Look no further than TMW for your day of coordinator. Kristy was professional, organized, and could answer any question I had for her. She guided me on things I was unsure of, and helped to create a timeline that would flow perfectly. On the actual day of, her and Nadia provide flawless service and helped make our wedding day go as smooth as possible. I probably would have been running around like a crazy person and not enjoying my wedding if the two of them were not there! Kristy even made sure to greet my husband and I with our signature drinks on the way back from the ceremony, definitely needed after a day of nearly 100% humidity. TMW not only provides a great deal for their services, but they provide professional employees who help to make your wedding visions come true. If you are the same type of bride as me and planning everything on your own, please make the investment in a day of coordinator, and make it with TMW, you will not regret it!

SO Helpful!!

Kristy and the team at TMW were beyond wonderful. We hired Kristy for day of coordination and she was extremely helpful, on time, and extremely detail oriented. I'm so glad we had here there to help coordinate vendors, set up and breakdown décor, and handle any bumps that came up. I definitely recommend Kristy and TMW to help your day go smoothly!

Halloween Wedding 2023

My husband and I got married at the end of 2023 and utilized TMW event planning for day of coordination. We were both SO grateful and happy with the services provided and the pricing models are extremely reasonable. Right off of the bat this organization was EXTREMELY organized and clear about what was provided and the cost. It was so reassuring to have everything so clear and spelled out with dates for meetings and what is included in your package when you are planning a large event. They instilled confidence right from the beginning. We met with Caitlyn a couple of times for check ins before our wedding and she was WONDERFUL so calm, so effective, so organized, and just so delightful to work with. She provided a very calm atmosphere leading up to the wedding, even when things were getting a little crazy closer to the day of the wedding. She and Riley were also INVALUABLE in the weeks leading up to and at the wedding. They did a beautiful job helping us to decorate our spaces and were so attentive and mindful of our space and needs, not just on the wedding day, but the entire span of time we worked together. I cannot imagine having pulled off our wedding without them. If you are in need of wedding planning services DEFINITELY check them out!! Worth every penny and, again, reasonably priced!

Could not have done this without Agnes!

When I was told I needed to hire a Day Of Coordinator at my venue, I thought it was unnecessary. However, I absolutely could not have pulled off my day without Agnes and her team. She helped with so much more than just the day off. We had several meetings leading up to my wedding. Every time we talked, she would do her best to keep me on track and make sure I had everything I needed. She also asked for copies of all of my contracts so that on my day if she had any questions, she had the answers with her and did not have to ask me for anything. She kept my day moving even when the pastor was late and the whole timeline fell behind. It was an absolute blessing to have her and her team there to help with cleanup at the end of the night! Agnes did an amazing job & I highly recommend her for not only day of but full event coordinating!

Fantastic Experience!

Ashley was absolutely incredible throughout the entire wedding planning process. Her assistance was invaluable by taking so much stress off of us and keeping such a professional and positive attitude for us to depend on. The communication was extraordinary - we had an number of video calls to confirm details for the big day, and always knew we'd get a prompt response via email. Ashley even met up with us at a convenient location to pick up physical items for venue setup. Sabrina came into the process close to our wedding day and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Cannot recommend TMW enough if you're thinking about a planner. 10/10 recommended!

Thank you Ashley & TMW!

I would recommend TMW one thousand times over to anyone in need of a wedding or event planner. We were able to execute a 200-guest wedding, “remotely” (as my husband and I live out of state in Washington D.C.), without a hitch thanks to the TMW team. It simply wouldn’t have been possible without their services.

I had the pleasure of working with a few members of the TMW team – primarily Ashley H., our lead coordinator, but also with Agnes and Erin. We purchased the “partial planning package” for our September 2023 wedding, and Ashley and her team went above and beyond our expectations. Ashely was incredibly responsive and attentive, available (within reason) any day of the week or time of day, extremely diligent with great attention to detail, poised and patient, and consistently one step ahead (which is saying a lot coming from a type-A bride.) Their online planning resources through Aisle Planner was amazingly helpful in organizing vendors, payments, budgets, guest lists, seating charts, to-do lists, vision boards…and more.

