They have been extremely prompt in response to any questions or concerns we have had. They are working with us to plan our magical ceremony. There is no doubt in our minds that this is where we will have our wedding.

My husband and I were married in Tybee last year “2016”. It was a destination wedding that we did not visit until a couple of days before the wedding. We went with Tybee Island Inn for our wedding. We enjoyed staying on North Beach and that is the side of the island I would recommend . I believe since these last reviews the inn is now under new ownership. If you want a laid back island wedding this is the place to do it. I was a little nervous but when we met with Ilona & Gordon at the inn the day before the wedding I knew it would go smoothly. Reading some reviews from other websites there were some snarky comments regarding the owner of the inn and they actually were fairly accurate but Ilona & Gordon all but make up for it. Don’t let the inn’s website deter you as everything is so much better upon seeing it in person! It is so sweetly decorated and if you are having a larger wedding this is where I'd put my guests . Make sure to book a room for yourself so you have a place to get ready. I do wish we had booked our reception dinner at the inn and hired someone to cater it. Ilona is the photographer and the wedding planner. Our wedding photos are phenomenal!!! Trust me, that is what you cherish the most after the wedding is over!! We looked into several wedding packages on the island and this was the best one. Our wedding cake was delicious and beautiful! It was also made by Ilona. We witnessed a few other beach weddings the week we were at Tybee by other vendors and they paled in comparison. I cannot give enough praise for the wonderful wedding experience that we had! Ilona & Gordon made our day magical!! We set a little extra money aside to say an extra thank you to everyone that selflessly made our day better. This was something I read in a few wedding etiquette articles and I am glad it was one of the traditions that we followed. I think of our wedding often and how lovely it was. Thank you Ilona & Gordon and the Tybee Island Inn!

my husband and i had our wedding at the tybee island inn on September 15, they took care of everything but the clothes and invitations. cake was fantastic, ceremony was absolutely breath-taking. i could not have asked for anything better, it was our dream wedding, we'd do it all over again. we asked for a few things that were special to us ( we asked for a flamingo theme and an extra chair to hold a memorial plaque to honor my father who passed away) and it was NOT A PROBLEM, Ilona who was the planner and photographer made everything perfect she even surprised us with a few extra details (more flamingos leading to the alter, she probably would have gotten real flamingos if we asked lol) . she met with us a few days before the wedding day and took us to the beach to show us how and where everything was going to be placed (chairs, alter, flowers etc) we wrote our own vows and Gorden our officiant had no problem adding them into the beautiful ceremony that he planned for us, we met with him a few days before with Ilona to go over details like type of ceremony, number of guests, photos, parking for guests, and to double check our flowers, cake, make sure we had our marriage license, rings and all the other details. i was so nervous and couldn't stop crying i actually forgot my wedding vows and Leah the inn keeper is great,she let me use her personal computer to print them and Gordan told me to breath, i was just getting married nothing to panic about. lol i didn't stop crying until after he pronounced us Mr. and Mrs. our cake reception was perfect we got complements from all of our guests on how beautiful the garden was and how delicious the cake was. iced tea water and coffee where also served with our cake. they also provided our sparkling cider to toast with. our photos haven't come in yet but it has only been 5 days but i'm sure that its not easy to edit all those pictures Ilona must have taken at least 250 photos.

For a small, intimate, and romantic wedding, Tybee Island Inn is the perfect venue to book your wedding.

We wanted a very simple wedding with just the two of us but still wanted the usual things a wedding has like pictures, flowers, cake, etc. They did a wonderful job arranging it all for us. They took care of everything for us so all I really had to do was buy a dress and get the marriage license. The wedding planner did a wonderful job and she really put time and care into it to make sure it was special for us. The pictures were very nice (we ended up with 150 some were posed and some were candid). The cake was beautiful. The actually ceremony was short (what we wanted) but the officiant did a great job and had some touching things to say. The owner and the innkeeper were not involved in the wedding but even they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was so thoughtful and courteous. I would highly recommend the Tybee Island Inn to anyone who wants a small and simple wedding. They truly exceeded our expectations.

We planned our wedding over coffee at the Inn with Jackie, who was a great consultant. My husband and I did not have to worry about making arrangements for our ideal beach wedding because she took care of everything. From the flowers to the wedding cake, every detail of the wedding was perfect! We will always treasure our wedding photos. We received many compliments from friends and family about how nice our wedding pictures were. I would recommend this venue to anyone who would like to have a small intimate wedding on the beach followed by a reception at the Inn.

All of our worries for our daughter's wedding was eliminated! Everything from the wedding rehearsal, the flowers, officiator, and reception dinner was looked after which takes alot of the worry and planning work away from us! Jackie, our wedding planner was wonderful and her husband John did a wonderful job of marrying our daughter and son-n-law. Our guests were treated to a wonderful weekend with some beach time and wonderful breakfasts both mornings.
Most of the rooms were wonderful. We used the Captains Quarters to dress the bride and do makeup which worked just great. We even brought the dogs with us!
I would definety recommend this!

A beautiful venue, gorgeous gardens, lovely home that is full of whimsy & charm. It is well-maintained and clean. Jackie Manos is a jewel!! She is the event coordinator there. She worked with me from beginning to end and tailored my wants and needs into the package. Love her!! Miss Jackie ANNND Miss Cathy are BOTH fabulous cooks, too! Be careful with the owner -I don't think he lives there in town. He messed around with the invoice at the end and attempted NUMEROUS times to charge me for things I did not want. Again - I brought this up to Jackie and she took care of it immediately. I would recommend this gorgeous B&B to anyone looking to have an event of any sort.

The staff at Tybee Island Inn were terrific. I really enjoyed my wedding day and I hope to go back to spend time at the inn. The staff were professional and courteous.
