Jordan was originally going to help us just with wedding day coordination and décor setup—but she very quickly became the MVP of our entire wedding.
From the moment we connected, I knew I was in good hands. As fellow military spouses and animal lovers, we bonded instantly. But beyond that personal connection, Jordan immediately understood the vibe we were going for: a Quaker-style, farmhouse-inspired wedding full of heart and creativity… all on a very tight budget. Not only did she get it—she made it happen.
She connected me with trusted vendors (including our DJ and rental companies), accepted decor shipments on my behalf (since I was planning the whole thing from out of state), and even stepped in to provide bar service for our BYOB event. Truly—what didn’t she do?
On the big day, Jordan was a godsend. She made sure I never felt rushed (even when I was running behind), kept me calm and cool (including literally—she helped makeshift a bustle for my dress when I overheated), and ensured that my husband and I had food and drinks in hand, despite all the socializing and photos. She handled the setup and breakdown of the venue with total professionalism and made sure everything was left in perfect condition.
The bar service she provided was also a huge win. We used her assistant as our bartender, and it brought such a touch of polish to our BYOB setup. Guests could bring their own wine, beer, and liquor, and the bartender prepared mixed drinks and custom sodas—keeping everything classy and safe (especially for the kiddos running around).
Jordan delivered everything I expected and went so far beyond that. She’s creative, organized, easy to work with, and genuinely invested in making your day everything you want it to be—even if you're working within limits. I cannot recommend her enough. -

Full disclosure. I was not sold on Jordan after my initial hire. I hired her for partial planning and, not gonna lie, I think her experience is in 1 of 2 areas: day-of coordination or full-planning. And maybe I needed full planning. Also totally viable. This is just to say: I wasn’t impressed initially.
But GOD DAMN. That woman is my superhero. She took care of everything on the day of and the whole week up to my wedding. I am a control freak and I totally recognize it. I like to plan and have everything accounted for.
Jordan had all of my plans and she had everything accounted for. She listened to everything I had to say and she f*cking executed. My wedding day was perfect and, like I tried to worry about things. I tried. And I was thwarted because Jordan had everything planned out, coordinated, and executed.
Me: “So about the drinks, I think we should-“
Jordan: “Make sure we have a good mix in each ice bucket so people don’t get frustrated with not finding what they want.”
Me: …
Me: Yes. Exactly.
The whole day was just her taking care of everything. Eventually, I let my control go and I got to be 100% obsessed with my husband. My wedding was amazing and I owe a lot of that to Jordan.

Jordan and her assistant did the most amazing job. I didn't stress or worry about anything the day of the wedding. They made everything more beautiful than I could ever imagine. -

Jordan Makes Magic!
Jordan and her team were incredible. We hired her for partial planning and day of coordination and would do so again in a heart beat. Leading up to the wedding, she reached out to and helped us hire multiple vendors and facilitated all of the communication between them for us. She was always available to chat and helped stay organized with all of the planning leading up to the wedding. She also runs a rental business and was able to provide us with so many special details (a bar trailer, bartenders, linens, lighting, signage, decor, etc).
We were married at a very large, outdoor, non traditional venue and had planned for our guests to spend the night, camp style. There was no staff (only a groundskeeper), limited accommodations, and no cell service. We would be responsible for set up, take down and everything in between. That being said, it was hard to imagine how our vision would come to life and how we would manage to coordinate everything the day of. JORDAN NAILED IT. We did not have to worry about 1 single thing on wedding day. The guys got ready at the venue and I was able to enjoy a stress free morning getting ready with my girls. She facilitated all of the vendors arrivals and set up the entire venue which included multiple locations for the ceremony, dinner, and dancing. The bridal party got ready elsewhere, and when we arrived at the venue, I was blown away at how she had transformed it into the wedding of our dreams. It was more than we could have ever imagined. She spent the night at the venue with us and helped with all the clean up the next day. Jordan is amazing and we are so grateful to have worked with her for our special day! -

