Union Trust, managed by Finley Catering was amazing. Our son's wedding was held there in September 2025. The food was delicious, the venue was beautiful and we received many compliments from our guests. Thomas, the wedding coordinator was very organized and made the day less stressful. He had a great sense of humor, while making sure all the details were addressed. Micel, the bride/groom attendant was so lovely and helpful. Diane, one of the servers went out of her way to help and was very attentive. EVERY employee exhibited a level of service and professionalism that blew us away. Even the mother of the owner, Carol came to the venue on the day of the wedding to check in and make sure we had everything we needed. What business, especially in the wedding industry, does that these days? The day turned out beautifully and was everything the bride and groom hoped it would be. We left with happy and positive memories of our children's wedding day.

I was at a wedding March 20 2026. Excellence was woven thru out entire event. I am a business owner and I enjoyed watching a well oiled machine. We had our February 2026 wedding at Union Trust, and it was absolutely perfect. We held our ceremony, reception, and after party all onsite, and every part of the day was flawless. The venue is stunning, the food was incredible, and the service was exceptional from start to finish.
Chelsea, our wedding coordinator, supported us through the entire planning process and made everything feel effortless. She ensured we felt completely taken care of and truly made planning such a joy. As the Finley Catering motto goes, she is simply the best! Thomas, our maitre d’, led our rehearsal and wedding day with unmatched professionalism, organization, and energy. He kept everything running flawlessly, and our guests adored him. Lisa, our bridal attendant, was phenomenal—helping with my bustle, finding my bouquet when it briefly went missing, and making sure we always had plenty to eat and drink.
The chef, bartenders, waitstaff, and the entire Union Trust team were absolutely phenomenal as well. Union Trust gave us the best day of our lives, and we could not recommend Finley Catering and Union Trust enough!

After hearing great things about Finley Catering and Union Trust, we had high expectations for our wedding venue, and Union Trust exceeded them in every way! From our very first meeting with Chelsea, we knew we'd found the right fit. She was an absolute joy to work with throughout the entire planning process – incredibly helpful with great suggestions and guidance, kind, professional, always quick to communicate, and genuinely made every step of planning stress-free and fun.
As our wedding day approached, Thomas, our Maitre D', stepped in to expertly guide us. His vast experience and invaluable suggestions truly helped us maximize every moment of our ceremony and reception. And the wedding day itself? It was flawless, completely surpassing all expectations for us and our guests.
The entire Union Trust team is seriously top-notch. Chelsea, Thomas, our amazing wedding attendant Robin, fantastic bartenders Chris and Rich, and every crew member supporting the event worked seamlessly. Our guests are still raving about the exceptional quality and incredible expansiveness of the food and drinks, as well as the impeccable service. It felt like they anticipated our every need – we never had to ask for a single thing; Chelsea, Thomas, or Robin were there with it in hand before we even realized we needed it.
Leaving that night, not only were we married, but we were hugging the staff and felt like we'd made new friends – an experience truly unique from any other wedding we've attended. Best wedding day ever!
I just had my wedding here in 7/14/2024. This venue went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing day! Brooke especially did an amazing job with helping us plan our special day and was always extremely responsive and kind! I wish I could relive the day over and over again. Our food was amazing and all the guests wouldn’t stop raving about how phenomenal the food and service was! The guests all danced and had an amazing time! The bridal suite was perfect for getting ready in! I had the best wedding day ever!

The perfect venue - we wouldn't have changed a thing!
We got married at Union Trust last weekend, and we had the most wonderful experience with them and are so happy with our decision. We did our ceremony there as well as our cocktail hour and reception. We also utilized the Bridal Suite to get ready throughout the morning. Stephanie was our coordinator, and she was great. Extremely organized and helped with all of our questions and needs. Thomas helps run the show week of/day of, and he was 100% on top of everything. We did not have a wedding planner, and I didn't feel like I needed one because Finley Catering/Union Trust really handles everything for you. We didn't do an after party there, but we did opt in for the snacks at the end (pretzels and Insomnia Cookies), and that was a great decision. Also, they wrap extra cake up for guests to take on their way out, which was a nice touch. So many of our guests raved over the food and the level of service they received throughout the night, and Lisa and Tracey who helped me in the Bridal Suite all day were amazing. I honestly don't know if there are words that can adequately express how grateful we are for Finley's help and leadership in making it a perfect wedding. We are so happy that we decided to have our wedding celebration at Union Trust, and we really couldn't have asked for the day to have gone any better.

A Dream Venue with Exceptional Service and Unforgettable Experiences
Union Trust was our dream venue. On our initial visit, we were greeted by Emily Hassinger, a perfect human and representative to the company. She was knowledgeable about everything Union Trust had to offer, was down to earth, and her energy radiated! She made it easy for us to see us celebrating the biggest moment in our lives with them. After the walkthrough, we spoke about costs and the Finley package. She spoke to us about everything that was included, all the different food and drink options, and gave us lists for vendors. We also went through a detailed list of upgrades that we could add onto our base package to make the event more specified to our wants. One of the biggest things that set Union Trust apart was their all inclusive price, which included tax and tips. When looking at other venues, their "per person" cost did not include any of these fees which quickly set Finley to the top in our eyes.
With Finley, we were able to enjoy a free group tasting with other people getting married at Union Trust. This allowed us to talk to others about what they were planning on doing at the same venue. The food at the tasting was phenomenal and they allowed you to try a LOT of food! At this event, we could see how all the upgrades looked in person, instead of mere pictures. Our favorite upgrade which was the basis for our whole theme was their beautiful white dance floor with gold stripes. We immediately put that on our want list and all of our decor and conversations with vendors quickly shifted. We loved that Finley had a collaboration with The Master's Baker, which provided a free 4 tier cake as part of the package.
When we walked into the venue the day of the wedding, every bit of planning we did was worth it. Without Emily and Thomas, our maitre'd, I don't know how the event would have turned out. They met with us about 3 times before the wedding happened (not including the 573 emails sent through the process) to ensure that everything we wanted and changed in contracts was followed through on, collected all of our decor and supplies for the wedding, and then accurately set it up exactly as we had envisioned! They were amiable to all of our vendors and had the event running like a well-oiled machine.
The staff there that night made us feel like kings and had everything moving in a timely manner. Our main server ensured that we were happy, got enough food from the cocktail hour, served us beverages, and checked in on us often to make sure we were well hydrated and fed so we didn't get too sloppy! She also made sure that our parents were taken care of! We also had another server who made it her personal goal to ensure that my Nan & Pop (and yes, she called them Nan & Pop) were treated like gold. She would bring them food at cocktail hour so they didn't have to move around, grab them drinks, and even packed food to go when they didn't want to eat at the moment. The staff made sure to enjoy themselves through the course of the night: we saw them bopping to the songs, singing out loud, and when we pulled them to the dance floor they made sure to cut a rug! All of these little things meant everything to us!
We could not have been blessed with a better venue. We had always been told that on your day, something WILL go wrong and will not be as you planned. With Union Trust leading the way, we can honestly say that our wedding was perfectly executed.

