    DREAM Wedding Here!!!

    This team is hands down the best staff I have ever experienced in terms of weddings. I've been a bridesmaid, a guest, and now finally a bride and they do not compare to any other venue. my husband and I just got married February 2026 and from the time we set our date about 15 months prior (I'm a type A girlie lol), all the way to the NEXT day after our wedding when we forgot some items (my husband and i barely ate and they packed our food up to pick up the next day from their on site fridge so we had our real first meal the next day!!!! I loved that), our team was amazing. A few key notes:

    1. Catering is included here with the rental (rental is completely private by the way, no shared space!!!), and the food is FANTASTIC. I've been to so many weddings and the food was lackluster and/or short and everyone was hungry mid-reception. Not here. Even days after i have family and friends telling us the food was amazing, and the hors d'oeuvres were to die for!! We are still dreaming about those stuffed mushroom caps and grilled cheese shooters.
    2. Our planner, Morgan, the wonderful girl she is, held my husband's and my hand through the entire process with all our little questions. She was so great to work with and made everything so much less stressful. We got 3 formal meetings through the process (welcome call, design meeting, and final details meeting), but Morgan responded to every email and call we made when we had little things come up and had suggestions that were realistic and great suggestions for vendors like a glam squad and our DJ
    3. You get a bridal assistant for you and your groom the day of alongside your planner!! We were blessed with having Katie. She was so sweet and gave me the best pep talk right before the ceremony when there was a lot of hustle and bustle (pun intended) before I walked. She was there with my husband and I ready to give us drinks and food throughout the day, and her and Morgan were there to share some laughs with us when we were shooing people away when we needed a minute of quiet.
    4. After the wedding the staff packed up decor that we brought ourselves and helped load things up (my husband and I didn't lift a finger as soon as we stepped on site--we were truly treated like the stars of the show).

    This staff truly knows what they are doing and are completely worth every penny. Even my immediate family who were helping with our planning and with us getting ready were so impressed by the efficiency, organization, and hospitality the Trademark team provided. Guests have reached out and even told us that it was an awesome experience and they never had a wedding they went to were they knew what was going on next and no empty space where the bar is closed, music isn't playing, not knowing what to do, as cocktail hour happened. Everything was beautifully structured and we are so sad it only lasted one day!!!!! This team truly made our wedding dreams come to life, and we are so thankful to have chosen this team.

    Spring Wedding

    The venue was more than I expected. The beautiful scenery and overnight accommodations were beautiful, comfortable, spacious and convenient. The price was right! The staff was very accommodating and took care of our special needs. The wedding planner gave it her all and more. I would highly recommend Twin Oaks!

    Thank You Twin Oaks Garden!!!

    My husband and I absolutely adored our wedding at Twin Oaks Garden! The venue literally feels like a magical garden, with twinkling lights and beautiful details everywhere. All my guests were gushing over how much they loved the venue and kept asking me "How did you find this place!?"

    Our wedding coordinator was Amy, who was a JOY to work with!! She was with us every step of the way, answering every question and making every small adjustment we had. It was amazing to have her only an email away :) Her and the bridal assistant Katie were incredible on the day of. I walked in and everything was set up PERFECTLY, just how we had envisioned it! The two of them were so helpful the entire day and always made sure that we were happy and comfortable. Thank you to Trademark Venues for our beautiful day!!

    Best day ever

    We just got married on Thurs, 11/3/22 (have a Thursday wedding, seriously!) and oh my gosh, I don’t even know where to start… Okay, I do, and it’s with Jenna. Jenna is absolutely wonderful and is the best wedding coordinator EVER. She made everything so exciting and fun and was such a joy to plan with. Day of, she checked in on us just enough and had everything arranged exactly as we discussed, and it was just so absolutely beautiful. She made our vision come to life and it was pure magic.

    Speaking of day of, Katie is a total delight. She always made sure we had water and champagne and anything else we needed. The girls are the perfect amount of professional and fun, where it was so comforting to know you are in the best hands and everything is handled, but it also felt like family was with us the whole time. I had a beautiful conversation with Katie before I walked down the aisle, and I will always treasure that moment with her.

    A fairytale venue!

    We got married at twin oaks house and garden 9/24/22! The venue is absolutely gorgeous- and was perfect for our Disneyland fairytale theme! We received so many compliments from guests on how beautiful the venue was. You truly feel like you were transported into your own oasis! I will admit the beginning planning process was a bit of a bumpy ride with our planners getting switched around- but we ended up with Jenna who I can’t recommend enough! If your booking twin oaks as your venue- you NEED to request her. She was an absolute dream and we are gonna miss working with her! She’s absolutely the sweetest person ever, and will go above and beyond to make your day run smoothly. Her communication is amazing and we felt so at easy knowing she was going to be with us on our special day. Again, Jenna is the best!!!! Also Katie was our bridal assistant the day of- and wow she killed it as well! Both the bridal and groom party loved her to bits! She always made sure we were taken cared of and got us food and water if we needed anything. If you truly want an unique and magical wedding venue- twin oaks is the perfect venue for you!

    Beautiful venue!

    When I told a friend I was engaged, she threw out Twin Oaks as a possible venue. I looked at pictures online and immediately made an appointment to see it in person. It's the first and only venue we looked at but we knew it was perfect for us. Michelle is the first person we worked with in terms of selecting a date and other logistics, and she was so personable and friendly.

    When we had to postpone our wedding due to Covid, everyone at Trademark Venues was so accommodating and helpful, and they were able to help us transition to our new date seamlessly. We had several different coordinators during our two-year-long planning-during-a-global-pandemic process, but they were all friendly and easy to work with. We eventually ended up with Mirae, who was kind, responsive, and extremely helpful.

    One of the main reasons we selected Trademark Venues is because I wanted to do a lot of DIY for the wedding, but I didn't want my bridal party to be stuck setting everything up. Mirae and the Trademark team completely handled it - we dropped everything off at the beginning of our dress rehearsal, discussed with Mirae what should go where, and the morning of the wedding, everything was set up exactly to our specifications.

    The day of the wedding, I didn't see much of Mirae, but I am certain she was behind the scenes working her magic because everything went off without a hitch. If anything did go wrong, I didn't hear about it, which, as the bride, I greatly appreciated!! I would also like to give a shout-out to Katie, a member of the Trademark team. She was AMAZING. After our ceremony, I mentioned to my new husband that I was going to kill someone if I didn't get one of the delicious grilled cheese/tomato soup shooters we had chosen as an appetizer. And bam - Katie was there with shooter in hand! She also followed me around carrying my train, made sure my champagne was always full, and reminded me to drink water. Thank you, Katie!!!

    We had a build-your-own taco bar for our meal, and while Mirae brought us food, I was too busy talking to guests to eat! I heard it was delicious, though.

    Several of our guests commented that ours was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended, and this was largely due to the gorgeous Twin Oaks. Highly recommend this venue and the Trademark team!

