Saved My Day...in a Beautiful Way!

Thank you again TreBella Events for doing such an amazing job with our wedding. Everything was so beautiful and breathtaking! We received so many compliments on the decor. The decor looked so classy and elegant, not to mention budget friendly! I hired TreBella Events was hired approximately a month away from my wedding due to the previously hired decorator completely flaking on me. It was a pleasure working with you ms. Shawn and I appreciate you coming in last minute and saving our day!

Absolutely Amazing!

Our experience with Shawn & Trebella events was nothing short of amazing! I mean every part of our experience was a memorable one. From the very beginning Shawn wowed us and definitely surpassed our expectations (especially since we didn't know what to expect). Shawn was very hands on the entire time, she was with me every step of the way (even when I needed to vent about family & friends). We used Trebella events for our planning, coordinating, designing, & decor! During our year of planning Shawn became family, we truly valued her opinions and appreciated her diligence to give us our "perfect day". I could go on forever about how great Trebella is, however I'll just simply say if you're in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia area then this is the wedding planner/ decorator for you. Hands down Trebella events is incomparable.

Beautiful Flowers

Thanks to TreBella events we had beautiful bouquets for myself and my maid of honor/bridesmaids. We received multiple complements on how well the colors went with our dresses. I highly recommend TreBella events for all floral needs; very professional with reasonable prices.

Unmatched Event Planning and Floral Design!

Where do I start! I contracted with Shawn for event planning and florals. Shawn delivered on them both! For the event planning, she did an amazing job with being responsive to my NUMEROUS emails, texts and calls. She was very pleasant throughout the ENTIRE planning process, from start to finish. She was very reassuring and helped me to be less anxious about my big day. Her calm demeanor and reassurance were just what I needed to remain calm.

Shawn was legit a Godsend because I was initially not going to hiring an event planner. My caterer referred me to Shawn, and I am so glad that she did. Shawn and I first met during a FaceTime call, where she answered all of my questions. During the call, I could tell that I would be in good hands if I contracted with Shawn. I felt peaceful while sharing my wedding vision with her.

She did a wonderful job executing everything. If I could do it all again, I would have picked Shawn a lot sooner and chosen the full planning service that she offers instead of the month of package. Shawn’s price is very reasonable and her professionalism is unmatched. A wedding planner can either make or break your wedding. Shawn made my fairytale come to life. I gave her the freedom to be creative once she understood my vision and she certainly went above and beyond my expectations.

What can I say about the florals other than I LOVED them! All of the bouquets were so beautiful! I personally LOVED my bouquet very much! I wanted a flowy fall bouquet and was given just that. It was proportionate to my body and looked amazing! Shawn also included a toss bouquet which I thought was very clever.

I really appreciate how organized Shawn was with the floral arrangements. She had all of my bridal party bouquets sitting in cute vases when we arrived to the venue. All we had to do was grab them when it was time to take pictures.

The florals and centerpieces for the tables were breathtaking, and I don’t just say that because it was my wedding. I say that because everything was so elegant looking. I can’t recommend Shawn’s services enough! If you don’t believe that she does BOMB florals, then check out her social media page, and I am confident that she will make you a believer. Shawn’s pricing is also a great deal for everything that she includes. She supplies a lot of the items that most florists would make you pay extra for. I can’t wait to use her floral services for my next big event! Thank you Shawn for everything! You definitely made my wedding look VERY elegant and beautiful!

Gorgeous wedding decor and floral arrangements

Wedding Planner & Decor

Shawn was an absolute pleasure to work with from the beginning of our wedding planning up until the very end of our wedding day. She was very personable and truly cared about our vision for our wedding day! She made sure that we were on schedule for everything and, most importantly, she made sure that we were able to enjoy our day to the fullest! The entire staff with Trebella were truly a pleasure to work with the day of the wedding. They were not only professional but they were very kind, genuine, and a lot of fun. The ceremony and reception decor were absolutely phenomenal! They truly worked hard and put in a lot of effort to make our wedding day spectacular.

