I had my dream wedding at the JW Turnberry! We worked with JW staff to find different locations at the venue for each of our events, and everything turned out perfectly. We loved that we could host all of our events at one property yet have each feel completely different by hosting them at different indoor and outdoor locations. The catering team was able to plate 400 meals at our reception, all of which were delicious! Food, drink, cake, and overall management went very smoothly, and they were willing to work with all of our preferred vendors for outside catering, music, lighting, and decor. I would highly recommend this venue, especially for a large wedding with multiple events - it is absolutely gorgeous!

We got married at the Turnberry in March. The entire weekend was truly a phenomenal experience!! The venue itself was stunning and the dedicated staff went above and beyond throughout the entirety of the planning process. Our guests were thrilled and every ask was accommodated!

The Turnberry was the true star of the weekend. It was a constant conversation topic - our friends and family could not stop raving about how fabulous of a place the Turnberry facilities were and how friendly and organized the staff was. Not only are the grounds are stunning, but so are the ballrooms. It is also extremely family friendly. Only positive experiences to report. From the food tasting, to how the team executed on the wedding night flawlessly! The cherry on top was how well the team at the Turnberry partnered with the vendors we used. It is the ONLY venue to get married at!

Do not book this venue. My fiancé and I were emailing them since August for a November meeting. We were dealing with Kimberly Rowe and we made it clear about our guest count and budget. Kimberly never gave us any pushback. Closer to November, the manager Demi emailed us that we would not be able use the spaces Kimberly told us we could due to our guest count and quoted us double for the spaces. I let Demi know to read the email thread because that was not what we were told. Demi then said she would make an accommodation. We flew in from Boston and drove an hour on Black Friday to meet with Kimberly. We loved everything and were ready to sign. Kimberly sent us a quote and we told her to send over the contract and that is when Demi and another manager Sinaca said there was no way we would be able to use those spaces for the quote Kimberly and Demi agreed to. My fiancé is an ambassador elite with Marriott and spends at least $40k a year traveling. We were so shocked at their service. We decided that if this was service we were receiving prior to our wedding, this is not the team we wanted to be working with. Everything happens for a reason because we ended up finding an amazing venue with a spectacular team. Please stay away from them.

It was a pleasure dealing with the professionals at Turnberry for our daughter’s wedding. They were extremely responsive to all of our inquiries and we developed a close working relationship with our liaison (there was a change of personnel on the middle of the process). We received very fair pricing in light of the ongoing construction (which none of our guests cared about anyway because they had such a good experience). Rooms were great, venue was great and Brunch the day after was great.

My daughters wedding at Turnberry Isle was everything she always dreamed of.

Turnberry Isle Miami and Kristina (Lazos) Walstatter made my fairy tale wedding weekend a reality with A+ costumer service, the highest level of hospitality, a tropical destination escape (while being close to home), while accommodating every request, big and small! We had over 60 room nights for 3 nights in a row and every day was perfection! The resort is extraordinary, the staff is the friendliest, Bourbon Steak is the BEST steakhouse in South Florida - kudos to chef Gabe Fenton - and Kristina made the entire weekend truly unforgettable!!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND CANNOT WAIT TO GO BACK TO ESCAPE!!!!!! The pool is gorg, the food amazing, the rooms HUGE and the overall resort is an A++++++++

I had my wedding at the Turnberry Isle Resort about a month ago and am just thrilled with the level of service the staff provide my family, friends and myself on the wedding weekend and through the whole process of preparing everything. The staff was friendly, attentive, and extremely generous. Definitely went above my expectations. The resort itself is gorgeous! Filled with gardens, waterfalls, two large pools. The accommodations were wonderful too. I believe all the buildings were just recently renovated. I would recommend anyone who is getting married to at least look at this hotel. You will be happy with the ballroom selection, the food is amazing and the food presentation is very well done.
