Hiring URE Events to perform at our wedding in Connecticut was truly the best decision we made.

I first met Leo while practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and he mentioned that he had been a DJ for many years. Honestly, I didn’t think much of it at the time — until I reconnected with him at a picnic in Safety Harbor, where I watched him read the crowd perfectly and play incredible music. That moment reminded me just how talented he was, and I knew he was the right choice for our special day.

With my wife’s family being Italian and my family being Puerto Rican, it was extremely important to us to have someone who understood both cultures and could blend them seamlessly. My father-in-law, Carmen, is very particular about the classic Italian music he enjoys, and Leo and his team made sure to play every single one of his favorite songs — which meant the world to our family.

Leo, who is based in Tampa, arranged flights and travel to Connecticut to be there for our event. He and his team — Johnny and Elena — arrived two hours early, had the sound system beautifully set up, and carried themselves with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and kindness.

When two cultures come together at a wedding, you never know what the dance floor will be like. But with Leo and URE Events, the dance floor was alive all night long. On top of that, Leo served as our MC, coordinated the timeline with our photographer and decorator, and handled all the formalities and production planning with ease.

We are incredibly grateful to have had Leo and his team perform on one of the most important days of our lives. Thank you, URE Events — we will definitely be contacting you for all our future events.

URE is my happy place

The URE team IS family! Period. You would be a fool not to hire these guys to host your party. This team is Top notch! From the very beginning through every step of the process, Leo, Elena and Jhony made my wife and I feel like a million bucks. Of all the things we had to stress about during our wedding the URE team was not one of them. The day of my wedding watching Leo come in and take charge of the vendors was spectacular! He's like a musical conductor. The motzart of wedding MC's. Honestly, having a true advocate there who's sole purpose and responsibility was to make our night the best it could be was invaluable. Every single person who came up to my wife and I that night couldn't help but rant and rave about it being the best wedding they have ever been to. URE exudes excellence and professionalism. Trust these guys to have your back. They will work with you not only as your advocates but as your trusted collaborators. They bring ideas to the table you might not have even thought of but always with the purpose of making your night unforgettable. When I say URE is family I truly mean it. So happy to have hired URE!

We booked URE in NYC before Covid and ended up having our wedding postponed multiple times. We ended up moving our wedding to California and URE was accommodating and worked with us throughout the process. We were so happy to have Leo and his team to DJ at our wedding reception. Leo is very organized and kept everything moving according to our timeline. We received great feedback from our guests and the music was exactly how we envisioned. URE has a great online system to plan the day and make playlists of must have songs. Leo traveled across the country for us and made sure the equipment and quality was of the highest standard. We definitely recommend working with URE since they have a long track record of successful weddings and Leo will work tirelessly to make sure your event goes according to your vision.

Made our wedding EPIC

You will NOT find a better event management company!!
Here's how our wedding went with URE Events:
1-constant back and forth throughout the pandemic with changing plans, guest size etc. and Leo (the owner) not ONCE got frustrated or expressed annoyance.
2-held a safe & small COVID outdoor wedding that felt like it had 200 people there due to the energy that URE Events brought.
3- Had so much fun, we paid URE Events to stay a couple more hours.
4-The DJ/owner, Leo, jumped in the family pool with the wedding party to put the cherry on top of an EPIC night.

Put your trust in the URE family and your special event will be even more magical than you could have imagined. We love you Leo, and URE Events! Thank you times one million!

Must have. Saved the night.

Leo and his team are amazing people. From the start to finish, you are taken care of. They help you understand a bit further into the industry and what to expect. They are flexible too and worked around our budget. Honest and professional, we had the opportunity to spend personal time with Leo and his wife. Very down to Earth and hard workers. To be real, they are our main option for any other large scale events we have.

When my husband and I were on our search for the best wedding DJ, we hit dead-end after dead-end, until we found URE events. Complete Professional! Amazing Production!

URE Events put on an amazing display for my wife and I's wedding. The setup was excellent, the ambiance was amazing. They are high quality professionals. Since Day 1 from the first time we walked into their offices, they work with you and not against you. All your likes and dislikes they bring into consideration. As well they bring their expertise in the field and communicate with you on ebb and flow of throwing a party. Amazing amazing display of knowledge. On the wedding day, If you have Day Of Planner's or a Head Coordinator they work with the crews to ensure you never have to worry about a thing. We were blessed to have Leo, the owner, perform our wedding but his staff is top notch. They keep the party happening as well. Never a dull moment on our amazing night. Excellent!

Booking Leo for our wedding was the best investment my husband and I could have ever made! We were truly blown away by the attention to detail, guidance, support, love and respect Leo showed us. Everything he said he would do was done with perfection. My husband and I had no idea what we were doing when planning our wedding. Leo stepped in and gave us his expertise advice/suggestions from many years of experience. We knew that we could trust his judgement and that made the planning process so much easier. The day of the wedding he completely blew us away, not only with the music and lights but also with the way he “ran the show”! He knew every detail about our wedding day schedule and everything ran so smoothly. I had almost every guest come up to me to ask me “who is he?”, “he’s amazing!” Leo had all guest fully entertained with dancing and laughter. One thing I will always remember was Leo’s call the day of the wedding to me. He calls me to check-in and see how I’m doing and reminded me that I am a boss! The greatest crew on earth hands down!

Words can not explain how grateful we are to the URE family. They did the impossible for us. My wife and I gave them literally less than 2 months to put together our dream wedding and the surpassed our expectations. Leo treated us like family, guided us through the whole process. He accommodated to every change we had with no hesitation, even ones we had last minute on our wedding date. Elena (photography) was fantastic every picture she took told a story during the reception on 2 jumbo televisions. Leos other two DJs (Asher, James, and Rodie) were fantastic as Leo went around entertaining our guests. Aside from Leo's fantastic work of art as an MC, Rodie the videographer was amazing. Always there but never in the way. My guest referred to him as GHOST; the man who's everywhere and nowhere all at the same time. All in all, my wife and I are truly blessed to have been put in Leos path. He and his crew will for ever be our family and go to party planners and DJs. Thank you for the Magic Leo and Elena. Words are simply not enough to describe your work. It's an experience of a life time.

