  Great food and service

  Jerri, the business owner, is very responsive during the menu selection process. She was friendly and attentive, and makes you feel like she’s your friend. The day of the wedding wasn’t as smooth as expected, and she jumped to solve as many problems as she could. We had a few communication problems afterwards, but she was courteous to solve the problem and solve it as I, the client, judged to be fair, which is hard to find. The food - a buffet brunch - Was delicious, warm and fresh; it seems like everybody found something great to eat, considering the TONS of diet restrictions we had in the guest list. I’d recommend Jerri’s service to any bride who wants great food at a great price.

  She'll make you feel like a queen!

  Upper Crust Catering is absolutely amazing. Jerri makes you feel like a queen! She takes the stress right off your shoulders. She has an impeccable taste for high end entrees and apps that are unlike anything you've had before! Definitely worth the price!

  Mother of the bride

  They did my daughter's wedding. From day one when we did the consultation and sampled the food we where impressed. They worked tiredlessly to work out items to fit our budget. The food was so awesome we ran out. The displays where beautiful. The unique venue they where able to set up and my guest loved the layout. They also worked well with all the vendors.

  Tasty food, challenging to plan

  Upper Crust was more affordable than other caterers we found and, the food was seasoned well and tasted very good. We received several positive comments from our guest about how flavorful the meal was. There are two reasons I am not able to give 5 stars. First, because by the time the food was served it was cold. The reception was outside and the breeze extinguished the flame heaters on the buffet so the food got cold and the meat, which was very rare, did not continue to cook in the dish as expected but just got cold. Second, we experienced a lot of friction in the planning process, more than any of our other vendors. The difficulty was the result of not having prompt and clear communication and organization; it increased the stress of planning considerably. This friction meant that we were not fully confident in the plan or its execution going into the event. Fortunately, other than the temperature of the food and a few small sides/sauces, that were incorrect/missing, everything went very well.

  Thank you for reviewing your experience with us although I must say that I am very confused that you felt friction in the process as I personally kept in touch and even did your venue visit myself! Although your venue was extensive, with stations set up across a vast area, we managed to serve everyone in a timely fashion and give you everything you requested. We feel sadly not to have earned an extra star or more! Sadly, when we were told that the buffet table would be placed out of doors with no cover and no protection, we could not prevent the winds from blowing out the stenos and therefore the dishes were not as hot as we would have liked.
  
  In our defense, we received many flattering comments in the makeshift barn kitchen complete with the large dogs roaming about. We do feel that we handled ALL challenges due to logistics and last minute requests with aplomb.