    Most Magical Wedding Venue and Wonderful Customer Service

    When you set out to plan your wedding, it can be pretty overwhelming, you don’t even know what to do or where to start. Luckily for us, we found Trademark Venues. What is so wonderful about this company and their venues, is the customer service, personal touches, and the wonderful people who work there. From the moment we inquired just like we were doing with so many other venues, there was an instant difference. We spoke with Camille, who not only answered every question patiently, was over the top in making us feel heard, knew how big of a decision a venue is, and also took the time to get to know us, our love story, and help us with identifying if a Trademark Venue was right for us or not with no judgement, only professionalism, grace, and yes, even with love! We at first were interested in Ethereal Gardens, but when we spoke to Camille and described what we were looking for, she suggested Twin Oaks, and she fully had us ultimately tour every venue, she was 100 percent right, and we may never have even seen Twin Oaks if not for her recommendation.

    Twin Oaks is a secret garden full of surprises, magic, and love. If you want to feel secluded, if you want beautiful gardens, if you want intimacy and romance, if you want whimsical joy, if you want a perfect garden type wedding, you can stop your search. You want Twin Oaks. The wedding was perfection, the setting, perfect. And the team went above and beyond to make it feel like the venue was built just for our wedding. From the historic school house, to the beautiful tent for the reception, to the trees, flowers, fountains, ponds, hidden greenhouse, beautiful ceremony arches and gazebos, twinkle lights galore, beautiful decor (most of which comes with the venue!) - there is nothing we would change.

    The Trademark team is amazing. For one price you get the venue, appetizers, dinner, and a full on coordinator who serves very much as a planner, an advice giver, a caretaker, and a day of organizer who you are with beginning to end for your planning process. You can feel calm and assured since when you arrive you are working with the same person you started the planning process with. In our case it was Liz. Liz, thank you for everything. You allowed us to take in the wedding and its moments without worry because you were there, and your team took care of everything. On the wedding day you also get a bridal assistant the entire day. For us, it was Katie, and I couldn’t help but cry when saying goodbye to her. She helped in ways I didn’t even realize were so needed to have the wedding of my dreams.

    The Trademark team is top notch, the food was a huge hit for all our guests who just wanted more, and they could not get over the beauty of the venue. They helped recommend vendors (everyone we worked with except for our photographer came from recommendations from Trademark and were EXCELLENT), came up with ideas for our theme, encouraged our every decision, and it all comes in a package. We found it reasonably priced for what we were going for, and would always recommend working with them and getting married at any of their venues, especially Twin Oaks.

    We continue to look back at our wedding day, marveling over how at least from our perspective, nothing went wrong. That is a testament to the team at Trademark! I am sure everything was not perfect, but we never would have known, and could just enjoy a wedding we will never forget. Thank you to everyone who touched our wedding, it was everything we dreamed of and more.

    Twin oaks. Our experience was nothing short of amazing. Then venue was beautiful and food was fantastic. Everything was so easy.

    Our wedding venue was great but our coordinator was the best part. She was so easy to work with and made our day stress free. You could tell she sincerely cared and treated us like family. If there were any mishaps on our day we would have never known because it all went so smoothly. She also took care of us and made sure we had plenty of time to eat and enjoy ourselves

    Intimate Venue

    If you're a bride looking to get married at Twin Oaks House we 100% say go for it. As wedding photographers who have worked here we can honestly say the whole day is an absolute dream from start to finish. Not only does the venue have beautiful, well manicured grounds, but it's incredibly functional and convenient for everyone involved with your wedding.

    One thing we always recommend to brides when looking for a wedding venue is to find something that is all inclusive, and Twin Oaks delivers. Twin Oaks has not only an eclectic styled bridal suite but also a convenient cottage to give brides the option of arriving early and completely getting ready at the venue. Their beautiful ceremony area features large shady trees so guests aren't beaten down by the sun. Finally, the tented reception space is not only beautiful but also a great way to have an outdoor wedding with the assurance of an indoor space should there be any rain in the forecast. You and your guests (and vendors) will love all that this venue has to offer.

    The staff, location, and grounds make this one of our favorite venues to photograph at and we can't wait to shoot here again!

    Twin Oaks House & Garden

    I was just married at this venue in March and it was absolutely beautiful. This venue is not only a dream but what really stands out is the staff. Our coordinator, Gianna, was so sweet, attentive, and professional. My wedding went so smooth and stress free. I strongly recommend if you’re looking for a rustic garden feel!

    Chloe is the best!

    Everyone tells you that something will go wrong on your wedding day. They tell you it's going to happen and not to worry because no on will notice. But our wedding was perfect! We planned our wedding in 2 months. Chloe and team made is easy for us and were fun to work with. We couldn't have done it with out them!

    Beautiful & Intimate Venue

    I had my wedding here December 2019, and Twin Oaks House was absolutely amazing. This was the first venue we looked at and I was blown away by how intimate the grounds feel. There was absolutely zero noise from the nearby road and we didn't have any strangers walking in on our wedding day.

    The venue comes with a day-of coordinator, which was perfect for me! Chloe and Giana were extremely helpful and always answered my questions in a timely manner. The food the night of our wedding was delicious - all of our guests kept telling us how good it was and that many went back for second and third helpings. This venue does not disappoint!

    Dream weddings do come true!

    My husband and I looked at several wedding venues, but Twin Oaks Garden Estate blew everyone out of the water! It's the most picturesque and beautiful place for a dream wedding. All of my guests were in awe at the beauty of the facility. Trademark Venues really takes care of you too. They offer DIY craft classes as well as hair/makeup/dance lessons as part of you booking there. They set up an AMAZING food tasting for you to customize your menu. At the tasting, they serve wine and you get to sit with other couples who have booked with them. It's such a fun experience! They also have a salon on-site for the girls to get ready and the bridal sweet is a fairy tale - the chandelier is gorgeous and the furniture looks like it came straight out of the Beauty and the Beast movie. Lastly, the staff are PHENOMENAL. Our wedding coordinator was Kailyn and it truly doesn't get better than her. She was there for us throughout the entire planning process and is such a sweet and wonderful person. All of the staff on the day of our wedding were exceptional as well. I genuinely would give them a million stars if I could. Thank you for making the best day of our lives truly the best day of our lives!

    Very Professional

    Twin Oaks House & Garden is a beautiful venue with a very hands on and professional staff. They were able to execute my vision perfectly and were very accommodating with all my decor ideas.

    Kailyn was great to work with and made sure all the little details were covered. Our guests all complimented how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. We were very impressed with the quality of the food, even with us going off the menu and picking holiday themed foods.

    I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to turn the reception around when we had unexpected rain come right before the ceremony start time.

    My only issues I had were that I had 3 different coordinators during the process, which made me uncomfortable because I felt like I had to re-explain my vision and get to know the new coordinator each time. However, Kailyn was an excellent coordinator and had everything under control which was great.

