Working with Ally and Victoria was a pleasure. They really pay attention to your vision and help you make it come true! The food was delicious, the bar being in the room was perfect for our families. At the last minute the sun came out and we had a beautiful day. They were so organized with helping everyone go to where they were suppose to. When we arrived early to give a check the room was set up just as I had hoped and looked beautiful. We had the best time and really enjoyed our day!

We had our wedding reception at McLoone’s Supper Club in October and everything exceeded our expectations!

We were in Asbury Park one afternoon and decided to stop in – although Vicky was getting ready for a party later that day and we did not have an appointment, she made time to sit down with us and review the wedding packages at McLoone’s. She was so kind, informative and accommodating! The attentiveness of Vicky, coupled with the unique space and beachfront location, had us sold on choosing McLoone’s as our venue.

Throughout the planning process, Aly, Vicky and Libby were so responsive, helpful and professional. As we got closer to our wedding day, we had a lot of questions about décor and room setup, and they were so helpful, patient and offered suggestions based on their experience. We were able to drop off the decorations the day before our reception. Having the coordinators and team set everything up for us was super helpful. The team decorated the room beautifully, and it looked better than I could have imagined! The food was DELICIOUS, and so many guests raved about it after the event. The bartenders, staff, and coordinators were attentive throughout the night.
We highly recommend McLoone’s Supper Club! We could not have asked for a better team and venue—everything was perfect.

Where can I start? Vicki and Alyssa were 100000% amazing. From the initial meeting, to talking over the menu’s, to setting up the décor. Everything was perfect. I was nervous about how the vision would be done and how we would follow a timeline, but they made it all so easy to understand. The food was so good, we wanted seconds. The cocktail hour was so good. We had our own server dedicated to just us – Kiki. She was so sweet, and really by our side the whole day. You wanted a drink or two- she got it. I asked for a plate of cocktail hour food for the bridal suite so we could have it waiting for us- we had two plates. I knew it was last call and Kiki made it possible for me to have an extra drink. The day we went to pick up the décor they gave us 3 meals and some of our cocktail hour food to go. Which is really amazing since the day after your wedding can be absolutely insane. Would recommend to anyone that really wants an amazing staff to help you truly capture your vision and day.

We couldn’t have been happier holding our wedding reception at McLoone’s Supper Club! The space, the food, and the service were even better than expected. We were a little worried that the space would feel tight (we had about 145 guests) but it didn’t feel crowded. Everything was set up beautifully. The food was great and there was so so much of it. The guests loved the food and the views. Alyssa and Victoria are pros and made it easy to plan. What a great place!

I truly can't say enough good things about Tim McLoone's. When we were looking for venues, we had one meeting with Vikkie and knew we needed to book that day. Throughout the entire process, Alyssa & Vikkie were beyond responsive, helpful, and professional. They made this entire process seamless - and handled every situation like absolute pros - none of this would have been possible without them. The venue itself was exactly what we were looking for for our wedding - the circle set up made for the perfect intimate setting and the wrap around balcony & views were unmatched. Throughout the night, the entire staff was SO kind and helpful. And the FOOD was AMAZING! Over a month later and we are still being told it was the most fun wedding our guests have been to with the best food they've had at a wedding. I could go on and on about how incredible Tim McLoone's is - the worst part is that the wedding is over!

We could not be more thrilled with how our wedding reception went. The food and drinks were delicious, the staff was lovely the whole night and made sure we got to taste/try everything. Everyone raved about the food and cocktails. They have lots of different packages depending on what type of wedding you're looking for. We did the Casablanca package which was perfect for us! McLoone's works with a nearby bakery for wedding cakes and we aren't big cake people so it was a low priority for us, but we LOVED our wedding cake. We ended up getting more desserts from the bakery, too!

Alyssa and Victoria are so smart, accommodating, and professional and make sure that every detail is perfect. We had about 130 guests and felt completely comfortable in the room/dance floor and for the cocktail hour. If you're looking for a fun place in a great location for a small/mid-sized wedding or party, this is your place!

Tim McCloone's supper club was the percect venue for our beach front wedding. The food was phenomenal. The staff were all a pleasure. And Victoria and Alyssa were great communicatora every step of the way. Would do it again in a heartbeat

We had our wedding at McLoone's on 6-2-22. From the very beginning Alyssa and Victoria were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They worked with us on everything from setting up additional bars, having extra bar tenders on hand, adding a special request to the menu and working with all our vendors. McLoone's handled ALL of the arrangements for the ceremony on the beach. Our guests certainly had fun and continue to rave about the beauty of the venue and the food! If you're looking for a unique beach front venue with great food and a wonderful staff, don't hesitate to book McLoone's.

We enjoyed every moment at McLoone’s, thank you to Vickie and Alyssa for accommodating the day so well. Only thing we wished we could change a bit was to announce the food differently as our guests were a bit confused because we had a cocktail dinner reception.

We fell in love with this venue when we first visited Asbury Park. Meeting with Victoria and Alyssa and getting the venue booked was easy and they made the whole process stress-free. The email exchanges made sure we were on top of everything we needed for our wedding. Victoria and her team went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. Everything from the ceremony to the reception was better we could have dreamed.

From the minute we walked into the venue we knew it would be the perfect location for our wedding. Vicky was so attentive and helpful every step of the way. We were supposed to have it outside but due to the hurricane had to have the ceremony inside, they were able to create an amazing space for us and our guests. I can't image the day being any better.

Having my wedding at Tim McLoones was the absolute best and easiest decision EVER. Once we walked into the place , it was love at first sight. We had our ceremony on the beach, followed by a cocktail hour overlooking the beach views and sunset. The room is AMAZING and absolutely STUNNING at night. Speaking of love at first sight l, Alyssa and Victoria are 2 of the most amazing people on the planet. Working with them was an absolute dream come true. From the start of planning , they were answering my (almost daily) emails of questions and random thoughts. They were SO PATIENT with me and helped me out sooo much with everything. I didn’t think they could be more amazing … until the actual day or my wedding. They were by my side the entire day and coordinated the entire night to run one thousand percent perfectly. Words can’t express how grateful I am to them. I was overwhelmed in planning a wedding and they took all the pressure off of me and made our wedding day the most beautiful day of ours lives. In addition , everyone who attended our wedding keeps RAVING about all of the amazing food and venue!!! We keep getting the same feedback “that place was absolutely amazing and beautiful and the food was the best we ever had at a wedding.” THE BEST FOOD. Tim mcloones has the views, the beach ceremony, the decor and the best food!! An extra bonus is you get Alyssa and Victoria as event directors. What else could you possibly need or want in a venue ?? BEST NIGHT OF OUR LIVES! Best decision we ever made!!

Tim McLoone's was the perfect wedding venue for us!! Our guests continue to rave about the beach ceremony, amazing views, awesome bartenders, lively dance floor and the best food they've ever had. We LOVED having our wedding at Tim McLoone's Supper Club! We frequently go to Asbury Park and picking McLoone's as our venue was a no-brainer. Alyssa and Vikkie are both amazing to work with, answer questions promptly, and both helped us plan the perfect wedding. Having our ceremony and photos on the beach/boardwalk was our ideal location. Our guests raved about the appetizers, entrees, and desserts! We also used several vendors that were recommended by McLoone's.

McLoone’s was INCREDIBLE. First of all, Alyssa and Victoria, the event coordinators, are absolutely spectacular. They kept everything running so smoothly, answered my million questions, were really accommodating and helpful, just incredible. We also had to postpone due to covid and were able to do so with zero hassle, which was a huge relief. Having them there to set up and take down the decorations is also HUGE, it’s such a time and stress saver.

We did the brunch wedding buffet, and our guests raves about the food. (The stuffed French toast…I ate like the entire tray, it’s too good.) It was also really nice to have the balcony area for guests to hang out on, and the bridal suite for my husband and I to escape to.