Wonderful Experience & Great Value

TreBella Events was recommended to me by a close friend who had a really wonderful experience with their services several years ago for her wedding. For my wedding I did a majority of the planning myself, but wanted a month-of planner to help with the final details and especially on the day of our multiple wedding-events. From our first meeting, Shawn was thorough and detail-oriented - she made sure we didn't overlook any important details for our special day (music, making sure we fulfilled any church requirements, etc.). She is also extremely warm and welcoming -- she feels more like family. I was thankful for her expertise leading up to the day of our wedding(s) - she asked our venue contact important questions that we wouldn't have otherwise known to ask. Shawn was really wonderful on the day of our wedding events as well. She calmed down my husband when he was feeling a bit nervous and took care of several last minute fires. She also did an incredible job setting up our reception space for our 1st ceremony-- I was stunned when I walked into the room and saw my vision come to life! I am so grateful for Shawn's services on our wedding day and was relieved to have someone I could trust "behind the scenes" making sure all of our requests were taken care of. Lastly, Shawn is an amazing value; for the services we received (and in comparison to what other planners charge) I think her rates were more than reasonable. I highly recommend Shawn - you will be in good hands with TreBella Events.

The best choice I ever made (besides saying yes to my husband when he asked me to marry him) was to hire TreBella as a wedding coordinator/designer. Shawn and her professional team brought a beauty to my wedding I could have never done on my own. I didn't have a specific vision but she was able to pull together ideas from my pinterest board and when I walked into the reception I was absolutely blown away. Everything was gorgeous and I am still getting compliments. The attention to detail was evident, there was nothing left out. All that we had discussed, Shawn executed perfectly. As a wedding coordinator, she was spot on with everything. She kept us all on track, she worked well with all the vendors, and she made the day easy and fun for me. Her professional staff even made sure that my husband and I weren't disturbed while we ate our dinner. Most brides I talk to say they never even ate the meal at their own wedding, we were able to get seconds! She made the whole process fun and easy. TreBella is one of the best companies you can work with to make your dream wedding a reality!!! Love to Shawn and her team! I wish I could get married again (to the same man of course ;) ) just to have such a wonderful day again!

Wow! Where do I start? My mother and I worked with TreBella events to planning my wedding and I must say I enjoyed every part of it. I can not put into words how grateful I am that I chose Shawn, with Trebella Events, for planning my wedding. This past Sunday, 7/31/2016, all my dreams came true and I had the best experience (stress free) and a beautiful wedding, all because of Shawn. Her professionalism stands out with all of her work. Shawn is an amazing wedding planner and wedding decorator who I have worked with for several years. We have worked at Oxon Hill Manor, Woodlawn Manor, Rosedale Manor and Mansion at O street among others that I can't even recall. She is meticulous, very caring, calm and consistent even under pressure but what really blows my mind is the beauty of her designs! They are always so unique and lovely with the right colors. She really had an eye, a talent and a passion for what she does and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for wedding planning and wedding design services. She has also been featured in many magazines in the Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia areas.

I cannot say enough about the ‘above and beyond” service we experienced with Shawn Gray and her team from TreBella Events. A wedding day is full of details that have to be managed by someone. As the mother of the bride, it was so important to me that the day would turn out to be everything my daughter and her ...now...husband had dreamed of. And the following day, she said, “We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding.”

We had some great vendors, but Shawn stands out. I’ve never worked with anyone who can stay so calm and consistently reassuring no matter what was going on around her. I never saw her lose patience and she had plenty of opportunities. We hired Shawn as a “day of coordinator,” but she was so much more than that. Over the last 4 or 5 months before the wedding she was a terrific resource for other vendors and services. And over the past 6 weeks, she and my daughter spoke and exchanged regular emails. There wasn’t one thread dropped. Shawn, my family will never think of Rebecca’s wedding and not remember with great gratitude all you did for all of us. Our deepest, dearest thanks!

