This is an update to a previous review which I wrote prior to our wedding day, which has since happened on July 23rd, 2021. First of all I want to say THANK YOU to Trevor and his team at Act One Photos for photographing our wedding and being apart of our big day!!
We hired Trevor for our engagement photos and we had a the most positive and fun engagement shoot. Then, not kidding we literally FELL out of our chairs when we saw how amazing he made us look in our engagement photos!! OMG epic!!! I have since used our gorgeous engagement photographs for our save the dates, wedding website. and as decor hanging in our house!
On our wedding day (7/23/21), Trevor and his team (+second shooter, assistant) were organized, efficient, and attentive to detail. They took beautiful pictures of the wedding party in the most ridiculous wind ever and remained cool, calm and collected. Then during the wedding event, something I so appreciated was how incognito the team was, I didn't even see any photographers for any of the ceremony, or really for any big moment in the night (which lets be honest is an amazing thing because I was completely in the moment and not worried about cameras taking pictures of me). After the ceremony, we didn't hesitate for even a second when Trevor pulled us outside to take bride/groom photos during cocktail hour. Because Trevor had come to do a venue walkthrough 6 weeks prior to our wedding date, we knew he had already scoped out the best photo settings around the venue and that the pictures were going to be quick, painless, and then we could get back to partying with our guests. During these photo ops, he definitely made us get into the bushes a bit (which he sometimes does) but don't worry, it is always worth it for the final photos, haha! :P
In all seriousness though, it was such a pleasure working with Trevor/Act One Photos for our wedding photography.
If you want incredible photography and excellent service for a price that is more than reasonable, go with Act One Photos!! We are so glad we did!
Can't wait to pop a bottle at our Reveal Party! WOO!

Trevor is extremely professional and extremely talented. He photographed my sisters wedding, and I KNEW we had to have him photograph ours, as well. The entire experience from start to finish was a BREEZE! He also does an amazing reveal of your wedding photos on his 4K TV, and provided us with our favorite kind of champagne (so thoughtful!). You won’t be disappointed with Trevor’s beautiful work! -

Trevor was incredible to work with and his work product was of outstanding quality! He was extremely detail-oriented in the planning and execution and it really helped all the photography to flow seamlessly throughout the evening without me having to worry about a thing! He asked all the detailed questions about what specific shots we wanted, any family member nuances, and somehow managed to get it all and then some! I highly recommend Trevor if you're looking for a friendly, organized and high quality wedding photographer! -

Trevor is the best!!
Of course, we would pick to get married in the middle of a pandemic! Trevor changed dates with us. He accommodated all the changes without blinking an eye. Trevors photos are SO GOOD, we already referred him to our family members' wedding next year. During our wedding I kept getting approached by people raving about him! We love Trevor! -

Trevor is so professional and organized and awesome to work with! He always responded quickly to me when I reached out with any questions, and he truly helped us the entire time leading up to the wedding! Our photographs turned out amazing, which we were able to see at a private reveal for my husband and I at his home theater with a bottle of champagne. He thinks of everything and you get to run through what to do before the wedding day which was so helpful. If you are looking at booking the best quality photographer, book Trevor! -

Amazing Experience!
We can't say enough good things about our experience with Trevor. He was incredibly considerate, professional, organized, and his vision was unmatched. From the first meeting we had with Trevor all the way to our photo reveal at his home studio, we had an amazing experience. The pictures capture the day of our wedding perfectly. Rebecca Sent on 04/30/2018Trevor and his staff were absolutely amazing to work with! My husband and I were planning a wedding from New Jersey to get married in my home state of Colorado. Trevor was so helpful and he made it extremely easy to work with! He was always so responsive and made coordinating the photographer one less thing to worry about. He has worked our wedding venue multiple times and new all the right spots to take photos with the right lighting. He also had us fill out a "must have" shots list that our extended family really loved because they felt included and we gave them a picture in the thank you note. The day of goes by so quickly and Trevor remembered all the personal touches that I would have missed if they weren't photographed. I cannot say enough good things about Trevor and the pictures him and his staff took were beautiful! They truly captured every moment of our big day perfectly! I would recommend Trevor G Studios to anyone looking for a true professional who takes stunning photos!

Emily Sent on 04/24/2018Trevor is seriously amazing! He was extremely flexible with us as we lived 6 hours away from where we go married. Trevor did our engagement photos and our wedding day. My husband and I aren’t serious people so he was able to capture funny moments that were perfect to us. Also, he was patient while working with our stubborn families for group pictures! He’s the best photographer we’ve ever worked with!