I really loved this place and I’m so glad we chose it. It was perfect for our small wedding, and would have been perfect for a slightly larger wedding as well, but is definitely an intimate setting. I really can’t recommend it enough. Just perfect all around.

Beautiful location, great food, above and beyond service! Victoria and Alyssa are excellent coordinators. This is not a typical venue and it’s a guarantee to impress any guest. We feel so lucky to have found this restaurant!

My wife and I got married at Tim McLoone's last August, and the experience working with Victoria and Alyssa was amazing from start to finish. They were so easy and pleasant to work with during the planning, and our tasting was incredible. When the wedding weekend arrived, we were able to drop off all of our decor the day before and the process of checking it all in was smooth and efficient. On the big day, we were about 30 minutes away from the beach ceremony when Hurricane Ida blew into town. The transition from beach to indoor ceremony was FLAWLESS, and it was so beautiful and intimate inside that we didn't even care we weren't on the beach! Our friends and family all told us later that watching them switch gears so quickly was so professional and impressive. The food received rave reviews from all of our guests, the cake was delicious, and we were 100% right in adding on some late-night snacks to wrap the night up. The entire night was perfect. The next morning we went back for all of our decor, which was carefully packed up for us by the staff. There is not a thing we would change about our day (even Ida!), and we could not recommend Tim McLoone's any more highly! Thank you Victoria, Alyssa, and Tim McLoone's!

We made the BEST decision ever by having our wedding at Tim Mcloone's Supper Club. We had an incredible experience working with Victoria, Alyssa, and the rest of the team- They always answered all of our questions very quickly, showed so much interest and excitement for our day throughout the planning process, and we're extremely supportive when we made the difficult decision to postpone from 2020 to 2021 due to Covid. Victoria and Alyssa frequently checked in with us, offered support, and made our wedding vision come to life. Honestly, everything was better than we could have ever imagined it. Our guests still talk about how delicious the food was and how great the service was throughout the entire evening. Also, this space is so unique with the most beautiful views of the ocean and Asbury Park. The team made sure that we all had the very best and most memorable night.

We could not be happier with our wedding at Tim McLoone's Supper Club on 7/17/2021. We booked in 2019 and had to postpone our 2020 wedding due to COVID. The entire process was seamless - we have heard horror stories of other venues and are so glad we chose McLoone's. Victoria & Alyssa are incredible and have it down to a science. They are extremely professional, answered our endless questions, and were just overall wonderful to work with. The room is SO COOL and intimate - we love that it was not a traditional ballroom. The round shape really allows for everyone to mingle and feel like a part of the action - there isn't a bad seat in the house! The views of the beach and Asbury can't be beat. The food is delicious and plentiful - our guests are still raving about it. Despite the threat of rain, we were able to have our beach ceremony and cocktail hour outside and couldn't be happier that Alyssa never pushed to put it all inside because of the forecast. I can't say enough good things about the entire experience - we truly wish we could relive the day over and over again.

When we were looking at venues for our reception, I knew I wanted to be near the beach, so Tim McLoone’s Supper Club was one of the first few we looked at. After we met with Vickie DeSantis, the incredible coordinator, we knew we had to choose them, because she was so wonderful to work with and so accommodating. Vickie, Alyssa, and the team at McLoones made our entire wedding process, including postponing our date due to COVID-19, incredibly easy and as stress-free as possible. They also made our wedding day itself incredibly magical, despite some not great weather that caused cocktail hour to be moved inside. The food was delicious—our family and friends are still raving about the appetizers and their dinners a week later, and the bartenders and servers were incredibly attentive and accommodating. (Shout out to Kevin for making sure that my husband and I got our favorite appetizers and drinks!) The staff also decorated the venue beautifully. The venue itself is so unique, with its circular shape, that it made us feel close to everyone who was there. We also had a live band and their built-in stage and dance floor were just perfect for dancing the night away. I can’t thank Vickie enough for making our reception so perfect. I would recommend working with her and McLoones to anyone.

It's almost been a full year since our wedding at Tim McLoone's now and I am finally getting around to writing a review of the most wonderful day! I'm not much of a writer but what I can say is that our wedding was basically flawless, thanks to Samantha, Victoria, and all of the staff at Tim McLoone's. I can't tell you just how hard Victoria and Samantha work to ensure everything is just right for your wedding day. It's no understatement that these ladies have their hands more than full, yet they are absolutely professional always, no matter the situation.

Here's an example of how far they go to make things perfect for you: We had bought a large poster-sized sign to place at the entrance of the reception hall to put on an easel. To my dismay, upon arrival at the venue to drop of all of our items before the wedding, I discovered the poster frame was defective and it wouldn't stay together. So what happened? Victoria laid the poster on the floor, got a hammer and fixed it! That's just one small example of how they went above and beyond for us.

From our first inquiry email the year before to the final follow-ups afterwards, these ladies are on top of everything, extremely helpful, and professional (and I'm sure I asked some ridiculous questions, ha!). A special huge thanks to Samantha, our day-of coordinator, and to Lexi, who assisted me with any needs on the day-of. Big shout out to the chef, as well (oh, those potatoes!). Thank you, thank you, from Maddy and myself!

Vikkie and Samantha were amazing. They anticipated everything we needed. Whenever we had questions, they were prompt with answers. On our wedding day, they were there every step of the way I’m getting down to the beach and making sure everything went smoothly to getting us back to the supper club. They were with us the entire night long and their staff was the best. Never hesitate to reach out to get your questions answered. We wish we could get married here every year.

Vicky and Samantha's team at Tim McLoone's is out of this world! They walked us through every piece of planning leading up to our wedding day and even the day of our wedding. Everyone at Tim McLoone's goes above and beyond and we definitely couldn't have been happier. It's been two months since our wedding and we are still raving about the venue and our family/friends are still raving about the food! We have nothing but great things to say about our experience will definitely have another party there.

We had our wedding at this venue in Aug. The overall experience was just great, could not have asked for anything more. We had our ceremony on the beach. Vicki and Sam were great to work with, they handled everything for us and were always readily accessible. The overall staff were friendly and attentive. We loved having our wedding at the Supper Club! The wrap around porch really incorporates being at the beach and is one of the few venues with reception beach views. The team at the Supper Club is very helpful but also ensures that your day is how you want it. The food is delicious - not your typical wedding fare - and the chef even created pork roll, egg and cheese sliders for us! We loved our experience.

My fiancé Rick and I fell in love with Tim McLoones Supper Club in Asbury Park the moment we walked in. The views of the ocean, the layout of the room and all the windows made this venue just the perfect spot for us. Working with Samantha and Victoria was simply flawless. They truly are a dynamic duo who love what they do. From our first meetings with them to our wedding day they both were always fun, energetic, detail oriented and listened to our ideas. I had a vision of how I wanted the room, I put together candles for all the tables and did my own centerpieces. The room does not need a lot, it’s gorgeous alone. So when the big day came I was nervous if my vision would be the way I imagined it. All I could say when I walked in to the room was WOW, my breath was truly taken away. Victoria had the room set up even better than I had envisioned. It was romantic, elegant and simply beautiful!

All the staff were amazing to work with, they were right there when needed and quick to respond with any questions we had. The bartenders were quick with making cocktails, the bar was always kept clean. Everyone was super friendly and very attentive.

Now on to the food, our guests were blown away with how delicious everything was. The food was one of the main reasons we picked McLoones, because it’s cooked to order and not prepared hours before like your typical banquet hall meals. There was not one complaint with our selection. We chose the Gone With the Wind package, from cocktail hour through dinner our guests raved about how wonderful the food was, that there was so much and so many delicious choices.

If you are looking for an intimate wedding space, from the ceremony to reception you can’t go wrong with Tim McLoones Supper Club. We had 107 people and there was plenty of room. Our ceremony was inside, right at the stage with pretty starry lights behind us, cocktail hour was out on the balcony which gave our guests the chance to enjoy not only the ocean view but the soothing sound of the waves. The dance floor is large and there is plenty of seating. It’s an amazing venue... you won’t be disappointed. We look forward to going back. Thank you Victoria, Samantha and Tim McLoone’s Supper Club staff for an unforgettable wedding day, we couldn’t have been happier!