    A Vintage Garden Dream Come True

    I could not recommend Twin Oaks enough! From the moment my mom sent me the link to the website, I fell in love. I wanted to know pricing so I contacted the office. They wouldn't really tell me what the pricing was without booking a tour first, which is fine because I loved the place and wanted to see more of it. I didn't live in the area at the time, so they were able to accommodate me by doing a virtual tour. My mom and I skyped in and one of the coordinators showed us around the venue on her phone and answered any questions we had. After the tour, we had a follow-up consultation with her right after. This is where we learned more about their pricing and packages. We ended up booking our wedding on a Thursday because it was about half the price it would have been on the weekend. After that, we were assigned Chloe Grogan as our coordinator. Chloe has been so great throughout the whole process. During our initial phone call, she asked us questions about any vendors we had booked, our wedding party, parents, etc. I have asked Chloe SO many questions over email and she has always been a delight to speak to and answered all my questions in a timely manner. When our 2nd meeting (The design meeting) rolled around, we were able to go in person! Myself, my fiance, my sister, my best friend, and my mom all came and they LOVED the place. We all sat down with Chloe, who was very nice, and she went through all of our options with us for napkins, colors, furniture, rentals, etc. It felt very easy and stress-free which is all I could really ask for with wedding planning. The catering meeting was done at another venue and there, we were able to enjoy an open bar and try all the options for food. Most of it was fine, but we ended up choosing a couple of awesome tasting items! (The Santa Maria Tri-tip and butternut squash ravioli were SO good!) Chloe ended up being our coordinator the whole way through and she was the BEST. She kept the rehearsal running smoothly. It was probably the smoothest rehearsal I had ever been a part of (even though the officiant was late). And the day of, she and the rest of her team were on top of it. I was running late to the venue and the assistants offered me champagne right away which was greatly appreciated because I was an anxious mess. I would start scrambling to take something somewhere in a panic and they would stop me and take care of it for me and offer me more champagne-they were absolutely amazing and I truly felt like a queen that day. Some of my favorite aspects were the twinkle lights all over the venue and the schoolhouse bell that rang when I arrived when our ceremony ended, and for our grand exit-just like a fairytale! Chloe would keep checking in with us on what would happen next and make sure we were ready. The day was over before we knew it and Chloe sent us home with a bag of food which we appreciated SO much because in the craziness, we missed out on trying some desserts-thanks Chloe!! Everyone loved the venue and the staff was so kind to us the whole process. I highly recommend Twin Oaks to anyone who may be considering it. It was truly a magical day for us thanks to them.

    Simply, the best.

    I found Twin Oaks on Instagram from 3000 miles away. It was the venue I kept seeing pictures of and coming back to. We had a call with them and booked it site unseen. It was the BEST decision ever. The venue was a dream. It was my perfect garden fairy-tale wedding. All of the details and decor just fit so perfectly with the vibe of the place. The staff at Twin Oaks, especially our coordinator Kelsey (who is beyond amazing!!), are all incredibly helpful, professional and on top of everything. I live in NYC area and was planning the wedding from across the country, and I never felt worried about anything. In the end, our day was even more perfect than I could imagine. If you're considering Twin Oaks, book it! You won't regret a thing.

    Fairytale Garden Wedding

    We had a fairytale wedding at Twin Oaks House & Garden! The venue was perfect and we received many compliments from our guests about how unique of a venue it is. While the venue is beautiful, I need to give credit to Chloe and her fabulous team for pulling everything off flawlessly. First of all, Chloe is amazing! She is so calm and sweet. We only met twice and she quietly took notes, and on the big day everything was perfect! Everything was perfectly placed and decorated. She didn't forget a single detail. We had our dog in our ceremony and a lot of small details, and her and her team took care of everything. I'll admit I was a little crazy about keeping things on schedule and she was always there moving things along for me. The food was delicious, some of the best wedding food I've ever had! I heard from my guests that the bartenders were really cool too. Overall wonderful experience! I wish we could do it all over again! Pictures to come as soon as I get them from our photographer.

    The absolute BEST venue!

    My husband and I were married at Twin Oaks March 22, 2019. We had looked at right different venues and decided that we loved Twin Oaks for its charm and elegance. I kept reading about brides getting that “feeling” when they visited a venue that they knew was right. I didn’t feel that until I visited Twin Oaks. The planning process is great this way you don’t need an outside planner or props. They provide practically everything you need. Natalie was my planner and I’m so grateful that she was there to help me through the planning and on the day of. I cannot even begin to express how wonderful this venue is. Day of they took care of EVERYTHING, if there was a problem we were not made aware of it and never even noticed. I stayed relaxed and had the best possible experience ever because they literally took care of everything. All my decor was set up beautifully and I received tons and tons of compliments about how my wedding was the most beautiful wedding that anyone had seen.     Dreamy Fairytale Secret Garden

    This venue is so unique and there is something beautiful and new to find in every corner of the space. It's dreamy and romantic. The lights at night are magical! Twin Oaks has the beauty and flexibility to be so different and unique to each bride. No two weddings are exactly alike here.
    Not only is it breathtaking but the staff is incredible. Everyone is so helpful and professional. I also found that we got the BEST value for our money. They take care of so much that it leaves very little to stress about.
    For me food was really important and I didn't want just another bland chicken breast to serve my guests. I can assure you that the menu options are delicious and anything but bland. All of my guests have raved about how amazing the food was.
    I'd choose Twin Oaks House and Garden over and over again. I can't stop raving about how incredible my experience was there!

    We had the most amazing wedding a year ago and Twin Oaks House & Garden. Our wedding planner, Jamie, was with us from the start and worked tirelessly to ensure that our day was everything we wanted it to be. The all inclusive aspect of the venue is what truly allows you to fully enjoy the day. They set up, break down, and carefully execute all that you have dreamed of. They spend a lot of time getting to know you as a couple and understanding your full vision for the day. The day was more than we could have ever imagined and are so blessed to have been able to use them. We plan to wander the facility tomorrow on our anniversary and relive our amazing wedding day!

    This venue is amazing and was the perfect backdrop for our wedding day. The staff is on point, the location is awesome and best of all, everything you need is in one place. Getting ready, ceremony, party!! Highly recommend. We also LOVED our photographer (hired him seperately) and we have the BEST night time twinkle light photos!!

    We had such an amazing and really can't say enough about the venue. They are definite pro's and have it down to a science. So beautiful and all of our guests kept talking about how fantastic it was.

    This place is AMAZING! We got married here in June 2017. We chose this venue mainly because they literally do everything for you; food, set up, tear down...etc and the place is absolutely beautiful with rustic decor already so you don't NEED to do any extra decor if you don't want to. The decor we brought we dropped off the night before at the rehearsal and told them how we wanted it set up and put out....and they literally did all the set up and then they tore all of the decor down afterwards and put it back in the boxes so all our family had to do was have their cars ready to be loaded up after the event by the staff. They have several different coordinators that you meet with over your time while you are planning and they provide you with a bride planning binder to help you along the way. They also have a caterer that you do a tasting with for one of your venue meetings who is very pleasant to work with and loves what he does. When you get closer to your event they pair you with your actual coordinator, and we were able to request a specific one from all of the coordinators that we had worked with up to that point. The only complaint that I have is that I was told that i would have a "bridal assistant" who would be with me all day "to help with anything I needed and keep me hydrated" while the coordinator was...coordinating...however on the day of my bridal assistant acted more as an assistant to the coordinator instead of being by my side - as petty as that sounds, you don't realize how much you need help doing little things, and remembering to drink water, or hold your bouquet or drink during pictures, or tell so and so to do such and such...until the day of. That being said the bridal assistant was adorable and the little time that I did spend with her, I really did appreciate her. Our coordinator was amazing and I felt so taken care of and I'm beyond glad that we had her...she even packed us dinner and put it in the limo for us for after the wedding!

