    The best! They were cheaper than the competitor and did an AMAZING JOB! They played a vital role in creating my dream wedding. Their tents was absolutely stunning with multiple chandeliers. I still can't get over how amazingly beautiful it was. All my guests loved it. Jonathan and Lisa were great and extremely knowledgeable. Jonathan went out to the venue, measured the area, and created a layout of how all the tables. I would definitely hire them again. 2 BIG thumbs up.

    Pearl and her team were an absolute joy to work with. From the first time we talked all the way through the wedding process she helped us every step on the way. She was so gracious to help with multiple color changes, table sizes and and place settings. I know as a bride things can be extremely overwhelming and event rentals is something that most brides change their mind on several times before walking down the aisle. However, Pearl was amazing!! She helped with the multiple changes and was so easy to accommodate us in everything! I would highly recommend Pearl and her team for anything you might need to complete your special event!

    Pearl was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was always very communicative and transparent about the logistics and costs of their offerings, so it made this step of our planning much easier that I had imagined. We utilized their rectangular wood tables and rustic chairs for our family-style dinner and it brought the perfect amount of character we were going for to compliment the other style elements. We were able to take advantage of a winter promotion (a huge plus to getting married in March) so we found Unlimited Events to be a great choice on value. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

    They did a great job on our wedding. They are very reasonable on there prices. I would use them again for another event.

    When Ken & I walked into the ballroom, we were in awe.

    You did an outstanding job! Everything was beautiful, from the beautiful wood tables at the Meadow to the decorations in the Peninsula Ballroom. The draping and chandelier exceeded my expectations! The table linens & the gold chivari chairs looked beautiful. The uplighting added a very nice touch, as well as the draping & lighting behind the cake table.

    And again, thank you for the extra effort you gave in sewing the last minute plum fabric to coordinate with your linens.

    I appreciate the part you played in making this a special day for my daughter's wedding.

    I only rented a Party tent with heater, tables; chairs and linens. Everything was as expected, linens were beautiful and of quality, Everyone had a great time. The only regret is that I didn't reserve a second heater. The crew put up the tent where we indicated and was responsive to our needs. Thank God it was a beautiful day, no rain.

    Pearl was so easy to work with and UEI was very flexible with their delivery times. I found their rentals of better quality for a better price than others that we looked at in the area. Excellent experience overall, especially considering how hard it is to find good vendors in the Central Coast area.

    Outstanding local firm with phenomenal merchandise. Professional staff with tremendous design ideas and suggestions. I have continued to use them not only for weddings and fund raisers but for personal dinner parties.

    They met and exceeded our needs and expectations.The equipment supplied was in great condition ,was stylish,completely useful in every manner.
    The ease of attaining everything was simple and timely, The help in selection and overall response was easy to deal with, and they were very nice to work with,overall we would recommend you for any type of occasion or event .

    We were very happy with our service from Unlimited events for our wedding! Pearl was great to work with and very helpful! They had exactly what we were looking for...Rustic wooden tables!!! Hooray! We made changes here and there and Pearl was very good about getting back to us when we had questions. Everything was delivered on time and the wedding went off with no problems! I would definitely recommend them :)

    We worked with Pearl out of the Paso office of Unlimited Events. She was wonderful - helpful, flexible, and very nice. They provided all of our ceremony rentals (chairs, tables) at a very reasonable cost.

    I rented benches and glassware for my wedding from UEI and my orders mostly went smoothly. Stella was very quick to respond and was a pleasure to work with. She also was a bit flexible with the time of delivery of my items to the venue, which was great. The only glitch occurred when on the day of my wedding, I found out the glassware for whatever reason hadn't been delivered along with the benches! Fortunately, my venue took care of it since after I confirmed that the glasses were supposed to be delivered at the same time even though I had placed the orders months apart, that was the last I heard of the issue! And, we did manage to have glasses at the wine tasting during our cocktail hour, so either our venue managed to get them from our caterer, or UEI came through at the last-minute. Overall, I had a positive experience with UEI and found their prices to be very reasonable on average!

    Unlimited Events was great - they met all our needs and requests in providing linens for our wedding day. My only comment is that it took some extra follow up with them to make sure that they followed through with any changes we met. It would have been helpful for them to send confirmation messages and updated invoiced without me prompting them to do so.

    UEI has the best quality on the Central Coast! They make their own linens, which make them more expensive to replace if damaged. The selection is great, and Pearl is very helpful. The rentals arrived on time, and a few things were incorrect, but the staff made good by it. The dance floor was not put together well, however, and it began to fall apart as the dancing ensued--guests had to try to hammer it back together! All in all, the rentals were great and we had a blast!