Mark and I had our second wedding at The Supper Club last Sat November 3 under the guidance and direction of Victoria DeSantis, banquet manager. In planning a second wedding we were extremely particular in our requests. The venue needed to be distinct and unusual while simultaneously being warm and inviting. The food needed to be exquisite and drinks customized. Above all, guests needed to be quickly attended to while feeling a loving and family atmosphere. Victoria quietly and considerately navigated these requests. The food, bar, aesthetics of the venue were beyond description. We have Facebook posts describing our day as the best reception our friends and family have ever attended ‘ bar none’. Kudos to Tim McCloones and Ms DeSantis. You guys rocked it! And by the way—Denise and Nicole Entertainment brought down the House! Thanks everyone..... job well done. 💗

We got married at Tim McLoone's Supper Club over the past weekend and from the moment my husband and I met, Victoria and Samantha, the event coordinators, we knew this was were we wanted to have our wedding. They were unbelievably kind, understanding, helpful, genuine, thoughtful and truly made our lives and the whole planning process easy and enjoyable. The interactive tour really helped me plan for the day! They responded to every one of my silly, over-thinking emails so quickly and helped me pull off our wedding in 6 months. When our day finally came they both continued to be amazing. They eased my nerves and reminded us to enjoy our day. They even entertained our not to happy flower girls and ring bearers like they were part of the family!

Now for the remarkable space. WOW. Tim McLoone's is so unique as is but once I saw my flowers & decor pieces within the space it really was picture perfect. Samantha and Victoria ensured that every detail was followed and was exactly how we wanted it. They walked us through the space before our ceremony so we were able to really take it all in. The amazing, breath taking ocean views from inside and from the wrap around balcony extended the space and made it magical. We had a custom Romeo&Juliet cocktail style reception and the food was so delicious! The bartenders were quick, efficient and added to the fun! The rest of their staff were equally as professional, helpful and really made our day perfect!

All of our guests have been reaching out to tell us how wonderful, fun and beautiful our wedding was. I wouldn't change a thing and would pick Tim McLoone’s again without a doubt. If you are thinking about booking Tim Mcloone's for your big day, go meet with Victoria and Samantha! I promise you, you will not regret it!

Tim McLoone’s Supper Club is a great place, the staff is amazing, the food is beyond delicious, and the atmosphere is great. You will never be disappointed! Samantha and Vickie are great, very helpful and are a pleasure to be around! I couldn’t of asked for two better people to help me with my wedding. I’d definitely recommend and if I could do my wedding night again I’d definitely go back! There aren’t enough words to describe how happy I was with how every part of my wedding night turned out!

I hosted a Sunday Brunch for my son and his bride at McLoone's in Asbury Park. Victoria was with me every step of the way from planning to execution. The presentation was stunning and the food excellent. I would highly recommend this venue.

If you want a wedding reception venue that will wow your guests, then Tim McLoone’s Supper Club is the way to go! We wanted a venue that wasn’t a traditional wedding venue that most of our guests would have already experienced a million times before. It was the first and only venue that my husband and I visited. Once we walked in, we knew it was the perfect place to set the scene for the best day of our lives. Between the 360 degree panoramic windows, fun supper club feel, boardwalk location, and view of the ocean, we knew it was for us. Vikkie, the events director, is an absolute saint! She is so sweet, helpful, accommodating and just simply wonderful and made the planning process an absolute breeze. They provide so many wedding packages, as well as wedding enhancements, to ensure that you will have everything you’d ever want or need for your wedding day. The food is INCREDIBLE! So many of our guests made it a point to come up to us, whether during or after the wedding, to let us know that all the food they had throughout the evening, whether it was cocktail hour, the sit down dinner, or dessert, was fantastic and that the service was impeccable. Another amazing aspect of the venue that most people don’t think about when booking a venue is its size. We had 120 guests and the maximum capacity I believe is somewhere in the ballpark of 150 – this meant that the venue wasn’t so big where even though there were tons of people it still felt empty, and wasn’t so small where it would feel like everyone was squished into a space. The cherry on top to going with this venue for our wedding is that it’s somewhere we can visit and grab dinner on a regular day and a place we’ll pass by every time we go down to the beach in Asbury. Most people don’t get to go back to their wedding venue unless they go to another wedding there, but here, you can go back any time to relive the best night of your life. In fact, we plan on going back for dinner on our one year anniversary! Thank you!

If you are looking for a venue that is a little different and not a traditional ballroom setting then this is the place for you. The room is round with a really cool stage for a band, and gorgeous ocean views. The ceremony can be on the beach, or like we chose, across the street in Bradley Park with the back-drop of the gorgeous Convention Center building. The wedding coordinator, Vicky is amazing and doesn’t skip a beat. I hired a wedding planner, and probably didn’t need to with Vicky around. Their prices are reasonable and they are willing to work within your budget. Our wedding was everything we dreamed it to be, and more. I wouldn’t have changed a thing.

Victoria, Samantha, and Tim McLoone's Supper Club were amazing and we are so happy we had our wedding here! The venue was absolutely beautiful and their assistance in the planning process from start to finish alleviated any possibility of stress. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how good the food was (we agree!!) and many commented that it was the best wedding food that they have ever had. We were planning our wedding from out of town and their flexibility with the tasting, walk-though, and week of items to do was so very much appreciated. We plan for this to be our only wedding in our lifetime :-), but wish that we could do it all over again, just to re-live the day here. Their attention to detail and personal touches, on top of everything else already mentioned, will definitely lead us to recommend the Supper Club to anyone else looking for a perfect beach wedding venue!

I just had the wedding of my dreams this past Sunday September 10th! It would not have been as beautiful, as perfect, as easy as it was without Vicki. I've been working with her for nearly a year as our wedding was supposed to be in May and had to be delayed. That in itself was wonderful in that McLoone's honored the previous rate and made sure that the amount we had already paid for the beach permit was applied to another date. This was not at all the norm and they went above and beyond to make me happy but more so to make things as easy as possible for myself and my husband-to-be. The weather was perfect and that they may have had nothing to do with, but the food and the venue was incredible! I've been told by many of my guests, who came from around the country, that the event was the most intimate most beautiful wedding they have ever attended and the food was the best they ever have had at a wedding. Vicki took GREAT care to truly understand my vision and I arrived an hour earlier to see all of it being put into place. Samantha and Vicky were so intimately involved and making sure everything was perfect but yet they were also invisible at most times - the sign of incredible wedding event coordinator. also amazing - after the night was over everything was beautifully packed up and organized for me. Some went home that night with me but most things were picked up the next day. Everything was carefully packed up as if I did it myself.
My only regret is that I'll never marry again and have this experience again!! But I'll be sure to keep my mind on McLoone's supper club for any major celebration I need to have in the future.

I spent a lot of time reading reviews for venues all over the Jersey shore and no matter how many I read none came close to McLoones. Two of our main criteria were that we did not want a typical banquet hall and we had to connect with the staff and we definitely felt like we got both. This was the only place we visited and right away we knew that this was the venue for us, no need to look any further. I actually wanted to book on the spot and Vikkie told us to go home and think it over to make sure it was the right fit for us (I loved that there was no pressure). When you book with McLoones, you get the help of both event coordinators, Vikkie and Samantha, and both women are fantastic! They know what they are doing; they are professional, responsive, and so nice! They continued to impress us every step of the way and always made me feel like my wedding was the only one they were planning. They answered every email I sent, no matter how silly and I never felt like my wedding was just another wedding to them. We had our ceremony on the beach, cocktail hour on the balcony overlooking the ocean, and the reception was upstairs with a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean. The room was recently updated and it looked fantastic! We had a variety of dietary requirements and their chef is willing to work with you and accommodate all of these requests and everything was delicious! It’s been two months since our wedding and we are still receiving compliments on how beautiful our venue was, how great the food was, and how much fun our guests had. McLoones also fit perfectly into our budget. We did not need to rent the space (just paid for the food & drinks), we did not need to hire a wedding planner because Vikkie and Samantha take care of everything, and the cake was included! If you are looking for a non-traditional wedding venue that is sure to be memorable, McLoone’s is for you! I knew from the minute we booked Mcloones that our wedding was going to be perfect, and it was!

