Mr. & Mrs. Smith Wedding
We couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding day, and it's all thanks to Travel Smiths. From the moment we engaged their services, we knew we were in capable hands. Our destination wedding at El Dorado Royale in Mexico was a dream come true, and it wouldn't have been possible without their expertise and dedication.
With 97 guests in attendance, there were plenty of moving parts to coordinate, but Travel Smiths handled everything seamlessly. From the initial planning stages to the day-of coordination, they were with us every step of the way. Their attention to detail and ability to understand our vision truly made our wedding day magical.
One of the things we appreciated most about Travel Smiths was their responsiveness and flexibility. No question or concern was too small, and they were always quick to offer solutions and suggestions. Their professionalism and warmth put us at ease throughout the entire process, allowing us to truly enjoy every moment of our wedding day.

From the stunning decor to the flawless execution of the timeline, everything exceeded our expectations. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful and memorable our wedding was, and we have Travel Smiths to thank for that.

Man does this team know how to plan a honeymoon of a lifetime! Sally for sure knows her way around the world! We did a 2 week Maldives and Dubai Honeymoon. And it was the perfect mix of relaxing and adventure! She will keep you on budget and get you the best prices, best flights/seats and best experiences as newlyweds!! She also had Brittany work alongside with us to help plan our excursions in both countries and Brittany was fantastic. Very insightful and very responsive! My husband and I had the time of our life on our honeymoon we cannot thank them enough and will definitely be using TravelSmiths for all vacations moving forward! -

Sally Jane was the glue that held my COVID Destination Wedding together! Her and her staff were just a FaceTime away from anything my guests or I needed. A lot of other agencies tried to promise us smoke and mirrors, but Sally and TS’s customer service is untouchable. -

Sandals Negril destination wedding
On August 16, 2019 my wife and I had the destination wedding of our dreams and it wouldn't have been possible without the Travel Smith's team. When we first considered doing a destination wedding we were nervous and hesitant. Our first travel agency experience did not help these feelings and then I was recommended to Travel Smith's by several friends and co-workers. Our first meeting was with Sally and she immediately eased our nerves and made us feel like we made the right decision. After our initial meeting with Sally, we begun to work with Joy. From start to finish both Sally and Joy were by our side assisting with any questions and concerns we may have had. Even while on vacation or dealing with family emergencies they were both accessible and answering e-mails. The Travel Smith's team goes above and beyond, without them our dream wedding would have not been possible. Thank you guys for everything you have done!!- Joe and Gemma -

My fiance and I knew we wanted to do a destination wedding. However, we did not know if we wanted a cruise or an all inclusive resort. We were referred to Travel Smiths by a family member who have worked with them in the past. I am grateful that I took him up on his suggestion because the Travel Smith's team helped create our wedding dream come true. From the beginning they gave us a lot of suggestions and explained their opinions thoroughly. We decided to have our weddingmoon at the Hard Rock Punta Cana. During the planning phase they took the stress off of us to arrange family/friend travel plans, they were a liaison between the hotel and us, they guided us on what travel documentation was needed for a wedding ceremony and were quick to respond to all my and family questions. While in Punta Cana it was a peace of mind to know the Travel Smith's team were literally a text message away to answer last minute questions. If you are thinking of having a destination wedding, please contact Travel Smiths because I could not have asked for better customer service with sincere excitement for my now husband and I to get married. -

We absolutely loved doing our destination wedding with TravelSmiths. We hosted 180 guests with us at our wedding in Mexico, and TravelSmiths handled each of their booking details flawlessly. My husband and I adore that TravelSmiths has been in the travel industry for over 30 years, and their service is comparable to none. TravelSmiths and their incredible connections with Karisma and various other destination wedding vendors & resorts perfectly crafted the ultimate destination wedding for us. We would not have done our wedding any other way. It was so much fun to have all of our loved ones in the same place for at least three days celebrating our love. I can not explain how truly magical the entire experience was. I would highly recommend using the additional services TravelSmiths offers, such as the wedding website creator Vinnie Bono AND the wedding coordinator services with Kate Anderson of Simply Sapphire. Nothing short of amazing
My husband and I used TravelSmiths to help in planning our April, 2019 destination wedding in Jamaica. We initially were nervous when we spoke with Sally about the idea of a destination wedding but she was so knowledgeable and familiar with our selected resort we knew we could be in good hands. We had ~60 guests and were completely intimidated at the thought of getting that many people to another country for such a big event. Sally and Joy made the entire process so easy and stress free and acted as liaison with the weddings department which helped move the planning process along during delays. They were incredibly professional and, while I’m sure they were working with other clients, made us feel like we were their top priority. Our guests were so pleased with their service as well. One couple has even booked their honeymoon with a TravelSmiths! I would recommend them to anyone planning a destination wedding - We will definitely be using the TravelSmiths to plan our next trip! -

My wife and I booked our honeymoon with Travel Smiths with agent Pete Pappas. Pete was wonderful and made the planning smooth and easy. We booked our honeymoon at Sandals Montego Bay and had an amazing time. I would highly recommend Pete for upcoming travel. -

Michelle Sent on 11/12/2012DREAM HONEYMOON!!! I knew from my first phone call with Sally that we were in good hands. I barely finished explaining that we were looking to book a honeymoon in French Polynesia and her excitement won me over! I had already done some preliminary research and the information that Sally provided to us about the islands, hotels and excursions confirmed that this was our once in a lifetime trip! She helped us to create an itinerary of everything we wanted to do and stay within our budget. Our honeymoon was incredible! We went to Tahiti, Moorea and then Bora Bora - 3 beautiful islands, not far apart, yet so different from each other. Our resorts were fantastic, everything from the food, to the grounds, to the room surpassed our expectations. And the excursions we booked were so much fun, I felt that with each day our trip just kept getting better! Sally and her staff were so helpful throughout the entire planning process. From destination information, to travel tips, to taking the time to explain all the travel documents and even checking in with us a few days after we returned home - they surely dot every 'I' and cross every 'T'. Whether you are looking to go to French Polynesia or anywhere else in this world, you will be in great hands if you work with TravelSmiths. Chris and I look forward to planning our next trip with Sally - maybe another tropical destination for our first anniversary :) -

Jill Sent on 05/28/2012Fantastic! They are the honeymoon experts in NJ! I would highly recommend them especially if you want to go to a Sandals property. We have used them for our honeymoon to Sandals Grande St. Lucia and several other trips to Sandals. They are always professional and helpful. -

Very responsive and she even went out of her way to get us a better room and lower rate after we had already booked! She knew her stuff for sure and was super friendly and professional. She took my calls at anytime of the day or night. We will be using her again and would recommend her! -