    My experience with Unlimited Events wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. In the end, we got everything we wanted and it all looked beautiful...but the weeks leading up to the wedding were somewhat stressful. Perhaps they were having a busy few weeks, but if I'm being honest, this was my experience: I kept having to wait extended periods of time to receive a revised invoice (because each previous version had errors), which delayed when we were able to make our final payment. We didn't receive the final invoice until we were already out of town and the wedding venue had to print, sign, and fax the invoice back for us because we didn't have internet access. It was a bit of a hassle to say the least. Also, they didn't bring all of the items the day before and had to come back the day of. I didn't know that items were missing until I noticed the morning of and sent a frantic email, to which they responded that they would be back shortly to bring the remaining items - a head's up would've been nice and saved me some panic. To make a long story short, they did not show up until extremely late in the day and they were still setting up as guests started to arrive - it was quite unprofessional and not the impression I wanted to make on my guests. As a detail-oriented perfectionist who doesn't like procrastination, Unlimited Events caused me some serious stress in the days surrounding my wedding. As I said, it all turned out beautiful in the end, and perhaps they were just having a bad week, but I think it's important to be a bit more punctual to avoid situations like that (especially since weddings are already so stressful). I wouldn't not-recommend them, but I would advise to stay on top of them and insist that everything be done well in advance of your event.

    Unlimited events was the most unprofessional wedding vendor I have worked with. Everything leading up to the event was fine, but after paying in full it was down hill. And after the event they were rude and extremely unprofessional about the services they didn't provide but that I had already paid for. My main complaint was them not being there on time, apparently they were understaffed or something. Our rental were coming on two trucks the first was about half an hour late and the second an hour. My family and I had no choice but to help them unload and set up tables and chairs because they had to set up the dance floor and lighting treatments. I talked to Jonathan before I left and he agreed that I was not to be charged for set up. As i was getting ready i found out that they did not bring enough chairs, i ordered 220 chairs and there werent that many to be set up, but I wanted a couple extra just in case. They did bring me "upgraded" chairs, and Jonathan sure made me know that when i called about the set up dilemma and reimbursement. But it wasnt my fault that they didnt have the right amount of chairs and had to go back for different ones. Another things was they gave people setting up napkins that we did not order, but the people had no way of knowing that since they did not have the list order like the rental company did. We even tried to return the napkins after the event and they told us it wasnt theirs. Luckily we did not throw them away because of course they call the day after asking for them and even had the nerve to say the were gonna charge us for them! first they gave them to us! and second they didn't want them back! They were extremely unprofessional and rude after everything was paid for and done. Bottomline is i dont think i should pay for services i was not provided especially after the OWNER agreed with me at the event. And of course its been over a month since my wedding, and I am still waiting for reimbursement.

    Your wedding day should be one of the happiest days of your life. It is unfortunate when you encounter a vendor that lacks the professionalism that can create unnecessary headaches and havoc for your big day. Usually I do not like to complain unless it is completely necessary, but I do not wish this upon any other couple and warn others of the practices of Unlimited Events.
    Listed below are the obstacles that we have encountered with Unlimited Events:
    1) The very first time we met with them, they were very disorganized. They couldn’t find our file and spent 15 minutes waiting for them before we could get started.
    2) Although Pearl is a nice person, she lacks the ability and the knowledge of the business to manage it. Quotes are created by others and she lacks the communication necessary to help couples understand what steps need to be taken during this process.
    3) Very slow to respond to quote requests. Even after they asked us to specify exactly what design theme we wanted to go with they still provided the wrong quote for the design we declined. After following up 3 times they finally provided the right quote a month later
    4) Never asked the necessary questions. All our other vendors asked questions that were essential to this process (who our wedding coordinator was, what time they can come set up, etc.).
    5) Even after the rental agreement fell to pieces the day before my wedding. We were able to work out the up lighting. What is the most frustrating part is that we had agreed upon using purple lights in everything and they delivered PINK!!!
    6) They never disclosed and/or went over how the logistical process works. They didn’t ask the right questions and in the end, blamed us for things they said they didn’t know. During our discussions, they only focused on the layout and never brought up how and when the lighting would be delivered and installed. In the end this is what caused this rental agreement to fall apart. This is their line of business, not ours and like most couples, this was our first time going through the process. I highly suggest going with a company that your location or other vendors recommends. I should have gone with my instincts when I noticed they were not punctual and were not asking all the necessary questions like my other vendors (even one of the vendors informed me that they had a client that went through the same situation with Unlimited Events). Fortunately, my other vendors were extremely helpful and made up for the shortfalls of Unlimited Events. At the end of the day our wedding was fantastic, but no thanks to this company (who told us not only would they not do our event 1 day prior, but they were also going to charge us for it!) Unlimited Events failed to have the professionalism that all companies should have. I do not wish this upon anyone and I highly recommend that you do a thorough research before you commit to any one company.