Our wedding was a dream come true! Working with Vikki and Nicole just made a seamless experience for planning our wedding from across the country! There were no surprises or speed bumps whatsoever in our entire process from day 1-the moment the wedding was over. The staff was so professional and experienced. We STILL have people telling us it was the best wedding they've ever been to!

Just for people shopping around: we did the brunch buffet package... and would do it again every time! The amount and quality of food was worth it alone. Everyone had plenty of options to eat, and could go back as much as they wanted.

Really the best experience of my life. No stress, and a lot of love from not only friends and family, but the warmest accommodation by the staff. Highly recommended :)

Our wedding was EPIC. McLoone's was fantastic in every way and made sure that it was the perfect day. Vikki and Samantha, the event coordinators, made our lives so easy and accommodated us throughout the entire process. They tailored the night to our specific needs and kept our vision in mind. One of the most underrated aspects of the venue, and more particularly our amazing event coordinators, was that they set-up the entire room and cleaned everything up when they night was over. I had no worries on the day of my wedding and cried when I saw how beautiful they made it. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

It's also important to note that I was living in Pittsburgh, PA when I planned my wedding and my husband was overseas/in Texas. We got engaged and planned our wedding in about 4 months. They were incredibly flexible, responsive and helpful. We definitely weren't the typical or 'easy' couple due to the distance so knowing that the venue was handling our needs was huge. I am so thankful that we went with McLoones.

Also! I got a gorgeous view of the ocean on my wedding day at a very reasonable price. The food was amazing (guests were raving). Also, Vikki saved my husband and I the hors d'oeuvres that were served during the cocktail hour and brought them to us so we could actually enjoy them too!

When we were choosing a place for our wedding we knew we didn’t want the traditional wedding venue and Tim McLoone’s Supper Club offers a fantastic place to have a wedding in a non-traditional venue. The room has a classy supper club vibe with a stunning view of the ocean and amazing food. We knew it was perfect for us. We had about 130 guests and there was plenty of room.

The feedback from our guests in nothing but positive. We continue to hear what a wonderful time they had, how much they loved the venue and how amazing the food was. I can’t tell you how happy we are to hear it and how much it means to know our guests truly had an enjoyable time.

Victoria and Samantha did an outstanding job! They truly went above and beyond to make our vision come true. Victoria is so easy to work with.. She is very professional , gets back to you in a timely manner and has a great way of making it all seem so easy. Samantha filled in for Victoria a time or two and she was just as easy to work with. There is no need to worry about the details with these two to assist you…they’ve got it all under control!

We were married there on Saturday, October 1, 2016. Vikkie and Jillian were absolutely amazing throughout our entire planning process. Their thoroughness and attention to detail went above and beyond my expectations. The venue itself is breathtakingly beautiful with panoramic ocean views. Everyone continues to rave about the food, drinks and ambience! Have your wedding there. You won't regret it!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about McLoone’s Supper Club. When initially searching for reception sites, we were looking for somewhere that would fit our Gatsby/Boardwalk Empire theme. McLoone’s was the first venue we visited and we fell in love (I was already enamored by the pictures and visiting the space sealed the deal). We visited three other venues the same day and nothing compared in terms of individuality, dinner packages (McLoone’s gives the biggest bang for your buck by far), and ambiance. Vikkie and Jillian were amazing to work with. They are both professional, responsive, friendly, and such a pleasure to work with. Both Vikkie and Jillian understood my vision for the day and did an excellent job at setting up all of the decorations that I had brought (and there were a lot!).

In addition to the Casablanca package, we added the beach ceremony (which was incredible and, from what I saw so far, allowed for beautiful pictures), the AV package, raw bar, and valet (this was crucial as several events were going on in Asbury that weekend and allowed guests to pull right up to McLoone’s). So many of our guests raved about the food, saying that it was the best wedding food they’ve had and we agree! The wait staff was courteous, attentive, and skilled, as well as the bartenders. The groom and I both commented several times on how we felt pampered and taken care of throughout the whole reception. In terms of space, we had just about 100 guests and the space was perfect. We loved the booth seating from the start and the additional tables fit perfectly in the space. Furthermore, Asbury Park offers a gorgeous view off of McLoone’s balcony, including the city, beach/ocean, and Convention Hall.

The morning after, we had a brunch at the Asbury Grille right below the Supper Club for about 50 guests and, once again, there were no disappointments or problems. The food and service were great.

We had such an amazing experience using Tim McLoone's as our wedding venue. When we started planning our wedding, my husband and I knew we did not want to hold our reception in a traditional catering hall. From the minute we stepped into the unique and beautiful room at McLoone's we knew we were in the right place. The location of the restaurant right on the boardwalk with an amazing view of the water also impressed us. Vikkie and Jillian were absolutely amazing to work with from day one through the end of our reception. Vikkie was very flexible and helpful with customizing our package, helped us determine the best layout and floor plan for our wedding, and was extremely organized throughout our process. On the day of the wedding Jillian made sure we were taken care of all day and that we had everything we needed. The food was excellent- we opted for the buffet and our guests loved everything served. We can't thank Vikkie and Jillian enough for making our wedding reception perfect!

No words can describe how happy my husband and I were with Tim Mcloones Supper Club. From the staff to the service to the food everything was outstanding. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about the reception. From the moment we started the planning process till the end Vikki and Jilian were very helpful and attentive to all our needs. When we had our tasting we chose the sea bass dish then we realized our guests would probably prefer salmon and at that moment the chef joined us and had no problem going back to the kitchen to make the salmon for us. That can service cannot be topped. For any bride looking for a non-traditional setting for a wedding, I can tell you that you will not find a better one other than Tim Mcloones and their amazing staff!

We had our wedding here in June 2016, and there aren't enough nice things to say about McLoone's! From the beginning of the planning process, everything went great! The food was amazing, and McLoone's even accommodated all of our food allergy issues. Victoria and Jillian were so helpful during the planning process and made sure everything went smoothly on the day of! The whole staff was wonderful and made sure my husband & I had drinks/food all night long! It was the best wedding!

We just had our wedding here on 4/23/16 and it was everything we dreamed it would be! It was a perfect day, so the view was phenomenal and from the day we booked the venue till we went to pick up our things after the wedding the McLoone's staff was amazing! My mother, FMIL and I did not agree on the salmon dish, so the chef generously made me the tarragon salmon to ensure my day was perfect. The food was exceptional, the first thing people said as Kevin and I walked out during cocktail hour was how delicious all the food was and I am still hearing compliments! The room was exactly how I envisioned, the staff made sure we always had a drink when we wanted one, they ensured we got a picture in the photo booth together and that we got a taste of all the food. Someone put together a sampler plate during cocktail hour so we wouldn't miss out and at the end we had lots of leftovers! We got one of each entrée, the crabcakes (which were the best I've ever had!) along with more appetizers and a sample of all the desserts from the Viennese table, which was great! Thank you McLoone's for giving us the perfect wedding!

