The best bridal hair stylist!
Renee was great from the beginning. She communicated early and often for both the trial and the wedding. She is warm and kind and brought a sense of calm to our wedding day! She did a great trial and listened to the things I wanted to change, including adding extensions. She managed to style them my hair (and the extensions) perfectly on my wedding day, even though I hadn’t had the extensions for the trial. I wore my hair down and it still lasted perfectly all day even on the hot/windy day we had. She was also able to bring two other stylists to cover the 14 bridesmaids, MOB/MOG etc. I highly recommend Renee!

I said I do to Timeless Salon you should too to do. I had a large bridal party, not only did they make me look and feel beautiful, they made my bridesmaid look and feel beautiful. My hair was gorgeous and my make was perfect. The staff was timely and friendly, while their main task was making me and my party look gorgeous they also helped me with minor things that go along with the getting ready process. I would hire them all over again and recommend them to anyone.

Book Timeless Salon & Studio ASAP!!
I cannot say enough positive things about Renee and her beauty team. From the very beginning, she was extremely easy to talk to and understanding. She didn't over-engineer anything leading up to the event (because let's be honest, wedding planning is stressful enough!), but offered advice, was extremely flexible and went above and beyond what we could have imagined.
Renee brought a team of three additional hair and makeup stylists, and together they completed both services for 11 people. We ran ahead of schedule the entire time, which was very helpful given how busy the wedding day can get! We had so much fun with Renee and her team. They were all so sweet and easy going, which made the morning even more enjoyable!
The hair styles were extremely creative, unique and beautiful. My up-do stayed very well throughout the duration of the long day, even after taking the veil in and out. The makeup was perfect as well - just the right amount… noticeable but definitely not over the top. They were quick to do touch-ups as needed. I had a trial with Renee during which we tried different makeup and hair styles. She wrote down all the different shades of makeup we used during the trial which made the day-off application seamless! Renee has also cut my hair a few times over the last year, and they've all been the best haircuts I've ever received!

A rosette to remember!
Renee was so kind and sensitive to the needs of all the ladies-in-waiting on my son and new daughter’s wedding day. Her troupe of hair and make-up assistants handled the bridal party efficiently and patiently. The bride looked breathtakingly gorgeous with a flawless make-up application and smart chignon coiffure that tastefully set off her ornate headpiece. Renee was also able to create an exquisite rosette out of extensions to highlight the lace roses in my gown—a tall request that exceeded my expectations! Her rose design was fanciful and completed my ensemble. Never having worn extensions before, she kept assuring me that they would hold and be beautiful, and they were comfortable and outlasted all the festivities. A personal touch is necessary on the delicate morning of a wedding, and Timeless Salon provided it graciously!

Thank you to Renee and Becky for the absolutely stunning job they did for myself and all my bridesmaids. I got hair and partial makeup (everything except eyebrows, eyeliner/mascara, and lips) done by Renee, and she did an absolutely fabulous job! My skin and hair looked flawless, and I loved everything about my appearance. I have oily skin in general, and my foundation for the first time ever didn’t budge. I felt confident and beautiful the entire day. The hairstyle Renee came up with was more perfect than anything I could have imagined. I received so many compliments throughout the day, and the photo previews we have gotten back look flawless. She is an effortless artist and a true perfectionist. All 8 of my bridesmaids that got hair done by Becky and Renee all looked and felt incredible. Renee and Becky showed up on time and even finished early! There was a little confusion with pricing at one point, but we got it worked out in the end! I can’t thank them enough for helping to make my day special! I would recommend them to anyone.

Renee and her team did a phenomenal job with my wedding party. They were able to do 6 makeups and 7 hairs in only 4 hours and everyone looked flawless. My 83 year old Nana didn't want anything to heavy and Renee's daughter was able to do the perfect amount of makeup that made her feel confident but, not to done up. Renee and the girls she brought to do my girls and I makeup were wonderful! Renee did my hair and makeup, which was gorgeous! And it lasted all night through dancing! Renee also did my MOH hair which was beautiful and hers lasted very well too. My other bridesmaid hair and makeup done by the other girls were also amazing and all of us got compliments through the night. Everyone was also done on time and they worked pretty fast. Renee and her girls are also super friendly and nice to work with! They even helped us rearrange the bridal suite when the venue was being difficult, which I'm super appreciative of. Renee and her team at Timeless Salon did a phenomenal job with hair and makeup at our wedding! I don’t wear much makeup, so it was important to me to have a natural look as a bride. Renee was incredibly patient, and spent over two hours during our trial together making sure we achieved the look I wanted. She shared her expertise, and was also very open to trying different things until I was completely satisfied. The morning of our wedding she and her team were set up and ready to go before my bridesmaids and I even arrived! She built in plenty of time to take care of everyone (me, 6 bridesmaids and our two moms), and the morning was relaxed, fun and stress-free. Everyone was genuinely thrilled with their looks (lots of soft, gorgeous curls and natural, romantic makeup)! Renee even stayed late to help perfectly fit on my veil after we had taken some initial pictures with the photographer. I could not have been happier with how my hair and makeup turned out (my husband wholeheartedly agreed!), and it all stayed in place through lots of dancing and happy tears! Renee and her team were truly wonderful to work with- book them!