UT was a dream! Absolutely wonderful people to work with and they make it really easy for you as well. Daria, the coordinator I worked with was very responsive and helpful, probably to a point past her job description but of course she built so much trust and it was so easy to just put my faith in this team and let everything play out stress free! And of course EVERYTHING played out perfectly, they are a well-oiled machine.
Aside from the back end component, the food was so good (hearing that over and over from guests), staff was extremely efficient in service (bar, tableside, etc) and of course the space is so stunning. So glad we went with this venue and team!

Absolute perfection.
I wish I could provide a higher rating than 5 stars. Not to be cheesy, but they simply ARE the best. We booked at Finley because of their reputation of hospitality and food. But they exceeded our expectations. From the beginning, the planning process was seamless and Daria was the greatest at answering all our questions. We had the ceremony and afterparty at the venue space as well and it was amazing how well everything was run. As the bride, I was overwhelmed with planning a wedding. However, my mind was at ease knowing that Finley takes care of everything. After our final meeting with our day of coordinator, Thomas, I went into the day so calm. The venue was breathtaking and we loved that we utilized the levels for the ceremony and reception entrance. Everything was absolutely perfect. Lisa was the day-of attendant and she was wonderful. She helped me calm myself before walking down the aisle, and was there all night making sure I had everything that I needed. Our guests were blown away by everything – the venue, the sparklers, and the food. There was so much food for cocktail hour, dinner was restaurant-quality, and the dessert bar was a huge hit. I can’t wait to attend a Finley venue as a guest and be able to enjoy their perfection again!

The most perfect wedding
We got married at Union Trust in October 2023 and it was perfection! Everyone had the most incredible things to say about the venue, the staff and the food - declared by many the best food they have ever had at a wedding! Don’t sleep on the dessert bar - so good! Michelle was incredible every step of the way and Thomas was the best. The moment we arrived, we could relax because we were in such capable hands.

Union Trust
We can't say enough good things about Union Trust and Finley Catering! From the moment we first saw the venue, we immediately knew we wanted to get married there (in fact the only venue we toured). The venue is absolutely stunning and speaks for itself, but the staff really goes above and beyond.
From the beginning our wedding coordinator Emily H. was in constant communication with us. She helped us in securing our date and made sure all our questions were answered in a timely manner. Even when we panic emailed her concerned that our 196 guests and dueling piano band wouldn't fit into the event space, she put us at ease. I think our 160 plus email chain goes to show how compassionate and dedicated she really is. Emily is a true professional and made the process all the more enjoyable for us.
On the days leading up to our wedding and on the day of Thomas was also there to keep things running smoothly. He made sure everything was perfect, went according to plan, and that the day was about us.
And if our words weren't enough, our family and guests also had nothing but good things to say too. They all raved about the food and service. From the waitress staff to the bartenders it couldn't have been a better experience.
To Emily, Thomas, and all the staff at Union Trust, we can't thank you enough for making our wedding truly the best night of our lives!

Incredible wedding at Union Trust!
Our wedding at Union Trust was an absolute dream. There is no doubt that this was all thanks to the amazing Finley team. From the day of our first tour, Brooke was helpful and responsive and answered our many questions with timeliness and transparency. She made sure every detail was thought about leading up to the big day. The day of crew was absolutely phenomenal - the attention to detail was beyond my expectations. Thomas was on top of everything and kept things moving exactly as we had planned. Lisa was a bride’s dream come true - everything I needed, she was already two steps ahead. We were warned by many that the wedding day would be stressful/would fly by in a blur, but Thomas & Lisa proved them all wrong. The bridal suite is beautiful with plenty of space for our bridal party of ten to get ready and an attendant all morning. Our guests are still talking about how great the food was. I can’t imagine it gets much better than Finley - the venue speaks for itself, only complimented by the incredible staff.

Unbelievable Venue + Team
Getting married at Union Trust was everything we could have asked for. I was nervous as I had to plan our wedding from Houston, TX however, the UT team were so accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. Leading up to the actual wedding, the service I received from UT was nothing short of amazing. I didn't run into a single issue during the wedding process. Brooke was so helpful - always answering my questions, no matter how silly they were and making sure she had all things handled! Then on the day of, everything was just done so perfectly. Thomas & Robyn were completely on top of the wedding - making sure that everything ran smoothly and helping the entire Bridal Party to ensure they were in the right place and knew what they were doing! The attention both myself and my husband received from their team during the ceremony & reception was unbelievable. They were extremely attentive and so fun to be around. I truly can't say enough great things about my entire experience at Union Trust. They made sure the day was perfect and in turn, I left knowing that there wasn't a single thing I would have changed about my wedding. HIGHLY suggest booking Union Trust for your wedding - I wish I had a wedding coming up there so I could attend as a guest!!! My guests are still ranting and raving about how fantastic the food was and how the wedding was the best one they've ever been too.

Union Trust
This was the first venue we looked and the only one. We fell in love with Union Trust from the beginning and Brooke was absolutely amazing to work with. She made sure I had her contact information and answered any random questions I had while always staying in touch. The day of the wedding everyone was so kind and attentive while we spent the entire day there getting ready. They did not get annoyed when people arrived early and were walking around the venue. Lisa was our, bride and groom, server for the evening and hands down best server I have ever had. She would show up with ice cold full drinks for us, constantly checking without being too much. Every guest we spoke with raved about the food and service. Our best man and moh, who are married to each other, stated that they needed to have another wedding because ours outdid theirs. Many people said it was the best wedding and this was all because of the venue, food, and amazing service.

The most amazing venue and staff
Our wedding day was absolute perfection. The entire team at Finley/Union Trust was so amazing to work with - especially Thomas who had our day running like a well-oiled machine. Married in July 2022
We got married at the UT Ballroom in July 2022 and if I could do it all over again I would choose Finley and Union Trust! The moment we toured the UT, I knew I wanted to get married there and then after working with Brooke and Thomas, I want to get married there AGAIN! I priced our several venues and caterers and the value for what you receive at Finely is unmatched. Our guests could not stop raving about the food, both the quality and quantity! You will NOT leave hungry. Also, as the bride, they took the upmost care of my husband and I and could not thank them enough for everything for make our day flawless! Not single issue arose, at least not that I am aware of which is the point! Our guests said our wedding at UT was one of the top 5 they have EVER been to! our families were worried about the space, but we were not crowded at all and we have about 165 guests. I do not have one negative thing to say about Finley and the Union Trust Ballroom.

