Adam is truly the best. I met him during a friend's wedding and really enjoyed his personality & direction. When it came to my wedding, I knew I needed to reach out to him! I truly couldn't have asked for anyone better. He answered all of my questions, gave me advice, he was very responsive, and kept us well fed and hydrated throughout our big night. He would pop up and hand us water as if he read our minds!! If you want your big day to go perfectly, Adam and his company is the one to choose! -

unoaked. was one of the best decisions in our wedding planning
From our initial call to get to know what unoaked. does and offers to the last minute on our wedding day, our wedding planner Adam was AMAZING! He is extremely professional, attentive to details, thorough, and pleasant to work with. Adam understands the assignments and completes it with a perfect score. On top of all of that, I truly felt he was like my family member, my best friend, and my bridesman who totally got my back and made sure I was the happiest bride on one of the most important days of my life. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner. Choosing unoaked. as our wedding planner was one of our best decisions in this whole wedding planning. Wedding planning is indeed time consuming, frustrating and stressful. We were so lucky to have such an amazing wedding planner who guided us, coordinated all other vendors, ensured all the items needed for the wedding to be ready in time, and carried out my visions exactly how I wanted them to be on the day of. Adam was amazing to work with!
We were looking in 2022 for our 2024 wedding and as soon as we spoke with Adam, we knew he would perfect for us. We were amazed with his attention to detail and previous experience, that as soon as we got off the phone, we knew we had to lock him in. He answered so many of our questions, was very patient with us and provided valuable insights.
Our wedding day was perfect and the vision that we had was executed flawlessly. We got so many amazing feedback for our other vendors and guests about Adam for ensuring that the day was as smooth as possible. There were no hiccups and everything was very well managed and coordinated.
He helped eliminate all the stresses throughout the whole wedding planning process. Because of him, our day was perfect and we keep raving about how perfect and amazing our wedding day was. Highly recommend Adam and can't thank him for all that he did for us!! -

Adam was such a pleasure to work with! He is very detail oriented, CALM, and funny.
We booked him in 2022 for our June 2024 wedding, and he was always available to answer my many many questions. We appreciated all his insight and changed some of our plans to match some of his suggestions, and are so so glad we listened. That being said, we also never felt pressured or awkward when we didn't go with a suggestion. It was a very nice and "safe space" type of working relationship where we could bounce off ideas and ask for his input, but also no hard feelings.
Upon booking Adam, when reaching out to vendors, they all had such wonderful things to say about Adam. We already knew we were in good hands but to hear it from vendors that did not need to tell us that (as we had already booked him), was such a nice feeling.
The bridal party met him at the rehearsal dinner the night before and loved him. He was entertaining, engaging, and clear with his instructions. The group had fun and had few questions because of how well everything was explained.
Relatives at the wedding who had married children, told my parents how great Adam was! They were not used to seeing a planner who is so so calm and more hidden and behind the scenes. Adam was also SO on time, TO THE MINUTE with every item on my timeline.
We also loved how any time there was a minor discrepancy or a touchier topic with a vendor, Adam took the lead and handled it for us on a separate thread.
I don't think we had any issues day of, or I just never found out because Adam handled and fixed, and made sure not to tell me. Just how I wanted it!
Our day was perfection and that would not have been the case if it weren't for Adam. Highly recommend!! Can't thank him enough!

Adam is amazing- the best planner we’ve ever worked with!
Weather it’s for a wedding or other events Adam truly is the best. He is so detailed and thinks of thinks leading up to the event that you almost miss. My wife and I had our wedding this past Saturday and Adam made it such an easy day. We are so fortunate to have had Adam there to guide us every step of the way. I would highly recommend if you’re in the Newport area to hire him for any of your party planning needs. Thank you again for all you did, Adam! -

Adam is the best wedding planner you can even dream of hiring. He is a great listener, offers invaluable advice, very deligent, proactive and organized. He delivers during the process but even more so on the day of to ensure you are able to enjoy your wedding day and he can truly deal with every little and big thing, on top of making sure all of your needs are met. Everything went so smoothly and my husband and I were truly able to live every moment of our wedding day because Adam was there to take care of everything and to ensure we have the best day of our lives just the way we imagined. Kudos to him! -

I hired Unoaked. for month of coordination for my wedding that took place on 10/15/23. Adam and his assistant were truly the BEST! They were very professional and fun to work with. Adam was always quick to respond to all my questions and made sure I was happy throughout the whole wedding planning process and on my wedding day. He was very organized and on top of things. When it came time for him to help pack our wedding decorations back into our bins, he did a fantastic job in ensuring that everything we came in with, we also left with. Anytime I needed assistance, he was always happy to help and did everything with a smile. I valued Adam’s advice when I was indecisive about certain things and he ensured my whole wedding day went smoothly. He and his assistant Katie went above and beyond with putting my wedding vision in to place! When I stepped into my venue space, I was overjoyed with happiness because the space looked so beautiful! Adam and Katie did an exceptional job decorating and got creative with the decorations I brought in. I can truly see how passionate Adam is with his work and how much he cared that my vision was executed to perfection. He also worked so well with my family and all of them complimented how much they love him!! I highly recommend Unoaked. if you need a wedding coordinator. As stressful wedding planning can be, Adam is someone you can definitely trust to ensure you have the most smoothest and memorable wedding experience. -

It was such a pleasure working with Adam for our August 2023 wedding! We hired him as our Month of Coordinator and we're SOO happy with our decision to do so. Any questions or concerns we had, he was always quick to respond with good advice.
We had experienced an unforeseen hiccup with one of our vendors and Adam remained so calm and collected with potential solutions ready for us to review. Best Wedding Coordinator Out There
If you’re looking for an absolutely incredible wedding coordinator and/or planner, look no further. Adam made our wedding spectacular. From coordinating our rehearsal dinner to making sure our entire wedding day ran smoothly, Adam knocked it out of the park. I could not recommend anyone more. Two daughters, two weddings within one year, and we couldn't have done it without unoaked Event Design and Production. Adam from unoaked does it all. Not only does he provide expert advice, communicate and coordinate with all the vendors, and create and execute the perfect timeline, he also gets to know the couple and really listens and understands their vision. Working with Adam from unoaked is like working with a friend who always has your best interest at heart. I had a feeling from the moment I first met Adam, that I had made the best decision. After seeing how responsive and detailed he was for both of my daughters' weddings, I knew I was right. From the expert planning, the well orchestrated rehearsal, and the attention to detail on the big day, everything was better than we imagined. I am so glad Adam from unoaked was there for both of my daughters' wedding days. It is without hesitation that I say Twice is NICE!! -

Adam from Unoaked Events made our wedding day perfect! My wife and I hired Adam to help plan our wedding and I'm glad we did. Leading up to the wedding he coordinated with our vendors and organized a time line based on how we wanted the day to flow, which helped us focus on the big picture. He was always easy to reach and ready to provide advice when we weren't sure what we wanted.
The morning of the big day Adam was ready to go organizing and setting up the decorations we brought in while we did photos. The venue was decorated beautifully! While we were taking family photos during cocktail hour, he brought us over some drinks, which we happily accepted. He made sure the event went smoothly and made sure we had everything we needed. He even brought me appetizers while my dress was being bustled!
Overall we didn't have to worry about anything on the wedding day except have a good time thanks to Adam! I would recommend Adam to all my friends and family. -