What can I say , Leo was not just a DJ he was MC , photographer,Planner and Family .he did not just only host our wedding he made sure people felt comfortable , happy , and loved my family members had to ask me which side of the family Leo was from because he blended in so well no one sitting in the seats I perfectly a signed everyone all night because of him . They were to busy having fun dancing the night away and posing for the cameras we couldn’t be more blessed and happy with the decision we made going with Ure events I could go on forever how grateful we are . URE Events is just the best.

URE Events brought more than what we expected. Leo (the owner) is respectful, kind, and makes you feel like family. Him and his staff made our wedding unforgettable. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would. Here's a more in depth rating.

Punctuality: 5 / 5 Even before the wedding, Leo will make sure he got everything written down, saved, memorized so that when it's time for the event, you'llbe less stressed. Months before the wedding he'll touch base with you regarding songs or whatever services you took. During the event, he'll be there with his staff early (whatever time agreed upon) and make sure everything is setup right and proper for the event.

Price: 4.5 / 5 URE Events is not the cheapest nor the most expensive service you can get, but why hire cheap? It's your wedding and you want the best for your buck. URE provided a service beyond our expectations and our wedding was definitely a day to remember. If you're on a budget, he'll even try and work with you the best he can.

Equipment/Staff: 5 / 5 We got the intelligent lights along with the other lights and his setup was awesome. His equipment was top notch and with the lights and mood, they made our wedding POP even more. Our wedding was like a music video. His staff was very nice and professional. They rocked the event.

Professionalism: 5 / 5 Even before choosing URE Events, He made us feel welcome, provided a small example of how our wedding is going to be like, and treated as if we're becoming a part of his URE family. He takes his work seriously and only provide services with high standards. He treats his company like it's his most precious thing in the world so you know you're wedding is going to be amazing.

Overall: 5 / 5 URE Events is what you need for your wedding. They provide services with the highest quality and they go above and beyond. During our ceremony, the music fit so perfectly that I cried more than what I expected. The music, the mood, and the moment was so overwhelming. During cocktail hour, they had tasteful and elegant music setting the right tone for the reception. Reception was unbelievable. Everyone was on the floor dancing, music was amazing and set to how we like it from 80s rock to House music to 90s to recent hits. You'll never be bored.

Not only did they make everything how we like it, Leo even made sure we had what we need (drinks, food, time to eat, time to talk to our guests, etc.) We all had such a good time that days after the wedding, our bodies were aching from dancing all night. You won't be disappointed if you choose URE Events. Leo, we love you and thank so much for being there for us. You and the URE Staff are the best. Amazing, Wonderful

My first experience with Leo was at my best friends wedding over a year again. I just knew he would be my DJ for my wedding. Leo was amazing from the beginning of our wedding ceremony all the way through the end of our reception. He created and sustained the mood for every moment of our wedding with appropriate cocktail music, dinner music, cake-cutting music and then, of course, dance music. He kept the party going with non-stop dancing. Everyone complimented us for picking Leo. Leo was hard working and dedicated to my husband and I vision for our wedding. His staff is equally dedicated, they are always willing to help and is always warm.

Best dj ever!

AMAZING!!! 10 stars!!! My wife & I booked URE as our DJ/MC for our Riviera Maya, Mexico destination wedding this past August. Planning a destination wedding can be very stressful, and scary, but thanks to Leo and his team our planning process was very smooth and stress free!!. We met Leo at a local wedding event, his energy and enthusiasm is what drew us to him. Leo paid close attention to detail, and accommodated all of our requests. The planning continued upon arriving to Mexico, Leo and Elena attended our vendor meeting where they were a great help in providing recommendations that would allow our special day to be executed to its upmost potential. Leo and Elena spent time getting to know our guests a few days prior to our wedding, they demonstrated how much they genuinely cared about our special day.
On the day of the wedding, Leo was in charge of the music for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. From our walk down the aisle, to our first dance, every single moment felt perfect!! Leo had all of our guests dancing and entertained the whole night. Everyone is still talking about how great the music was. We can't fully express how grateful we are to both Leo and Elena for everything, they truly went above and beyond, and exceeded all of our expectations and definitely made our wedding even more special.

If I could give Leo a million stars I would. Hands down he was THE BEST vendor we dealt with throughout this entire process. He was communicative, understanding, a team player, professional - really just everything we could have ever wanted. Prior to meeting Leo we were in contract with another vendor that screwed us over and Leo was literally our shining light. We booked the platinum package and it was well worth it. Our guests raved about the live pictures on the tv screens, the photobooth, and his ability to cater to our Hispanic, Afro Latino, African-American, Trinidadian heritages to give us the BEST party experience. It is now standard that we book Leo for EVERY other life event. It is mandatory now, especially since we're family now, because that's what happens after working with Leo - you become family! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We booked URE (DJ and photography) for our wedding this past September and they were beyond amazing from beginning to end. Leo and Elena communicated with us every step of the way to make sure we got everything we wanted and were extremely helpful in making recommendations when we were unsure. Leo and his team, Elena and Justine, genuinely cared about our special day and it shows how passionate they are about their work. They day of the wedding they came to the venue 2 hours early to set up and coordinate with us and the maitre'de. The music was on point... Leo had all our guests dancing and entertained the whole night. Everyone had a great time and raved about how great the music was. We can't fully express how grateful for everything that URE did for us... the music, MCing, the photography - it exceeded our expectations and definitely made our wedding even more special.

We had our wedding on September 22nd. We were extremely lucky to have been referred to URE Events for our wedding. The whole team were extremely professional and made the whole experience so much fun! Our guests could not stop talking about the music and photobooth. In particular, they loved Leo from URE. The wedding at one point felt like a club with the music, lighting, and non-stop dancing. Leo's energy was contagious! URE worked with the wedding coordinators at our venue to ensure the whole night ran smoothly. If there was an issue, we had no clue. We highly recommend URE Events and would engage with them at future events.

