Sarah and her team are the whole reason my wedding day was perfect and ran so smoothly. As most brides know wedding planning is so stressful! I couldnt be happier with my choice to have them there by my side that day. There were so many little details that I would have never thought of that they caught and had under control, Seriously the sweetest team and would recommend to anyone who wants a stress free wedding day! -

Sarah is amazing!
We can’t thank Sarah enough for all she has done for us! We planned our micro wedding during COVID and we were unsure if a planner would be necessary. Let me tell you – it was 100% necessary! We couldn’t have done it without the Unearthed team! As soon as we spoke with her, she was able to calm all of our worries. She was extremely responsive and organized! She frequently checked in on us throughout the process and was able to make wonderful suggestions that helped with all of the decisions that come with wedding planning. We were very impressed with her detailed timelines. She helped make all of our visions come to life! We felt so at ease on our special day because we had Sarah and her team there. We highly recommend hiring Unearthed Events!! -

Wonderful Experience as a COVID Bride with Unearthed Events
Postponing a wedding in the middle of a global pandemic was never easier than with the help of Sarah aka Unearthed Events. Our emerald and mixed metals dream came to life with her support and day of coordination. Loved every minute of our special day and know that in large that was due to the help of Sarah and team. We. Love. Sarah
The minute we sat down with her for our first meeting we knew she was exactly what we needed/wanted. Sarah is genuine, so funny, and ON IT. She puts so much thought and care into her work and allowed us to feel so calm throughout the planning process. Not to mention it rained the whole day of our wedding and her and her assistant Jessica had to make SO many last minute changes and were still able to make our day beautiful and flawless. Sarah is the bomb.com and we'd recommended her a million times! -

Sarah at Unearthed Events is amazing! She is exactly the kind of person you want on your team when planning a wedding—she’s thoughtful, thorough, nonjudgmental, direct, professional, compassionate, and creative. She was a calming and caring presence during such a hectic time. She took care of everything we needed her for so that we were free to enjoy the beautiful day!
We had originally planned and worked with Sarah on a 125-person event for May 2020, but due to COVID, we ended up celebrating in a more intimate family-only celebration in December 2021. Sarah worked with us flawlessly and patiently throughout all the ups and downs. I’d highly recommend Sarah to anyone planning a wedding. She’s the best!! -

On the day, even when the weather went south she kept me calm and quickly adjusted accordingly to create the perfect proposal. She went above and beyond to help make everything come to life. Her experience and inventory made the whole process simple and affordable. I would recommend Sarah to anyone. Sarah is incredible and easily the best decision we made in regards to planning our wedding! She took the stress off of me in the upcoming weeks and days before the wedding. She was always so calming, confident and I knew I could easily trust her to make our day the best!
The day went so smoothly and both my husband and I truly had fun. We look back on the day and both agree we were able to enjoy the day to the fullest because Sarah handled everything! She took over the overwhelming task of communicating with vendors and setting up our day-of timeline. She also reviewed all of our contracts and made sure to follow through with every detail. Something that I couldn’t even wrap my head around, but Sarah handled it with ease.
She was flexible and accommodating while working with new vendors and kept everyone in the loop. Sarah also recommended our DJ and flower vendor, which also turned out to be incredible! I was impressed with her professionalism and always knowing the right questions to ask. On the days before the wedding, she made sure to check in on me (the bride) just to ask how I was. Something that I SO appreciated, because those days were stressful! On the day of, she was there at every part of our day making sure we had everything we needed and made sure everything was running smoothly.
Her services are priceless and Sarah is a GEM. We HIGHLY recommend her and can’t thank her enough for making our day truly the best!

We recently had the privilege of working with Sarah for our big day, and we can say unequivocally that she is phenomenal. Sarah’s service was outstanding, and with her help and guidance, we had the wedding of our dreams!
From the beginning, it was evident that Sarah was professional, knowledgeable, and punctual.
Without being the least bit pushy, Sarah frequently checked in and guided us to ensure that every detail was how we wanted. She was exceptionally prompt in responding to emails and was always on-the-ball. Throughout the entire process, Sarah was organized and thorough. Her knowledge of every aspect of the industry was a great relief to two busy graduate students. Sarah understood everything from table arrangements to designing a beautiful ceremony. Without a doubt, she saved us a tremendous amount of time and headache.
Sarah understood our vision and executed it to perfection. We had a family-oriented wedding at a local farmhouse venue. Fortunately for us, Sarah has superb taste and knew from the beginning exactly what we wanted. Perhaps she knew what we wanted better than we did! We cannot tell you how many times she was able to recommend touches--both large and small--that made our wedding so magical.
Sarah also worked flawlessly with the various vendors we hired, and she gave us invaluable direction in contracting their services. She was instrumental in making sure everything was squared away with our vendors, so we could breathe easily in the weeks leading up to our wedding. The vendors themselves greatly appreciated her help and direction! Her professionalism and calm, collected manner translated into excellent working relationships with everyone.
Sarah proactively anticipated our needs and coordinated with confidence. On the big day itself, we did not have a worry in the world and were able to focus on the main event- marrying each other! After working with Sarah leading up to the wedding, we knew we could trust her completely.
We would 100% recommend Sarah + Unearthed Events to any couple who value authentic, comprehensive and quality service! There is something so very significant and intimate about crafting your wedding day, and throughout the entire process, Sarah was thoughtful, caring, and patient. We are beyond grateful to have worked with Sarah for our wedding, and it is impossible to imagine our big day without her. Thank you, Sarah!

I had the pleasure of working with Unearthed Events at my last wedding. I'm a wedding photographer and I cannot tell you how valuable amazing planning is. Not only for yourself and your wedding day, but for all of your vendors. Sarah was in CONSTANT communication with all of the vendors keeping us up to date with all of the plans for the day and also making sure to work with me on the timeline so that there was enough time to capture amazing photos while also keeping the day running smoothly. From a photographer's perspective, I loved every moment of working with her. She was easy to communicate with, understood my end goals and how to support me so that the couple could get the best out of their photographer, and just overall fun.