If I could give more stars I would. I can't say enough about Michelle, Thomas, and the entire team. The venue is gorgeous, the food is fabulous, the service impeccable. I had my wedding at Union Trust this past Friday and I'm not sure where to even start. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! The venue is beyond beautiful, it speaks for itself. It was also extremely clean! The staff was absolutely amazing. Brooke helped us every step of the way and answered all my questions. She even stopped in during our wedding to congratulate us! Thomas and Lisa made sure everything was perfect, they did things for me before I even had to ask. The cocktail hour and dinner were out of this world. My guests are still raving about the food! The venue and staff will make your dream come true
From the moment we stepped into Union Trust, and worked with Emily, we knew our dream wedding was possible. The staff goes absolutely above and beyond, from Emily to the maitre d’, Thomas, anything we wanted to try, for example, an ice sculpture of our dog, they made happen. The venue itself is one of a kind, it’s so intimate, yet grand. The food is also the best, everyone loved everything from cocktail hour, to dinner, to dessert. We truly can’t say enough amazing things, just book it!!

Such a unique and gorgeous venue! Brooke and Thomas were incredibly easy to work with and very accommodating. They made the day everything we wanted and more. Finley Catering has the BEST wedding food you will ever have! Highly recommend.

Best day ever at Union Trust!
I cannot say enough great things about our wedding at Union Trust as well as the planning experience with Finley. From the minute I walked into the space for the first time and met Michelle, I knew it was the right venue for our day and it did not disappoint. The space is beautiful, the food is unbelievable, and the staff is excellent. The only problem was when my strap broke on my dress right before I walked down the aisle, which Michelle was able to jump in and fix without anyone noticing, an absolute pro! Our family & friends had the best time and are still talking about what a fun night it was. I can only hope to be invited to a Finley wedding in the future so I can experience it as a guest. Truly the best and would recommend to anyone planning a wedding in the Philly area!

Dream Wedding
It is hard to put into words how amazing our recent wedding was at Union Trust. From the planning process - even after having to postpone due to COVID - to the wedding day itself, not one single thing went wrong and it was truly the wedding of our dreams. Michelle was our coordinator, and she made the entire planning process seamless and FUN! She is so professional, personable, kind, organized, responsive - the list goes on. There was never a question we had that went unanswered. She was so amazing when we had to postpone, easing every concern and worry we had during what was such a crazy year for her, the business, and the entire wedding industry. The day of the wedding, she was there and helped so much - from fluffing my dress before walking down the aisle to bustling my dress after the ceremony, to pouring my espresso martini into a wine glass so I didn't spill - there was no detail she wasn't involved in or willing to help with. The rest of the staff at Union Trust was equally as amazing - especially the Maitre D', Thomas. He is truly an expert on making a wedding run smoothly, and made the entire event a seamless experience for us and our guests. I truly felt like we didn't have to worry about a single thing, and I was right - Thomas handled everything and made everything flow beautifully. The rest of the staff, including the bridal attendant we had, made our day even more special, making sure we always had a drink in our hand without having to leave the dance floor or stop mingling with our guests, checking on us throughout the night without being overbearing just so we knew where to find them if we ever needed anything - they could not have been nicer, more professional, or more accomodating. We have not stopped raving about how amazing everything was since our wedding day, and have heard the same sentiments from our friends and family. It was an amazing day that we will never forget!

Absolutely amazing!
We couldn’t have asked for more. The planning process was with Brooke was easy, even with two COVID reschedules. She’s incredibly responsive to any question or odd request you might have. The day of team is just incredible. They’re on top of everything so you don’t need to think about a thing. Guests raved about the food; don’t skip the raw bar options! We actually couldn’t believe how many perfectly pink steaks they got out at once for dinner; no easy feat. And the space itself is gorgeous. I may be biased, but I don’t think there’s a more beautiful space to have a wedding in Center City. You’ll be in love with your photos.

The wedding of my DREAMS!
I have never been more excited to write a review than I am now. We recently had our wedding reception at Union Trust, and it was hands down the best night of my life! Not only is Union Trust a spectacular venue, but the Finley team that comes with it is worth its weight in gold. Michelle Finley is an absolute pro. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was not exactly something I hoped to do, but Michelle made it all so effortless. She worked tirelessly keeping me in the know, responded to every email immediately, and made me feel like a queen each and every step of the way. When we arrived at the venue before our reception, Michelle was right there helping us out of the car—and when the buckle on my new husband’s tux broke, not only was Michelle on it, but she ran to the store and bought him suspenders! She was a complete lifesaver and made everything so perfect from day one. Our Maître d’ Thomas was equally as outstanding. He thought of everything, mapped it all out, and made sure the night ran smoothly so we could enjoy our celebration. And our angel Kayla was there guiding us along the way, bringing us whatever we needed throughout the night. The entire staff treated our guests with such love and kindness it was as if we personally invited them. Nothing was left undone, and they handled it all with grace and precision. Honestly, if you are planning a wedding in Philadelphia, Finley Catering is the only way to go. They really are SIMPLY THE BEST!

Union Trust Wedding
Planning a wedding during COVID can be incredibly stressful; however, Michelle Finley - our wedding coordinator at Union Trust, was there every step of the way to ensure we felt at ease. We truly could not have planned our wedding without Michelle's expertise, confidence and responsiveness. She was great to work with since day one of touring the venue to our wedding day, where she was also present to help with whatever we needed.
Thomas and Lisa were an absolute pleasure to work with! Our wedding day from ceremony to reception ran so flawlessly because of Thomas - he runs a tight ship and knows exactly when the timeline of events should occur. Lisa tended to all of our needs and made sure we were able to have some private time to ourselves after the ceremony to enjoy all the amazing cocktail hour food and drinks before mingling with our guests.
Our guests were blown away by the venue - Union Trust is undeniably beautiful and elegant! Everyone also raved about the quality and selection of food and drinks. We are truly appreciative and grateful for the team at Union Trust and we cannot recommend this venue enough!!!

Amazing Venue, Amazing Team
Absolutely amazing! Book this venue if you want the most memorable wedding! My wedding happened four months ago and my family and I are still raving about our wedding venue. So many reviews I read for Union Trust mentioned how organized and executed their weddings were and how amazing the team at Finley Catering and Union Trust are and the team didn’t disappoint and here’s why:
1. The venue - the minute you step into Union Trust you are transported to a world of elegance. The up lighting is incredible, the tall ceilings are breath taking and the layout has functionality and flow!
2. The Team - as someone who values attention to detail and planned every aspect of my wedding, I felt in the best hands with the Finley team! Thomas is absolutely fantastic! He has everything down to a science and keeps the show running and is amazing with guests! Lisa, the bridal attendant was also amazing! She kept us organized, made sure we ate dinner, made sure our drinks were refilled and even brought me champagne in a plastic cup because I didn’t trust myself with the glass on the dance floor - anything you ask they make happen! They’re just the best and do everything they can to make your day memorable!
3. The food - I feel like you almost expect food not to be good at weddings, but as an Italian with two Italian families coming together, that wasn’t an option and that’s why we chose Union Trust! Chef Nick makes the best risotto and everything else was delicious! Our families still keep talking about our cocktail hour! Plus your wedding cake comes from Terminis Bakery, one of the best in the city in my opinion!

