  Exceptional Planner, thank me later!

  I hired Tum Socials (DeeDee George) for my wedding on 10/8/22 after having a nightmare of an experience with my initial planner. It was 6 weeks before my wedding and I was in a terrible predicament (to say the least). From the first phone call I had with DeeDee, she made me feel at ease. She is kind, attentive to your concerns, and most importantly, she is genuine. There are not enough words to express just how grateful I am to her and her exceptional team.
  
  In a time where so many people call themselves "planners", DeeDee is the real deal. She is organized, efficient, and responsive; all of which put me at ease during such a stressful period. She is also so much fun! We had the best time working with her and was so grateful for all of her professional recommendations. She is truly invested in making sure your vision is realized. My only regret is that I did not hire her from the very beginning, but you live and you learn.
  
  If you are questioning why you should hire TUM Socials over other planners, the answer is simply because she (DeeDee) advocates for the bride and groom. At the end of the day, a wedding is a 1 day event out of many years in your marriage. However, when you work with Tum Socials, it is a day you will cherish forever.
  
  Thanks to DeeDee and her team, our wedding was executed PERFECTLY. Literally everything I prayed for, she worked hard to ensure it happened and happened well!. She gave my family and our guests an experience of a lifetime. Thank you so much DeeDee, you are a blessing and we could not be more grateful.

  Well organized and great to work with

  Deedee of tumsocials was great to work with for my May 2023 wedding. She personalized her recommended based on my husband’s and I personality. The vendors she recommended and worked with were great and everything came together nicely. We had a two day wedding and it was a lot of work, but Deedee made sure everyone was informed and organized for the wedding.
  
  If I was to do everything again, I would definitely choose Deedee of tumsocials to work with. She definitely knows what she is doing and will go beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly on your wedding day.

  Tum socials all the way!

  My husband and I were very clear early on that we wanted to hire a quality wedding planning team to help us with the planning and execution of our big day. We were honest about having no idea about everything it will take to plan a wedding and wanted to hire professionals who could offer that hand held/step by step guidance. After our initial informational interview with the team lead of TUM Socials, Dee Dee George, we were sold on working with them and opted for the full planning package. For the year we worked together, Dee Dee prioritized our vision and ideas; was organized, upfront, honest, and practical about action items and timelines; and was reassuring, nurturing, and simply kind during times of stress and anxiety for us as a couple. All qualities an expert planner should have. In addition to the expert skill and knowledge that TUM Socials exudes, they offered a variety of the BEST vendors ever which speaks to the excellent relationships the team maintains within the larger wedding business community. And if a particular vendor wasn't in our budget, there was always another option available that put us at ease.
  
  We are so appreciative about how EASILY our wedding day flowed. From the time we woke up to the very last song of the night, Dee Dee and her team made sure we, as well as our family members, bridal parties, and guests were well taken care of and pampered. It's these personal touches that made our day so special. We truly felt like VIP guests who just had to show up at the wedding and have fun.
  
  There are not enough praises I can give to TUM Socials. For anyone contemplating on hiring a wedding planner, please JUST DO IT! It makes all the difference for an expert in the field to oversee details you are simply not knowledgable about. It will ensure a stress free (as possible) planning journey and an enjoyable and fun wedding day. And of course, if you are in the Washington, DC area, lock in TUM Socials.

  Working with DeeDee and TUM Socials on our wedding planning was an excellent decision. The TUM Socials team were very a professional and wonderful group of individuals. In addition, DeeDee was extremely flexible and accommodating; she was very helpful with providing suggestions regarding several decisions throughout the entire process.
  
  The team essentially felt like family, who were very helpful, reliable and supportive at all times. DeeDee and the team truly helped bring our vision to life. We had so many guests refer to our wedding as either the best or one of the best they had ever been to.
  
  Our wedding was not just an event, but rather a joyous, memorable “experience”. TUM Socials is hands down a “10 out of 10, Highly Recommend!”.

  Accommodating and Amazing!

  Dee Dee and the TUM Socials team were absolutely the best people that could have happened to us when planning our wedding. They helped to get everything in place as we got close to our big day, and then COVID-19 happened. TUM Socials remained prayerful and supportive during the tough time that we would be okay. However, despite COVID-19 forcing us to change plans and have a small, intimate wedding, TUM Socials offered their services to plan and be a part of something we thought we would be able to handle without them. We are beyond thankful for all that they did! They truly went above and beyond for us, although our quarantine wedding was on a much smaller scale, and we would not have been able to do it without them. They have a nurturing way of catering to their brides and bridal party, which makes it all so genuine. I am truly thankful for Dee Dee and Natasha at TUM Socials. I look forward to doing it all over again with them for the BIG wedding version. :)

  Professional! Exceptional quality of service! Great Responsive Team!