I came across this wonderful Dj and company by chance passing his office everyday. When it came to planning my 65th Birthday celebration I took a chance and just walked into his office. Best decision ever! Leo, (the mastermind of the business) was so warm and welcoming and a bond was instantly formed. That bond followed through all the planning stages that led up to an extraordinary and magical night. Leo and Elena were so down to earth and made all my guests feel excited for me however with a side of professionalism that is rarely attainable. Everyone was dancing and singing. I can’t say enough about Leo and Elena definitely the right choice. If you are lucky enough to have them for your event you will not be disappointed, just completely amazed! Thank you so much for an amazing night. You show us an special concern in all the details of our wedding party and that in the end made everything perfect. The way you edit the song of our first dance it was beautiful and the songs with our parents were exactlly what we need. We know we had a though crowd however you managed to keep the party alive! If you are looking for a DJ, look no further, you've come to the PERFECT vendor. Leo is so friendly and straight forward, he is honestly the best!! I cannot begin to express how amazing Leo and his team are!! They made our wedding so special. The music was on point; exactly what me and my husband wanted. Everyone knows that music is the most important thing at a wedding. My husband and I - as well as our families - LOVE a good party! However, we worried it might be tricky to find the right DJ since I am of Dominican decent, he is of Jamaican decent and we love both old school and new R&B and hip-hop.

A friend recommended URE Events and we were so impressed by the presentation that we booked them even before having our wedding date or venue. We hired them for lighting, atmosphere, MC, photo montage and music. Throughout the process and the possible date and venue changes they were very responsive and professional. They were also willing to travel anywhere. Additionally, they met with us and helped us come up with ideas for father/daughter, mother/groom dances etc.

Close to our wedding date there was a change of staff (our contact person, Michelle, was no longer with the company) and we grew very concerned because she was such a phenomenal support. However, Leo assured us that everything was going to be ok.

Indeed everything was AWESOME! Both our families were up all night... as were we! Leo did a great job MC'ing and coordinating the day ensuring that the timeline was followed and everyone was enjoying themselves. Our guests were impressed by how well both cultures were validated and balanced throughout the night together with a sprinkle of Drake and Rob Base here and there.

All in all, if you want to have folks dancing all night and if you want someone who understands various cultures, URE Events is your go to. Two thumbs up!

We used URE for our wedding in NYC Feb 23, 2018. With only 4 months to plan the wedding we needed a professional, efficient DJ and that's just what we got. Michelle and Leo are absolutely fantastic!! They took all the stress away of planning the ins and outs of the wedding day (song choices, flow of the night, etc.)

And the DJ.....AMAZING! They are super flexible and will tailor the whole experience to your needs, wants and personality! We got SO MANY guest compliments on the music and MC. They really know how to throw a party!!! After seeing what a great job they did at our wedding our friend is using them for her upcoming wedding!

URE is excellently priced, professional and a ton of fun to work with! They even offer photo booths and photography! Leo and Michelle truly care about their clients and they go above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect! I'm so happy with our choice, we couldn't have done it with out them! How lucky was I to find Leo , god was on my side this time ! , I got married a few months back and what an unbelievable experience I enjoyed with my friends and family . From the moment we began to plan our wedding we knew without a doubt we wanted the URE family to be apart of our special day. At our first initial meeting we were not only blown away by Leo’s enthusiasm for his work, but also with his dedication to making it as special as possible. We quickly and easily established a connection that served as the foundation to a great long lasting relationship. Throughout all the chaos of planning a wedding, Leo was always there to reassure us every thing would work out great. And it did! Our wedding day finally came and the URE Events team was ready to go. They were prompt, professional and on point. They helped coordinate everything from the entrances to the cake cutting and made sure it all happened as smooth as possible. We didn’t have any worries. The highlight of our night was by far the music! The music was one of the most important things to us. We wanted a big blend of salsa, hip-hop, pop etc. and URE delivered. From the very first time we got in touch with Michelle and Leo from URE there was an immediate feeling of excitement. They invited us over for a demonstration of their services and were extremely clear about what they have to offer. My wife and I are from different cultures and wanted a DJ who understood the entertainment needs of both sides of our families. Leo knew our cultures before we could even tell him, and then he was able to play classic music from both cultures as well as contemporary. Leo is extremely knowledgable, likable, and professional. Michelle made us feel like we were becoming a part of their "family," not just potential clients. Working with URE up to the wedding was extremely easy. Communication between us and URE was perfect every step of the way. At the wedding the energy level was top notch from the moment our wedding party entered the venue to the end. My wife and I didn't have to worry about a thing, Leo and Michelle took care of everything - timing of events, speaking with maitre d' to make sure everything went smoothly. We were able to enjoy the night completely. Following the wedding we have had countless compliments on the music, dj, and energy. We have heard things like "Best wedding we have been to" "The DJ was amazing." URE went above and beyond in working within our budget and making sure we still had an amazing party to match our venue. Rather than providing a generic review that you typically see in this setting, we truly thought Leo and his team deserved much more than that after our experience. Please keep in mind, this review is being written by someone who does not typically write reviews... I do not have time for them and I’m honestly not a social media type of person. However, after our experience with Leo, I felt so compelled to express my gratitude and overall experience with you as a potential client as he made our wedding night so incredibly memorable. The profound professionalism, charismatic attention, sheer talent and enthusiasm that Leo provided us with was truly above and beyond. And for that reason, we are truly grateful and will never forget we had the dopest DJ/Entertainer on our wedding night.
The day of the wedding, Leo was at our venue before anyone else, getting set up and properly introducing himself to the staff. I thought that was so impressive and again allowed us to relax and focus on getting married and not worry about the behind the scenes details... Leo had that covered.

During the reception Leo didn’t come to just mess around. He came providing the most above and beyond equipment you can ask for. The lighting, the sound.. incredible. His enthusiasm got our guests up right away, EVERYTHING was incredible on his end.

Again, this whole experience was not just giving a DJ a playlist, this was a personal experience where we gained a true friend and had 100% confidence throughout planning and of course the day of our wedding that Leo would come ready to work. And that is exactly what he did. During and after our reception, I had friends telling me “your DJ was unbelievable” “where did you find this guy!?” and that’s what you really want out of your wedding right? To marry the person you love and to have your guests walk away feeling inspired and truly entertained.