Union Trust was a wonderful place for our wedding. Michelle was terrific to work with, and on the night of the wedding Thomas made absolutely certain that everything was perfect. The venue was beautiful, food was delicious and bountiful, service was outstanding. I still haven't stopped receiving calls and text messages from guests who were dazzled by the event. Union Trust was fabulous!

Amazing venue and team!!
We did a ton of research before deciding and are so happy that we chose to get married at Union Trust. Emily Hassinger (coordinator) was so helpful from the beginning! She was wonderful every step of the way. I really appreciated how organized she is! It really made planning for the event so much easier. Thomas was incredible to work with as well! He walked us through everything the day before our wedding and really put us at ease. It was perfect. He kept everything running so smoothly throughout the day, and we were so impressed! Lisa (bridal attendant) was amazing! She was fantastic to work with and so helpful. I don’t know what I would have done without her! All-in-all, the staff was wonderful and I would highly recommend choosing Finley Catering! Our guests raved about the food and the venue and all around were so impressed with everything. It was absolutely perfect!

The best place in the city to have your wedding!
I knew when I first laid eyes on Union Trust a few years ago, I would one day get married there. Not only is it breathtakingly beautiful, but it's unique, and in a prime location of Philadelphia. We had a lot of friends and family traveling in from out of town, so location was very important to us. I had never been to Union Trust for an event, but because I had been to a couple of their other venues (Ballroom at the Ben and the Crystal Tea Room) for weddings, I knew Finley Catering was a well oiled machine. Everything about our wedding was top-notch, from the white glove service, the outstanding good, and the fact that every little detail had been thought out. Thomas, who is the Maitre d' for the venue was amazing. He pays attention to every detail and ensures nothing less than a 10 out of 10 experience. Everyone who was at our wedding continues to tell us it was one of the BEST weddings they've ever been to, in very large part due to the staff and service at Union Trust. The entire day was better than I could have dreamed of.

Amazing Venue
My husband and I fell in love with the Union Trust from the moment we first walked into the venue. It is breathtaking. Something about it is just so special. We are so happy that we chose this venue for our wedding reception. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Stacey. She is amazing to work with and was so incredibly helpful during our wedding planning process. We are grateful to have worked with her. Thomas was also wonderful to work with. From the moment we met with Thomas, we knew we were in good hands. He was so attentive on our wedding day and ran the show so smoothly. We felt so special!! I literally started crying when I entered the Union Trust on our big day. It was breathtaking. The service was top notch. It honestly felt like a dream. The food was amazing! I continue to receive compliments from friends and family. I highly recommend the Union Trust. It is an amazing venue with excellent service!

Union Trust is obviously a gorgeous wedding venue, but what really makes it amazing is working with Stacey, Thomas, and the whole staff. They made wedding planning so easy and accommodated all of our special requests. All of our guests raved about the food and the gorgeous venue. There's no need to hire a wedding planner when you have Stacey and Thomas. They took care of everything, from helping us finalize the wedding timeline to making sure all the vendors were set up and ready to go, we didn't have to worry about a thing. They literally anticipate everything you could need without asking! Just perfect.

Breathtaking Venue + Spectacular Service & Team!
Our wedding was on March 8, 2019. Words cannot express how amazing this venue is OR how amazing the team at Finley Catering is, truly!
We worked with Stacey and she was so attentive, responsive and helpful throughout the planning process. From our initial meeting, to our menu meeting, even to the day of the wedding. I loved being able to reach out to her with any questions of how the day and night might work, to see what we can do or add into our wedding experience and more. Not only was Stacey amazing but the team she works with at Union Trust were perfect.
Thomas and Lisa truly made us feel like we were with family and really helping to move our day and night along. They were just as attentive and always checking in on us. Lisa saved me many times that day from helping my girls bustle me, to helping with the veil and more. The venue is breathtaking and this team knows how to make all of your wedding dreams come to life. The food was great, so many different options for cocktail hour. The cocktails were perfect! Our guests are still commenting on the venue and experience even a month later!

Everything was beyond perfect!
We had our wedding at Union Trust Ballroom on 3/15/19. I can not express how amazing it was, everything down to the last detail was perfect and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I don’t even know where to begin because it was flawless. Prior to the wedding Kathryn was so responsive and helped with every single stupid question I could come up with. The day of the wedding was beyond perfect and Thomas runs everything like a well-oiled machine. My husband and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing and were able to enjoy the time with our guests. We were never without a full drink in our hands and they were so attentive to our families and guests as well. Almost every single guest has called/ texted/ commented on the amazing food and how everything was just beyond perfect. I am so glad we chose Union Trust for our wedding, the venue, food and staff were wonderful!!!

Wish we could do it all again!
Union trust provided the PERFECT wedding for my husband and I. I don’t typically believe anything is perfect, but we still cannot get over how incredible our experience was on our wedding day. We were looking for an urban, grand, indoor space that allowed an on-site ceremony and had easy parking for guests. The moment I walked into Union Trust, I knew I had found just that. We worked with Stacey to plan the event and hugely appreciated that UT is an all-inclusive vendor. They provide the space, caterers, linens, bar, uplighting and affordable adjacent parking option which makes them even more of a bargain and stress-reducing partner. Stacey and their maître d’, Thomas, served as our wedding planners and day of coordinators, eliminating the need for a pricey third party. They provided a lead staffer, Lisa, to attend to our every need. I kid you not, she kept my dress bustled, a drink in my hand, and worries far from my mind. We were able to kick back, relax and soak up every loving moment of our wedding day because of UT’s incredible team. Oh - and our guests haven’t stopped raving about the food and ambiance. If you want a beautiful, classy Philadelphia wedding that will put your mind at ease while blowing the minds of your guests - pick Union trust!!

Union Trust was the first venue we toured and nothing else compared. For our ceremony and reception of 120 guests, it was the absolutely perfect. What I loved most about Finley Catering was that they were honest and upfront about their pricing. Everything is included (cake, ice sculpture, open bar) and there were very little mentions of "upgrades." Their staff is also very personable and responsive. Kathryn was very responsive to all our questions in the planning stages and Thomas and Lisa executed our wedding day flawlessly. Guests commented on the quality and quantity of food and the effortless beauty of the venue. Finley gave me an ease on my wedding day that I never expected. Everything was handled professionally and I cannot recommend them and Union Trust enough!

