Collaborative, Detail-Oriented, Professional, and Talented!
We cannot imagine planning our wedding without Renee and the Urban Soiree team! Renee is incredibly warm and collaborative, and has an amazing design eye. She listened carefully and asked great questions to ensure she understood what we were looking for, and then took our vision and created the most stunning and detailed design plan. Renee is very communicative and attentive to detail. She is very professional and maintains strong relationships with all vendors. Renee was always available to us and walked us through every step of the planning process. On the days leading up to the wedding, and the day of the wedding, she ensured that every detail was perfect and that we could enjoy the events without worrying about anything! We highly recommend Renee and the Urban Soiree team! -

I can’t say enough good things about Renee and her amazing team at Urban Soiree! Going into the planning process after my then fiancé, Jason and I got engaged, I was feeling overwhelmed and like a small fish in a big wedding industry pond. I knew I needed direction and support and decided to consider hiring a wedding planner. From my very first meeting with Renee, I felt an instant connection and loved that she really took the time to understand not only my vision for the wedding, but who Jason and I were as a couple. I left that initial meeting feeling at ease and surprisingly excited for the planning process ahead of us. Over the next year and a half, Renee and I worked hand in hand to craft my dream wedding. She was instrumental in recommending and securing our venue and vendors, partnering with them to ensure my vision was communicated effectively, managing all venue and vendor communication, scheduling, and logistics, and managing critical deadlines. Furthermore, I can’t say enough good things about how impactful Renee and her team’s presence was on the actual wedding day. Because she was there to handle all of the moving parts of the day, I was truly able to experience the entire weekend stress-free and focus on enjoying every moment. Thank you, Renee, for your partnership and friendship over the last 18 months. Jason and I will always remember our wedding as the best day of our lives, and I can’t thank you enough for all you did to make our dream a reality! -

Renee is simply IMPECCABLE. She has been our fairy godmother/wedding planner extraordinaire through multiple Covid postponements - offering sound advice and excellent suggestions during this impossible time. I honestly do not know how we would have managed this year without her! And we initially weren't going to hire a planner at all! I am SO happy we ultimately decided to work with Urban Soiree as they have made this unusually turbulent planning process MUCH less stressful. It is such a relief knowing we are in great hands for when our big day eventually comes because Renee is an absolute power house. In working with Renee during our now lengthy engagement she has proven herself to be meticulous, thoughtful and just an overall delightful human being. All of her vendor recommendations have been spot-on, and everyone in the industry speaks very highly of her. We feel so fortunate to have Renee at the helm for our wedding and would absolutely 10/10 recommend. -

I got engaged in December 2018, and by March 2019 I was overwhelmed with the planning process. I reached out to Renee and I instantly felt like I had a friend, we just clicked. Renee always had our best interest in mind no matter what the situation. She kept us organized, on budget, and focused on what was really important (us getting married). She is creative in the design plan and helped us take our vision for our wedding to the next level. She was able to really hone in on what we wanted. She gave expert vendor recommendations, and really took the time to recommend those vendors that would click with us and provide the style and service we were looking for. I cannot say enough about my team of vendors. Renee was able to communicate with them all and get them all on the same page. Our day was seamless. During the course of our wedding day, my parents looked at me multiple times and said the best money we spent was hiring Urban Soiree and Renee. Her team was professional, timely, compassionate, and most importantly fun. Without Renee, we would not have had a stress free and beautiful wedding day. I cannot thank Renee and her team enough for everything that they did for my family. -

Where do I even begin?! Working with Urban Soiree and Renee was the best decision (besides marrying my husband!) we made throughout our wedding process! I honestly do not know what I would've done without her. She had the best advice for vendors, she was creative in regards to the design, she completely understood my vision and helped it come to life and she was a joy to work with. It was amazing knowing there was someone who 100% had our best interest at heart while being a rockstar at her job! I felt completely comfortable throughout our planning process because Renee was so fabulous the entire time. She is very responsive to emails, organized, professional and very detail-oriented. I loved chatting with her about our design and big day and I genuinely miss her now that the wedding is over!! She made the day what it was - she made the magic happen and turned our dreams into a reality!!

Grateful for Urban Soiree!!!
Where do I start with Urban Soiree? I can truly say my wedding day wouldn’t have been what it was without Renee and her team. From the moment we hired Renee as our planner, she was dedicated to us, easy to contact and took all of the wedding planning stress away from us. My husband and I both work in the events industry for Peak Event Services so we weren’t sure that hiring a planner was even necessary- but boy are we happy we did! She was referred to us by our colleague who is the top sales executive at our company so we knew right away that she would do a good job, but she ended up exceeding our expectations. She constantly checked in with us, went out of her way to have in person meetings and made sure we stayed on a consistent timeline to prevent scrambling closer to our wedding date. My mother in law played a huge role in planning our wedding (from across the country) and Renee worked with her flawlessly to ensure her vision was brought to life. My mother in law has created countless productions so she had many ideas that other vendors were shooting down or saying wasn’t possible. Renee made sure to find a way to make anything and everything we had wanted possible, even if it meant having difficult conversations with other vendors or our venue. My wedding photos look like they belong in a magazine. I feel honored that people are still talking about how perfect my wedding day was even 2 months later. The day of our welcome dinner, we were introduced to Blair who is part of Renee’s team at Urban Soiree. Our wedding day turned out to be 105 degrees and Blair fanned me the entire time, made sure my drink was full, and completely waited on me hand and foot. I felt like a princess! For example, during my welcome reception I lost an earring so Blair took her earrings out of her ears for me to wear for the night. Another mishap happened right before my reception when we realized that my dress never had a bustle so Blair grabbed some safety pins and bustled it beautifully- no one knew it wasn’t a real bustle. Not only did she take care of Zach and I, but my wedding party ranted and raved about how they felt like royalty with Blairs assistance as well. During our after party at about 1am when she should have been excused of her duties, Blair showed up at the house we were staying with all of our belongings, cards and gifts to ensure we had everything we needed. She also offered to drive home inebriated guests and made sure we had enough food. I could go on and on about Renee, Blair and the rest of the Urban Soiree team. Whenever I think of my wedding day, I think of them and how much they helped me. I highly recommend hiring Urban Soiree if you are looking for a planner- you will not regret it. The girls at Urban Soiree turned into my good friends that I am so grateful to have met. -