I truly couldn’t imagine wedding planning or our wedding day without the support of Ashley and the TMW team. They were the additional safety net I needed throughout planning, and I felt I could be at ease and enjoy both the planning experience and day-of, knowing that logistics and the details of it all were in her hands. I jokingly deemed her and Erin my “wedding angels” at the end of the wedding weekend, but reflecting back on the day, I stand by that comment :) The day simply would not have gone as smoothly as it did without their genuine care and diligence. Thank you, Ashley for executing the most perfect day that we will remember for the rest of our lives.

Working with Ashley was the most wonderful experience for us. We never would’ve been able to plan this without her. Two years in the making, and tremendous challenges with employee turnover at the venue and many mistakes that they made and Ashley pulled us right through with a smile on her face. She was professional, and understanding to say the least, if she was stressed at all. She never showed it from start to finish. She pulled off this wedding, without leaving a stone unturned their pricing is fantastic and if I happen to do another wedding again with my other daughter, you can count on me calling TMZ!!

From the first meeting with Ashley at TMW Productions, she laid out the framework of what a wedding planner encompasses and then lets you decide what is most important to you, asking good questions and most importanly listening to the client. She was with us every step of the way. We had looked at the cost of many wedding planners and they were exorbitant. I would highly recommend the TMW team to a best friend. Thank you for all the behind the scenes details that are overwhelming when planning an event of such magnitude. You were a pleasure to work with Ashley and my son and daughter-in-laws wedding went off without a hitch.

You NEED weddings by TMW

We worked with Caitlyn, Riley, and Sabrina for our wedding on august 5th, and could not be more pleased with how the day went! Caitlyn was incredibly helpful leading up to our wedding. She was available for questions via video chat or text months in advance, and truly made sure that we were prepared for everything. She talked to and confirmed all our other vendors in advance as well, which was huge help for me. Our wedding was complex, with the ceremony in a different location than the reception, a boat as transportation, and many random DIY elements. This team executed it all flawlessly, and it went off without a hitch. They facilitated both the set up and clean up as well, which took so much pressure off. We had the most stress free and perfect day with their help! We could not have done it without them, and I am so grateful for all they did to help us pull off our dream wedding!

Best decision ever for planning my wedding!

There needs to be an option to give 6 stars or even 10 stars in this case. I started working with Ashley Harding over a year ago and I am not kidding when I say her and Weddings by TMW Productions have been the biggest blessing of this entire process. She went above and beyond with every single aspect of wedding planning. I would genuinely of been so lost or missed out on soooo much if not for her. The vendor recommendations, the ideas she came up with, her fast response to anything that arose, her communication and problem solving with the venue (which had so many issues), she was an actual magician. I am so happy with the outcome of every single second of my wedding and it's all because of her. The only thing I am sad about now is not being able to work with her anymore. I am SCREAMING to all future brides, if you don't hire them you are making a mistake. Ashley, thank you so much for being so sweet, genuine, professional, helpful and ultimately for making my dream wedding come true!

TMW Productions was the PERFECT vendor for our wedding planning & day-of coordinator needs. We were so lucky to work with Londyn who was the kindest, most caring, thoughtful and organized planner. She was always there to answer any/all questions leading up to the wedding, and was instrumental in thinking through all the little details as well as the timeline of the day. I felt so comfortable trusting Londyn; she brought my vision to life-- from setup of tables, linens, flowers & decorations, to vendor communication, and day of timeline execution-- everything was truly perfect. We could not have survived without TMW. Ashley and Alyssa were crucial in dealing with the chaos of the day and were always a pleasure to work with. Super organized and incredibly nice. No brainer to hire.

Professional, Positive & A++

Ashley & Nadia helped with coordination for my 200 person wedding on Block Island. They were extremely professional and were consistently in front of every potential problem that arose. They also helped with coordination for our rehearsal dinner and kept the night on track and seamless. They got along very well with the other vendors and were always upbeat and positive.

I really could not recommend them more. I had zero stress on my wedding weekend and I am incredibly grateful and appreciative. Wish I could keep hiring them!!

Invaluable Expertise!

We cannot recommend Weddings by TMW enough! They were simply incredible, from the very beginning Agnes was on top of things, able to get a cohesive timeline for all vendors, and was so communicative. We were so nervous the day of that we'd have to help coordinate but were pleasantly surprised to see that Tarah and Zach had everything in complete control. When they say they will make your experience stress-free they mean it! They even took care of things we didn't even think of. The wedding would not have been nearly as beautiful or successful without the amazing skill of TMW, if we ever have another event of any kind they will be the first ones we call!

A Wedding Day Team Like No Other!!