    Twin Oaks House and Garden Estate is beautiful from every angle! The venue truly speaks for itself. My (now!) husband and I fell in love with it when we first saw it! We loved the secret garden feel with all of the greenery, flowers, and twinkle lights and the vintage feel from the old late 1800s school house to the incredible bar. It was perfect! We loved the farm tables, mix-matched china, and décor they let you choose from. For the most part, everything was seamless the day of! Our day of coordinator, Serena, was great! She made sure everything was taken care of and that everything was going the way we wanted it to. She was wonderful to work with!

    There were a few things that didn’t go well, but they were minor in the grand scheme of things. I didn’t fully know about them on the day of, which is good, but I feel they are worth mentioning. One was our candy bar. We bought 7 types of candy and had 7 jars to put them in, but somehow only 6 types made it out; one type made it out twice and they had them sitting right next to each other. They also didn’t replenish the candy bar like they said they would, so when we went to get candy ourselves, most of it was empty. I thought we were just out of candy and it was that successful, but as it turns out they didn’t replenish it often and we were left with a ton of candy! We were very disappointed, since we so excited about the candy bar and this was one of our main desserts. The other thing was that my husband’s mom and stepmom never got their corsages. One of the other coordinators said she would make sure to get the corsages to them, but they never did. After the wedding, I noticed in pictures that neither was wearing them. When I inquired with them about the corsages, they both said they never got one. This was also disappointing, especially since I knew they were made and we had paid for them.

    I couldn't imagine having our wedding any where else! The staff was so helpful and our coordinator, Natalie, was the best!! All the guests kept complimenting how beautiful the venue was. It was the perfect day!

    This venue was beyond anything I had ever imagined, and we truly had the most amazing wedding we could have ever hoped for. My husband & I had looked at 8 venues before this one. Luckily a family friend had been to a wedding here & recommended it. The second we pulled up the driveway, I knew that this was it. I was so nervous the entire walk through, because I thought there was no way it was within our budget. I was so happy I was wrong!! We booked an off season month ( March) and a weekday (Thursday) and the pricing was perfect. Plus it's pretty much all inclusive! There were no extra add ons that were unexpected like we had found at other venues. Also includes 3 coordinators for the wedding day, something was was definitely not included at other spaces we had looked at. We booked that day! (As a side note to couples nervous about booking on a weekday, since we were too - only 10 of our guests weren't able to come. Most everyone made it work & just made a long fun weekend out of it :) )This venue is ALL green, twinkle lights, has chandeliers through the trees, no buildings to be seen whatsoever. Truly the most romantic, fairy tale like venue we were looking for. It's beyond anything we could have hoped for. The staff is superb. From our first encounter to the day of our wedding, everything was so easy & stress free. You don't just get one contact, any time you call/email, anyone is able to respond & is familiar with your file. Our main day coordinator Vanessa was AMAZING! So sweet & helpful with all my last minute annoying bride emails, and the day of made me feel so at ease, and kept everything flowing & on track. I also had one other coordinator in our bridal suite ( I forget her name :( ) that was so amazing about always keeping our champagne coming, even through pictures, and even helped fluff out my long & veil right before my main walk down the aisle. I was so grateful for that!!! :) The food was phenomenal!

    When my daughter (the bride) stepped onto the Twin Oaks property for the first time, she knew immediately it was the right choice. It was the perfect outdoor garden wedding venue she had envisioned. The property is beautiful everywhere you look and has a very secluded feel. Talk about photo opportunities - I can't imagine a better venue! And the staff truly believe in customer service from help with the planning to the wedding day coordination. They have it down!

    Working with the Twin Oaks staff was amazing. They handled so much of the details and made the wedding planning process stress-free. On the day-of everything came together seamlessly and they were extremely helpful, handling all of the details so that we wouldn't have to worry. I would highly recommend this venue!

    Absolutely gorgeous. The first time my fiance and I stopped by I was in love with the entrance alone when you are coming in to park. We went during the rain so it wasn't as dreamy as I'd like to first see it. But none the less, it's gorgouse. You don't need much of any type of additional items too fancy up the venue, the garden speaks for itself. The bridal parlor is amazing, and I can't wait to get ready in it. The staff is extremely friendly, polite, and considerate of your wedding and likes to make you feel like it's personalized. The only thing I wish was that the phone would be answered instead of going straight to answering machine. If I need to get a hold of anyone I email. It is expensive but worth every dollar so far.

    This venue being all inclusive was great for me i didnt want to worry about rentals and dealing with multiple vendors. There is a great selection of linen's and decorations and they are able to create the most formal setting or a vintage country setting and everything in between. The venue and staff were amazing. Everyone was very helpful and answered all my questions quickly. I loved the fact that the tent is heated being a December wedding this was a deciding factor for me. The venue grounds are amazing and my photographer used every inch of the venue. We had a whole table not show up and the only thing that bugged me was we weren't allowed to take home the cake that had already been cut or the extra food home.

    Thank you so much to your staff for making my wedding the best day of my life! I absolutely felt like a princess and it was all because of your staff. I adored my bridal assistant on the big day and I didn't even realize I was going to have one. Your staff made it possible for my weeding party and family to be able to just have fun that day. And I received so many compliments on the venue! I can't thank you enough.

    There are not enough words to say about this venue! I could not be any happier with how everything turned out. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and it definitely happened because of our vendors and the staff at Twin Oaks. If anything went wrong, I have no clue. They are all inclusive and take care of all the stress for you. They keep in contact with all your vendors the day of the wedding and will not let you stress about your day. I'm pretty easy going and low stress, but will admit I did start to stress a couple months before the wedding. The coordinators were always responsive to my emails and phone calls. Everyone is there to help make your day perfect. Even though I was stressed, once I dropped off everything we needed to with Twin Oaks the day of our rehearsal, I immediately was stress free. I knew that moment I gave them everything, that everything was going to be perfect. That's the confidence they give you.

    Not only is the staff amazing to work with, but the venue itself is gorgeous! Seriously book an appointment to go see this place. It's at least worth a look. It also has a sister venue called Green Gables. We saw both but ended up going with Twin Oaks. They both are beautiful, but Twin Oaks just called to us.

    One suggestion I need to make is this venue books far in advance. It really is a gem and most people realize it when they see it so it books fast. So plan to book early if you want a certain date. We had to book our date a little over a year before the date. We wanted a long engagement so it worked for us.

    Definitely give Twin Oaks a look. We are very glad we did. We couldn't have picked a better venue for us.

    One trip to view the property and meet the staff at twin oaks, and you'll immediately see what other reviewers have gushed about. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking (note: every time you go, they get prettier and prettier!) The staff was absolutely top quality. Twin Oaks was our first venue we looked at, and we knew immediately that this was the place for us and these were the people we wanted to work with. They were always 10 steps ahead of any questions or concerns I had, extremely organized, and provided top service every step of the way.

    I've been to weddings where the entire wedding party and more are running around the day of the wedding, setting up centerpieces, explaining to vendors how things should look, etc. Never would that happen at Twin Oaks. I did not have a single concern about the wedding day and how they would execute what we had discussed in our planning meetings. They did not disappoint in the slightest.