My husband and I got married at the Union Trust on June 23rd and it was the most magical day ever! The venue is gorgeous and the staff was incredible. All of our guests had an amazing time and could not stop talking about how delicious the food was. I am beyond grateful to the staff at Union Trust, especially Stacey Mullen our Catering Manager for Finley Catering and Thomas Fowler the Maitre'd at Union Trust. After my husband and I got engaged in Dec 2015, the wedding planning began immediately and Union Trust was number one on my list. However, without contacting Union Trust and just going based on reviews and pictures of the venue, I assumed that the venue would be way out of our budget. We eventually opted for a Destination Wedding in Old San Juan Puerto Rico. Due to Hurricane Maria we needed to cancel our October 8th wedding on short notice. Although we were completely devastated, we still needed to have a wedding. Round 2 of wedding planning so I revisited Union Trust but this time I reached out. Stacey completely understood the situation we found ourselves in and was willing to help us out. She gave us a bunch of discounted dates that we could choose from but before discussing money, dates, and contracts she invited us that weekend to come visit Union Trust so we can talk about everything. Luckily we visited on a Saturday afternoon as they were setting up for a wedding that evening so we got to see everything in action. The moment we walked in WE FELL IN LOVE, it is such a beautiful venue and not much is needed to make it special for the big day. Although the decision was pretty much made in the first 5 minutes of being there, we still had destination wedding PTSD. We lost a lot of money and I still felt Union Trust might be out of reach. Stacey and Finley Catering told us not to worry and were beyond helpful with our budget when they did not have to be. They had a business to run but we felt that they put that aside to help us out. We opted for their discounted day Friday, April 13th (we already had bad luck, so why not try to reverse it), and our day was perfect. Union Trust is a "well oiled machine", and nothing went wrong, NOTHING. Thank you Finley Catering from the bottom of our hearts! <3

We worked with Stacey Lee Mullen and Thomas was our Maitre D for the day off and they were absolutely perfect. Stacey met with us several times to show us the venue since we were coming from about 2.5 hours away and she went over every detail. She was one of the reasons we chose Union Trust, besides the beauty of the venue, we wanted to make sure that we were in good hands. The only thing I had to worry about the day of was saying my vows, and that was exactly the way I wanted it. Could we have done it cheaper? Yes. Was it worth every penny, YES! There are so many moving parts to a wedding that even the little I had to coordinate was enough. Thomas made sure everything moved exactly as scheduled, he made sure our parents knew where to go, and directed us as needed. The food was PHENOMENAL, and my friends and family said it was one of the best weddings they have ever been too. It was the perfect day, I couldn't have asked for anything else and I wouldn't change a thing.

The first second I walked into Union Trust I was blown away!! It has historic architectural beauty with high vaulted ceilings, ornate decorated walls, a beautiful 2nd floor bar with elegant windows, and a marble staircase, all enhanced by lighting that highlights the maturity and elegance of the space.
Incredibly, this was all matched by Finley Catering's event planning, day of service, and cuisine! I truly am so impressed by Finley Catering's team and Union Trust. I truly feel that they created my perfect dream wedding that was so unique, special, and different from any other wedding I've been to.
I worked with Stacey Lee Mullen who was an incredible resource prior to the wedding and the day of. She went over ever detail and was very responsive to email, phone calls, and meetings. Not only was she professional, organized, and kind, but she genuinely was passionate about planning my wedding, shared in the excitement, and made the experience fun and full of joy!
I also worked with Thomas Fowler, the Maitre d’, who did an incredible job running the show at Union Trust. He met with us in person the week of the wedding and helped personalize the event to accommodate our timeline and helped create the desired atmosphere for the event.
While everyone always says the bride never eats at her own wedding...I did not miss out on this! Delicious:) Our guests are still raving about the dinner and cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres. Finley Catering made sure to stock the bridal suite with all the appetizers and drinks so we were able to sneak away for a moment of post-wedded peace and sample our favorite snacks.
Most importantly, we had so much fun! We were able to be guests at our own wedding. We danced all night and Stacey and Thomas took care of any issues that may have arisen. Everything seemed to go seamlessly!
Overall this venue and catering company made our wedding more romantic, fun, and epic than I could have ever imagined.

We recently had our wedding on a Sunday at Union Trust and we cannot say enough about it! A friend who had his wedding there recommended us to check it out and we are so happy that we did. This venue gives you the feeling that it truly is yours for the day to have he wedding exactly how you imagined it. We had this idea to make our wedding elegant but with a Sunday Funday theme and Finley Catering catered to our every request. Michelle was very engaged with us throughout the entire process and Thomas was perfect in making the day run smoothly. The service was outstanding and they made all of my guests feel like they were special! I could not believe how attentive Laura was to me and my family! The other things that really made our wedding stand out was the amazing food and the AMAZING bar selection.

The second we walked into Union Trust, we knew this was the perfect place for our wedding reception. Not only is it GORGEOUS, but the staff was incredible. Stacey was so helpful throughout the entire process and Thomas and his staff were amazing the night of the reception. We never once worried that things would be pulled off exactly how we dreamt. We had our wedding at Union Trust on 12/3/16 and WOW, it was the most perfect day! Right from the beginning- Stacey, the wedding coordinator, was so easy to work with. She was professional, responsive, and offered suggestions throughout the whole planning process. The tasting they offered was very delicious and helped us narrow down our food ideas. On the day of, Stacey and her team put together an amazing day. Everything was set up exactly the way we wanted and our timeline was respected, so we had plenty of time to dance. There was delicious food galore! Thomas, the Maitre d’, and Lisa, the bridal attendant, made sure the wedding party was taken care of before and during the reception. Lisa helped figure out my bustle, which saved the night! I also have a dietary restriction and they accommodated me with no problem. I even had my own special bread. The venue itself is GORGEOUS! Our guests still are commenting how beautiful the venue was and how much they enjoyed the food!

If you can get away with a wedding of less than 175, there is no better place to get married than Union Trust. The room is drop dead gorgeous and the day-of staff is amazing. They treated everyone like royalty. Finley has a wonderful reputation and it shows in the quality of their food and beverage programs.

We had our reception at Union Trust on Feb 3rd, 2107. I cannot even put into words how happy we are with Finley Catering and their Union Trust venue!! The venue itself is amazing!! Finley Catering has the most incredible and beautiful wedding venues, and we could not be happier with Union Trust. The ambiance at Union Trust is one-of-a-kind with its art deco architecture, vaulted ceilings, and beautiful up-lighting. We worked with Stacey on the details leading up to our wedding, and she was thoughtful, attentive, detail oriented, and made us feel special and worry free. The Maitre D’, Thomas, ensured everything on our wedding day went smoothly – and he nailed it. Thomas and his team made us feel like celebrities; we were treated like royalty and not one detail was left overlooked. Not only was the venue breathtaking, but the food was also amazing! The cocktail hour sets the tone for the wedding, and Finley hits this out of the park. Not only the quantity of food, but the quality was incredible. From the seafood martini bar to the Italian anti-pasta station, everything was exquisitely elegant and more importantly, tasted delicious. Our guests were blown away and continue to tell us how it was the best wedding they’ve been to. This is our second wedding with Finley Catering – my sister was married at the Ballroom at the Ben last March, and words cannot express how happy we were with everything at both weddings. We absolutely love and recommend Finley Catering!