As soon as I got engaged, I realized I had no idea how to plan a wedding or even where to start. I was overwhelmed and needed help! I reached out to Renee after finding her on Instagram and right away, she made me feel very comfortable so my fiancé and I knew she was the one. We worked with Renee for our Boston wedding this August and couldn’t recommend her enough. She is extremely talented on several levels- from helping us with our initial wedding vision, to being there for us while we walk down the aisle and every step in between. Some say that wedding planning can be stressful and negative experience but after working with Renee, I would do it all again in a heartbeat! She is well-experienced in the field and full of great vendor and décor recommendations. She worked with us to find a wonderful vendor team that we were so excited about (and confident in on the day-of) while making our wedding vision come to life. She was very responsive and so thoughtful in every aspect by making sure that all bases were covered and everything ran smoothly during the planning process and on the day-of (all with a smile on her face). If anything didn’t go according to plan, she was always in our corner, prepared to help. Renee and her team were so attentive that we felt like actual celebrities at our wedding! If you want to work with a planner that will go above and beyond, choose Urban Soirée! -

Incredible Team, Incredible Value
Renee and her team at Urban Soiree were the best possible collaborators for us on our January wedding at the Epicenter in Boston. Renee was the most cheerful, flexible, creative, reassuring and thoughtful planner; I honestly couldn't have done it without her. She consistently went above and beyond to make sure our vision came to life, and the end result was even more amazing than we could have predicted. She is incredibly talented at what she does.
The best thing I can say about her is that every time we spoke, I felt less stressed, not more, about the planning process. Wedding planning can be TOUGH, and Renee was a star at managing all of the vendors, relationships, and ideas floating around. Both my mother and my MIL were skeptical about hiring a planner, but now they both STILL talk about how great Renee was, more than 6 months later. She's just a delight. -

Choosing Urban Soiree to be our planner was easily the best wedding decision we made, and I cannot imagine having gone through this process without Renee. Renee is truly one-of-a-kind when it comes to her wedding planning style - she is creative and intuitive while also being extremely professional and detail-oriented. She handled every decision and minor bump with poise, and her expert planning and responses to everything gave us a huge sense of comfort and calm throughout the year and a half that we worked together. I was blown away by how gorgeous our wedding turned out to be (and that it was within our budget!), and how every detail felt very true to 'us' and the vision my husband and I set out for Renee. Renee is a total joy to work with and I cannot recommend her highly enough! -

Wedding planning had a LOT of ups and downs, but one thing that we could always count on was Renee's positive attitude and calm confidence. She literally blew us away by somehow always having the answer to any problem we were facing - from furniture sourcing to pushing our outdoor ceremony to avoid the rain - and helping us feel excited about our event even when things felt stressful. At one of our meetings about three months out from our wedding, we looked at each other and said, "I think we're actually going to pull this off!!" That feeling was completely attributed to Renee and her incredibly hard work. We are recommending her to all of our friends getting married - working with her was an absolute pleasure every step of the way.

Megan Sent on 10/02/2018I was recommended Renee and the Urban Soiree team by Kelly Benvenuto (our amazing wedding photographer!). Renee and her team went above and beyond in every way. We began working with Renee for day-of coordination about 3 months before our wedding - but I wish we had worked with her throughout the entire planning process. She immediately understood our vision for the big day. Renee provided rehearsal assistance, day-of timeline, vendor management, as well as set-up and styling. Most importantly, Renee checked-in on our entire bridal party throughout the day to make sure everyone had anything they needed. Renee was organized, decisive, honest, proactive, kind, fun, and prepared. Her experience and passion for the industry is evident. Almost two months after our wedding, I am still in awe of how perfectly everything came together! We're proud to have worked with Urban Soiree and will be recommending Renee to all of our friends and family who are planning their weddings!

Renee is passionate, hard-working and a joy to work with! Her organization and prompt responses to emails helped so much to alleviate the typical stress from wedding planing. Renee has a great reputation in the wedding planning industry and has so many connections. She was so helpful with suggesting vendors that reflected our style and also fit in our price range. Jenicka Sent on 12/08/2017Renee legitimately saved my wedding and my sanity - she is truly amazing and worth every penny! Even though I got hitched at one of the best hotels in Boston I could not have done it without her taking charge to finalize all the details. I didn't even realize all the issues that were happening on the day of with the vendors being unable to get to us (Gay Pride Parade meant all the streets near the hotel were blocked off). She didn't let me know until days later and I would have never guessed it as she was totally cool, calm, and collected. Also, Renee was the only one who could free me from my hotel room door when the train of my dress got me literally locked in the door for 20 minutes so that I didn't miss out on my ceremony... so yea she is pretty awesome!!!!