My partner and I new pretty quickly that we wanted our wedding to be at Tim McLoones Supper Club, the location and unique atmosphere were awesome. Being able to getting married right on the beach and have the reception just steps from the ocean was perfect. The biggest factor was all the amazing reviews we found for weddings at Tim McLoone's, we honestly could find a negative review so that was reassuring. Now we know why, everything was PERFECT! We had the most amazing day and every detail was done with care. Rachel was our main wedding coordinator and she is like a wedding angel, she has a calming and comforting demeanor and made the entire year of planning and our big day go super smoothly. We also had our rehearsal dinner at the restaurant downstairs the night before and offered our guests a brunch there the next morning too. All were great, are guests are still raving about it. Can't say anything bad about it. Food and drinks were great, an abundance of food was packed away for us since like most couples we were so busy with the everything we barely ate. We made up for it back at the hotel and it was delicious. The only "issue" was that they did forgot to give out our end of night "favors" which were cake pops that we had purchased from their cake vendor the Chocolate Carousel. We didn't even notice until the next morning and neither did our guests - they didn't miss what they didn't know about. Rachel apologized profusely the next day, gave us all 150 cake pops that we had purchased and reimbursed us the full amount we paid for the cake pops. So we gave them out the next day at the brunch instead.

When we first started wedding planning, I was inspired by images of old Hollywood nightclubs, with big dance floors surrounded by cozy booths and a live big band. I thought I had to give up on the idea, being New Jersey natives, and that being more of a west coast idea. I was wrong! Tim McLoone's Supper Club is vintage flair without being outdated, it's city chic with a view of the ocean! We hired a swanky jazz band and decorated very minimally, because the space itself has such style, and we loved that our cocktail hour was outdoors on the upper deck. We worked with a few different people during our planning process, and each was as sweet, professional and helpful as the last. Jillian was our final coordinator, and she's the one who calmed me down over the phone a week before the wedding when I discovered the Asbury Park Zombie Walk had been rescheduled to our wedding day (part of it takes place on the boardwalk right outside the venue) and seemed genuinely as excited for our wedding day as we were! The food was amazing (we're still receiving compliments on it) and the service was consistently attentive and friendly. I have been filming weddings for the past 5+ years, so I'm familiar with a lot of venues in the area, and we knew we didn't want the usual wedding-factory banquet hall. I loved that the Supper Club was unique and a little out of the box, while still offering clear, comprehensive wedding package options, so all the hardest work was done for us! We opted for a couple of add-ons that we were really happy to have: a premium open bar upgrade, valet parking, and the A/V tech package for uplighting and utilizing the sound system for the band (the Supper Club is a concert venue when private events aren't booked, so we wanted to make sure we took advantage of that!) We could not have asked for a more perfect place to hold our wedding reception. We live locally and have always admired the building, the location and the food. When we stopped by one Saturday and looked upstairs they were setting up for a wedding and the room looked incredible. At that moment we both knew this was the venue for us.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience in working with the Event Coordinators at Tim McLoone's Supper Club in Asbury Park. From the start, Rachel was incredibly accommodating of our budget and that alone was an immense relief for us. She was able to structure our menu and services to be well-rounded yet affordable. Throughout the year of planning, she was prompt in her communication and did a great amount of work in helping us sort out various aspects of our ceremony and reception. We also were fortunate to work with Blair and Jillian, who served as our day-of Coordinator, and everyone was simply fantastic. Most of all, our wedding was scheduled for the weekend of Hurricane Joaquin, and Jillian and Rachel were so incredibly thoughtful and diligent about helping us secure an amazing back-up location for our ceremony and keeping us calm about potentially tumultuous weather.

As for McLoone's itself, we love the location and the unique aesthetic, as it is a circular room, outlined in booths. This was perfect for us as we felt that there was not a "bad seat" in the entire room, and we felt very connected with each of our 100 guests that were in attendance. The view was amazing, especially as it sits on the boardwalk/beachfront. The food is consistently delicious (the tasting was an excellent experience in and of itself) and the service staff were so kind and helpful throughout the reception.

Overall, we would highly recommend interested parties to explore using Tim McLoone's Supper Club as their venue as the staff really highlighted the experience and made everything so worthwhile and amazing for us.

Tim McLoone's Supper Club was the first venue my wife and I looked at; we instantly fell in love and didn't need to look any further. We always knew we didn't want a cookie-cutter banquet hall or ballroom, and McLoone's (in the old Howard Johnson's building), is anything but! It's gorgeous, funky, iconic, and an intimate atmosphere for a smaller wedding. We had just under 60 people and it never felt empty. The 360 panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Boardwalk, and city are breathtaking. And Asbury Park is a unique place we both love!

When we began working with Rachel, the event director, we knew immediately that we were in good hands. She made planning seamless and went above and beyond to bring our whole vision to life. We wanted to have a meatless wedding, and when we requested falafel and mushroom risotto, she and the chef said "no problem!" She handled getting the permits and other details coordinated for our beach ceremony, and ensured our decorations were set up perfectly on the big day. We barely had to lift a finger; Rachel and the entire wonderful staff took care of everything and totally eased our stress. We were able to truly enjoy our wedding thanks to their amazing skills and constant assistance. We cannot find enough words to express our gratitude!

The value was also excellent for this area. McLoone's has flexible options and packages to choose from and the food is plentiful and delicious! No one even missed the meat at our wedding and everyone had their fill. Much better than your typical wedding fare. And the inclusion of open bar and a gorgeous custom wedding cake from Chocolate Carousel in nearby Wall provide even more for your money. If you are looking for a unique and memorable wedding experience, McLoone's might just be your venue. My wife and I can confidently say our wedding was a dream--and it was FUN! I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at Tim McLoone's Supper Club. I got married on the beach in June 2015 followed by a reception at McLoone's. From day one the staff was incredibly patient, sweet, knowledgeable and quick to respond! I began working with Rachel Koeppel. She was wonderful, we worked with her up until a month before our wedding. She went on maternity leave and we were introduced to Blaire Katz. I was worried since we had been working with someone for over a year regarding our wedding. Blaire was fabulous and exceeded my expectations! I had an incredible experience with her, every last minute email and crazy question she handled with patience and details. Melinda, our maitre'd was on point! I had a large bridal party, 7 Bridesmaids/6 Groomsmen with family walking out for the ceremony. Melinda handled it like a pro. We were late coming back from our photos, Melinda was patient and handled everything while we were gone. There were last minute issues with our DJ regarding introductions. Melinda was composed, heard what I wanted and communicated it to the DJ effortlessly. Before the wedding I took photos by myself, I was able to see my vision come to life before my eyes, it was powerful. McLoone's and the staff got everything right. The AV guy Tony got my video to play, which was quite the feat. I had live performers and McLoone's supplied all of the equipment. Tony made sure everything was set up and sounded great. Blaire let us keep all of our items in the Bridal Suite since there wasn’t an event the next day. The next day we came by and she gave us food, including everything from our Cocktail Hour. This meant so much to us since we missed it. We couldn't fit our wedding arch in the car, Blaire said we could keep it there until we got back from our honeymoon. I couldn't have asked for a more attentive group of people and unique venue.

I can not say enough good things about our wedding venue. Everyone there went above and beyond our expectations, from the food to the service. Rachel makes the whole process very easy and stress free. The venue was beautiful, both inside and the amazing beach views. I would highly recommend Tim McLoone's, especially to those who want an amazing reception without spending an insane amount of money. For the price, location, food, drinks, and service, this is the best venue on the jersey shore!

We were married in May 2014 (Memorial Day Weekend), and it took me far too long to post this, because it took me this long to be able to express my gratitude.

To put it simply, Tim McLoone’s Supper Club helped me create my dream wedding, and I cannot be more thankful. This is definitely not the traditional wedding venue, but if you are looking for some early Hollywood charm, a (not literal) smoky 30’s night club vibe, or just a nice intimate venue with a gorgeous beach wedding and the best event planner one could ask for, this might be your place. Located in Asbury Park in the old circular Howard Johnson building, the Supper Club was not a place we found on our own. Knowing we wanted a beach wedding, we looked into some traditional venues, including another McLoone property in Long Branch. I received an email reply to my inquiry from Rachel, who sent us the Supper Club info as well, just in case we might want to look there as an option. As we we're in the Asbury Park area anyway, we thought we give it a look, and we fell in love with the venue immediately. Food was delicious, views from the upper floor and balcony spectacular, and Rachel even made it clear they could accommodate any reasonable request and arrange everything for the beach ceremony, including the permits with reasonable costs and limited hassle. From start to finish the Supper Club was easy to work with, and on the day of the Wedding itself everything was as close to perfect as humanly possible. My guests were blown away by the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff, and I could not recommend both Rachel and the venue enough. My friends are already asking when we can renew our vows there again for another celebration! Definitely an amazing place, and I look forward to spending my anniversaries there for years to come.

