risks that we would not have thought of ourselves. (Experience counts!)
5. Brilliantly executed our wedding day coordination, no issues were ever brought to our attention and my wife and I got to enjoy our special day without any drama.
Regina is experienced, flexible and great to work with. Having her on the team greatly reduced the stress/anxiety associated with wedding planning and coordination. Highly recommended!

I cannot put into words how wonderful Regina is...but I'm going to try! Regina took what was a very stressful situation for me (planning a wedding in a city that I had never been to before and didn't know the first thing about) and turned it into an easy peasy, smooth as silk event where all I had to do was answer a few questions and she took care of the rest! Not only that, but she answered all of my tourist-type questions regarding Vegas as well. The entire process was fun and simple! Tafara Sent on 06/05/2018I can not thank Regina enough! My wedding day wouldn't have gone off the way it did without her, everything was perfect! Anytime I called if she didn't answer she got right back with me and she always promptly responded to emails even with the 3 hour time difference. The day of she did such a GREAT JOB keeping me calm and keeping everything in order even though I know things went wrong. We noticed hours before my wedding that the seating chart was off and I just knew I was going to have to be on standing by to run down to the venue to help sort things out but to my surprise SHE NEVER CALLED, when I walked into my venue for the first time after the ceremony EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! You can tell Regina actually loves what she does, she so invested in her couples and I HIGHLY recommend her.

We couldn't be more pleased with the level of professionalism, knowledge, customer service and care that Regina put in to our wedding. Everything went perfectly and was just how we'd hoped it would be! We were a little nervous about doing everything sight unseen, but Regina had eyes on everything for us! We highly recommend her for all of your wedding needs!