My husband and I first met Leo in December 2016. I remember feeling nervous because we have met with so many people and none made us feel the way Leo did when we first met him. His first question was "What do you want your big day to be like?" He genuinely cared what we wanted, and our background. After talking to him for the first 10 minutes my husband and I knew that we would love to have Leo and URE at our wedding. It is going on almost 3 weeks and everyone is STILL SPEAKING ABOUT OUR WEDDING. Everyone keeps saying how they had so much fun and how they never danced so much in their life, and I AGREE WITH THEM 100 PERCENT! Our wedding was very multicultural. My husband who is Chinese and Italian, and I, who is Russian, Leo made sure to include everything. The best part of all, aside from Leo being the greatest performance we've ever had, he had a photography and videography package as well! It was like having a wedding planner! The day before my wedding, Michelle called me twice, to check up on me and to see how I was feeling before the big day. Did she have to? Absolutely not, but she did because they just genuinely care and I will be forever thankful for their dedication and commitment. Leo at URE is the newest member of our family! He and his team were amazing! I met Leo 2 yrs ago at a bridal expo in NYC when I first got engaged. He was the first vendor we booked for our wedding - and we are so glad that we did! Your entertainment is the party, and Leo was well worth the investment. Throughout the stressful process of planning, he was right there checking in on us to make sure we were good! He made putting together our Run of Show so fun and relaxing, and always made us feel right at home during every visit. Leo had qualities that you will never find in an ordinary DJ. Our wedding was a 240 guest, multicultural wedding (Dominican, Italian, German, Polish, American) and like we knew he would, he knocked the ball out of the park with our crowd! He played everything, and has an endless library of music for all ages/generations and cultures. Everybody danced the night away! Just have one sit down with Leo, and his presentation and personality will blow you away. He also works really well under pressure, I saw this first hand when he thoughtfully put together a super sweet slideshow of my husband and I literally at a moment's notice. The slideshow had me in tears -it was so beautiful! Our families loved Leo and his professional team! Michelle captured amazing candids of the party throughout the night, and it was great seeing all the moments of your party on screen, as you experience it. They also worked incredibly well with the venue's team, to make sure that we, as the bride and groom, had an incredible time at our party, but still stayed on track of completing all the formalites, photos, etc. If you're getting married and looking for an entertainer/host/ DJ/ new relative, Leo at URE is your guy! URE event is BEYOND AMAZING!!! The music was great, the entertainment was amazing!!! We had pictures taken that blew us away especially because we haven't received our professional pictures yet. They caught candid moments that just caught our eyes. Our experience with URE Events was outstanding!! What can we say about Leo and his team except that they went above and beyond to ensure that our big day was perfect. Leo, Michelle and this company are amazing. From the first phone call to the call after the wedding to recap, they did everything with professionalism. We had a multi-cultural and multi-religious wedding so we looked hard to find the perfect DJ and we found them! The DJ played a variety of music that entertained our diverse guests (I am half Jewish and white, and my husband is Latin and Christian). Michelle also came the day of our wedding as basically like a wedding coordinator. She made sure everything ran smoothly and was our point person. She was FANTASTIC. We are so happy with URE and we recommend them to everyone!

URE made me more excited about my own wedding! They offered a lot of advice, were available at night so that I didn't have to worry about making phone calls during the work day and showed much enthusiasm and knowledge about the industry itself. I, the bride, had a specific vision of both live and DJ music. I didn't want a typical wedding. I wanted to surprise my husband with a live sung first dance. It was new for us but URE worked with the group to add a unique touch. URE's performance style gave us a wedding we'd never experienced at other weddings. He created moments. And when challenges arose, as with any event, URE met them, making our evening seamless and timely. Our guests had no idea of our challenges and that's what you want. As with any DJ, put your foot down with your vision but be flexible enough to hear what his experience & wisdom can provide. We had fun overall. Leo is a fantastic MC. Leo, Leo was the only reason I picked URE events for my wedding. I spent almost a year looking for DJ, Cinematography and lighting services altogether to serve my Middle Eastern Wedding and finally I found the best services and best friend ever LEO. He was accommodating , all guests had a blast of good time, dancing for the whole night.

URE Events was absolutely Amazing at our destination Wedding in Punta Cana. We met DJ Leo at a bridal expo and were immediately convinced that we had to have him perform at our wedding. We didn't even know if he even did destination wedding and decide we were going to try to convince him, luckily for us he did. Since, we booked URE Events almost a year in advance we had the opportunity to meet on many occasions before the wedding. Meeting with Leo and the URE crew was alway like getting together with family members "GREAT TIME". The URE crew were scheduled to arrive the Friday before the wedding. I had been there already for two days trying to organize all the wedding detail. I was frustrated, overwhelmed, and felt like I was been taken advantage. The day of Leo and his crew arrival was like a breath of fresh air. Leo sprung into action and straighten out all the issues I was having with the hotels wedding coordinator. URE Events was hired to DJ and provide Video/Photography service. But what we got was an Amazing DJ, that till this day my family and friends can't stop talking about. A life time of awesome memories, with the wonderful Pictures and videos they took. But most of all, because of Leo and URE Events professionalism, attention to details, and personal care we had the most memorable and special day of our lives!! We just got married 9/3/16 and Leo was more than just a DJ at our wedding, he went above and beyond for us and became like family. He made one of the best days of our lives even more memorable. From the music, photos and videos, everything came out flawlessly. He had everyone dancing and entertained all night, there was never a dull moment and the dance floor was never empty. Everything was very organized and he was very punctual. We have and will continue to recommend him to anyone we know, he is such a caring and funny man, anything you need, he's there for you, even if it's just to have someone listen to your wedding problems lol. He was our Dj, our MC, organizer during the reception, All around entertainer and most of all a friend to us. URE did an amazing Job at our wedding. We first met Leo at the Great Wedding Expo, he was the only vendor my husband was interested in that day. His energy and perfect MC voice caught our attention right away. From our first meeting he was asking questions trying to get to know us and our styles so he could personalize our event. Our guests had a great time they loved the music and the photo booth. The dance floor was packed from the beginning of the reception to the end. Leo really knows how to keep the party going and he is great at reading the crowd. When our Best Man and Maid of Honor gave very brief impersonal speeches, Leo took the mic and gave his own toast that totally saved the moment. I would recommend URE for any event.