The whole TMW team was absolutely amazing for our wedding day! We booked them to help as our day of coordinator for our wedding and I'm SO happy we did! Kristy and her team really came through for us- coming to our rehearsal at the church the night before, moving flowers from the church to ocean cliff the day of, setting up signage at the church, and all the small details we needed to get done that day. I cannot recommend this team enough if you are looking for additional hands that day and someone to go over the timeline and logistics for the month of the wedding. Thank you, TMW team for being there for us!!

Highly Recommend!

We hired TMW Productions to do Day of Coordination for our October 2022 Boston wedding. Christian was our designated coordinator and he was so fantastic to work with! We had two meetings prior to the wedding weekend to discuss details and expectations for the day. Christian was super responsive to any emails and very helpful with any questions we had. He attended our rehearsal and helped make sure we knew the flow for the ceremony. Day of we had Christian and an additional assistant to coordinate all of our vendors at the venue and oversee the set up of decor. Having a day of coordinator made our day much less stressful so we got to fully enjoy everything. They even took all of our decor items back to our hotel room at the end of the night. Their services are very reasonably priced and would 100% hire them again - you really get so much for what you pay for the service. Thank you TMW and Christian for helping to make our big day go off without a hitch!

Outstanding and irreplaceable!

We will be forever grateful to Ashley and Agnes and the team at TMW Productions for helping us host the wedding of my dreams. My husband and I both work very busy schedules and having a team behind you helping you through the stress of wedding planning and assuring you that it will all come together was irreplaceable. They were friendly and approachable from the start, listening intently to our vision and providing ideas and recommendations which were wonderful. They helped us find most of our other vendors, coordinated and communicated with them on details, and found us cost saving options which really made a difference. Not only were they outstanding leading up to the wedding with planning but also with logistics leading up to and the day of the wedding. Ashely and her team put together 200 Welcome Bags and Weddings Favors saving us hours of precious time we did not have. We planned our Rhode Island wedding from Virginia and being able to send them items to put together was extremely helpful. Ashley also picked up and delivered our wedding day flowers, and her team set up the decor for both our Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding Receptions. Without Ashley and her team, I don't know how our day would have come together. They setup the decor beautifully, broke it down and packed it up for us at the end of the night. Throughout our wedding day Ashely managed our schedule, vendors, guided our guests and ensured everything went smoothly. If issues came up Ashley was there to handle them and we were able to enjoy every second of our day. When we became slightly off schedule, Ashley was there to assure us that everything would work out. We cannot express enough how appreciative we are for TMW's professionalism and expertise. If I plan another event in RI, I will be calling TMW Productions, that is for certain!

Vermont Outdoor Wedding

I started the planning process with a TMW coordinator that left the company right before one of our meetings, Londyn made the transition seamless. She double checked all the notes and prompted us with the "right' questions to figure out exactly what we wanted. We did the majority of the setup as the wedding was at a family property, but Londyn and her assistant were right there making sure everything was I envisioned and that all the part of the day flowed well together. I would absolutely recommend Londyn and TMW to a future bride.

Excellent service, quality people

Ashley Harding and the rest of the TMW team were exceptional to say the least. On top of the quality service her team provided, they were great people to work with. Very friendly, responsive, and super helpful. It felt as if we had known Ashley for years. Being a Marine Officer, my expectations for organization were very high (same for my wife, who is a lawyer). Ashley and her team exceeded all of those expectations and enabled us to create memories on our wedding day that we will cherish forever. Enthusiastically recommend Ashley's (and TMW) services to others--particulary service members. They are quality professionals who really know what they are doing and who will keep your focus off the wedding day madness. Could go on and on, but I think you get the point.

More than worth it

I found Agnes through a Facebook group- no recommendations or anything so I knew I was taking a chance. She was the BEST priced out of the hundreds I had gotten prices from, but I knew what I was paying for , just a day of coordinator. HOWEVER she was so much more than that. She checked in So many times months and months before the wedding , has many ideas suggestions and ideas that helped me SO much, even came all the way out to the Venue (2 hour drive) just to check it out so she can make my tent layout for me because I had no clue where to begin. The day of my wedding I had zero stress, there were zero flaws everything went as smooth as butter (or it was just hidden from me very well I guess I’ll never know) she’s good at what she does and she doesn’t take you to the bank. She’s humble. One of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Thank you so much Agnes!!