    To our coordinator, Dana, and my lovely "lady in waiting" Erin, THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I'm actually tearing up thinking about how amazingly wonderful you were to us on our wedding day. We could not have done this without you, and for that we will always be grateful.

    This venue was great! The package they offered us included catering, a wedding cake, decorations, silverware, servers, and best of all, the wedding planner / coordinator. Even if the package was a little pricey, they definitely made it all worth it. My wife and I had very little time to plan for our wedding, and we couldn't have pulled it off as well as we did without the excellent and friendly staff at Twin Oaks. Highly recommend!

    Our wedding was beautiful! If Twin Oaks is "your style" then go for it. Of course, there were a few tiny snags along the way but 5 months after my wedding I can barely remember them. The overall experience was just what I wanted for my wedding. The food was great, the staff was ALWAYS helpful and polite and I found them fairly easy to communicate with. The grounds are magical, we got so many compliments on our venue choice! I'm not going to drag out my review because no wedding experience is the same so I would just tell you that you probably can't go wrong having your big day here. Expect a few issues, wedding planning always has them (so I hear), but if you choose to enjoy your day and your new spouse then everything will be perfect in your own eyes when all is said and done! Twin Oaks was a great choice for me and my husband.

    It was a destination wedding for us. Twin Oaks was so flexible and helpful when planning our wedding. They took the time to really listen to what we wanted and made it happen for us. It was a great experience.

    Twin Oaks is not only absolutely breathtaking, but the staff and service make it a perfect experience.
    I truly felt like a VIP every time I called, went in for a meeting with the included wedding coordinator as well as on the rehearsal and wedding day. They help you with every step of the way and have an amazing staff that sets up everything on the wedding day. I was planning this wedding from Northern California and they made everything easy for me.
    A few things I really like about this venue over other venues I looked at are the following:
    -Bring your own beer, wine and liquor. This meant we didn't have to overpay for drinks through the venue that weren't consumed. We bargained shopped for the best deals and were able to return leftover unopened product afterwards (an extra $600 we got back)
    -included cake with NO cake cutting fee! Through 3 of their trusted vendors, our cake was included in the package
    -Day of Coordinator and Bridal Assistant: these two people, Chris and Rebecca, were so charming, helpful and supportive. They went above and beyond to do anything we asked and get anything we needed.
    -10 hour venue time. Most venues will give you 6-8 hours for the space. Twin Oaks gives you 10 hours so you can take advantage of the bridal suite and grooms room.
    I would highly recommend Twin Oaks!

    Beautiful venue tucked away from I-15. I still don't remember what I googled to find this venue, but it was a stroke of luck after looking at other venues and not really getting excited. Walking into Twin Oaks, I was immediately excited. Surrounded by trees, reception and wedding site all in one area, parking lots with lots of space. Twin Oaks is also a package deal, so less stress and I didn't have to find so many vendors. Their food was delicious! Everyone we worked with was so helpful and really made our wedding day fantastic. Highly recommend!

    I had only 6 months to plan my wedding. Everything went very smoothly with Twin Oaks once we decided it was the place. The staff are responsive, got back to my questions timely. They provided a packet of timeline which helped me stay organized and helped me stay on top of my wedding planning. They are very experienced at what they do. Not to mention so pleasant to work with.
    Our wedding turned out to be perfect. Our wedding was on the hottest day of the summer but it was still perfect. The event coordinator helped move along the event pleasantly and timely. A job very well done.

    My wedding on June 28th was so perfect & magical largely in part to Twin Oaks Garden Estate. I remember when I first walked into the venue, I knew instantly that I would have my fairytale wedding here. I can honestly say that everything ran smoothly & exactly as I had planned it for our wedding day. The venue itself is so unique & beautiful that all of our guests kept asking "how did you find this place, it's so beautiful!" Given that I had booked Twin Oaks back in April 2012, by the time June 2013 rolled around, they had made so many upgrades & added awesome improvements that it literally took my breath away. Chandeliers galore, fountains, gardens, upgraded bathrooms, seating area for cocktail hour etc, I was very pleased.

    The staff are all great, from the very first meeting to the final wedding day, they are very accommodating & informative. Pretty much everything is taken care of for you, the binder they provide brides with gives you all the info you need & a wonderful time-line. Julie & Megan were always favorites of mine but on my wedding day Elise & the rest of the staff def went above & beyond. From the time we arrived at the venue to the end of the night, someone was always there to help me. I cannot say thank you enough to them.

    I highly recommend this venue to couples looking for a magical but all inclusive venue. The setting is perfect, the staff takes care of it all for you so you can enjoy your day, my guests all loved the food, and the vendors they recommended to us were also amazing. I was so sad when my wedding was over because all my guests had so much fun including me & my husband, it was such an amazing day that none of us will ever forget.

    We are so happy we got married here!! All the employees of Twin Oaks are sweet, kind, and hard working. On our wedding day every worker there made sure we were taken care of! I had a girl named Becca was the best she was there for me the whole time I got ready! She fixed my heel when it got loose and brought us champagne...she helped fix my hair!! The wedding was beautiful everything u asked for and more!! Elise rocked as well she made sure we all were taken care of and assisted every where she could!! I love Twin Oaks!!!

    My husband and I absolutely loved this venue! I feel in love online our song played when we visited and we knew it was fate! Our friends and family gushed about how it was gorgeous, the food was amazing, and how kind the staff was. I couldn't agree more! All of the staff is so nice so helpful and so caring.     As a wedding filmographer, I have to say that I've never been so mesmerized by a place until I showed up to Twin Oaks Garden Estate. The place is filled with creativity! The staff is extremely professional and they tailor towards a more delightful experience.

    This is a definite five star and I highly recommend.

    Twin Oaks Garden Estate is an absolute gem. Tucked away on a road in San Marcos, this place is unbelievable. It is wedding heaven!!! My guests were completely blown away, and couldn't believe this gorgeous venue existed. Everyone was floored at how extremely beautiful it is. If you love details like me, this place will be your dream come true. There are beautiful details in every corner, it is so special, unique and private. The staff is also exceptional. Meaghan and Chris were so fantastic leading up to the day. Some of the nicest people you could ever hope to work with. They put you at ease and are so great. We had a personal day-of assistant as well that was awesome. At the rehearsal my bridesmaids said it would easily be the most beautiful wedding they had every been to. I also got TONS of compliments on the food. It was awesome!! Definitelyyyy check this place out for your wedding day, it was completely magica!

    The grounds were perfect for my dream wedding. Everyone was so nice and helpful and the price was amazing! I couldn't have imagined my wedding anywhere else!

    I'm a wedding photographer and have worked at a ton of venues, but I LOVE working at Twin Oaks. The setting is gorgeous and the staff is above and beyond the best, most professional, and fun to work with. I HIGHLY recommend Twin Oaks!

    I cannot begin to express how happy I was with the whole team at Twin Oaks. I had the most stress free wedding planning process, so stress free that it made me wonder how anyone could stress when it come to planning their big day. They take care of everything and are extremely helpful and friendly and very attentive on the Wedding Day itself. The whole day came together perfectly and they were willing to accommodate a few odd requests that we had. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone and everyone who is engaged.