I hired Jordan as a day-of-coordinator and WOW did she over-deliver!!
About a month and a half before our wedding, we met Jordan at the venue (which was almost a 3 hour drive for her) and I was immediately impressed. At that point in my planning, I had hired vendors, but needed to solidify timeline/flow of the day as well as all of the smaller details. It was honestly these details I was dreading and felt overwhelmed by and Jordan stepped in with a take-charge confidence that completely put me at ease.
Jordan had a bunch of rentals available to help ensure we had everything we needed (including drink service buckets, signage, vases, table clothes, etc). As soon as I walked into our venue, I was stunned at how Jordan hand transformed the space to bring my vision to life. I did not hear from Jordan all wedding weekend after our quick rehearsal (I mean this as a huge compliment) because she had listened to what I had said previously about what we were going for, then completely had the execution under control.
The flow of the evening was absolutely seamless. Jordan worked with the other vendors perfectly to make sure that everything went according to plan. Also huge props to providing the groom and I with our food and drink to make sure we were taken care of! I just got to show up and enjoy- it was amazing!
I had a lot of ideas in my head of my wedding day and honestly it ended up being even better than I could have imagined thanks to Jordan! An amazing time was had by all!

I cannot stress this enough…. They were one of the best decisions we made as a couple!!! Our whole day went flawlessly having our wedding planners there. FLAWLESS!! I felt nothing but love and support on my big day, and they handled every single thing that came up perfectly. I could not asked for a more amazing “right hand man” to be there for us. Please, please, please use them for your big day!!! I am so thankful to have made the choice to have a day-of coordinator and am so glad I chose them! -

We hired Jordan to be our day of coordinator and she and her team did a great job! She kept us on schedule without stressing us out and made sure we had anything we needed throughout the day. It was such a relief to have her around to take care of all of the little details so we could relax and enjoy our wedding! I can't imagine having gone through the day without their help, it was essential and they did a great job. Thank you Jordan!! -

Jordan and her team delivered exactly what I needed for a wedding planner! She worked so hard to make sure my Husband and I had the most perfect wedding day, where literally nothing went wrong. She met with us in advance at our venue, and worked hand in hand with them to coordinate our event. She provided excellent feedback in a timely manner and helped develop a schedule that went very smoothly. She always responded to my emails in a timely manner, answering all of my questions and helping me through the wedding planning process. Jordan and her team went above and beyond when it came to making sure all personal items got to the venue, set up the way I intended them to be, and back to someone at the end of the night. We could not have asked for a better team to work with. We are so happy we found Unveiled Design and Events! -

I am lucky enough to have worked with Jordan and her team not only as a bride, but also as a fellow vendor. I interviewed LOTS of coordinators from Wichita Falls, Lubbock, and Fort Worth before selecting Jordan and none of them came close in terms of professionalism, responsiveness, and adaptability. She does amazing work and has a very calming presence which made me feel so at ease. No request was too big- she handled everything in stride and took care of so many behind the scenes things that I never even realized until after the fact. As a vendor I love working with her because she is so upbeat and positive. She comes prepared, organized, and efficient. I never have to worry when I know Jordan is involved because I know she will not only do the job right but will knock it out of the park. Can't say enough good things. -

I worked with Jordan for my corporate event out in Seymour, TX. I'm not from the area so I needed to partner with someone who was familiar with the landscape and knew local vendors. Jordan was incredibly savvy, accommodating and a joy to work with. We were really happy with the results of the event and her ability to stay within budget. -

She seamlessly stepped in to take care of some issues we had been having with our caterer and handled it immediately! Everything about our wedding day turned out to be just perfect. Some of the bridal party missed the rehearsal because of travel and weather snafus but you would never know! She had everything I brought as decor laid out in just the right places, even better than I imagined actually, and took amazing initiative to put together the most perfect, memorable day for us. We 100% recommend Unveiled Designs and Jordan... you will not regret your decision, and just knowing that she has got your back will give you huge peace of mind on such an important day!