Union Trust exceeded our expectations for our wedding. The space was comfortable, the food was excellent, and their customer service was outstanding. Everything went smoothly during the wedding and our guests were very happy, and are still raving about everything. My wedding at Union Trust was beyond anything I could have imagined! First, working with Michelle Finley made the planning a breeze. She was easy to work with, always responded to my emails right away, and she is clearly an expert at what she does.
Working with Thomas Fowler the week of and day of the wedding was also great. He is fun and made sure that me, my husband, our parents, and our bridal party were well taken care of. He made sure everything ran smoothly and perfectly. Lisa, the bridal attendant, was also there to help me with ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING! She was so sweet and worked super hard to make sure we didn't have a care in the world.
All the staff was wonderful, the service was impeccable, and the food was fantastic! Our guests can't stop talking about how beautiful and fun our wedding was, and we have received tons of compliments on the food.
I can't say enough about Union Trust and Finley Catering. The venue is beautiful and they are perfectionists!

We had our wedding at Union Trust a little more than a month ago and it was truly Perfect. Finley Catering did an impeccable job from start to finish. During the planning process, Michelle Finley was always there to check in and make sure that we had the information that we needed when we needed it. Anytime a question came up, she promptly responded no matter how far away the wedding was or how small the question. As the wedding got closer, we were reminded in advance of payments, menu tastings, and meetings. We always felt informed of next steps. The week of the wedding we met Thomas, the Maitre'd, to iron out of the details. I have never met anybody more calming and professional. In what should have been the most stressful week of wedding planning, my husband and I left that meeting knowing that we had absolutely nothing to worry about and that we were in good hands. The day of the wedding Thomas ensured that each transition from Ceremony to Cocktail Hour to Reception was 100% stress free. Everybody from the wedding party to parents were able to enjoy the day without concern because Thomas was there to guide everybody through. This was invaluable to us. My husband and I had our own attendant, Lisa, that ensured we had a drink in hand at all times and were completely taken care of that night. She was amazing, she even helped my mom when she got a bit nervous doing my bustle after the ceremony. The food was incredible - from presentation to taste. We are still hearing how well the Filet was cooked and how amazing the seafood was at the cocktail hour. While our guests raved about the food, the drinks and the beautiful venue, they also raved about the service they received at their table and how seamlessly the wedding flowed. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Michelle, Thomas and Lisa, to each waiter and waitress involved. You made us and all of our guests feel so special!

There are a lot of things to worry about on a wedding day but for us the venue, food, service, ceremony were not part of those worries. Stacey, Thomas, and team are very good at what they do and it shows. They were always professional yet relaxed and we knew that they were on top of everything. That certainly helped us relax a bit! I can not rave about this venue enough. They did absolutely everything they can to make this the perfect and most special day we could've ever asked for. All of our guests went on and on about the food and how beautiful the venue is. As soon as my husband and I walked into this venue, we knew this is where we wanted to get married. The team at Union Trust exceeded our expectations and we highly reccomend both this venue & Finley Catering. We had 160 guests and held our ceremony, reception, and after party at Union Trust. We worked with Michelle and Thomas throughout the planning process and they're both excellent to work with. They both made us feel comfortable and confident that everything we wanted would be executed accordingly and with class. They paid attention to the details and honored our every request. Similar to a lot of the reviews already on this page, our guests won't stop talking about how incredible the venue is aesthetically, how great the food was, and how well the evening flowed.
Finley staff member Lisa Rechner deserves her own 5 star review as well. From the second we arrived at Union Trust a few hours before the ceremony began, Lisa made sure that we were fed, hydrated, comfortable, and definitely played a huge part in our own experience throughout our wedding night.

Our wedding at Union Trust was better than we could have ever imagined. The amount and quality of food was amazing. Many people throughout the night were commenting on how good the cocktail hour was. We even had comments that this was the first time they had hot food at a wedding. Michelle, Thomas and Lisa were incredible. They made the entire night move like clockwork and were refilling our drinks the second they saw them empty. The attentiveness of the entire staff was unbelievable. I could write a book about all the things Finley Catering did to make our day absolutely spectacular. My husband and I got married at Union Trust on May 1st and we along with our family and friends are still reeling from the excitement of it all! Never in my life did I even imagine I would have such an amazing and beautiful wedding. It was like a fairytale. Aside from how stunning Union Trust is (really, it’s enchanting!)- Every single one of the Finley Catering staff members was so attentive, professional, and dedicated to making our day perfect and running as smoothly as possible. Our family and friends to this day are sending us messages about how amazing the venue, food, and staff were. While I didn’t know at the time- I later heard there were a couple mishaps with a broken glass vase (literally in the isle right before the ceremony) and a couple broken bottles. I was told they were cleaned up so fast it was as if they planned it. Lisa was a doll and made sure my husband and I and our family had everything we needed at all times. She even made sure I got something to eat and drink when we didn’t have time to try the hors d'oeuvres. Special thanks to Michelle Finley and Thomas Fowler, our maitre d, for all of their assistance and help in making our day everything we hoped for and more. Thomas is just amazing at his job. He made sure everything was done exactly how we wanted it. He kept everyone from the bridal party, to family, to guests on track with where they needed to be and what they needed to do. From the very beginning Michelle was there to answer any questions we had (and we had a lot haha). Michelle and Thomas were extremely accommodating and understanding of the fact that we were planning an out of state wedding and could only attend tastings and meetings on certain dates/weekends. Of course, I’m sure there were many other people in the background at Finley Catering whom I don’t even know about that made our day extra special- to all of them, thank you

In addition to being professional and responsive in all pre-wedding communications, and accommodating my daughter as she had to travel far for the wedding, they were really fun and on point during the entire wedding process. We had A LOT of out of town guests and EVERYBODY just LOVED the venue, the staff, the food, desserts and the gorgeous architecture of Union Trust. They really made my daughter and son-in-law's day just perfect! Union Trust is a hidden gem. My husband and I stumbled upon this beauty as it was being remodeled. The moment we stepped inside, we new it would be our wedding venue. The wedding was phenomenal, in a large part due to the venue. The Finley's were a pleasure to deal with throughout the process, from our first meeting to our final good-bye. The food, service and venue was easily comparable to a 5 star restaurant. The staff was extremely attentive, not only to the bride and groom and their parents, but to all the guests. There was never a problem and the Finley's catered to all our requests and needs. Michelle was always available to us throughout the process, with quick and complete responses. Thomas, who handles all the details for the "day of" was professional and on top of his staff. The food had to be the best of any catered event that I've ever attended. And the venue, was perfect! The right size for my guests and the atmosphere and "vibe" that was created was perfect. We used all the rooms for our event which allowed for easy flow and transitions from early arrivals to final good-byes. The Finley's ensured we only had positive memories from our daughter's wedding day.

