    Above and beyond service

    Polina and her team were incredible. She was critical in the planning stages, always answered her phone quickly, offered advice guidance and anything we needed. She made the planning so easy. She has a ton of resources and items at her disposal, one stop shop and for a very reasonable price. The day of the wedding she was absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough good things. I would not let anyone I know get married without using her. Her team made sure we had food, drinks, everything we needed brought right to us. They were proactive, accommodating, and willing to go above and beyond to make our lives easier.

    Polina was the best! She worked miracles for us. My event was planned in a very short time frame, but Polina quickly found us a venue that worked out great, and walked me through every step and item that I should consider in planning my event. In the end, my wedding was everything that I had wanted for the day, and we came in within our budget (which made my husband very happy). Our guests had the best time, and so did we! This would not have been in any way possible without Polina's professionalism and follow through. I can't recommend her enough!

    Polina is incredibly professional and knowledgable, as well as reasonably priced. We were very impressed upon first consulting with her and were excited to start working with her!

    She listened to us and was understanding, yet direct. She followed through on what she said she'd do and communicated well, keeping us up to date. Highly recommend!

    Working with Polina and her team at Toast to The Host was the only reason my husband and I got to enjoy our wedding without stressing about the details. Originally we were planning to do everything ourselves until we were about 3 weeks out and the details started to become overwhelming. Polina was accommodating to the short timeline with quick turnaround in all forms of communications. My husband and I worked so hard on the details for the reception that we would have been devastated if things were not presented just so. Polina inspired confidence that our vision would be achieved and we didn’t have anything to worry about. After our last meeting two days prior to the wedding we felt relaxed and took comfort in knowing every detail was taken care of. On the day of the wedding no one brought any issues to our attention (even though inevitably things came up). They were handled and by the time the reception started everything was flawless. We highly recommend Toast to The Host for any job big or small. They are wonderful!!

    When I think about the level of service and detail that Polina and her team provided, I always follow up with a question to myself; “Why didn’t I hire her sooner?” I ultimately hired Toast to the Host a few months prior to the wedding when I started to realize that I could not manage the process on my own and admitted that I do not have any experience planning a wedding. I started to get anxiety over all of the details and decided that I wanted to be calm the weeks before the wedding. I also did not want to be managing the vendors the week of, day of and setting up the reception the day of.
    From our first conversation I knew the Polina was on the ball. She helped me get organized, provided reminders, lists and everything in between for the big day. She organized and helped with the rehearsal – which, I was so thankful for. I was skeptical of the caterer’s ability to execute based on the ongoing conversations we were having. Polina gave me the courage to ask the tough questions to get what we needed done. On the first sign of issues (the venue wouldn’t let us use a room that was in the contract, the caterer missed serving two tables that sat the elderly & rain…) she took care of all of it with little input from me. As expected, the timeline changed and Polina was my single resource for the entire evening. She moved swiftly and accurately got everything into place.
    The week and day of my wedding, people were asking me how I was doing. They seemed to be concerned that I was so calm and collected. As if it was weird that I wasn’t stressed out and high strung. I thank two people for that; My Husband for being the right man and Polina.

    We hired Polina for partial planning (help through out but not full service) and would highly recommend her to anyone else considering her. She helped in every facet of the wedding planning and often went above and beyond her contracted duties. She had great suggestions, found vendors, and most importantly kept us grounded in terms of what we could accomplish ourselves and what was unrealistic.

    On the day of the wedding she came unbelievably prepared and organized. She had a binder of exactly what we wanted and how we wanted it. The day of she took over with a team of people and with almost no direction created exactly what we had planned. We would highly highly recommend her!