We made the absolute best decision in booking our wedding with Leo and all of the excellent people at URE events! Leo really cares about his clients. He made us feel very special as we worked with him to customize every aspect of our reception. We booked our entertainment, photographer and videographer through URE and all were amazing. We absolutely loved the work they did and will definitely be using URE events for all our parties in the future!

Leo was the best Dj/Mc. He treated our wedding like it was his own. The music was amazing, the interaction with my guest was amazing. He kept the guest partying. I loved the light show. It was never a dull moment at my wedding. Leo also kept me and my husband on point with the announcments far as intering the teception,first dance, toast,garter,throwing of the bouquet and cutting the cake. He even became family along the ways of planning our big dad. This company comes highly recommended.

URE Events is by far the best decision I've made (2nd to proposing to my wife) as far as signing a DJ for my wedding. Leo/Chris you guys killed it, your unique style, high energy and the ability to read the crowd and dish out song after song, hit after hit, was simply amazing. Chris (our DJ) you truly made our wedding unforgettable and i can't thank you enough. You were able to entertain my Mexican family with my wife's Puerto Rican family and still entertain our College/coworker friends and family... My wedding was a crock pot of guests... and at the end of the night it was just One Big Family. I can't think of anyone better to recommend than URE Events to host my next event, which by now you know it's going to be a Baptism. Thank you again, Much love.... Kevin..

Leo, Leo, Leo. I have no words for what you gave me and Phil yesterday. Happy, elated, appreciative, and thankful aren't even enough to explain what you've done for us. You have done and gone further than what I expected you to do. Everyone complimented every second of our wedding. I'm getting choked up writing this. You have a special place in ours lives. I came to find URE events by myself working in the wedding industry as a bridal consultant at a wedding expo. I actually was looking for a DJ not for a wedding but my daughter's sweet 16. Being a single parent, I wanted to give my daughter a night to remember but I was also on a budget. From our first meeting to selecting the final edit of the video also was beyond patient and professional . Simply put .. Your satisfaction is URE mission . I was always able to reach them regarding questions, concerns and yes stress ! My phone call or text was always answered timely . I highly recommend URE events to make your day magical and stress free! The most wonderful thing I might add is the genuineness that I received from the first visit that let me know I wasn't just a client but someone that mattered to their business . ??

I cannot say ENOUGH about how AMAZING DJ Leo and URE Events were at our wedding!! DJ Leo and his team aren't just a DJ who'll play songs and talk over all your favorite jams. He really is a true professional and master of ceremonies when it comes to keeping our event lively, entertaining, and keeping the guests happy.

A great example of URE's professionalism was, on our big day, the food was taking longer to come out than expected. Rather than beginning with the toasts, or playing background music while people uncomfortable waited for their food, he coordinated with our venue and opened up the dance floor right after our intro and first dance. People raved about how smoothly the event went.

At our wedding, we had a lot of guest entertainers, as I'm a musician with a lot of musician friends that I wanted to feature. I had someone sing the Lord's Prayer, and he had a mic for them. He had a mic for our officiant, which was great because the wedding ceremony was outside. He had mics for all of my a cappella group friends, who sang my requested wedding song. He had BACKUP mics in case there were issues with the main mics. He had speaker setups inside and outside so our guests could spread out and relax throughout the reception.

They had us fill out a form with our requested songs and songs for specific things like cutting the cake and throwing the bouquet, which was impressively organized. The videographers showed up right when we did to the venue, making sure to capture all the behind the scenes essentials, while working with the venue to be set up and ready for the wedding to start promptly.

Seriously, people are STILL talking about our wedding, and it's been over seven months! They say it was the best wedding ever, and I know it was due largely in part to our amazing DJ and MC, DJ Leo! He and Maria even check in to see how married life is doing. Really, I can't say enough about them, and you can rest easy if you've hired them for your wedding or event!

Firstly i want to say how much my husband and i love Leo & Maria, We first met them 2 years ago when we first started planning and booked them on our first meeting!. My first impression was how cool and down to earth they were and also how much they were into people pleasing their main focus with anyone of their clients to insure our happiness first, i have met people who were only interested in making some cash but not Leo in Maria i never once felt like it was just all business we actually developed a great friendship, even going out to eat dinner and having drinks. When my husband and i would go see them we ended up hanging out with them for hours!!! While planning our wedding my husband and i actually had to change our wedding date and it ended up being on Maria's birthday , i was sure they wouldn't be able to change the date for us but they did! fast forward to my wedding which was just on June 24th, My wedding started later than planned but none the less Leo did not let us down! everything was flawless! he coordinated with us throughout the night and made sure everyone danced their butts off i don't think their was a moment when the dance floor was clear, My guests raved! about our MC/DJ my guest hashtagged the wedding saying "what a wedding" or "wedding of the year" that sure as hell wasnt all just my husband and i they were talking about it was the music the fun atmosphere and our awesome photobooth. i will recommend booking with them to every and anyone planning any event, not only are they amazing at what they do they are now friends for life and thats the most beautiful part about it. Wedding @ The Fox Hollow on 4/24/16--Thanks to Maria and Leo with the rest of team URE, we danced the night away and had the time of our lives! In the beginning I had trouble deciding on a DJ because even though my husband and I are Guyanese, we had a multicultural guest list and loved all kinds of music. After meeting with Maria and Leo, I knew the hunt was over! Maria explained all the details and got to know us as a couple, we were sold by her professionalism, outgoing personality and all the creative ideas they brought to the table. Leo was concerned because we made the decision to book without hearing his sample--which he made sure he played before we left. Leo played a sample of reggae, soca, Top 40 and Latin music that had us even more convinced. They set up an affordable payment plan for our exclusive package in addition to the step & repeat photo station and Maria continued to check in with us for the months to come. The day of our wedding, Maria, Leo, their son Deejay Zeus and Cisco who was in charge of the photo booth exceeded our expectations. From getting everyone up on their feet to give us a group hug (which opened the dance floor and gave us a great photo shot) to making sure our guestbook was filled with pictures and best wishes from our photo booth. We were pleased and our guests were happy, some of them mentioned, “I was sad when dessert was being served because that meant the night was coming to an end" or” I felt like I was in college all over again”. These were just a few of many positive comments we heard from that night, if you choose team URE you won't be disappointed. On 5/13 my wife and I had the priviledge of have Leo and Maria, the URE events family host our wedding reception. We were NOT dissapointed. Leo and Maria did an amazing job at coordinating our reception. They were helpful and punctual. There timing impeccable and communication with us was immaculate. My wife and I were nervous from hearing prior stories of friends saying they were stressed during there reception, well my wife and I are relieved to say that we had no one worry or care in the world because Leo and Maria took care of everything and we were able to enjoy our reception. Thanks to Leo and Maria and the URE Family our once in a lifetime event was made an unforgettable one.

