Natalia and her team are truly the best! We never in a million years thought that our wedding would be as fabulous as it was! Every detail was perfection. I had a lot of anxiety with having an international wedding and Natalia was so great at holding my hand through the whole process. I still look at my wedding photos weekly to remember the day. From the very first meeting, our wedding planner Nati was nothing short of exceptional. She was open, transparent, and incredibly organized, walking us through every step of the planning process with clarity and confidence.
She and her team managed every single detail with care, helping us design an event that truly reflected our vision - and then went above and beyond it. Our wedding day was more beautiful and meaningful than we could have imagined.
What truly stood out was the way they made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire day, and made all of our guests feel taken care of as well. Their attention to detail, expert budget management, and genuine passion for what they do made all the difference.

The best day!

Nosotros vivimos en Estados Unidos, pero mi familia es de Costa Rica. Ya yo seguía a Nati desde hace tiempo en redes sociales y la quería como wedding planner. Fue la primer persona que contactamos, en nuestra primera reunión le conté a Nati los fotógrafos que quería, BOOM! los contactó ahí mismo. Y tienen que entender que ese año todo se llenaba a lo loco, eran las bodas acumuladas post covid. Pero las chicas en Unique movían todas las piezas como si fuera las bodas de ellas.
Súper responsables, fuertes, listas, con vendors buenísimos. De verdad que fue la mejor decisión que tomamos, ellas eran nuestros pies en Costa Rica. Coordinaban todo cuando yo podía ir al país. Y el día de la boda les puedo decir que todo salió HERMOSO!!!! La coordinación, organización, todo estaba en buenas manos! Nati nos cuidó, así lo sentí.
Y al día de hoy las extraño, ellas se vuelven la mano derecha de uno, y hacemos equipo 🤍 en serio, con ellas no se equivocan! Son las mejores! -

Planning a wedding from abroad could have been overwhelming, but thanks to Natalia & Paola, it was an incredibly smooth and stress-free experience. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and truly committed to bringing our vision to life—even exceeding our expectations.
One of the most valuable aspects of working with Natalia was the incredible network of vendors she recommended. Since we weren’t able to visit in person for tastings or trials, we had to place a lot of trust in her recommendations, and she absolutely delivered. Every vendor—caterer, florist, photographer, and more—was top-tier, and their work was a reflection of her deep expertise and high standards.
We were pretty detailed in some of our requests, and Natalia handled everything with grace, precision, and creativity. She ensured that every element aligned with our vision while also offering thoughtful suggestions that made our wedding even more special. Her organization and communication made the entire planning process seamless, allowing us to actually enjoy the journey instead of stressing over logistics.
If you’re looking for a wedding planner who is professional, experienced, and will go above and beyond to make your day extraordinary, Natalia is the one. We can’t recommend her highly enough! -

Amazing Destination Wedding
I highly recommend Nati and Unique Co to anyone planning a wedding in Costa Rica. She was extremely flexible and helpful throughout the process and notably when I had a last minute add that she pulled off. She has relationships with fabulous vendors that all turned out fantastic. We loved the Marriott but they can be a little tricky to navigate and Nati helped bridge that gap seamlessly. Everything on the wedding day turned out truly magical and I can't thank Nati and team enough. -

I wish I had more space to write everything I want to say. My wife and I are amazed at how perfect everything came out. Nati and her team truly created an unforgettable day for us. Todo increíble de inicio a fin!
Desde el inicio fue una muy buena guía, brindan diferentes opciones de acuerdo al presupuesto y a las ideas de la boda. Se ajustan al presupuesto y hacen que todo quede increíble.
Para el día de la boda el clima no fue el mejor, Sin embargo el equipo de trabajo mantuvo la calma y nos transmitieron paz en todo momento. Finalmente todo salió excelente y estuvieron pendientes de cada detalle.

Unique ofrece paquetes según la necesidad de cada pareja, en nuestro caso la contratamos como Design & Styling, y a pesar que organicé la mayoría de cosas, Naty y su equipo siempre estuvieron anuentes a darnos sus opiniones, proveedores y toda la ayuda que requería durante el proceso. El día de la boda se encargaron absolutamente de todo y no pudo ser mejor. Les agradezco inmensamente por el profesionalismo y los detalles. Son la mejor opción si buscan una boda de ensueño. -

We used unique co for our destination wedding in August. Natalia and her team brought my vision to life! We are not located in Costa Rica and had never been to the area where we held the ceremony.

My husband and I got married in February 2020, and we look back on our wedding day with the happiest memories. Our wedding was as close to perfect as it could have been and we have Natalia of Unique Co. Weddings & Events to thank for a lot of that!
Organizing a wedding in a country that you have only lived in for a short while, especially a country that you don’t speak the language in, is a very daunting task. Initially, we thought we could 'do it ourselves', but it quickly became clear that we needed help. We contacted different wedding planners but Unique Co. stood out immediately. After meeting Natalia in person and seeing how kind and organized she was, we knew we had found our wedding planner.
Actually, Natalia is more than a wedding planner, she is a complete life saver. She is attentive to detail, thoughtful, and very friendly. She assured that we were meeting our deadlines during the wedding planning process, and she was always on time (early even) to our appointments. We were very impressed with her professionalism and fun attitude. Whenever we had questions or needed advice, she always got back to us in a very timely manner. She made the experience of planning a wedding so enjoyable and exciting!
When our day finally came, Natalia really put our dreams and visions to life. She didn’t just meet our expectations, she exceeded them. All of the vendors that she recommended were amazing and worked so well together. We both got to fully enjoy our wedding day, because we had complete confidence knowing that Natalia would take care of everything. We were able to relax and celebrate with family and friends who traveled from all around the world to be here with us. To date, we are still receiving compliments on what a perfect wedding it was.

Natalia was a life saver during our process particularly during the day of the event itself. She provided us with enough vendor options for us to choose from, and the ones we picked where spot on! Drinks, flowers, decoration, etc. She and her team at Unique had to run during our event because it started raining, and even though we could not do the event as we had originally planned, they managed to work through it and deliver an incredible experience. We are grateful of having her as our wedding planner and would definitely recommend it to other people.