I came on here to leave a rave review for Renee and her team and just finished reading the scathing review someone else left for her. I feel horrible and compelled to defend her. All I can say is there is NO WAY Renee and her team were as bad as that bride claims! She is a wonderful person and is truly AMAZING at her craft! She was referred to me for my wedding by the Otesaga of all places, which means that she HAS to be amazing when you consider an upscale venue like that is referring her exclusively to their brides! That alone speaks volumes about her! I feel so bad for Renee after reading that Bridezilla"s review, I just hope other brides don't base their decision to hire Renee on that one unfair review. The number and quality of the positive reviews she has should speak for themselves. Sadly, there will always be someone you'll never be able to please, no matter how hard you try.
Renee was incredibly professional from start to finish and takes great pride in her work. She is NOT happy unless you are, and she goes above and beyond making sure you are. Her team is equally as professional and meticulous as she is, and all of them were warm, friendly and relaxed, making me feel totally at ease. I honestly cannot recommend Timeless Salon & Studio enough and feel truly honored to be able to share my Timeless experience with all of you. You will absolutely NOT be disappointed in hiring her. She made me look like a princess, and I only wish my daughter's wedding was closer to her so I could hire her. Thank you so much, Renee, for being so helpful and great at what you do, and for being so good at keeping me calm during such a nerve wracking time. You actually did so much more than make us all beautiful, you kept me sane and calm on one of the most important days of my life, which allowed me to actually ENJOY myself, and for that I am forever grateful! ❤

Renee and Haley did hair and makeup for myself, my maid of honor, and my mother on my wedding day. The results were wonderful, everyone was happy with all services, and the makeup looked flawless all day. Renee and Haley are excellent at makeup application that compliments skin tone, looks natural, and emphasizes your best features. She finds just the right shades for your skin. Renee took a lot of time during the trial and on the wedding day to make sure I was happy with the results. She is fun, friendly, and truly talented. It was a pleasure working with her.

I received so many compliments on my hair and make-up. I've already recommended they be used again for another wedding close by. Truly in love with their work. Renee did a wonderful job on my hair for my wedding day. It looked gorgeous! I LOVED it. She did four completely different styles of up-do's between myself & my wedding party and each one came out beautifully. She also did a great job on the two hair styles for the two women with shorter hair. Renee is very easy to work with, is a good listener, and is very friendly. She also works quickly and efficiently - we were able to easily stay on schedule. I would highly recommend Renee for any special-occasion hair needs!

Renee was excellent! I immediately felt at ease with her during my hair and makeup trials. You can tell that she's experienced and has been doing this a while. I am very particular and coming from NYC, have high expectations as it relates to hair and makeup. She was incredibly patient and willing to try different styles and spend over 3 hours working through my trial - you would never have gotten this type of service and time in NYC. When I decided at the last minute that I wanted to do a 2nd trial, she made herself available a few days before the wedding to go through the hairstyle one more time. She has a calming way about her, which made all the difference on the wedding day. Her team (including her talented daughter who does makeup) was a hit amongst my mom and bridesmaids too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her! She is top quality!!

Renee somehow created a masterpiece out of my hair in no time and her daughter made our faces look flawless. We were actually sad to see her go because we thoroughly enjoyed spending time with her. Renee and her team were incredible! She came highly recommended from my venue and now I highly recommend them her for any special occasion, especially a wedding. My only advice make sure you book early, this lady is in demand for a reason.
I had the chance to get a trail done and I was so happy I did simply because Renee had such great ideas for accessories that I would not have brought or thought of on my own. If you don’t have the chance – not to worry, she can basically recreate any picture you show.
Then for the big day…At first, most of my bridal party just wanted hair services but after they saw one bridesmaid's make up done they all lined up for the flawless look! After the wedding (with plenty of happy tears and dancing) everything stay intact too. Another bridesmaid texted me the following morning exclaiming how her up-do only had 12 bobby pins and that Renee is truly a magician!
We all left feeling like we had more than just a beautiful look but a new friend too. It made our special day that much more memorable and perfect!