    I was so so so happy with my wedding and how professional, helpful, and fun the staff was. The general manager, Sean, is AMAZING! and the rest of the staff is equally as helpful. The venue is GORGEOUS! Minimal decorations were needed as you are thrust into a great and luscious garden surrounding the entire property! My husband and I and all of our guests had a wonderful time. Also, they are all-inclusive and let you BYOB which saved us a TON of money! Don't have enough great things to say about this wedding :)

    I'm one of those Brides that venues probably roll there eyes at because i'm a little over involved.....

    They didn't do that. They were INCREDIBLE. Everything I could have ever imagined my wedding to be they made possible. I had a budget, they stuck to it, yet I didn't have to settle for anything. I can't say enough good things about the staff, the venue and the food.

    I would honestly give them more stars if I could. I wish I could get married again so I can do it here :).... not happening though :)

    Their preferred vendor list is outstanding too. Go with Jerri Disney for flowers and Mark Huntzinger for DJ. They blew me away with the their impeccable service and desire to fulfill all my needs.

    I can't say enough good things about these people.

    Thank you Sean .... for putting up with me ... and my darn nacho Bar!!

    Brides...get married here... you will NOT regret it at all!

    I was recently married at Twin Oaks on 5/1/2011 and I have to say it was the most PERFECT wedding I could have imagined. Even driving to our hotel that night, my husband and I kept saying that we could not have imagined a more perfect wedding.
    Everyone at Twin Oaks is sooo fabulous and attentive to exactly any and everything that you need. Mariah was my main attendant for my wedding and what a god send! You have probably read reviews about the actual venue...SPECTACULAR!!! They are constantly improving the grounds. I booked my wedding in 4/2010 assuming what it looked like would be the same (b/c it was already so great) and each time I came in for a meeting, they had something new to show me that had been added or changed to the property. They are truly here for you to have an amazing experience and be able to enjoy it.
    I was so calm my entire day and it was due to Twin Oaks staff. (And BTW, I never had a bad experience with Karen, or anyone there!)
    If you have any reservations about booking your wedding here, DON'T! You will not be disappointed.

    My husband and I were married here last weekend and... Truthfully, it's hard to write a review because the whole day left me breathless.

    The venue provides wedding coordination, so you have the opportunity to meet with the staff three times before the wedding. There's also a culinary meeting in which you get to taste all the foods (included in their wedding packages), meet with the kitchen staff and chef to review menu choices. The week before the wedding, the venue/culinary staff followed up with me to make sure everything was on track. The day before the wedding, we had a rehearsal & met with our day-of coordinator.

    On June 4th, I arrived at the venue with my maids and we were met by the bridal assistant who told me to "Boss her around!" She was lovely. So helpful, but not pushy, and helped me with all sorts of things on the big day (including holding my wine while the photographer took pictures and helping me carry my big, poofy dress!). The wedding coordinator and quality assurance manager checked in with me and my husband throughout the day to make sure things were going according to plan, letting us know if measures were taken when plans changed, and were overall attentive without being bothersome.

    All in all, we felt that we were in good hands. I think many negative reviews come from a lack of communication. If you are looking for someone to plan your wedding for you, then you may be disappointed. I am an involved bride and checked in periodically with my florist, DJ, photographer, and the venue to make sure everyone was on the same page leading up to the big day. I found that keeping the venue appraised and up-to-date throughout the wedding process really better equipped me and the staff in having a smooth and beyond-satisfactory wedding day.

    Truly, I can't thank Twin Oaks House and its marvelous staff enough. We couldn't be happier; the day went off without a hitch and we are so grateful!

    I have my wedding booked here for February of 2016. I am very excited; this venue is a very beautiful vintage garden with an 1891 school house used as the bridal parlor. The moment I walked onto the premises I knew it was where I saw myself getting married. I can’t help but feel in awe each time I visit the location. The staff so far has been very attentive to my needs and responding to my email and request. I look forward to having my wedding here and can’t wait for the big day :)

    How do you not fall in love with Twin Oaks the second you walk through the archway and passed the 1890's one-room school house. The "one-stop shop" service that Twin Oaks provided was perfect for us and alleviated some of the stress of having to find a caterer, a pastry chef, a ceremony site and a venue, as well as a day-of coordinator. Twin Oaks did it all for us and it exceeded our expectations.

    Our wedding meals, included in our package, had many good reviews from our guests -- something we were not expecting when filet mignon is being cooked in large quantities. Cute Cakes, their pastry partner, was great to us, building the cake we wanted, and making it fit perfectly with our theme.

    Their staff is very hands on and work well as a team. Our day-of coordinator was Alex and he did everything we needed and more. We had a few last minute requests and changes that Alex happily and easily accommodated. Our wedding day was surprisingly stress free and a big part of that was the help Alex and his team provided us from our rehearsal the day before, all the way to our grand exit.

    This venue allowed us to build the wedding we wanted and the Twin Oaks staff helped turn our vision into a reality.

    The Wedding Venue of our Dreams

    My husband and I fell in love with Twin Oaks the moment we stepped foot on the grounds! From the bridal suite, to the ceremony space, to the cocktail hour location, to the grooms cottage, to the reception tent, every space was stunning! The staff was incredibly helpful from the start, offering valuable incite and suggestions while also being open to all special requests and accommodations. Everyone at Twin Oaks was a pleasure to work with and made the often stressful planning process as easy as possible. Every little detail came together perfectly on our big day thanks to the hard work and effort of all the staff, and especially our wedding coordinator, Chloe. My husband and I were able to enjoy the best day of our lives to the fullest without a worry in the world because everyone at Twin Oaks was so on top of it! I would highly recommend this venue!

    They went so beyond!

    This venue has the absolute best service! Day of coordinator and bridal assistant come included with the price, and honestly I felt like I didn’t need to worry about anything. They were so on top of everything that I truly had the best day, and best venue.

    Twin Oaks House and Gardens made our wedding unforgetable. It's an all inclusive venue, so while the price seemed steep at first, when factoring in the wedding coordinator, food, tables, and decor they provided, it was well worth the money! Serena was our day of coordinator and she was absolutely wonderful. The day went so smoothly and I (the bride) never had to worry about a thing- I was totally relaxed thanks to her! The entire Twin Oaks staff was great from start to finish and I am so glad we chose to have our wedding there. Make sure you book in advance, as we booked 1.5 years out and had trouble getting a date there.

    My wedding was on the day of the blackout in California last September. The venue had generators, candles, and everything ready for a power outage! The staff was extremely flexible, kind, willing to serve in any way, and the wedding was a huge success despite the power problems. Guests said they felt like they were in another place, and didn't even notice the power outage until they left! This place is even more beautiful in person- there are so many little details you will appreciate and charm that just doesn't come through in pictures. This place is made for weddings, and the staff makes you feel like you are important and valued. Gorgeous venue and day- couldn't ask for more!

