With many elements of our wedding DIY, I was concerned about feeling a lot of stress during my wedding day and overburdening my family with all the details.   Toni was such a great support to me during our backyard wedding this past September. With many elements of our wedding DIY, I was concerned about feeling a lot of stress during my wedding day and overburdening my family with all the details. From the first phone call Toni was a great comfort. She was a great help with organization and she had an understanding of what needed to happen on the day of our wedding. Toni was available to do almost anything from picking up the cake from the bakery, putting out food, cueing my family to walk down the aisle, setting up tables and chairs, cutting the cake and helping to clean up. Not only was she so helpful and attentive but she even brought her husband as an extra set of hands. My friends told to me that they talked to Toni during the wedding and that she said that the way she operates is to ask minimal questions of the bride and just take care of what needs to be taken care of during the wedding. That was what I most appreciated about Toni and her husband. They worked hard behind the scenes to make sure everything went smoothly, and I hardly even noticed them I was enjoying myself so much. It was a joy to work with Toni and I am so grateful for the peace of mind having her help provided me. Her services are well work the fair price!

  Toni was an absolute lifesaver! She is creative and very talented at what she does.she did an absolutely lovely job with the flowers and decor. She was punctional and professional. I would highly recommend her.

  Toni was so great at my wedding. She checked in on me at least once a week and pre approved everything before going ahead. she showed up hours before hand to set up everything. She went well beyond her duties. Her floral design was perfect. She made my day a truly magical day and I am so thankful to of hired her.

  Some of the positive reviews on here are reviews from her family members. We felt completely scammed by her. It was disgusting how poorly she handled our wedding and it's been months of us trying to get our money back and trying to get items back that she took from the caterer and she will not. She hopes that you just eventually let it go because she will block you so that you can't contact her. I have met with another bride who was successful in her lawsuit against her but it is a process. It is so pitiful of how she treats people and runs her "business" it is truly sad to see a grown women act like that. She was reported to the better business bureau too so hopefully she can eventually be stopped.

  As the Mother of the Bride, you should be ashamed of yourself. You went MIA for over 2 hours, left most of the set up to OUR Friends, Guest and Family. You did NOT supply much of what was in the contract. Even the Catering Co. stepped up to supply what you did not! You left 150+ people in a basement on a 105 degree day without cups to drink water for almost 2 hours! You caused many hardships on the day of the wedding and you still continue to by not refunding our money for Services NOT Rendered. You keep changing your account on Social Media so as to close out NEGATIVE REVIEWS. To the anyone thinking of using her services, UM, DON'T!!

Our guest and family had to do so much of the set up and clean up because she didn't do it. Also she forgot so many things that my wife had planned. She finally said she would pay since it was her fault and that was over a month ago.. my wife even though during the reception so much went wrong she smiled and just thought maybe she was having a bad day and was nice about it but toni after the wedding became unprofessional, greedy and morally disgusting. We had to pay the church $300 due to her leaving all of her stuff the next day during the church service. My wife only asked wanted her to give the caterers her stuff back and pay her and not deal with money she owed us but toni just does not respond over and over again and then says she will but doesn't. Watching my wife go through that and still deal with this has been awful, this was supposed to be a magical day and toni ruined so many things and keeps making it a problem and try to spoil what memories we have. It has been sickening to watch. My friends and family can't believe how someone could scam us on our wedding day. On top of this we had cards from guest stolen, no idea who it could have been but we highly doubt it was a family member or one of our guest. Please don't put yourself through this, my wife talked highly of her after meeting with her and she flat out lied on what she could do and provide and became horrible to us and the caterer. Please don't bother with her.

  Anybody planning a wedding with Toni beware of being ripped off!!! She did not full fill her contractual duties and left it up to the guests and wedding parties to complete the wedding. Many of these items Toni and her staff actually took from the wedding and kept, refusing to return them. This lady literally has stolen items from a wedding and refusing to return! She also neglected to clean up her equipment after wedding causing my sister to lose her deposit at the church. My family and I had to stay hours after the wedding performing her duties cleaning the venue, all of which were things in her contract. We had to go so far as to have guests set their own tables and center pieces because Toni was not prepared or simply did not care to perform her contractual duties. Unfortunately all we can do is continue to fight to make sure these things are corrected and compensated for in a timely matter. My hope here is to make sure Toni is not chosen by anyone ever again to run a wedding, the least we can do is make sure nobody ever falls for this complete rip off again!

  Toni Delgado did not perform here duties per the contract and she did not refund us money that she owes us and our caterer. 1) We paid Toni Delgado for dinner plates for our wedding and she did not bring them. Upon the caterer's arrival the caterer found out there were no plates and Toni Delgado refused to get the plates that we paid for. The caterer took it upon herself to go 20 miles and get plates for our wedding. Toni Delgado after the wedding agreed on multiple occasions that she would reimburse the caterer and she never did. On top of this she took some of the caterers supplies home and still has not returned. The caterer offered multiple times to go to her to pick them up but Toni refused. The cost of the plates, gas, caterers items and extra work was well over $200. 2) We discussed multiple times with Toni Delgado that we needed to have our entire wedding picked up and removed from the church no later than 10pm. Toni said that she had enough staff that she would be able to get this done, we even agreed that she could begin pick up during our first dance. Unfortunately she did not pick up the tables, chairs and other items until the next day in the afternoon. We had to pay $300 to the church for this since Toni refused.3) We paid her based on 160 head count but the contract and she said we can change the head count upto a week before wedding and we would be reimbursed for the amount. We informed her that we wouldonly have 135 people. We should have gotten a refund for that. She would not even contact me backfor this refund. 4) My family and friends had to help set up the table center pieces, all silverware, napkins and the waters because Toni Delgado didnt have enough extra staff. She also never set up the photo booth in ballroom so no photos. She did not set up the name tags for guest at tables, the card box and she did not set table labels with songs for guest to get food. Guest had to clean up their own plates and help with cleanup. She ruined our wedding.

  I then paid her more money on PayPal for additional services she offered: tent rental, flowers she offered to purchased the morning of my wedding, and some bling for decorating purposes.
  After the first month things started going downhill beginning with TWO no call, no shows with my wedding venue coordinator!
  Then month two, she completely quit any attempt to fulfill her contractual duties. All communication ended unless I asked her for an update on progress. Well there was NO progress of any kind! She would just keep rehashing the same things, but she never actually made any progress on getting anything done.
  Approximately a week before the wedding I had to email Toni to find out where things stood. She only asked what time to be to the venue..all after she never got one task accomplished for my wedding, or even checked with me to see if I had somehow resolved any of HER contractual duties myself!
  NEXT! She called my florist two days before the wedding and demanded that she was going to pick my flowers up the day before the wedding! I never asked, nor approved her to do this!! My florist had the foresight to call and make sure I approved….ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! So Toni called my florist again the next day and told them if she could not get the flowers the day before the wedding, she was not going to pick them up at all and that they (the florist) had to call me and tell me this!!
  FINALLY! Toni never showed up at my wedding! She never even had the common decency to let me know she was not coming or apologize for her completely unprofessional actions. Needless to say I have yet to receive a response from her concerning the refund she owes me for services never rendered and products never purchased or delivered that I paid her for on PayPal.