  At TUM Socials you get the value of your money, their professionalism is top-notched, great quality of services is on 💯 level! I was really impressed with how the whole team made my husband and I stay calm throughout the whole event, Michelle I'll forever love you for the great service you rendered to my hubby and I. You simply told me you will come through for us and with God on your side you outdid the work with your team! You all handled our vendors with such classy and poise manner that left my hubby and I 'wowingggg' through the D-day and after! I'm so recommending this team to anyhow that needs their D-day successful ahead! They don't leave any stones unturned! They have Plan A,B,C,D ahead if there's about to be any flop, they got my dress steamed when I was already worried how rumpled it is already. Emergency kit was on deck to fix my dress that was loosening out. Wow I'm impressed with how you handled our families, friends, and most especially our Vendors for the event!!   We can't say enough great things about Tum socials and her team. She went way above and beyond in the planning and coordination of our Wedding Ceremony. Tum socials and her team made us feel like a celebrity because they always by our side from the beginning to the end.   The Wedding Planner you Need!

  For your wedding, you need more than a wedding planner, you need a counselor, a friend, and an experienced well-connected proactive partner. Deedee George and her TUM Socials team were exactly that and more.
  
  I don't use God's name lightly but I can tell whoever is reading this that I am 100% grateful to God for sending us Deedee George for the many trials that come with wedding planning and trust me there are several trials.
  
  It still baffles my wife and I (mind you my wife is a wedding planner) that they were able to navigate through the very worst things that can happen during wedding planning. For example, due to changing COVID regulations, we found out we couldn't use our selected venue 9 days before our wedding. Miraculously, Deedee, Michelle, and the team, were able to source alternatives in no time and managed to shift all the other vendors involved in a surprisingly seamless lift and shift operation that allowed us to still have our day on the date we envisioned. Miraculous!
  
  In summary, partner with them because they are definitely graced for events, and Grace is what you need!

This is what immediately distinguished TUM Socials from other planners I interviewed. Planning in the midst of a pandemic was challenging enough but DeeDee remained calm for us, encouraging, and provided awesome guidance each step. She always threw in extras for me, and was always responsive even if I text her multiple times in a day. This spoke more to her genuine commitment to her clients. Our wedding day went off without a hitch and everyone keeps talking about how amazing of a day it was; it would not be the case if we didn’t have TUM Socials! Thank you again DeeDee and Team!!!

Tum paid great attention to detail in every area, were professional, and were very interested in making sure my party was ‘me’. It was such a zero-stress party planning process- DeeDee was always available to chat and and ease any anxieties. Tum socials took care of correspondence with the many vendors that worked to make my day successful- with my schedule, this worked perfectly for me.

  I had the best time at my wedding

  Tums made our day feel like a fairytale, they were there at every step and the even ahead of us, everything went smoothly because we went with Tums. They definitely have a way of making you feel calm and relaxed in the midst of all the chaos. I was especially impressed when my gown started coming loose and a Tums personnel pulled out a sewing kit from her purse.

  The TUM Socials team was nothing short of amazing! They were by our side every step of the way and provided us with their expert opinion- from venue selection, to vendor recommendations, etc. They planned and designed a memorable day for us, despite the Corona Virus pandemic. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service were unparalleled. We did not feel like we were working with people we didn't know. However, it felt like they were planning a family wedding. We are so grateful that our paths crossed and we found them. Our family, bridal party and guests keep talking about how awesome they were. We would recommend them to anyone looking for an event planner.

  Wonderful Wedding Planner!

  Deedee and the Tumsocial team helped us plan a beautiful wedding weekend. Without their experience and vendor knowledge, we wouldn't have landed our winning list of vendors! We had an amazing photographer, videographer, hairstylist and decorator thanks to Deedee and her team. Our wedding weekend was a great success and we have Tumsocial to thank!

  The TUM Socials team were wonderful to work with. DeeDee is very professional, knowledgeable, personable and patient. After interviewing a few planners, we decided to work with DeeDee and her team and we are glad we did. We had a small timeline from planning to wedding and they helped things run smoothly, handled all the bumps along the way and helped us enjoy our wedding day! She paid attention to what we wanted and made it happen with her creative team of vendors. Our bridal party and wedding guests still talk about how much fun they had at our wedding. It was a total vibe! We could not have asked for a better wedding planner! We definitely recommend them for any of your events, you wont be disappointed.

  Working with TUM Socials was a magical princess experience for me! I've watched her work for several years now with dreamy admiration. As she began to coordinate our event with us, I loved the peace and orderliness that she brought to the table. On the day of, she skillfully coordinated the flow of our affair. All my nervousness disappeared! Our celebration was sheer perfection and I know it's because of TUM Social's wonderful work! We are so grateful!!!

When my guests kept saying this is so her (meaning me the bride), I knew we had succeeded on my mission. At times, when I was frustrated with the process, my bridesmaids, my family, etc. DeeDee would encourage me to look at the bigger picture and would pray with me. This definitely helped to calm my nerves and bring everything into perspective. God has blessed her with so much grace to do this. She was very knowledgeable about what I needed to actualize my desires. She is also very patient! There were times during the wedding day where I would have allowed her to scream at the top of her lungs and that would have been appropriate, but she handled the mishaps and found solutions with poise. I would definitely recommend her. My day was orderly and in control with 300 guests. Book her now! I’m already thinking about the future baby shower. Lol.
