  Two Doves in the Sand were an absolute dream to work with. Cecelia and her team gave us such an amazing wedding that I want to do it all over again!! They set up the beach, set up the decorations for the reception and coordinated the entire event. They used their vendors for most of the services and we used separate vendors for a couple items (the restaurant and photography), and the teams worked extremely well together. About three weeks prior to the wedding, the venue and area was hit by Hurricane Harvey, and so we had to make some last minute changes. Cecelia was so accommodating, gave us frank and useful information about the state of hurricane damage (since we were coming from out of town and could not make an assessment ourselves) and was willing to go out of her way to get things back on track. Also, she was willing to make a few changes to the setup a couple days before the wedding to accommodate potentially hot weather and make sure we had a happy Groom waiting on the beach!! She answered emails and phone calls promptly and was always on time when we had to meet in person. Her team was so professional and I really cannot thank them enough for the care that they put into the event. Many of our guests commented on how beautiful the beach setup was and that it was such a unique wedding experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Two Doves in the Sand!!

  If you’re looking for a no-stress, just show up to your dream wedding, look no further and hire Cecelia with Two Doves in the Sand! We compared Two Doves in the Sand Elopement Packages for a Beach Wedding with other local competitors and quickly found none compared. Cecelia is a rare jewel and is very passionate about her work. Cecelia quickly responded to emails and answered calls. Cecelia took the time to listen to our desires and answered all of our questions and concerns. We hired Cecelia for our only child & her fiancé’s 1st wedding which was on the beach at Port Aransas, Texas. We bought “Simply the Two of Us” beach wedding package and added on a Wedding Cake, Sand Ceremony Two Color Sands and Keepsake Vessel, Champagne Toast with Keepsake Toasting Goblets, 1 hour of Photography and 1 hour of Videographer. We loved the fact that we could “customize” any of the packages offered to personalize the wedding to meet our needs. The day of the wedding, my daughter and fiancé, simply just walked onto the beach to their beautiful dream beach wedding from their rented Condo. Cecelia was on-site and guided my daughter and fiancé through the entire ceremony which made it so easy for them. We were so impressed with Cecelia’s attentive care to make our daughter and fiancé’s wedding day very special. Cecelia’s vendors were extraordinary as well and worked very well as a team. The ceremony table was beautifully decorated with white linen and seashells. There was an aisle with seashells and 6 white lanterns. The Bridal Bouquet and Groom’s Boutonniere was made of real roses in my daughter’s favorite color. The white wedding cake was uniquely decorated with white chocolate seashells. Cecelia even surprised my daughter and her husband with a song so they could do their “first dance as a married couple”. My daughter and her husband got to do everything you’d expect from a formal wedding. The whole ceremony from start to end was breathtaking. We highly recommend Cecelia to all!

  The planners at Two Doves In The Sand made me feel at ease and went above anything I would of expected. The beach decorations and set up were beautiful.
  Everything ran smooth, our guests loved everything about our wedding. All the planning was done over the phone and online. I cannot imagine a more perfect day.

  She was an hour late and then the cake looked like it fell over on the side.

  I would not recommend her at all. We asked her about the cake and we told that it happened when the top tier was put in. We had a family member fix it.

  Terrible. I thought they were going to set up the outside and the inside. Nope. There I was, on my wedding day, trying to decorate the reception area with tubs of table cloths I ordered. Then, as I am doing this, I realize they did not even check them before giving them to me, or maybe they just did not care. The table clothes were the wrong size! Way too small! The runners were a terrble shade of "corral". More like a hot pinkish. They were also covered in stains and the wrong size. I was furious. I called the manager and she literally wanted to charge me for ordering more to replace these! The ceromony on the beach looked nice, but I got jipped on the flower walkway, since I saw not one petal. Truly terrible experience. I was over 30 minutes late to my own wedding as a result of these people.

  This lovely wedding took place in July 2015. The tableclothes were the incorrect size. Upon notification we replaced the table clothes and the runners and had our planner and our assistant set up all tableclothes and runners. Although we offer decorating and set up services, the client did not purchase these services for the reception. Our planner reported that the ceremony ran on time. we strive to give our clients our best service, sometimes mishaps do occur when this happens we make every effort to make it right.