    Twin Oaks is an absolutely gorgeous garden venue. I was married there on April 12, 2014. My husband and I fell in love with the property on our first visit. We didn't even look at any other venues. We booked it immediately and we never regretted that decision.
    Let's start with the venue's most obvious benefit. The entire property is gorgeous. The gardens are lush and beautiful. The twinkle light walkways are so romantic at night. The tented reception has lovely and elegant details. The antique bridal suite and the totally awesome bar are fabulous. I could go on and on. The venue is beautiful. AND they are constantly improving it. Since booking the venue last year, they have added several wonderful areas. The whole place is just lovely and you feel wonderful walking around the property. ALL of our pictures turned out beautifully. Our photographers were SUPER excited because there are so many great spots to use for taking pictures.
    The staff at Twin Oaks is also excellent. Every single coordinator and staff member that we worked with was wonderful. They all put such care into their work and it shows. Everyone is polite and respectful. The coordinators help plan your special day and show such patience and enthusiasm during each meeting. I felt like VIP every time I called with a question. Emails were always responded to promptly. On the day of the ceremony, you have a dedicated day-of coordinator and your own personal bridal assistant. Both my coordinator (Chris) and my assistant (Rebecca) were fantastic. Chris made everything run smoothly - there were absolutely NO issues (or if there were, I didn't know about them). All of my bridesmaids and I LOVED Rebecca. She made the day seem really special by taking care of every detail as we got ready before the ceremony. She was so much fun, too. She was constantly checking with me to see if I needed anything or straightening my dress.

    This venue is GORGEOUS!!! We fell in love with the gardens and all the little details that are everywhere you look. The food was great and the staff was nice but what sold us are the gardens, it is sooooo beautiful and you feel like there is no one around for miles, just you and your husband and everyone who is there to celebrate with you.     Amazing Wedding Day at Twin Oaks, and Lessons Learned

    In sum: Our wedding day was perfect, so although there were a few lessons learned along the way, I have to give Twin Oaks House & Garden Estate 5/5 stars! If this is all you read, I highly recommend Twin Oaks for your wedding.

    Long version: The venue is gorgeous and you need to go walk through it. It will sell itself to you. We worked with Chloe primarily as our coordinator and she was wonderful. I could repeat many of the great qualities about this place but they do a good job of selling themselves while you are there and you can trust that they meet expectations. Since your wedding is a once in a lifetime opportunity and this is a very expensive decision, I feel the important part of my review is to provide some lessons learned from our experience to help you with your journey and try to relieve some of your stress if you run into similar things. I want to repeat that our wedding day was perfect and that trumped any wrinkles I describe below. And if you get Chloe as your coordinator, you are in great hands. She was super nice and helpful throughout the whole process. As one example, I forgot to assemble our props for the custom photo booth and she had kindly glued all of the stick handles on for us by the time I remembered.

    FOOD
    -At our tasting we made friends with another couple and exchanged thoughts together. We agreed that the appetizers were all wonderful, but the main courses were awful. My wife and I were very dejected and stressed after the tasting because the main courses were so bad. We were confused because we did not see complaints about the food in the online reviews. DON’T WORRY LIKE US. On the day of our wedding, the food was excellent. I happily ate the leftovers for a week after our wedding. For whatever reason, if the food is bad at the tasting, don’t stress because it may just be the way it’s cooked and laid out during the tasting.
    -Serving options. They will sell you very hard on their “Stations” method. Go to the tent, see what it looks like and ask about their other serving options before you decide. We were not fans of the idea once we went into the reception tent and looked at how it involves getting your chicken (on a small plate) in one corner of the tent, your steak in another corner (and another small plate), one of your cocktail hour appetizers in the opposite corner (only 2/3 get served during actual cocktail hour with this option) and your salad outside. Apparently plenty of people like it, but we were concerned and it took some probing to figure out all of their serving options. Eventually we found out they offered “family style”. They warned us the centerpieces might have to be removed to serve all of the food on a big tray in the middle of the table, which was undesirable. In the end, that is not how it worked anyway. They brought out serving trays next to each of the tables and the food was then passed around the table from the tray. I have asked around since our wedding and our guests were very happy with our choice.

    RULES, RULES, RULES & LIQUOR LICENSE
    -You can use all of your own vendors, except for the DJ who must be chosen from their list of preferred vendors. Don’t worry about it because DJ Greg Gomez (San Diego Partytime DJs) is on their list and he was beyond awesome! Our dance floor was packed all night long
    -They told us their liquor license is now beer, wine and champagne only. However, you will see photos of other weddings there where they were allowed hard alcohol as well. If you are like us, you’ll even see the people the day before you getting to have hard alcohol when you show up for your rehearsal. The explanation was never clear or satisfying. We still threw a great party with beer, wine and champagne only, but be warned you may see other people getting to do other things and it is frustrating
    -The venue has a lot of rules, especially about alcohol. Take your time to read through them all before you make your decision. As an example, we got married in the winter (early sunsets) so we were stuck with some tough choices because they will only serve the alcohol for 5 consecutive hours. We needed our wedding early enough to be in daylight, but had to choose between stop serving drinks an hour before the party ends, or not having drinks for part of cocktail hour. We wound up with ending 45 min early (you have to stop serving 30 min before no matter what) and 15 min of cocktail hour without, but it was not ideal. Hopefully they update their liquor license down the line

    “Nickel and Diming”
    -I can’t stand “nickel and diming” so these may just be personal annoyances. The venue has several chalkboards for messages and you can do your seating chart on glass door panes, but after spending thousands and thousands of dollars on the venue, you still have to provide your own white chalk for these. Custom colors I can understand, but not providing basic white chalk irked me
    -Pick your food options carefully and think about how considerate you are going to be to your guests’ allergies. ANY change to your main courses for a guest is a surcharge, including serving the same exact food but without spices on it. Leaving allergens off of individual guest’s salads did not have a surcharge though
    -I would also like to add here that I had a guest with a lot “allergies” (think 20+) and Chloe was very helpful in figuring out a meal option that would work for them

    let me start by saying GORGEOUS GORGEOUS GORGEOUS. But with that said we had a few mishaps with communication with the manager Megan and was a little disappointed with how some things went. We had a winter wedding and when we first decided to hire them, they didn't mention to us about their VERY strict fire codes. We couldn't use any outside heaters, and even wanted to do a smore's bar but due to their policy they were gonna charge us $200 for someone to just stand their and assist as they said. Which I thought was a little ridiculous. I also didn't find out about their fire codes until a few weeks prior to our wedding, which should have been mentioned especially since they knew it was gonna be cold. They also misinformed us regarding payment and when and how it's due. You can't pay with credit card after a certain time and they NEVER informed us on that as well. The owner Karen is very scattered brain so be SURE to write EVERYTHING down on your first consultation so she remembers. Another thing you have to call and call and call to make sure you get in your 3 appointment they require. We had to kind of bug them about the tasting because I hadn't liked the food they had for our first tasting. I finally said I NEEDED a tasting now because of the RSVP's I was gonna send out and I finally got in a tasting. Also with the 3 app you need to schedule. It's kinda annoying especially since you have so many things to do as a bride.

    Now the day of it couldn't have gone better. I was so worried due to all our little problems we had with them I was stressing the morning of. Especially since I am a DIY bride with EVERYTHING from flowers to all the decor. But the lady who was in charge of the decorating that day was amazing. She nailed what I had told her and if she had a question she'd ask. But I think she asked once and the rest she did and I was in Amazement on how well everything went and looked. The coordinators were amazing and made my day PERFECT. and FOOD amazing.