Shawn was AWESOME! Seriously, she was everything I was looking for and more. We didn't find out about her services until I already had a day-of coordinator, but we hired Shawn to do our wedding design after I saw her work at my cousin's wedding (the reception decor she did for my cousin's wedding was so beautiful it looked like a Pinterest picture had come to life and everything flowed so well from the menu cards, to the centerpieces, to the flowers...beautiful!) I felt so overwhelmed about how I would create a beautiful wedding, and I had so many ideas but wasn't sure how to put them all together and create a finished product. One of my favorite parts about working with Shawn is that she talks to you to find out what you like, what your colors are, what kind of theme or "feel" you want to create at your wedding, and looks at your wedding Pinterest boards if you have them. From that she creates tons of different centerpieces and table designs for you to pick from, and works with you until it is exactly what you want. This was fantastic for me because I'm a very visual person, so seeing exactly what the tables would look like was awesome. She gives you everything you need to have a beautiful, seamless reception. Plus, she comes and sets everything up so you know it will be perfect and you don't have to spend the day before or day of your wedding stressing about decor, etc. I can't say enough wonderful things about her. Above all else, she was a lovely person. Working with her was a pleasure. HIRE HER!

Shawn was very helpful with helping us with our decor vision for our wedding. She was able to accommodate all of our ideas and the decor came together perfectly on our wedding date. From the event planning, vendor selection, floor plan, table and event decor, to the rentals using additional vendors. Everything was flawless. Hiring Shawn at TreBella was the best decision we made for our wedding! From our very first meeting she already had sample center pieces displayed based off my wedding Pinterest board! She handled every detail and took so much stress off me! All the decor and flowers turned out more perfectly than I even could have imagined. The price for her services was also very reasonable. When we had to make a few last minute changes, Shawn never even batted an eye. She is very professional and so incredibly nice! I would definitely recommend TreBella to anyone.

Shawn was a fantastic day-of coordinator and far exceeded any expectations I had! I was hesitant to hire a DOC because I wasn't sure that it would be necessary for the type of wedding I had planned, but Shawn and her team helped the whole event run seamlessly and really went above and beyond. Leading up to the wedding, Shawn took care of details that I didn't even know to consider and the weekend-of she kept everything on pace. I had the most relaxing wedding day thanks to her. My husband and I used Shawn from Tre Bella Events for our wedding decor! She provided centerpieces for all of our 16 guest tables, decor for the head table, along with all of our place cards, menu cards, and table numbers. We also rented a card holder that was a bird cage! We met at a bridal expo and she was so helpful from the very start, I contacted her right away and she even helped me narrow down what flower arrangements I wanted for bouquets! We emailed alot through the entire planning process and I always got same day or morning after replies, she was so professional and very helpful! She was timely on the day of and even picked up our flowers from the amish and delivered them to us. Every one at the wedding thought it was absolutely beautiful! She truly does amazing work, if you book her you will not be disappointed!

Shawn, I cannot thank you and your TreBella Events staff enough for making my dream wedding come true!

The planning all started over a year ago and every time I felt like I was having an anxiety attack about the wedding, I would call Shawn and she always assured me that everything is going to be all right. Not once did she become unpleasant with me. She is always patient, persistent and easy-going. My husband and I were very impressed by Shawn’s organizational skills, poise, enthusiasm, and her dedication not only to us to other clients as well. During the planning process, Shawn was very considerate and accommodating to our schedules and needs. Whenever there was a change with the venue, caterer, photographer, hotel accommodations, etc., Shawn ensured it was coordinated and handled in a timely manner. I never had to contact her to check the status of the planning, when Shawn did not hear from me, she would contact me, just to see how things are going on my end.

I was truly amazed at the number of vendors and celebrities (both in and out of state) works with TreBella Events.

During the wedding weekend, Shawn and her team made sure every detail was executed to our satisfaction. Many of our family members and wedding guests commented on how smooth our wedding events ran and how professional Shawn and her team conducted themselves. Our other vendors also said that Shawn was a wonderful communicator and that things ran smoothly for them because everything was so well planned. That made us feel so happy and we are so excited for Shawn and her team! In fact, our day was so perfect that the next day I woke-up and said I can do this all over again! Our wedding was not only beautiful, it was perfect and we could not have done it without Shawn and her TreBella Events team.