Ure Events did such and amazing job on our wedding! Everything was absolutely perfect. From the lighting to the music and especially Leo he was so outgoing and everyone loved him. He really got everyone out on the dance floor.

Leo, Maria, and Zeus! Absolutely great to work with. We hired URE for DJ Entertainment, Videography, and Photo Booth. Everything came out perfect for the wedding day. Music was awesome and had people dancing to the very end. Leo knew exactly what to play to keep the guest entertained. Photo Booth was definitely a guest favorite. We did the step and repeat photo booth. It allows for large groups to take pictures and the pictures come out great. You even get to print out multiple copies. I think I printed out like 9 at one point because the group was so big. Overall, beyond satisfied in choosing URE as our DJs at our wedding. Music was a very important factor for us.

AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME! We met Leo and Maria at the Bridal Expo in NYC, their space was full of energy and we set up an appointment right away. They both have great energy, very humble, sweet and they love going above and beyond for their clients. When you meet them you can tell they love what they do. I love that they get back to you right away. We booked DJ, photography and videography with them and it was well worth it. The day of, Leo had everyone on the dance floor, Maria made sure that we were doing great. I willd ef book them again for any event.

URE Events was perfect for my husband and I on our special day. We decided to go for the premium package since it was within our budget and we have NO REGRETS!!! I truly don't believe there is a better DJ out there. I couldn't be more happy with my selection of Leo and Maria. They are both great people and make you feel like family! The music and excitement they provide is beyond any other that I have ever seen. I was married back in January and people still ask about my Dj and compliment me till this day. 7/18/15 Wedding @ The Woodbury Country Club - Leo and Maria at URE Events were amazing. Leo and Maria worked with us to create the party that we wanted for everyone to enjoy. You can tell that they really enjoy what they do. From the beginning we were treated like family. They took the time to get to know us as a couple which was really nice. We didn't feel rushed or as though we were just another client giving them cash for their service. We got to know them and it made our time with them during the wedding more personal. They have a variety of packages that would work for any budget. We chose to get one of the highest packages and we were not disappointed. We wanted a party atmosphere with all of the lights, etc and we got that with URE events. We had an amazing violinist play during the ceremony and along to the tunes during the party. It was all a great hit. The party was started off immediately after our first dance and it got everyone hyped and off their feet the entire night. URE provided props (ie, beads, glow necklaces, sunglasses, hats, etc) which they passed around during the evening. URE had some great suggestions that made our party that much more fun for us and our guests. We truly had a blast. We had a photographer as part of the package who took snap shots of everyone dancing and having fun which were displayed throughout the night on the large TV screens that they provided as well. The dance floor was packed pretty much the entire night...no one wanted to stop partying and dancing. URE Events not only paid attention to our requests but also to the crowd and the type of music that was keeping them entertained and enjoying themselves. A freaking mazing.
Leo and Maria went above and beyond to make the wedding memorable. They kept the party alive. So many people raved about the music. Both made sure both myself and my husband were well taken care of. From fixing my dress to making sure I was eatting and drinking, they were there every step of the way. When they say you become part of the URE family, they are not lying. We felt it right away. If it were not for URE I would have been so scared of how the wedding would go. They are not only the best DJS but day of coordinators. Took care of everything during the event.

Leo and Maria at URE Events provided DJ and lighting services at my wedding on 05/14/2015. Ours was an inter-racial marriage with one side Dominican and the other Indian, which was a tough assignment for any DJ company but Leo and Maria performed excellent and surpassed our expectations. Due to our special requirements for a bi-lingual (Spanish & English) MC and DJ who could play Spanish, English and Bollywood music, we met with a number of DJ companies but felt confidant of URE Events right after our first meeting after seeing their personal attention to what we were looking for. URE Events showed extreme professionalism throughout and yet were personally available for all our questions. We would highly recommend URE Events to all future bride and grooms!

My fiancé and I first met Leo and Maria on March 3, 2015. That was a start of a beautiful friendship!!! My fiancé loves music and we were looking for a DJ just to play music on our June 12, 2015 wedding but with URE we got a full package for our wedding and made new friends!!! Our families are mixed Puerto Rican, Jamaican and Trini so the music had to be split we wanted everyone to have a great time. Every meeting with them was like chatting with old friends. Now fast forward to the wedding day June 12, 2015 , they arrived early to set up and give enough time if they had to fix anything. We went with the platinum package that also came with a additional photographer (Thanks Joseph) DJ (Thanks Stefan) a Emcee (Thanks Armando) and TV screens for the photo montage we added the lights since we were having a rooftop wedding from 6pm to midnight. Listen people we met with other DJ's but that's all they did was play music URE is a entertainment company. We're young and didn't want the old boring ceremony music they worked with us to select what best fit us. Everyone is different and they understand that which is so important!!!! The set up was perfect no wires hanging around the TV's were big and the photo montage had everyone in tears. The staff was dressed professionally and kept the dance floor packed all night the EMCEE had the party going starting conga line and all!!! The DJ kept the music going with smooth transition from song to song whether it was Spanish to English and vise versa. The photographer kept snapping pictures all night can't wait to see them!!! Maria was also there and kept checking on me from start to finish and even helped with my makeup and dress in the middle of the night to keep me looking fresh!!! I was a great pleasure to work with Leo and Maria! They are extremely friendly, funny and professional! Leo really took his time and had a great consultation with my husband and I prior to our wedding to really go over the details of all music. He asked us questions that we were not even thinking of and helped us both choose songs for different parts of the night. We chose the basic package since we had a small wedding and the lighting in the room really made a difference to the decor and ambiance. You will not regret chosing URE events!!