Renee and her staff are all fantastic!! I got married on July 2, 2016 in Cooperstown, NY. Due to some scheduling conflicts, our ceremony had to be at 11am. That sounds like its enough time to get ready, but I had 11 bridesmaids in my wedding party, so getting all of us ready and to the church on time was no easy feat. Renee accepted the challenge and I really couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. My make up was flawless and my pictures came out so so good! I'd highly recommend Timeless to anyone thinking about getting married in the Cooperstown area. Thank you Renee and Team!!

Renee was amazing for hair and makeup for my wedding! She is truly a wizard with hair. My hair is thin and does not hold a curl, I hardly ever like how my hair looks. However, on the day of my wedding I felt GORGEOUS, my hair was exactly how I was envisioning it :) Being a nervous nelly, I wanted to try out multiple hair styles for my trail, she was happy to accommodate this and even let me switch up my hair do and come in for a last minute trial about a week before the wedding.
Her makeup technique is wonderful as well - she uses air brushing technology which truly brought everything to the next level.

Besides making a HUGE effort to accommodate our remote wedding location for the day of the wedding, she came a day EARLY to allow me to have a full makeup and hair trial. Renee saved me countless hours and stress by making that effort and I just can't thank her enough for that!! All of the girls and our mothers looked absolutely stunning; the makeup was gorgeous and everyone got just what they wanted for hair. Renee and Stephanie (who was also fabulous) got everything done on time (and actually a little early) giving us plenty of time for touch- ups, etc. Renee even stayed after the ceremony to do a touch up for me, which I ended up not needing because her makeup application lasted ALL night. My hair was PERFECT and she knew JUST what I wanted. Renee is also not afraid to give you advice on what would look best on you and you can really trust her opinion. Bottom line: I feel truly lucky that we had Renee and her team there with us on that big day, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I would definitely recommend this salon. She did a beautiful job on our hair and make up. She was very professional and pleasant. I LOVED working with Renee! She did my hair and make-up for my December wedding and it was exactly what I wanted. My trial appointment with her was wonderful and she was willing to try multiple different hairstyles until we found one that worked. She took my suggestions and preferences for make-up perfectly, and made some helpful suggestions of her own. She came right to the Otesaga on the morning of my wedding and did all of the hair and make-up at the hotel. It could not have gone more smoothly. I highly recommend Timeless Salon!

Renee and her daughter were absolutely amazing! First off, I was late in booking a hair and makeup stylist for my wedding and Renee reworked her schedule to fit me in driving 2.5 hrs out of her way! Also, because I was planning my wedding remotely and down to the wire on time, I was unable to see her before my wedding day to figure out my hair and makeup style. This was no issue though as I showed her pictures of what I wanted the day of my wedding and she absolutely nailed it! Also, Renee's daughter did a few of my bridesmaids makeup and also mine and let me tell you... she was so good that we all laughed how we have 10+ years on her and still can't do our makeup half as good as she can. Renee and her daughter were professional, caring, prompt and very skilled at what they do. I highly recommend them!

I used Timeless Spa and Salon for myself and my bridesmaids for my wedding in Cooperstown New York. I absolutely LOVED the way Renee did my hair - long loose curls with clip in extensions, pulled up to one side with an embellished barrette. It looked exactly the way I wanted it to, and I would totally recommend them to anyone!
I don't live upstate which made planning difficult- Renee was very flexible and even fit my hair trial in before another appointment at my wedding venue, the Otesaga.
Most of my bridesmaids/in-laws also had their make-up done by Timeless, and they all looked gorgeous!
They are efficiently priced and very technologically up to date. We all payed through an iPad and got electronic receipts!
Overall I loved my experience with Timeless and would 100% recommend them!

I had an incredibly positive experience with Timeless Spa for my wedding. I have difficult hair to work with, long and very thick, but Renée was able to give me the exact look that I wanted. In addition to that, her time management skills were fantastic (a key element come wedding day!). She was able to do my hair and makeup, and hair for my 5 bridesmaid and my mother in time for the ceremony.

Renee Dugan was such a pleasure to work with. I had pretty specific hair requirements for me, my 2 bridesmaids and my mother, as a friend had made elaborate headpieces, and Renee and her assistant were very flexible and accommodating. We all loved how our makeup turned out, and it lasted into the wee hours of the night. I am a huge dancer, and I never had to worry about reapplying makeup or fixing my hair, everything held up! Renee also had a great, calming energy, which made the morning very relaxed.
Coming to the area from NYC, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find someone great who would also travel to my hotel in Cooperstown. After meeting with Renee and having my hair/makeup trial, I knew that she would take care of me and make me look beautiful. I absolutely recommend going with Timeless Spa and Salon!