I knew when I saw Shawn's set up at a bridal show that I had to have her do the decor for my wedding! I loved working with her from the start. I showed her all my dream wedding pictures from Pinterest thinking they were a long shot. But Shawn took those pictures and turned them into reality! Her work was amazing everything was stunning! We got so many compliments on how all our center pieces were different. The flowers in the center pieces were beautiful! TreBella Events created all of my place cards and menus for the tables. The stationary was gorgeous and well put together! The arrangement she made for out escort card table was amazing. It was huge and had so many flowers, it definitely added some extra wow factor.

Shawn was very professional and responded to emails quickly! I cannot thank Trebella Events enough! They turned our special day into a fairy tale! Shawn will not disappoint! I seriously cannot recommend her enough! You will be missing out if you do not work with Shawn!

The team at TreBella events is worth every penny! Shawn is a true professional, providing guidance and advice for couples at a variety of price points depending on the level of service desired. She is knowledgeable, skilled, and cool under pressure. Her entire team is friendly and caring, even in stressful moments when things are not working quite as planned. Shawn is an effective communicator and does not leave any detail to chance. She is easy to work with and incredibly responsive. While we booked our own vendors, Shawn coordinated with each one as the day of our wedding approached. She made sure our wedding day was a success, despite the fact that we had two venues and many elements to coordinate. My review with Trebella Events is Excellence. Shawn Gray, owner of Trebella events, was part of my wedding team and truly guided my vision of a Garden Theme wedding at Samuel Riggs venue. I needed her services because it was a very detailed wedding with many DIY’s, and quite simply I could not have done it alone without losing my mind.

As with most brides, my mother was a huge part of the planning process, and Shawn worked so well with my mother, it was seamless. Shawn, was there for every process and meeting with vendors including McCall Doyle Photography, Cochran Caterers, and Davinci Florist, she truly embraced my vision for my wedding. She was always prepared for all meetings; she had notes, took notes, had copies, and made them presentable in tables and charts. She also presented floor plans, and communicated well with all the vendors. When everyone in the room had an opinion, she was able to listen to me. Shawn is totally team Bride, and provides professional one-on-one personal services. She is culturally open, and is extremely flexible, and maintains a positive attitude throughout all of the experience.

We will always be thankful to Shawn for helping us realize what we envisioned as the perfect wedding, and we are really glad we had her with us throughout the planning process.

We hired Shawn only as a “day-of” coordinator; she was so much more than that. Her contributions throughout the planning stages, including the selection of vendors were immeasurable. Her execution of “the plan” on the wedding day was spectacular. Shawn distinguished herself with her responsiveness, professionalism, attention to detail, highly developed interpersonal skills, and unflagging willingness to help us get the wedding we wanted. Even though Shawn has a very busy schedule we felt as if we were the only couple on her calendar. Every email we sent and phone call we made was promptly returned. Shawn’s network of contacts is extensive, and we were extremely pleased with her suggestions.

As the wedding approached Shawn assumed control of all logistical details and coordinated all the vendors we had hired for the event. Along the way Shawn displayed her sweet side, reassuring us that everything would be okay, and at the same time she displayed her strength and determination when negotiating on our behalf. We always felt she had our backs, which means the world when you are right in the middle of the whole process.

The day before the wedding Shawn was there for our rehearsal and issued clear instructions to our wedding party. On the wedding day itself, Shawn and her staff arrived on-site at 10:00 a.m., and in the blink of an eye, everything was ready to go exactly as we had envisioned it, without any stress for us. The entire staff left the venue only after the party was over and everything was packed to be loaded on the van.

We recommend Shawn as a wedding coordinator a thousand times over; her services were fantastic, her personality was extremely pleasant, and her professionalism was stellar. We think she is the perfect fit for the job.