Our experience with Ure Events was outstanding to say the least! From beginning to end, Leo, Maria & Vlad were super professional, accommodating, and beyond reasonable. Their calming demeanor and ability to read & work a crowd truly made our wedding the ultimate party. The dance floor was packed from beginning to end and our family & friends cannot stop raving about how great and happy they were that night. The team's commitment to their work is unmatchable and undeniably the best. The pride they all take in what they do is what makes working with them all such a pleasure and enables them to design a wedding like no other. My ONLY regret is that my mother booked other vendors prior to me finding Ure Events because I would've preferred to use MORE OF THEIR SERVICES (and my mother agrees). When my husband and I met Leo, he had so much energy and showed so much love for what he does. He would say am not a DJ am an entertainer, I didn't understand what it meant until the day of our wedding. But before I go into our wedding day, I want to state that Leo is a professional and the energy he had from the day we met him was always there. He made us feel so special and he worked with us every step of the way. He & Maria are a perfect pair, at the wedding they made sure everything went smooth. They kept us in the loop of everything, I was so nervous that we would not know what was the next step. But thanks to Leo & Mario we had nothing to worry about, he kept the guest entertained. My guest are still talking about how great he was and how much fun they had. Me and my husband could not have made a better choice.

We were blessed to have the services of Leo & Maria on our special day. My husband and I both agree that a wedding would not be a success unless our guest would enjoy the music and dance all night since we're party animals. We are strong believers that a wedding party would not be a party without great music and entertainment. We had been to 2 weddings before where we met a great DJ/MC and since the first event we went to we always mention if we were to get married we would hire his services because his work was so great. The time came and we had to go through great measures to find his contact information only to later be put down after contacting him several times. I am a strong believer that God works in mysterious ways because if he wouldn't have been available, we would not have met 2 great people like Leo and Maria. They are BEYOND WHAT WE EXPECTED. They are professionals, caring, organized and attentive. With them you get so much more. On the day of our wedding they kept coming over to us to check if we were ok, if we needed drinks, if there was something else we needed. Since the initial meeting everything was just wonderful. You get the sense, the vibe that you made the correct choice because they coordinate every detail based on your expectations and beyond. They were so attentive that it went beyond just a DJ and entertainer. We also added their photo booth to our package and it was excellent. Our guest enjoyed it and we enjoyed it as well. If you are reading this review to make up your minds of whether or not to hire them for your wedding/event (we read and search everything one them before we did LOL) look no further. These people are the true meaning of PROFESSIONALS and you and your guests will have the time of your lives. It's been a month and a few days since our wedding and our guest are still mentioning how great the music, activities and coordination were. Thats when you know you made the right choice. EXCELLENT!!!

Leo and his wife Maria are absolutely amazing! It takes a lot to please me and I mean those two went far and beyond that. During our meeting, hIm and his wife took their time with us, picking out our songs, walking us through how the events of the night would go, etc. My husband and I never felt rushed and they made us feel like, we as people count, and that it wasn\'t all about the money. Leo and his wife played at my wedding, and they were on point every second. Being a control freak, I changed the event line up of the reception at 11:30pm the night before my wedding. Who does that, me! But, I called Maria telling her I wanted to change everything included my father and daughter song and that we had a routine we were doing. Without hesitation, she asked me to send an email with all my changes, she\'ll let Leo know and they\'ll make it happen. That they did. You would have thought we planned this well in advance. We had a small pow pow prior to things happening and he went in like a star football player and delivered! Through out the night they were very attentive. You wouldn\'t expect that from a DJ, that is what really seperates them from the rest. They understand what a wedding means to a couple, especially the bride, and they go above what they are paid to do to make your wedding unique and personable. What more can I say?! URE Events are the best!!! Leo and Maria did their best to make sure my husband and I had the event of a lifetime. My guests are still talking about our wedding! The music was exactly what we asked for (a mixture of reggae, hip hop, etc). The set up was amazing, the photographer captured all of our special moments and the montage was put together so nicely. We will definitely be booking them for future family events and absolutely recommend them to any couples looking for a DJ and photographer for their wedding. You will not be disappointed !!!

URE Events were great. Dj Leo was the DJ/MC for my wedding. He was great and was able to speak both English and Spanish which helped all of our guest feel welcomed. He made sure the dance floor was constantly packed and people spent the whole night dancing. He was very entertaining and surprised us a couple of times through the night. He was definitely very memorable and people still tell me how great he was. Even before the wedding, me and my husband loved working with him and Maria. They were super friendly and we felt like we knew them for years. We were super comfortable with them and Maria was always there to quickly answer any questions we had. We also did a step and repeat with them. This was a big hit. There was a mix up at the beginning of the reception and the wrong picture size was being used but once I told Leo he quickly fixed it. They were definitely on it that night and whatever we needed they were there. I would definitely recommend them!

So I'm Egyptian and my husband is Peruvian so you can imaging our difficulty with the play list. URE was able to create a perfect playlist that incorporated English, Spanish and Arabic for everyone to enjoy! We weren't sure what we wanted and left it up to URE to figure it out, the times that we met really allowed them to get a better understanding of our personalities mine being more poppy while my husband, couldn't even tell you..lol. The night may have went by quick for us but our guests were on the dance floor the entire night. Another feature URE provided for us was a full time photographer that captured real moments and displayed them on the plasma they placed around the dance floor, this was a huge hit and not to mention captured photos not even our photography could get and now we have a cd to memorize it. In conclusion they were amazing, professional and just great to work with. Thanks so much URE!!!??

My husband and I absolutely love Leo and his team!! I first heard Leo in action when my mom and I attended the Brides Against Breast Cancer fundraiser in New Brunswick, NJ. Leo was hosting the event... I really liked his energy so I took his card and spoke to my then fiance about him...