Renee walked into the bridal suite to find a lot of extension cords running off of a generator and she never batted an eye. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Renee and her assistant (Mary, if I remember correctly!) were. I live in New York City and was married at the Farmers Museum in Cooperstown last August, my bridesmaids and I got ready at the Inn at Cooperstown and Renee and Mary came to the Inn to do our hair and makeup. I had met with Renee to do a trial and the day of, she not only did exactly what we had talked about a month earlier, but it was even better than I hoped for. Booking a vendor as an out of town bride was nerve-wracking, but hiring Renee and Timeless Spa & Salon was one of the best decisions of the day, I don't think I even thought about retouching anything until well into the reception.

It was a no brainer when it came to choosing who would do my hair and makeup as well as all my ladies hair and makeup. Renee made my entire party feel like royalty. Renee's experience and knowledge is leaps and bounds above her competition. I live 5 hours away from her location but I work my travel schedule around my hair and beauty services with Renee and her amazing team. Highly recommend to everyone! You will not be disappointed!

Sixteen years ago I hired Timeless Spa to do my hair and makeup and the hair and makeup of the ladies in my wedding party. Two years ago I remarried and hired them again. The staff was professional, courteous and enjoyable. Renee made me feel relaxed, special and beautiful both times! I enjoyed the interaction with her and it helped me to relax while getting pampered on my special day. She also managed to create a look that accurately reflected me and she did the same for each member of my wedding party. Nothing overdone or out of character - just perfect!

Renee went above and beyond for my wedding. At the trial, I still hadn’t quite figured out what lip shade to go with. On the day of the wedding, she brought other options she had gone out and gotten the night before that she thought I might like. I had accidentally gotten a regular manicure instead of a gel manicure a few days prior (at a different salon), and she brought her equipment to give me a gel on the day of to fix the problem. Everything came out absolutely amazing, and I appreciate working with her so much!

Renee, thank you for doing such an amazing job for myself and my bridal party this weekend! You made me feel absolutely beautiful and confident on my wedding day. Renee and her staff arrived in the early morning at our venue and did all eight of my girls' hair along with the mothers with time to spare. I was so impressed by her expertise and professionalism. Renee was awesome. So much fun and totally accomodating. I think I was adding services right up until the day before. Her spa is super cute too I would go back in a heart beat. But for the day of services she came right to the venue and got to work.

Great wedding experience!
Renee and Haley did a great job at my wedding! Everyone was happy with how our hair and makeup turned out, and we enjoyed working with the team. They did a great job accommodating everyone's preferences and hair types, and they stayed ahead of schedule on the wedding day.

Renee and team did my daughter's wedding. She was great with the MANY girls and they all really loved working with them.
They came in ahead of schedule, set up quickly and did a great, organized process for the big wedding party. They made the event fun and personal and the results were beautiful. Even the photographer commented!

Awesome Experience!
Renee was great! I had 10 people getting ready the morning of my wedding so she had her and 2 other stylists there to accommodate. They were on time and efficient with their services getting everyone done. They came to the house we rented out for the weekend and set themselves up and were so nice to work with! Would highly recommend :)

Renee was fabulous! I took my maid of honor and my mom with me to a get a trial done on all of us, and we loved her. I had done 3 other trails and various places for my makeup and all of them looked horrible before I even walked out the door. She uses airbrush for the foundation which my bridesmaids used however I know airbrush doesn't look good on me so she used my own foundation. I left liking it, but grew to have doubts in my mind later on down the road, and so she let me have a second trial! And I left knowing I would love it! Which I did!

Renee is super professional! She has every skill in making perfect hairstyle as well as makeups for wedding. Renee is also very accommodating, and would be willing to travel hours to my place for the hair trial. She makes hairstyle look exactly (or even prettier) than the photos I showed her. My family and I were all very satisfied about everything she and her daughter (as assistant!) did for the wedding day.

Renee, the owner of Timeless Spa and Salon, did my bridal updo for my wedding this past September. We did a consultation/trial about a month before the wedding. I showed her a few inspiration pictures and she nailed it!! The day of hair was even better than the trial actually. I couldn't have been more pleased :)

I had Renee from Timeless Spa & Salon do my hair for my wedding. She also did my mom and my sister's hair. She was very accommodating and came to our hotel, and worked with us to find a good timeline for the day-of. I had a very last-minute change of heart about wearing my hair up after she had already done it, and she very calmly re-did it all, a couple hours before the wedding. It could have been a stressful situation but it wasn't at all b/c she took it in stride, and the end result was beautiful!