What a difference it makes when you work with the right people. It is very difficult to find vendors nowadays that make you feel special the way Finley Catering does. When I first visited this venue as a potential location for my daughter's wedding reception, it was hard for me to imagine it as a wedding venue. IT seemed to me to be the stark, marbled large city bank building that it once was. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised at what I witnessed on the eveing of the wedding reception. Not only were the decorations and lighting superb, but everything about the evening was a tremendous success thatnks to Michelle, Thomas, and the rest of the Finley Catering group. A special thanks to Michelle Finley and Thomas Fowler, in particular, for making our day so amazing! I can't overstate how important it is to have a wedding vendor that works with you throughout the process to make everything exactly as you want it for your wedding day. Finley Catering did just that and more -- the food was top notch and the service was impeccable. Michelle and Thomas helped with every aspect of the reception (really, all we basically needed to bring in were centerpieces!), including coordinating with the rest of our vendors to make sure the evening was seamless. And it was. We continue to receive so many compliments about what a wonderful time our guests had at the reception. Also, the venue itself is breathtaking with high ceilings and incredible detail/architecture all around. It's an absolute gem. In fact, my husband and I hope that we get to attend a wedding at Union Trust as guests one day soon!

Union Trust truly exceeded our expectations in every way!! My husband I are were not originally into the idea of a city wedding, but that completely changed the moment we walked into Union Trust. The unique atmosphere is astounding, and every detail of the venue captures your eye from the moment you walk in the door. We specifically loved the detailed and original architecture of the building and the complementary lighting throughout. At first, we were worried that it would be too small, but we wanted to make it work; this venue is great for about 165-175 wedding guests, giving it a somewhat big yet intimate feel, which was exactly what we wanted for our wedding. However, this venue has so much more to offer than just looks - the Finley Catering team is absolutely incredible! We loved the "family feel" and how well everyone worked together to make events like ours so seamless. We worked directly with Michelle Finley, who made every part of the planning process so easy, and Thomas Fowler, who was our amazing Maître D' and made sure the entire night went perfectly (and it did!). Both Michelle and Thomas are so attentive and in-tune with everything going on throughout the entire process and wedding night, and both of them made our night unforgettable. We received so many amazing compliments from all of our guests (from all the delicious food to the diligent staff), and we could not be happier about our choice to have our wedding here!!

A 5 star rating is an understatement. Michelle Finley and Thomas (maitre d) was awesome from beginning to end. They paid attention to details that we never thought of. The food at the cocktail and reception was excellent - we were so impressed with the quality of the food. The dessert bar was incredible. The venue itself is beautiful and classy - all of our guests commented on it. It is unique and really unlike anything else available in the city. We considered several different venues and feel so lucky that Union Trust was available and that we had our wedding there. It was a perfect evening and we attribute that to Michelle, Thomas and the rest of their staff. Thank you very much!

The best decision we made with our wedding planning was to have our reception at The Union Trust! Finley Catering did a spectacular job every moment of the way. They followed my timeline and instructions perfectly and Thomas, the matre de, went above and beyond to make sure that our reception was spectacular. I am an event planner myself so details and perfect mean a lot to me - I was blown away by how perfect everything turned out! There literally was not one problem. They coordinated timing with all of my outside vendors, they set-up the sweetheart table and table settings correctly, they cake and favors were lit and displayed to perfection, and our server was checking on us all night to make sure we had everything we needed. We got the last available Saturday for 2015 for our wedding and there is a reason for that - this place is amazing! People are still talking about how stunning the venue was and how amazing the food was. Highly recommend The Union Trust and Finley Catering!

If you're thinking about having a wedding in Philly - GO WITH UNION TRUST! My husband & I searched through tons of vendors, locations & contracts - this was by far the best deal. Our experience with Finley Catering was unbelievable & wonderful the entire time - Thomas & Stacey took care of every single detail from how the day would begin/end, to making sure I had a glass of my favorite wine on-hand at all times. They are beyond professional, kind, flexible, patient & funny. You will feel like you've known them forever. Stacey met with my family ahead of time to go over each detail & even walked with me at the ceremony until I was ready to go down the aisle. Thomas took care of every single detail including a rehearsal, ceremony, cocktail hour & full reception. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with this venue - I'm obviously biased, but our guests agree it was the best wedding ever. Our goal was to throw the best party imaginable, & we pulled it off thanks to Union Trust!

We had our daughter’s wedding at Union Trust on June 29, 2015, we are deeply appreciative to the attention to the details from the "red carpet' entry to the room lighting and table settings, making our 180 guests feel quite comfortable.
Michelle, you and your team did a fantastic job in making sure all our guests were satisfied, Thomas was very receptive and responsive to the few requests that we had and was readily accessible at all times. The food preparation, serving times and coordination with the band, (Kenny I) was perfect.
I cannot tell you, as I lost count, the number of people who came to us with complements on the venue, the bar service, the food presentations and preparations. Please let Chef Dominic know that we recognize the effort he put into making this event special. Finley Catering exceeded our expectations.

I had my wedding at Union Trust on May 30th and have to say it was amazing! Right when you walk in the venue is just beautiful. The high ceilings, lighting, bar...just great! I worked with Michelle who couldn't have been easier. She was born to do her job and knows the business inside and out. Tom was also our right-hand man and made sure the evening went smooth. As someone who can be OCD, their response time is great and never seemed annoyed with my endless questions. All of our guests loved the food and the service and we did too. On our wedding night, we had our own server who would not let us have an empty glass all night and made sure we were happy. Now we are just sad the wedding is over and are hoping someone we know gets married there soon so we can return as guests!

Union Trust is the way to go! Everything was perfect. Communication with Michelle and Thomas was easy and quick and they both always followed through with everything in a very timely manner. The venue is amazing, the food and drinks were outstanding, the staff was very well trained. All of our guests kept telling us how attentive each of the servers was to their tables, more than any wedding they had ever gone to. We had our ceremony and reception here and everything went flawlessly! I knew we picked the right venue when our guests, from all over the country, repeatedly told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to! Thanks again Michelle and Thomas!

Let me just say that I have had everyone come up to me and tell me that it was the best wedding they have ever attended. Everyone said that it was the "sickest venue they have ever seen". And everyone was raving about the food and the quality of service. I have had guests from all over the world, and they have said it was the best!