This place is amazing. Not only did they give us incredible food in an awesome space, but the entire staff went above and beyond to make our day special. Rachel, the event coordinator, was on top of everything. For weeks afterwards, we've been hearing from our guests just how great the day was, and how great our venue was. So glad we picked the supper club!

I tend to write a lot, so before I say anything else, let me say this: McLoone's Supper Club is an amazing place to get married. The intimate atmosphere, awesome views, great food and -- most importantly -- the absolutely incredible help, service, and support from Rachel and Rachel made our day perfect.

Obviously, everyone has a different idea of what they're looking for in a wedding. If you're looking for a grand ballroom with a chandelier, unfortunately this place isn't for you. So, instead, I wanted to talk about the food and our wedding coordinator, Rachel K. First, McLoone's does a private tasting for you and four other guests. Two suggestions: go on an empty stomach and wear sweatpants. The food was amazing and the kitchen happily modified menu items to meet our requests. I'm happy to say that the food was just as good on the night of AND they cook it to order. Very awesome.

Then there's Rachel. She's super sweet, marvelously helpful, and is somehow capable of de-stressing any situation. She made sure everything ran so smoothly and seamlessly that I'm still amazed at it. My wife and I tried to do as much DIY so we could 1.) save money and 2.) also put our own spin on things and Rachel made sure everything got set up perfectly. We dreamed it, and Rachel made it work.

If you're looking for a one-of-a-kind wedding experience, I cannot recommend McLoone's Supper Club enough. My wife and I had a night we'll never forget, and we owe so much of that to McLoone's. Definitely check it out!

I rented the top floor of Mcloone's for my wedding reception. My wedding coordinator was Rachel Koeppel and she was WONDERFUL. I made a lot of changes during the planning stages (and some last minute) and she was nothing but kind and helpful the whole time. The staff was extremely nice and the room was beautiful (all dark wood with a wall of windows overlooking the ocean). I would absolutely use them again for a future event.

Since the minute we walked into the Supper club and see the laid back, lounge vibe we knew the Supper Club was the place for our wedding. The room was gorgeous at night with the lighting and view of the ocean. Rachel who is the wedding coordinator was absolutely fabulous to work with . She response to all my crazy emails so quickly and made the day run smoothly. The food was DELICIOUS! All of our guest complimented us on the food and the portion size and said they will be returning to the restaurant to eat there again after our wedding. If your looking for fantastic food and a not so traditional ballroom this is the place!

Rachel K. is great at her job, and makes the entire experience of working with Tim McLoone's Supper Club so easy, respectful, and gratifying. She went out of her way to give us the best wedding day we could have imagined, bent over backward and did flips in the air to make sure we got more than our money's worth, and never stopped working for us, the clients. So great. Definitely have your wedding here. Asbury Park is really changing nowadays, but it's still got a great vibe, and having your wedding at the beach and on the boardwalk will give you and your guests beautiful, lasting memories. We couldn't be happier.

We loved our wedding at McLoone's. Rachel was great to work with and she made sure everything ran smoothly. Our guests raved about the food. We picked McLoone's, in part, because it was a restaurant and not a traditional catering hall and it showed in the food. We enjoyed the location and our guests had plenty to do and see. The space is unique and interesting. It's capacity is limited, but that helped us keep our wedding list manageable. Also my husband's friends particularly enjoyed the full bar. We highly recommend the venue. It was a great value in comparison to many of the other venues along the beach.

Tim McLoone’s Supper Club is nestled on the Asbury Park boardwalk, right next to the Paramount Theater and Convention Hall with a stunning view of the ocean and a panoramic view of Asbury Park. We loved it instantly and not just because of the amazing architectural component of the building. When we went for our first meeting with the venue, we met Rachel, the Banquet Coordinator. I could never find the words to describe such an individual—but ‘incredible’ would be on the top of the list. A few days before the event, we dropped off all our decorations and favors—and Rachel and her team decorated everything for us! The result was beyond our wildest dreams; the venue looked stunning. The wedding included just around 100 guests, and everyone fit perfectly. We chose the Romeo and Juliet Wedding Package for the reception, and we were thrilled with the results. Our cocktail hour was unbeatable. Guests could not believe the food kept coming! The food was dynamite and prepared perfectly. As brides and grooms are wont to do, we were so excited, we nearly forgot to eat. Rachel personally brought us food at our table and made sure we had some of everything. The five hour open bar was awesome, and everyone loved the signature drink. At the end of the night, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the staff had wrapped up all the leftovers for us to take back to the hotel for our friends to enjoy. The staff also took care of packing up all our belongings, gifts and decorations and carried it to the car. We literally had everything taken care of, and did not worry about a thing. That is why we loved having our wedding at Tim McLoone’s Supper Club. We could have had our wedding anywhere, but we chose a venue that was not a cookie cutter venue, truly cared about what we wanted and honored our vision in its entirety. I would recommend Tim McLoone’s Supper Club to anyone, with the highest accolades. This place is a gem.

Tim McLoone's Supper Club was amazing. My wife and I had the perfect wedding: ceremony on the beach, cocktail hour on the outside patio and an incredible reception in a cool space. Rachel was fabulous. She was super helpful from the beginning planning stages right through to the end of the party. The food and service were superb, nothing but rave reviews from all of our guests.

Rachel, the Events Coordinator at McLoone's, went above and beyond for us from the very start. She was extremely easy to work with and easy to get in touch with. She was so quick to respond to us. Rachel was crystal clear about how everything at our wedding would go and it went exactly like that. We could not be happier with the way she handled everything. We never once had any doubt that she would take care of whatever question or decision we had to make. She is a stellar events coordinator. Since we chose McLoone's we were super confident that Rachel would make sure our day was spectacular. And it absolutely was!

During the course of our reception and the days afterward, many friends and family members approached us simply to say what a wonderful time they had at the wedding, and multiple people told us that this was hands down the most fun they had ever had at a wedding. Rachel Koeppel, the wedding coordinator at McLoone's, did a spectacular job planning and assisting us to make our special day perfect. Her professionalism and knowledge of the day-start to finish-helped us to plan those little personlized details that make a wedding special. She was always available for questions and responded promptly. She herself worked with her bartender-George-to create a specialty drink that was out of this world. She set up all of our decorations in a way that was aesthetically pleasing and pulled the whole look of out wedding together. She made it look effortless, and I know for sure that it wasn't for her! None of the stress was placed on me or my wife, and we were able to fully enjoy the day and the awesome party afterward. The food was delicious, the cake was delicious, and the space had a nightclub feel that seemed to encourage our guests to dance the night away. Her staff-including another assistant named Rachel-were extremely helpful and even went outside to move some stubborn sunbathers away from our ceremony site shortly before the event began. We shopped around for a reception site that could host a beach ceremony, and I can honestly say that we got a FANTASTIC value for the money, and would highly recommend this vendor to anyone looking for a beautiful outdoor wedding and a fun after party.

Rachel was professional, courteous, and on top of her game. The whole staff was wonderful. Everyone loved the location and food. They said there was so much of it too! I've been to weddings were the passed hors d'oeuvres come around once or twice and then you never see them again, but not at the Supper Club! Everyone had plenty to eat, drink, and had a great time dancing.

I had just recently had my wedding at Tim Mcloone's Supper Club in Asbury Park, NJ, and I absolutely LOVED everything about it. The place and location is gorgeous. It's not your average banquet hall which is why I fell in love with it to begin with. Nothing is better than of view of the ocean throughout your reception. The room is gorgeous at night time as well, once the sun goes down and its lit up. I especially liked having the entire balcony upstairs to ourselves and my guests through out the night. The food was amazing and since everything is cooked on site it makes it that much better, none of that catered style food. The staff was amazing and on top of our every need. Rachel, the banquet coordinator is just so helpful throughout the entire experience. She really made the night run so smoothly from booking the wedding to decorating the room and setting it up for us. It looked awesome, I couldn't thank her enough!