From the moment we first met with Leo, we immediately loved him. He was very professional and easy to talk to. We didn't feel like he was just another "vendor" we were interviewing as a potential entertainer, we felt like we were planning the most important day of our life with a close friend.

Leo did an amazing job with our entire wedding- from planning to execution. During our wedding planning whenever we had any questions or concerns his is team responded immediately and was there for us whenever we needed them. We also hired his videographer to do our wedding (knowing they work with Leo) we are confident we will love our video as well.

Leo even taught us a few basic dance moves so that my husband and I's first dance wasn't too embarrassing!!!! =P

The day of the wedding always comes with a few hiccups but Leo was able to adapt and make our event seamless and everything we could have ever imagined (and more)... he knew how to work the crowd and get everyone moving on the dance floor. You can tell how much he loves what he does and he is damn good at it!

The feedback from our guests were universal- everyone had a great time... 'The DJ was awesome/amazing/entertaining/great energy"...fill in the blank ... it's been 3 weeks today since our wedding and people are still talking about it!

Leo wasn't just a DJ, he was the complete package- a total entertainer. I think your entertainment is what can either make or break how well your wedding day will go. We would absolutely recommend URE events for anyone looking for not only a DJ for their wedding but an entertainment company that will guarantee your wedding will be talked about for years to come =)

We have had the pleasure of seeing Leo perform twice. The wedding planner we were working with worked with Leo and his company (which is why we signed a contract with them) and he was promised to us for our special day. Unfortunately, when we finally met with Leo and Maria it was brought to our attention that he was NOT available for our wedding. We were pretty devastated. We made it clear to our planner we needed Leo and she did not address that to him. He was told that he was “NOT A MUST”. So he booked with someone else. Leo and Maria saw that we were very upset and they made it a point to make us happy again. What made us want him even more was the fact that he really really wanted to be there for us. So, at this point we were not getting Leo. There was no way around it. He and Maria sat there for about an hour trying to see if they can find a way to work something out. There was no fixing this. Finally, they came to the conclusion they were going to give us their best guy, Mr. DJ Amado. They had nothing but good things to say about him and to tell you the truth we believed everything. We trusted them 150%! We did not feel like we had to worry. In our hearts we knew they wouldn’t let us down. A month before our wedding we met with Leo, Amado and Maria to go over our special songs and music to be played. My husband and I were stuck a couple of times, not sure what songs to pick for the walk ins but they helped us pick the most perfect songs for every walk in! The day of our wedding was absolutely perfect! DJ Amado did an AMAZING job! He was part of the party. He mingled so well with our guests. He played exactly the type of music we all loved with very little help from my husband. To top it off Leo and Maria showed up at our wedding towards the end! They completely surprised us. I just want to say a special thanks to Leo and Maria and their crew for the outstanding performance that they displayed on my wedding day. When i booked my event the venue gave me everything like the DJ, Photographer, MC, Food, Flowers, Decoration, Limo and so on. I found out about URE at a bridal show and i left my info with them when they call i told them that i was already booked but Leo insist that i hear him out before i said no, so i did. After hearing about all they do and doing my research i brought my fiancé back with me to hear them out as well, he felt the same way i did so we signed them in for our event and i told the venue that i want to switch their DJ to my own, yes thats right i said to my own because once i signed they became mine....lol. On the day of my event just like they said they would take care of everything they did just that and more. My guests loved them we all had a ball and even my Husband came to me during the recession and said baby you are the best you did great....he said that because i was the one that discovered Leo and Maria so he was giving me my credit because he also had a phenomenal time at our event.

DJ Leo and Maria worked with us to realize our vision for what we wanted for our wedding. Anyone can play music on a stereo but what URE did for our wedding was way beyond what we would have imagined. They entertained our guests with party games that got people involved and out of their seats. My experience with URE Events/Unique Rhythm Entertainment was great right from the beginning. I loved the atmosphere and the people,Leo and his beautiful wife maria, they where amazing with everything. Not only was there price's very reasonable, but they simply gave us a price on what we were looking for.They work with you and they also treat you like family. They made everything and so much more come true for me my husband. I was so nerves on my big day,and i don't know what i would have done if, Maria wasn't by my side every inch of the way.She's a life saver. she is there with the bride every step you take.she's on top of everything and anything.and she's got your back girls=) no matter what. We meet Leo and Maria at the great bridal expo, we had spoken to a few DJ's before and we were not impressed at all of there services. When we meet and spoke with Leo we were in love, he was very professional,funny and very nice. He was sincere unlike the other DJ's we meet. Leo made us feel comfortable and not like we were just money. He treated us like Family. URE made our wedding day a day we will never forget. Thank you so much Leo and Maria for dong an amazing job at our wedding!! You made our day very special and that is something we will never forget. Leo was very attentive to me as a bride and that is something that means a lot. On your wedding day when everyone is pulling you in different directions its really nice to have your Dj pull you aside and say, hey were going to be doing your dance with your Dad in 15 minutes so now would be a good time to go fix your lipgloss if you want. It was a lot of little things like that which really made a difference in my experience with Unique Rhythm. They did a beautiful photomontage for us which was played at the wedding for all our guests to watch. We cannot wait to receive it!! It was so special and something we will truly cherish forever. Also they took a large amount of "zap shot" photos for us which included a lot of candid photos and many of our guests having an amazing time. It was really nice to see those photos and to experience how engaged Unique Rhythm had become with our guests making them feel comfortable and being a big part of our day. Dj Leo really knows how to get everyone on the dance floor. I think everyone from every age danced at our wedding. He really knows how to turn up the party our friends didn't want to leave at the end of the night. I would definitely recommend this Dj company and would absolutely use them again for future events they are really great!!

Leo and Maria are great we had them for our wedding. They did everything I asked. Their high energy and enthusiasm was great. My guest barely sat down. I am still getting complements of how much fun my wedding was. I want to thank Leo and Maria for sharing our day with us. I met Leo & Maria at a Wedding I attended and really enjoyed the music and how motivated they were. Planning a sweet sixteen for my daughter, I thought they would be great for the party. We were excited to book URE for our party. The day of the sweet sixteen they met our expectations and were very impressed by their work and charisma.