Our wedding was perfect! The venue was impressive and very well kept. Finley Catering went above and beyond, they were fantastic to work with. Our event coordinator, Stacey, was very responsive and patient while we worked out the details. A couple months before our wedding, we were introduced to Thomas, the maître d’. He, too, was very responsive and helpful. He inquired about details that we had not even considered, which made the event even better.
We were fortunate enough to be able to schedule a rehearsal at the venue the night before, and they let us drop off anything that we had ready, which was great! It made our wedding day less chaotic, as we didn’t have to do as much. During the rehearsal, Thomas ensured everything was prepared for the next day and took care of any last minute requests. It was very beneficial to have the rehearsal at the venue. We had the opportunity to work out some last minute changes. Due to the buildings unique setup, we decided to have our bridal party enter through the front door to leave an element of surprise to our guests. Thomas and Stacey were very accommodating and worked through that with us.
On our wedding day, we were very confident everything would be great- and it was! Upon arrival, we were greeted by Stacey, Thomas, and Michelle, who were quick to help us settle in. Stacey was very helpful and made sure I was all set and ready to go in the bridal suite. Thomas was phenomenal throughout the night and made sure everything went according to plan. Our DJ often went off in his own direction, but Thomas made sure he was on track. The servers and bartenders were also awesome!
We have received so many compliments about the venue, service, and food. After looking at several venues and many different catering options, nothing compares to what we received with Finley Catering. We are so happy that we chose the Union Trust for our wedding and I highly recommend them for your next event!

We had our wedding at Union Trust on March 20th, 2015. If there was a 6 star rating option we would give it to them! Our wedding was perfect and all the planning and coordination leading up to the event was seamless due to the exceptional professionalism and experience of Finley Catering. Working with Michelle was fantastic, she is on top of every detail and is just genuinely a wonderful person whom we thoroughly enjoyed working with. Thomas was exceptional as well, he was so prepared and made sure the day of details executed perfectly.
Our guests raved about the food, the ambiance and the high quality service. Everything was perfect and we couldn't be happier that we chose Union Trust and Finley Catering for our wedding day!

My wife and I had our wedding reception at Union Trust on February 7, 2015 and had the most amazing experience that we could have imagined. Seriously. From the moment we contacted Finley Catering's representative, Stacey, we knew we were in good hands. She walked us through everything we needed to know at our pace and responded to our inquiries immediatel. Stacey worked with my fiancé, my now mother-in-law and I to create a very personalized reception with everything that we dreamed of.
The venue was absolutely beautiful, the food was freaking delicious, the staff were attentive and professional and we had the most care free and easy evening with our 200+ guests. Our family and friends are still contacting us and telling us that it was the best wedding that they have ever been to. We didn't do the boring, cookie-cutter, sit-down dinner with everything planned to the minute like most people. We gave our guests freedom with passed hors d'oeuvres, food stations on both floors, dancing, games like shuffle board, foosball, darts, etc. People had something fun to do every single minute.
Finley Catering/Union Trust took our unusual idea and made everything absolutely perfect.
Stacey greeted us at the venue when we arrived and made sure we had everything that we needed, which was comforting. The rest of the evening was in the hands of Thomas the maître d. Thomas was awesome. He met with my mother-in-law and I a few days before the reception so we could all get on the same page and work on layouts and such. He did an amazing job and made us feel like everything was going to go as smoothly as it possibly could, and it did.
The wedding reception was flawless and everyone on the Finley Catering/Union Trust team made our wedding the best that it could possibly be. Thank you to EVERYONE there. We will always have the memory of the most amazing wedding.

I could not have asked for a more perfect day! Union trust is beautiful and elegant, i'm so glad we booked our wedding here. Michelle, Thomas and David are great and willing to help with any question you may have. I have had many people tell me Union Trust was the nicest place they've ever been to! There are no words to truly express the beauty and elegance of the venue which matches the quality and level of service provided. From tastings to all the small details, Tom, Michelle and David were the epitome of the professionalism you want in a wedding venue and catering company. Our preliminary walk through with Union Trust was in April 2014, Finley hadn't finalized the purchase and it was still a tiered restaurant. Tom ushered us in and spoke of all the plans and changes to be done. Although there was a risk in believing everything would come together in 8 short months, my husband and I trusted Tom and his team to get it done. Our confidence in securing an incomplete venue for the most important day of our lives is proof itself that Finley is an amazing company, caterer, host and partner in planning your perfect wedding. Every email was answered, every phone call returned and anytime we needed to see the venue, there was always an open door. Working with Finley and Union Trust was a dream. I could not suggest them nor promote them enough!

From the first moment our family engaged with Michelle Finley , to the end of the wedding event , it was a fabulous experience. Just a beautiful venue , with outstanding food and service. Michelle and the Union Trust team ( Dave , our host during the rehearsal and wedding was so helpful ) were a pleasure to work with , and we received many compliments from our friends and family who attended. The attention given in the planning , and during the wedding by the Finley Catering and Union Trust staff was truly exceptional, and well beyond our exceptions.

Everything about Union Trust was amazing! The venue, staff, and food were all perfect. The space is gorgeous and made each part of the wedding so special. The room looked even more magical than we had remembered from our prior visits. Many guests have commented that it was the best wedding food they have ever had. The cocktail hour was particularly impressive. We worked with Emily Hassinger on the planning and Thomas Fowler the day-of, both were so helpful and meet all of our needs. Union Trust was the best possible choice for our wedding, we couldn't be happier! Highly recommend to anyone getting married in Philadelphia who is looking for a unique "non-country club" venue.

Perfect place to get married and have all your loved ones in one location. We had the ceremony and reception at Union Trust. The room flip was seamless.
Finley Catering worked to accommodate and meet all of our requests (and dietary restrictions). We worked with Bethany from the beginning. She was professional, fun to work with, great attitude, honest, and so accommodating.

I had a beautiful wedding but UT needs to work on service
My wedding was a blast and stunning. The building is beautiful and with the right decor is beyond opulent. My biggest concern is with the service. Brooke our wedding consultant was great at creating a high value customized quote. No concerns there at all. With that she was great! After securing the venue, I didn’t really feel heard or understood. There was too much back and forth and there wasn’t a way to get to the yes. As a couple you don’t get to experience the food - I was told this but didn’t really believe it. They threw away the cake and the desserts and didn’t provide a sampling of food for us to take away. It’s beautiful but the service is lacking.

If your from out of state reconsider.
If you are from out of state, please recondsider choosing this venue if your coordinator is Brooke. As the venue is georgeous, our coordinator dropped out and the ball during our wedding. She did not show up and left the arrangements to others which resulted in them not being exsucuted as planned. My partner and I choose this place because it had everything in one. Nothing always goes as planned, but when you have a coordinator drop out the day of your wedding, things will of course not go as planned.
Ours and our parents meals were messed up and incorrect. How can that happen!Which resulting in us eating after everyone else did. From the restroom basket not being placed for our guest to the wedding hashtag not being placed within on the screen to the lights not being adjusted. To also someone doing a tour of the venue while we were getting ready and filming.
It was overall disheartening as you can redo a day like your wedding. I wish I could have wrote a magical review on how lovely the day was. But for our wedding to go as it did and for the Brooke to dropout the day off, is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
For the money we spent and to think the ball was dropped with less than the minimum in attendance. I could only image how worse it could of been if everyone was there. If you are set to work with Brooke, please reconsider. I was told I would get a call from the owner by Thomas about this and a month later, nothing. Just goes to show how they value their clients and there is more I can note.