Our day was amazingly beautiful, and we cannot thank you enough for your talent! Shawn made the day of our wedding completely stress free. Everyone and everything was in its exact spot the entire day. After all the stressful planning, we could not have had a more relaxed day, well, after the ceremony, of course! Shawn of TreBella Events was a godsend for our wedding!
Prior to meeting her, we had no idea what we wanted in terms of decor for our venue. Initially, she and I had a 30 minute conversation via phone where I shared our overall style and ideas. Well, she did an amazing job in bringing both our style and ideas to life. Her centerpiece ideas were creative and gorgeous. Her flower arrangements were priceless. Overall, she knew how and where to add a little touch of class and detail that gave it the right finish.
Working with Shawn was great because she was very responsive via email and phone. Which is so important for a bride who is juggling so much. No matter how often I revised or deleted items, she took it with stride and always made me feel at ease.
I would definitely recommend TreBella to any future bride.

We were delighted to have Shawn at TreBella Events perform our partial wedding planning services! Shawn was punctual, professional, fun, and filled with great ideas. Our wedding was a mixing of two cultures, and Shawn worked well with us to incorporate our plans into the wedding. Due to our distance from Shawn, we did most of our planning over the phone and Skype with a few in-person meetings, but this did not create any problems and it was easy to get in touch with Shawn whenever we had questions. We had a very small budget, and Shawn helped us stay close to that budget.

We also contracted TreBella to do our decor, which turned out phenomenal! Many of our guests commented that it was the most beautiful wedding they ever attended, despite our modest budget.

We highly recommend Shawn and TreBella Events!

TreBella Events is a wonderful company to work with. The owner, Shawn, was so pleasant, creative, responsive and supportive. She created centerpieces, signs, trays and ordered linens for my father's 80th birthday party. With over 300 guests to prepare for, sometimes, I didn't have time to think. TreBella eased that pain! When Shawn presented a question to me, she also supplied her ideas and professional opinion which helped tremendously. Her team was also professional and accomodating. We received so many compliments on the decorations and "Granddad's Goodie Corner." I can not say enough about the wonderful job TreBella did. Not only did my father notice the decor and was excited about them, so was our guests.

It was a pleasure working with Shawn. I couldn't ask for a better wedding planner. From start to finish she was there for me and she helped me have a dream wedding. All my guest loved the decorations and the floral arrangements. Shawn and her team transformed the venue it was all so beautiful. I would absolutely recommend TreBella Events. I was planning my wedding from out of town and in a location 1.5 hrs from TreBella Events base. She took on my wedding, was very personable, professional, open to suggestions. We were able to maneuver obstacles and worked very well together. She is very responsive and takes pride in her work. Vendor selection can be very individualized depending on clients and she always recommended vendors, and was also very open if I found my own. All of my vendors really enjoyed working with her. She is organized and the week before the wedding I dont know what I would have done without her. Please feel free to contact me for more in depth details. Long story short- She was great!

Shawn Gray is a family member (cousin to the groom) so I was nervous about this. She was an OUTSTANDING "day-of-the-event" on-site coordinator and also assisted with some of the pre-wedding planning. My daughter benefitted tremendously from Shawn's extensive knowledge! We all benefitted from Shawn's high level of professionalism, careful attention to details, and genuine kindness throughout the entire pre- and day-of process. Many of my extended family (brides aunts and uncles) from across the U.S. commented very positively about Shawn's services - they noticed her quietly moving about the reception venue to keep things smooth and on-time (and this was done even with an injured foot that required a soft-cast and crutches)! I recommend Shawn to anyone who needs a competent, pleasant, and very attractive wedding planner!

I only give TreBella two stars simply because I did not use this vendor throughout my wedding process. HOWEVER, from the experiences I had with TreBella, I found the services exceptional!

Shawn provided consultations to me for on many occassions throughout my wedding planning. I had already contracted with another vendor and wanted to honor that contract. However, Shawn still was helpful and enthusiastic about my wedding. I feel that she would have performed EXCELLENTLY had I met her first.