    All in one

    I was beyond excited to get a booking here. It is honestly a nice place. They take care of your food and provide you with a wedding coordinator and can also provide you with a cake (with extra charge), bartender, servers, tables, chairs, linens, some decor, and security. It has made it much easier on me with the planning. My only reason I can't give them a 5 star rating all the way across is because of having to get new coordinators often. We have had 4 coordinators, since we hired the company. This has lead to a lot of stress for us. We are down to 4 months and haven't had to get anyone else. We had honestly gotten to the point of almost canceling this venue and trying to find someone else. Kailyn asked us to give them another chance and to let her make it up to us. We did and so far she has done a very good job. I'm glad we gave her a chance. I'm sure she will do everything in her power to make our day special. And hopefully we don't get another person. I honestly don't believe I would be able to put them any higher than a one start rating at that point.

    The staff has been very thorough and helpful so far. We love that this venue is practically a one-stop-shop. They provide day of coordination, catering, rentals, etc. This really helps lessen the burden on the couple. I definitely recommend it :)

    We just got married here at the end of May and everything that I dreamed my wedding would be, Twin Oaks made that happen. The venue alone is absolutely breathtaking and the day of coordination helps tremendously! There is no other wedding venue I could of pictures my wedding day at. Everything turned out gorgeous and everyone was so helpful the day of. The only thing that was a bit upsetting was having to have any decor or items we brought to the venue, had to be taking home with us that night. That's a bit hard especially when it's your wedding day and that's the last thing you're thinking about. Other than that, I highly recommend getting married here!

    This was the first (and only!) place we looked at and we immediately fell in love. The garden atmosphere was just what we wanted for our spring wedding. Twinkling lights adorned beautiful archways and towering trees. The reception was under the most magnificent tent I have ever seen, permanently adorned in flow-y soft white drapery & complete with free uplighting to set the mood. I liked that the tent served as a "Plan B" in case of rainy weather, and luckily we didn't have to use it for that, but it made for a beautiful reception space.

    Twin Oaks lets you bring your own alcohol which was a HUGE money saver for us. Between Trader Joe's and Albertson's sales, we spent well under $1000 for enough beer and wine to serve 200 people... and then some! We even ended up with over 50 bottles of wine leftover. There is no corkage fee (just a small fee to pay the bartender) which was a huge help. We did opt for the glasses upgrade (otherwise they use plastic) but all upgrades were very reasonably priced in my opinion.

    We never felt pressure to upgrade anything; the staff at Twin Oaks was very conscious and respectful of our budget.

    The lady-in-waiting was awesome on the day of the event, bringing the bridesmaids and I plenty of appetizers while keeping the mood relaxed and calm.

    We absolutely loved this venue & would no doubt recommend it to friends & family!

    PROS:
    -No corkage fees
    -Plan B in case of rain
    -Beautiful venue
    -Friendly staff
    -Plenty of free parking for guests
    -Onsite security
    -A bit of a one-stop-shop (includes catering, bar service, etc)

    CONS:
    -Some of the things you see on the website (chivari chairs, wine glasses on tables, etc) are only available with a paid upgrade. Even water service! We weren't big fans of this but it was worth it.
    -We've heard some of the staff can be tough to work with, but we didn't experience this.
    -The dance floor was a bit small. Not a deal breaker though, we made it work.

    First let me say.. This Venue is stunning.. Very beautiful, and Im so Happy we chose Twin Oaks House and Gardens. The positives far far outway anything negative that might I say.
    Karen, the owner and Main wedding consultant is very sweet, and professional. My only complaint was that I didnt always work with her, and often had to repeat and clarify plans and costs with other planners.
    Karen herself went out of her way to make sure Shanna's Wedding was exactly the fairytail she had dreamt of.. And it was.
    The food was excellent, the service impeccable. The little things that didnt go smoothly were just that.. Little things, and likely because I worked with 3 different consultants. Our Wedding was probably Larger, and more lively than what was expected.. and unfortunately the Security in the Parking lot was lacking that night, and the Gate (Usually locked) was not closed, and there was some vandalism.. But Karen took control, and made sure that none of that effected the Reception. My daughter didnt even know what happened till 2 days later.
    So all in all.. Karen, and twin Oaks is fantastic.. But if your having a large wedding, make sure you ask about security.. and try to work with the same consultant as information gets tangled a bit as brides change their plans and make adjustments (And they always do).
    Also make sure the Bartenders know how you want them to pour drinks. Our's was an open bar, and they had a tendancy to overpour the drinks which led to us needing a number of cabs. LOL

    I do recommend Twin Oaks.. Its a beautiful, dream like Garden setting.
    The Pavillion Tent is gorgeous.. The lighting and atmosphere is romantic and surreal.
    Thank You Karen, and the staff for giving Shanna and Danny a dream wedding they will never forget.

    We had a great experience with the planning of the wedding and Twin oaks. We loved the food and the cake was the best cake ever. It rained the day before and they did not know how to handle the weather and set up of all our stuff. They also lost out lanterns and we got back part of someone else's a month later and still not all of them. There is no check out process for all your stuff. Be careful. BYOB is great and helps keep cost down for you. Jerry Disney is a great florist.

    Beautiful schoolhouse

    This was the first venue we toured and it was love at first sight. It was perfect for what we needed/wanted and it's nice that minimal planning was required. Minorly disappointed because we had three planning meetings and had a different coordinator every time which resulted in a lot of repetition and missing details. Some furniture items that we asked for were not put out for the wedding and we never received reimbursement for the ones we paid for that didn't get put out. They said they'd look into it but never got back... We also had the mini Nothing Bundt Cakes to be put out and they were put out way too late - we ended up sending most of them home in boxes with our guests. I did have extra decor and no real plan for the centerpieces - our day-of-coordinator did absolute magic in that area!

    Beautiful Venue, Great Food, Rigid Rules

    First - the venue is stunning. Your pictures will be beautiful and your guests will be amazed. Couple items that came up that we wish went differently. You must purchase your own alcohol, mixers and garnishes. This was clearly communicated to us. There is a limit on the number of types of hard alcohol you can supply (not the number of brands, but the types....). We asked if we could provide a total of four to accommodate the drink preferences of our guests - but were told no. No explanation as to why. Even offered to purchase an additional bartender - thinking that might be the issue - were also told no on that (based on our headcount of 73, they said they don't do 2 bartenders unless more than 150 headcount). You are limited to an open bar period of EXACTLY 4 1/2 hours. Our ceremony finished a little ahead of schedule (9 minutes) - so the coordinator asked if we wanted to open the bar earlier (by 9 minutes) - but emphasized that it would then shut down 9 minutes earlier. We asked if we could pay for the additional 9 minutes - NO. I am sure at the end of the day all the guests were pleased with the event - it was beautiful. The food was wonderful....Just seemed to be a bit rigid with some of the rules.

    Fell in love at the entryway! This venue lent it's magic to our wedding. The staff are impeccable and organized. The only thing I have to complain about was I didn't get any cake or taco bar because they sliced the 7 cakes all up. They also served them without knowing what the flavors were (I'm allergic and my mom is vegan). The taco bar ran out of plates, so we were turned away. Overall, an amazing, memorable experience.