I recently used Timeless Spa & Salon for my onsite hair/makeup at the Otesaga Hotel in Cooperstown. Renee and her team arrived on time and were ready to start all hair and make up at exactly the time we had discussed. We had a very relaxed morning getting ready and they definitely made sure that everyone got whatever they needed done on time for photos. We added an extra hair and makeup application on the morning of and they were very accommodating. Every girls hair looked great and I had nothing but compliments on my hair and make-up.

Renee was very prompt when it comes to communicating especially within the week of the wedding. She was also very attentive of the makeup and hair details of how I wanted it to be, the trial makeup was helpful on determining the perfect look on my big day. When it comes to hairstyling, she’s really really good in catching the similar look of the hairstyle ideas I showed her I would say I could give her 9-10/10 with it. Makeup wise, I could say like 6-7/10. Contouring especially on the nose fell short but all other parts she was very attentive on my requests especially I have a very sensitive and oily skin and so the makeup wears off after awhile, she made sure that would not be a problem during the wedding day itself.

Renee is super kind and helpful - she and her team were great to work with. My hair and makeup were flawless on my wedding day - couldn't have been happier! The trial I did with Renee a few months prior was very helpful and we were able to make tweaks to the style to ensure it was all exactly how I wanted. Renee took plenty of photos and notes during the trial to make sure it would look right on the wedding day itself. Her prices were very reasonable and made it easy for my bridal party to be able to also utilize her team's services on the day of. They came to the wedding venue and set up in the bridal suite the morning of and made sure to have a very clear schedule so that we did not fall behind on the day's events. I exchanged several emails with Renee leading up to the day to ensure the schedule would work given the alrge bridal party I had getting services done. Would definitely recommend!

Renee did the makeup for my wedding. I absolutely loved it, and all of my bridesmaids, as well as guests were complimenting me on my makeup. I had also asked her to do some of my bridesmaid's hair and makeup, and I thought she did a great job with them as well. She was very flexible when I kept changing how many girls were getting their hair and makeup done too. Overall, I had a great experience with Renee and would recommend her to anybody who wanted to have their makeup or hair done professionally.

Renee was a wonderful part of my wedding day, and did a great job helping me look my best. She was near to my wedding venue, The Otesaga, but I don't live in the Cooperstown area so the first time we met was a couple days prior to my wedding for the rehearsal hair and make-up session. Nonetheless, I was reassured in the months leading up to my wedding day by her prompt response to all my questions. She is a warm, creative energy to have around on this special occasion and was very happy to have her with me. She did a wonderful job with my hair, executing my vision perfectly. I wanted my look down the aisle to be a formal up-do with the ability to let out the bottom half for the reception, and she was able to achieve this technical request while also capturing the swept-up, romantic style I wanted. Perfect. The make-up was ultimately less to my liking, particularly the lips. The spray-on foundation over the lips gave them a tacky and bulky sensation, and I was quite self-conscious during the wedding day before just taking it off to feel more normal. She also used a lip gloss carrying her brand, which I then had to buy for $12 if I wanted to reapply during my wedding day. I did this, but the texture of the gloss is very off-putting, and if I had realized that was my best option, I would have selected my own lipstick to bring. The manicures/pedicures were good. Overall, I give her very high marks. She brought a great team together for my wedding day, and everyone (~8 people) were ready right on time. I am very happy to have worked with her and recommend her highly to others.

Beautiful Wedding Hair
Timeless Salon & Studio came as a recommended vendor from our venue and they did a good job on hair and makeup for myself, my bridesmaids and the mothers of the bridge and groom. I really loved how my hair turned out! The beautiful curls were exactly what I envisioned for my wedding day. I also appreciated doing the makeup trial beforehand to get a feel for what I wanted and let me think about details like my lip color ahead of my wedding day. I also appreciated that Renee recommended us starting early on the wedding day. This left just the right amount of time for final touches to my hair. Thanks again for all your help!

Make up was really good- she does airbrush. Liked that she brought an assistant to help her. Flexible to come to your house or church or where ever you would like to get ready. Although, my hair (the curls) fell out by the time I went down the aisle - good advice is to take a curling iron- just in case!

I loved my hair, but I wasn't thrilled with the make up. I wish I'd done it myself and saved the money. I didn't think the makeup was very good quality and I don't think Renee picked good tones for my coloring. I bought the lip gloss she used in my test session, then on my wedding day she didn't have it, and she gave me a used one she had with her. That still irks me. My hair looked gorgeous but it didn't hold up through the dancing, which I suppose is to be expected. I paid for all my bridesmaids to get their hair done, too. A couple of them got make up done, too. Everyone looked great.