Our wedding at Tim McLoone's Supper club was everything we hoped it would be and more. The location is fantastic and everyone loved the food at the reception. Staff was courteous and professional. Our wedding was absolutely perfect!! I was the DYI bride and brought all of my decorations the week of my wedding and Rachel set them up perfectly day of. They also packaged everything afterwards and we picked it up the next day. We had our ceremony on the beach and it was more than I could have expected. We were uncertain whether or not to move it indoors that week because of weather. Vicki personally walked outside at the time of our ceremony the night before to let me know if it was too cold or not. Every email and phone call was responded to quickly and with more than enough information. I went there on numerous occasions prior to our wedding just to test out my ideas for centerpieces and Rachel and Vicki both gave me great feedback with their ideas and accomidated me every time! They helped me plan my wedding perfectly. The room there is amazing at night and made for the perfect pictures! The food was unbelievable and I am still getting compliments about it! Cocktail hour was also held outside on the deck and my guests raved about how amazing the food was and how great the staff was. One of my guests still talks about how great it was to get hot appetizers! McLoone's staff goes above and beyond and we couldn't thank them enough! We are not your average couple and this venue is not your run of the mill place. If you're looking for somewhere that is sure to impress your guests and make your wedding stand out, McLoone's Supper Club will be your best choice! They will be sure to give you the wedding of your dreams!

We selected this venue because of the unique environment, the amazing packages available, and of course - our hostess with the mostess, Rachael Koeppel. If you have the chance to book this venue, do it. We were married on a Thursday in October and we couldn't have asked for better weather. The wedding was planned for the evening and so we had the sunset with the beach right there! The food was phenomenal and they catered to a couple of special requests for food. The procees of planning was made so much easier with this venue and with Rachael running the show for us. I would love to throw another wedding with them, or any party for that matter. Book ASAP!

When searching for our wedding venue, we thought we had a near impossible list of "must haves" in mind --but we found everything we wanted in McLoone's Supper Club! As a same-sex couple, we knew we wanted to be in a place that would make us feel comfortable and treat us with dignity and respect from the start. This is something we instantly felt from McLoone's staff.

The place is right on the water, giving guests sweeping views of the ocean all night. Food is out of this world --even with some of our guest being chefs they gave it top notch reviews! Rachel was easy to work with, especially on the day of the wedding where we felt like she handled everything flawlessly. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at the supper club. All well perfect. We opted for no chafing dishes at the cocktail hour which worked out great because there was more than enough food. MUST have the crab cake for appetizer and we went with the regular steak option (no upgrade to filet). The portions on dinner are HUGE!

The overall atmosphere of the place is intimate and unique and the staff were truly amazing and accommodating. Prices are affordable (at least compared to the rest of the wedding prices out there...). Would reccommend to any couple looking for something different than a traditional reception hall.

One of the best wedding decisions we made was holding our reception at Tim McLoone's Supper Club! There are so many good things to list about this venue - location, room set up, awesome food, flexible packages with many options, reasonable prices, and very helpful staff! The room is set up in almost a circle with booth seating around the outside and full, almost 360 views of Asbury Park and the ocean. It doesn't feel like your typical wedding "box" or regular ballroom. It really has charm and character which is exactly what we wanted. We had a cocktail style reception to keep everything more free flowing and less stuffy. The event still felt formal and special while not restricting people to a sit down meal. One of the best parts about Supper Club is that you get to work with Rachel Koeppel, the event coordinator. She is very knowledgeable and flexible to requests. She was super attentive and responsive to everything we needed through the planning and the day of the event. In terms of the food, our guests talked about how much they loved it! The food is much more like delicious restaurant food, than banquet food, which was another huge draw for us. They packed up a ton of food for us to take home since we barely got to eat the night of the event. Another great thing about this venue is the outdoor balcony. We used it during cocktail hour and then it was also a great place for some guests to step outside to socialize and get away from the dancing scene if they wanted. Overall, we were absolutely thrilled with our reception at Supper Club. There is absolutely nothing we would have changed about the night!!! Thank you Supper Club staff and especially Rachel!!!!

My daughter wanted a venue that was not the traditional banquet hall for her wedding. We visited the Supper Club and saw that it had all the elements we were looking for. It offered a good selection of packages, had an amazing atmosphere (large booths, intimate setting, amazing view), and above all a coordinator who is organized and makes sure every detail is attended to quickly.

Our wedding was about 100 guests. The room was spacious without feeling crowded. The wedding was held on their stage and the set-up was beautiful. My daughter's ceremony was conducted with the setting sun and a view of the beach. As the light dimmed, the Supper Club took on a romantic atmosphere with their star curtain and low lighting. Guests were accommodated with excellent service and any requests were quickly handled. Food was excellent. Even our photographer indicated that they get the best meals at the Supper Club.

Our coordinator, Rachel, was a true gem. She helped us get started in our planning and stayed with us until the end of the night on the day of the wedding. She was quick to respond to any questions we might have and showed infinite patience when I checked and rechecked things. By the time we were able to drop the decorations a couple of days before the wedding, I felt as though I had put us in good hands and was able to relax and enjoy the day. When I took a peek at the setting before the ceremony began, I saw that the restaurant was decorated better than I could have ever hoped. Rachel did an amazing job from start to finish.

I give high marks for the setting and food but I can't find a high enough rating for Rachel. She makes dreams come true and mothers of the brides feel as though anything is possible. On the day of the wedding all I had to do was enjoy myself. It takes a pretty special talent to help make that happen!!

If you want an alternative setting to the traditional banquet hall, this is your place. And Rachel is the one to get it done

My (now) husband and I always knew we wanted a beach wedding in the Ocean Grove/Asbury Park area of the Jersey shore. We started to look into places that we had heard done weddings and were floored and disappointed when we heard some of the outrageous prices that places on the boardwalk wanted. We had always seen McLoone's and were fully aware of the amazing location- but didn't even know it did weddings until we looked further into the venue. And wow, am I glad we did. When we first read about the pricing, we thought it was too good to be true- competely reasonable for all the food and options they offered in the packages. But now that our wedding is over- I can say with all sincerity that McLoone's is truly a hidden wedding venue gem for the Jersey shore. The food, service, coordinator (have to mention you again- Rachel!!) were beyond all expectations. We had McLoone's host our ceremony on the beach (which is optional) and obviously host the reception. All of the planning- down to the tastings, beach set up, vendor recommendations- was so easy and organized (even despite living out of state!!). Our guests couldn't get over how much food there was- and how delicious it all was. Many comments were made about the appetizers during cocktail hour. Usually you have to chase down a person to get just one or two appetizers during this hour- but we had so many guests tell us afterward that they were full before dinner was even served! My husband and I even had our own waitor for the night who took care of any request we had. The overall service was outstanding. Rachel truly made sure every single detail was covered- to the point that it honestly felt like we had hired a personal wedding planner!. It's a perfect place for about a 100 person guest list- esp if you want something different than a traditional 'factory wedding' type place.

Every girl dreams of a 'perfect wedding'- and thanks to McLoone's Supper Club AND the weather, it truly was.

I fell in love with McLoone's Supper Club for 3 reasons: 1. The unique and retro feel of the architecture and decor 2. The excellent food 3. RACHEL is FABULOUS! We had an intimate ceremony on the beach followed by a reception and Rachel took care of all the details. She always responded to my questions right away and we never had to worry about a thing. She made the day run really smoothly and we couldn't have been happier. I would recommend this venue for large or small weddings, but especially with small weddings it can be difficult to find the right space that isn't too big and the Supper Club was PERFECT!

