  Francesca and her team (Manola!!) at Tuscan Wedding Events are a dream to work with!
  Francesca's professionalism went far beyond her exhaustive list of fantastic vendors - and extended to expert guidance on the sequence of wedding planning. She is so good at what she does that planning our wedding with Francesca, from Toronto, was a breeze, and a joy! From legal paperwork, to finding the perfect venue, to receiving packages on our behalf - not only was everything done to help us achieve exactly what we envisioned, but it was done so with genuine care and a commitment to producing the highest caliber event! And our wedding was just that - it went beyond our biggest dreams! Francesca understood the vision entirely and handpicked the best vendors - while managing all aspects and deadlines until the day of! Francesca and Manola gave us the confidence to fully enjoy our day - and they delivered, perfectly, without a hitch!   50th Wedding Anniversary Party

  In July I had my parents 50th wedding anniversary at my home in Tuscany. It had been very stressful because we were in a massive renovation. Getting the home done in time for the party was very stressful. However Francesca took all the worry out of the the actual party planning because she was meticulous. She paid extreme attention to detail, even came up with a few contingency plans. The renovation was done in time, and the party went off without a hitch. Francesca was hands on for the party, as well as the welcome dinner the night before I was able to relax and actually enjoy my guests . Francesca just left no stone unturned. She was fabulous . I highly recommend her services.

  Italian Wedding of Dreams!

  Choosing Francesca and her team at Tuscan Wedding Events was the most important decision we made when planning our wedding. And it was the best decision. Due to Covid we have to delay our wedding 3 times and Francesca supported and guided us every step of the way - making the re-bookings so easy at a time when businesses all over the world were struggling with the effects of the pandemic. Francesca is so warm and friendly, we spoke regularly, were always responded to quickly when we had questions and she even helped us in the last week with things we had organised on our own that had gone wrong. She is a superwoman - she sorted everything out without a problem. Her advice on vendors was second to none - she knows Tuscany especially the Val d'Orcia) and the industry so well and has fantastic connections from catering to nannies to flowers, stationary to djs and transport. Logistics were our biggest fear - transporting 150 guests from one venue to another over 4 days and Francesca was so organised and spotted things we would never have thought of! She is also the queen of having reassuring plan Bs up her sleeve! At no point did she press us to go with a particular style or vendor - she totally worked with our vision and totally got it. She is patient, incredibly calm - even on the wedding day! and has actually become a dear friend now. We visited her in Montepulciano a number of times and she was a joy to spend time with and get to know - what better than finding a friend in your wedding planner! Francesca truly went over and above to make our 4 day wedding the most incredible, fun and most importantly - stress free few days. She created a wedding which far exceeded our dreams and we will be forever grateful to her and her team for the work.

  The most beautiful and low-anxiety wedding I could have imagined

  Francesca and Manola are incredible. We had to do so much planning from New York and it would have been impossible without them. Just friends and family and joy. Everything went off without a hitch and our guests tell us over and over how professional and flawless and gorgeous the wedding was. Many MANY thanks to Franci and Manola—we can’t wait to plan an anniversary party with them one day.

  We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner. Francesca and her team took care of absolutely everything to the last detail, which was a huge help as we were planning our wedding from a different country. She also helped me set up a fun surprise for the groom the day before the wedding. From every vendor she recommended to every small detail, everything was so amazing.   The team were totally engaged in making our day perfect, the wedding surpassed our wildest dreams and Francesca was there at every point of the journey. Francesca provided ideas and suggestions, was open to every crazy idea and joined us as our new friend on our special day. She was with us at every step both professionally and emotionally and brought together an amazing team of photographers, caterers, boat hire, jazz band and opera singers !

  Tuscan Wedding Events

  Manola was incredibly responsive, accommodating and professional. She did an excellent job of bridging the gap of uncertainly that naturally comes with planning an overseas wedding. Not to mention the challenges that came with the pandemic. Highly recommend.

  Tuscan Dream Team!

  Hiring Francesca and Manola to be our wedding planners was the best decision we made! We found Francesca on a few wedding websites and immediately got in contact.
  
  From the moment we had our consultation, I knew that Francesca’s sweet nature and responsiveness was exactly what we needed when planning a destination wedding.
  
  We had to postpone our wedding in Tuscany, and as awful as it felt in that moment, Francesca was there every step of the way. She was understanding, helped with the language barrier and always communicated with us which put us at ease.
  
  Our wedding was set in a beautiful private villa near Siena and Francesca visited multiple times on our behalf to meet with the vendors- this was so helpful!
  
  On the day of the wedding I was shocked at how calm I was. Being an interior designer, I really focused on the details and can be a little bit of a control freak! Francesca and Manola made me feel so relaxed knowing that everything was taken care of. There wasn’t a single part of the day that went wrong (that we know of anyways!)..it was absolutely perfect and we couldn’t have done it without Tuscan Wedding Events! Xox

  Power Couple!

  Francesca and Manola were an absolute dream to deal with. I had a very clear vision for our wedding, and also a limited budget, and Manola was super flexible, patient and accommodating with my many requests. She was very prompt in getting back to me (despite time differences) and made sure that everything ran smoothly on our big day. Thanks Manola!!

  Francesca and her team did an amazing job turning our wedding into the best day of our life. They’ve always been available and flexible towards our requests.   Our 2019 Ischia Wedding.

  Francesca and her team were more than amazing. We loved every moment of our incredible wedding in Ischia (on the Amalfi coast). It was most certainly the best day of our lives - a real dream come true! We would never have been able to pull off such a fabulous event without Francesca's skills. She was reliable, trustworthy, efficient, and wonderful to work with. She managed to accommodate every request we had and gave us more than 100% of her time

We can not give enough credit to everything that they recommended for our wedding services from the moment we arrived in Tuscany until all events were done. I live in California and planned our destination wedding in Italy for months and months by myself. When it came down to the last two months of needing to tie up all my loose ends Francesca was there to help guide me and make it all happen. She was my emotional support on face time as sometimes the pressure of planning got to be to much. She helped communicate with my vendors and time every detail out perfectly. She read my mind and helped me translate what I needed to real life! She was lighting fast to respond to any and all text and emails. I honestly dont know what I would have done without her.
