We spent a lot of time looking at photographers, wanting to make sure we got the perfect one to help us preserve our beautiful wedding memories. I don't think Karena from Timeless Carolinas could have done a better job. She worked with me on different pricing and time options and followed my list of shots to a tee. She went above and beyond everything we wanted to capture and made sure everyone involved did what we wanted for our photos. She helped capture not only everyone that was important to us and able to attend the wedding, but she helped capture the mood and spirit of the day. She caught all the little details that I spent months planning out and caught all of the moments in between of me admiring my new husband, him crying as he saw me in the first time in my wedding dress and just the joy and fun that all of our guests had. She perfectly captured the environment and highlighted the love shared between me and my husband as well as the love all of our guests have for us. Seeing the photos for the first time, my husband and I were crying and laughing throughout looking at all of them, and could not wait to share them with all of our family and friends.Timeless Carolinas's reply:

Timeless Carolinas review
Working with Timeless Carolinas, Ashley, the wedding director, and Corey, the photographer, was such a seamless and wonderful process! They had clear and regular communication, and Corey was able to capture our day perfectly. She was extremely diligent in her preparation and execution (she even ran around our wedding venue trying to find where a rainbow was for pictures after it drizzled a little). Ashley checked in with us regularly and made sure we had everything we needed for the day. Both of them were truly wonderful to work with!Timeless Carolinas's reply:

We had an incredible experience with Timeless Carolinas being our wedding photographer! They were very communicative and easy to work with. We were able to work with them to customize a package that fit our budget and even got so many more beautiful photos than we originally thought we would! Going with Timeless Carolinas for our wedding was the best decision we made! Lauren was our photographer, and Jeff was our videographer. They were both excellent at their job and also both fun people to be around. They also got our pictures and video back to us in a timely fashion which was greatly appreciated. Both the photos and video were better than we ever could have imagined. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding videographer! From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely passionate about capturing our special day. They took the time to get to know us as a couple and truly understood our vision.
On the wedding day, they were a calming presence—never intrusive, always kind, and incredibly organized. They captured every important moment beautifully, from the emotional vows to the little candid moments we didn’t even realize were happening. The final video was nothing short of magical. Ashley the director was amazing to work with! I told her our venue style and she sent me some albums that were outside and full of greenery. She was amazing with communication, I really feel like she listened to my vision. We were a little skeptical with booking a company not knowing our photographer but when we got assigned Karena we were able to chat with her about our vision, and she executed it so perfectly. She used the shot list I created and helped us feel comfortable as a couple. We’re not used to taking photos and she gave us such great direction and made us feel fabulous!Timeless Carolinas's reply:

Timeless Carolinas was great to work with. Everything was well organized and taken care of. They checked in multiple times as our day got closer and made sure they knew what we wanted. Absolutely Amazing!
If I could give them more stars I would! Seriously such a great value and their work is amazing. They were so prompt and quick with getting our photos and video back, we had them in less than 30 days which is insanely quick! I’m obsessed with all of my pictures and they had me completely bawling with our wedding video! We absolutely loved working with Timeless Carolinas for our wedding festivities. Ashley (the director who oversees all operations) matched us to a fabulous team and was super helpful and kept us organized in the run up to our wedding. Photo and video delivery was RAPID - we got our full libraries less than a month after our wedding. I’ve never heard of that happening. Importantly, the photos and videos were stunning. We loved the editing done by the team.
Our photographers were Melissa and Rachael and our videographer was Eric. The 3 of them were the best, most thoughtful, fun, talented photography and videography team we could have imagined. We just received our pictures back after anxiously waiting and are very happy. Communication was in point with Ashley. We even changed our wedding date after signing our contract and it was easily adjusted (from May to November). We had a couple of photographer changes which made us a little nervous because there weren’t any reviews on our specific photographer at the time. Nadia was our photographer and she had great ideas for poses and captured as much as possible within a short period of time! We had so many great pictures that the ones we didn’t like (a double chin or awkward facial expression) was just a candid photo to laugh at later! For first time brides, I would suggest having a list that you keep for the wedding day to ensure you get all of your poses and specific family/friend group pictures. Working with Timeless Carolinas was SO easy! I had booked with their Black Friday deal for a boudoir session and wedding day photographer (Christina Elmore) and videographer (Eric Hood) for 5 hours. I had originally been paired with another photographer but had concerns about her style of work and Timeless (Ashley MacKay) assigned a new photographer without any fuss. Communication was amazing, Christina and Eric went above and beyond (ex. we had extra time after taking couple photos before the reception and they brought us wine and food from our cocktail hour so we could have extra alone time!!!), and we're so happy with all of our results!!Timeless Carolinas's reply:

Timeless Carolinas did a FANTASTIC job matching us with our photographer, Jamie. We are not ‘picture people’ and Jamie made the entire day a breeze. She made us comfortable and posed us to ensure that we got all the photos we wanted. Jamie has a phenomenal eye for all the candid shots and captured the love of our wedding day beautifully. In complete transparency, when searching for a photographer we were hesitant to book with a company who outsourced their photographers. However, from the moment we inquired to after the ‘I do’s’, the entire Timeless team communicated and alleviated all stress! We got a ‘sneak peek’ of our wedding pictures just two days after the wedding and received the entire album 2 weeks later! We used Timeless Carolinas for both our engagement photos, wedding day photos and videography. In the days leading up to our engagement shoot and wedding day, our photography team reached out to us to gather all important details and answered all questions we had about what to expect. We were also able to share out the types of photos we wanted to have captured and what formal photos we wanted taken on our wedding day, during the ceremony, after the ceremony and throughout the reception.