Thank you for a wonderful party. Rachel and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful! My guests were very impressed with the atmosphere, the food and the staff. We couldn't have picked a more perfect spot!

The event that we held at McLoone's Supper Club was a rehearsal dinner for approx. 60 people. The planning was made simple thanks to the knowledge and professionalism of Rachel. She was honest and open about thoughts and suggestions and was a pleasure to work with. The staff that we came in contact with during the actual event were helpful, and courteous and appeared to like their jobs. The food was delicious as many guests commented about the high quality of their meal.

Everyone was in awe of the Supper Club. We're still hearing about how great the food and the staff were, not to mention the gorgeous view.

I can not say enough outstanding things about Tim McLoone's Super Club or Rachel, the event coordinator! Rachel was the most flexible and responsive person I worked with throughout the wedding process - she met when we needed to, arranged a rehearsal, and made sure everyone made it down the aisle looking great. Not to mention she sets EVERYTHING up the exact way you ask, I swear she can read your mind. She was a God send!

They host terrific beach ceremonies, with a great designated area you can make your own; but more importantly have a one of a kind reception room. It is very 1940's lounge, with booths, tables and a very accessible bar. The food is made to order and terrific - I've been getting compliments on their steaks from guests for weeks! The cocktail hour food had a line at the kitchen by the groomsmen and some of them tried to steal our doggie bag - it was that good!

Can't say enough good things about our experience at McLoone's Supper Club. Rachel and the staff went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect and we really can't thank them enough. From start to finish Rachel was open to any suggestions, ensured that our wedding day was one-of-a-kind and personal and did all of this with an incredible sense of ease.

I could write quite a bit on how happy we were with our wedding at McCloone's Supper Club...but I will keep it (kind of) short and just say that if we had to do it all over again, we wouldn't change a thing! Rachel was wonderful to work with, we felt like we were in good hands and honestly didn't worry about any of the details. The food was fantastic...and yes, we made sure we took the time to eat it! The staff was pleasant, helpful and accommodating to us and our guests. The entire process seemed very easy and we are lucky that we get to go back there over and over again for brunch, dinner, drinks, shows, etc. because McCloone's is not the typical "wedding factory" banquet hall! Some of our guests have said that they have already been back for dinner- and our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago! Amazing setting, inside and out and terrific value!

Everything was perfect, every detail planned, every change accounted for, and the room's set up was immaculate. From the beach ceremony to the reception, everyone kept talking about what a beautiful wedding it was, how much fun they had, how great the food tasted, and how smoothly everything went. This is HANDS-DOWN the best beach wedding location in NJ!

The Supper Club couldn't have been a better venue for us. We loved the room and atmosphere from the minute we walked in. Rachel was amazing!! She made everything so easy and effortless, and on the day of everything couldn't of gone more perfect. The food is delicious and not your typical fare. The service was fantastic and all of my guests loved everything about the evening.

Tim McLoones supper club is the absolute best reception hall for a great price! Everything about our wedding was just phenomenal. I know brides, you need more details so here we go...

From the moment we walked in we noticed it was very non traditional. There are 10 booths for guests to sit in but don't let the booths throw you off...these gigantic (and comfortable) booths fit 6 people comfortably. My guests had room for 2 more in the booths!! Then there are also tables in the middle that you can arrange anyway you want. I was offered table cloths but the wooden tables were so classy I just left them as is. We had linen choices, were able to use their candles, and they even had table numbers they could provide. The room is round so on one side you get the beautiful view of the ocean but on the other side you get the view of the city and sunset. So long story short, we booked it!

Our wedding was this past memorial day weekend (5/28/11) and the weather was just awesome. We had our cocktail hour outside around the upstairs, outside of the building (again in a circle) there were tables, chairs, and lounge chairs throughout the outside. The hourderves and chaffing dishes were set up around the outside so no guests were without food! There was a tiki bar and the bar inside as well so the guests had drinks available at ALL times.

Then we moved into the inside. When I walked in I was just blown away. Every little detail that Rachel and her staff put into my wedding did not go unoticed. From the starfish scattered throughout the room, to the place cards being put in alphabetical order, to the flip flop table being set up SO nicely. The cake table was just simply amazing and our sweetheart table was right on the stage where we could see all of our guests and it was easy for the guests to see us!

We had our first dance and the other dances that followed. A lot of our guests are musically inclined so we had people sing our dances. The AV tech and McLoones staff were so accomodating. The guitar plug and microphone were there ready and waiting. Then we had dinner...and what a delicious dinner at that. The crab cakes were the talk of the wedding!!! The servers were so professional and kind to my guests that we are still getting phone calls and emails saying that!! Our guests, as well as us; the bride and the groom, never had to lift a finger...everything was there at our disposal.

Dance, dance, dance. The TVs were on playing a slideshow of our pictures during dinner...that was also a hit! Then they turned on the cameras and for the rest of the night the TVs had shown the dance floor action! Cake came and everything was just set up so quickly and beautifully. Garter, boquet toss was flawless! Oh, I didn't mention...the cake was from piece o cake bakery in redbank...FANTASTIC!!!!

The night continued as wonderfully as it started. The drinks just kept coming and the dancing keep going. Sadly, it was the end. My guests were all saying bye and then there was no one but close family. So I prepared myself to pack up when rachel came over and told me I was all set. All set?? Since I was busying saying hi to everyone during dinner...my food was packed, left over chaffing dishes and hourderves were packed, bathroom baskets, toasting flutes, cake cutting knife, flip flop table, flowers...anything and everything was taken care of and just ready to be loaded into a car. Rachel and her crew helped me load it in and I went back in took one last glance and realized I just had the most perfect and flawless wedding EVER!

I will say that I did pay a little extra for the valet parking and the AV fee. The valet was just perfect so no guests had to pay to park. The AV fee was for the DJ to just come with a laptop and plug it in and use the DJ booth and lights package that was already there...SO worth it.

We went back on our 1 month anniversary this past Tuesday. I emailed Rachel asking if we could be accomedated and sit in the supper club for dinner even though it was closed. She let me know that we could in fact sit in the supper club and celebrate! It was a beautiful night when we arrived so my husband decided to eat outside...not a problem! They took our romantic table from inside to the outside. We had champagne, candles, flowers, and a little note saying thanks for sharing our anniversary with them. Little touches like that just make it for me!!!

I will without a doubt, 100%, hold my next event here...no questions asked. Rachel and her crew are the best around. If you want a beautiful reception hall, with exceptional staff, delicious food, and an all around amazing event look no further!!!!

We are so grateful that the Supper Club was able to accomodate us for our reception. We were married on the beach right in front of the restaurant in an intimate, family only ceremony. We had a very small guest list and needed the restaurant to be available early. Rachel Koeppel, the banquet coordinator, was kind enough to be flexible and helped us get our needs met. They opened earlier than they usually do and they were great about adapting the brunch menu to meet our needs for breakfast. Rachel was wonderful about communicating clearly and expediently. She was extremely professional and very polite. We really were impressed with the quality of food and service we got for the money. They were far less expensive than other places, but had better food and facilities. The place is gorgeous. If you can do a brunch or early function, you can fully enjoy the panoramic views. The place is also beautiful at night, though. We were blessed with a sunny morning and so we had clear views of the beach and the sun sparkling on the water. Rachel and the staff were great about setting everything up for us. Everything look really lovely and our families also had a great time and were very impressed. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend the Supper Club to any bride.

McLoone's was a ten - every element of the place made it a great place to host a reception. Rachel, the banquet coordinator, was extremly helpful, had great ideas, and was easy (and fun) to work with. Our reception ran smoothly entirely to her. The kitchen was very accomdating- we had some different ideas about what we wanted- and they worked with us to create what we had in mind. Also, the food was fantastic - our guests raved. The service was attentive and friendly. We couldn't have had a better experience.

We loved the venue, the food, and we especially loved Rachel Koeppel, the Wedding Coordinator. She was excellent from start to finish, and we would definitely recommend Tim McLoone's Supper club for your wedding.
